It's a very nice neighborhood place. Nice bar, four or five tables seating four. Good food and the wait staff were very friendly and checked in numerous times to see how we were doing.

Fantastic welcoming place, great beer selection, food was great. The owner Chris is super friendly, waitress Emily was awesome. Told us all about local events and music. After a long exhausting day, we ended up there. The meatloaf was great, mashed potatoes were creamy, this was the comfort food we needed. Prices are great. Looking forward to going back.

Great food at terrific prices. We can drink there if we order food. I miss the Barkeep Lindsey, but I do like the other girls. A real hometown kind of place. I love going, save for the the people who talk super loud with no masks on. I try to stay away from those guys though.

The drinks are very good for the price. Had a crab cake and half rack of ribs for $15. Took some home......delicious! Chris was great!

Talked with the owner, who is a great person. Had some great food. Fish Tacos were fantastic. Always the best beer selection in 4 taps.

Actually didn't stay long. We were with a group of people. However my wife and I will go back to try dinner. I love how they decorated and the barrel tables are beautiful. Its very NY city"ish" and we love that. Their drink selection is a little uppity for those who want a run of the mill draft beer. Our waitress was very nice and if we stayed I would guess she would have been fun!

Great spot for a bite and a beer. I met Chris back when he was over at the Malt Room, and he's brought his style to Waterford, which is fantastic. I've been there several times and it's always good people, good beers on tap and some great food. Pro tip, if you get a burger, get a double order of the eggplant chips and toss one order on the burger. Awesome.

This is a definite visit. The owner cares about his customers and his product. Great food at a solid price. This place is more than a whole in the wall watering hole. This is a first choice to meet up and enjoy your friends.

I have places that I put on my list of places to eat in Waterford and surrounding areas and corcoran's is by far the best place for burgers and fries. The atmosphere is all ages young and older. If I could of rated a 10 I would of. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Cant say enough !!! And I live in sc and visit quite offened.

Inside decor is tastefully decided upon with a lot of reclaimed building materials and an industrial vibe. Food was okay, drinks were great.

Should have starved myself before eating here, the Reuben's are amazing. Very unique taproom setting, helpful bartender and very friendly staff. We will be back. Great job!

Amazing food! Great atmosphere and great service. You can tell the owners put a lot of detail into their menu and specials. Freshly prepared and so flavorful. Will definitely be returning!
