Horrible !!!!! They had a eventbrite invite on their website I signed up for free event just to get their & they wasn’t open at 7 which it said they were online waited an additional 2 hours until 9 they still didn’t open until 9:15 just for them to tell me they don’t serve food & they aren’t honoring the food specials or the $1 hookah that was on their flyer .. never tf again !!

Great atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Wide selection of quality shisha flavors. Attentive staff and comfortable seating.

Was looking for a place to hang out while I was in the Orlando area. Searched lounges in the area and was sold on this one. It's located in a plaza with parking at the rear. It wasn't a cover charge when we first went in, but as things began to pick up, they were charging $20 at the door. It's primary a hookah lounge. If you're into that, the hookah was good and lasted long.. the bottle girls are 🔥🔥🙆🏿‍♂️🙆🏿‍♂️ too. Enjoyed myself while I was here for sure.

If you are on vacation in Orlando and staying near the Universal Studios / The parks this is where you want to be for a nice night out with no kids. The music and vibes are crazy (hip hop/rap)!!! Dope as hell I will definitely be back ! Sam was amazing and very attentive. Hookah was great and drinks were drinking lol

It's a nice spot but they definitely need to do more to accommodate those who only come to smoke hookah. Seating not being provided unless u buy a bottle is absurd! I shouldn't have to stand at a bar to smoke If so seats need to be provided had my mf feets barking! Taking it back to Aria!!!!

Melo is the best promoter .do visit cosmo lounge at international drive and have fun it was amazing today , came with my friends from atlanta to do visit this place . This spot was decent. There were no seats unless you buy a bottle. I went with my friends we were on vacation from new york. The music was okay it was more like for a younger crowd since we are millennials. I can't lie there were a few hits that I enjoyed including Caribbean music. We did get hookah and the price was not terrible and it actually lasted very long because the way it was constructed which was great because I've been to spots where at times it does finish really quickly before you have to mess with it for it to keep burning. So this was a nice change. We did seem like we were a little bit overdressed because we were celebrating a birthday. I feel like it's more like a casual spot. All in all it was not bad.

Best club spot in Orlando good drinks good music

My daughter use to work here and it is by far the most unprofessional establishment she has worked at in orlando. The cook is not certified he washes the chicken in a bucket outside the food truck with a gardening hose. He has never changed the oil that is used to fry chicken and the truck has been open 5 months. The owners are disrespectful, rude, and don’t pay on time. In my daughter’s time working there she has had to BEG for every check and it is usually 2/3 weeks late. The owners love to say that ‘This is how we all pay our bills’ but doesn’t care if one of their employees is struggling. The service is piss poor. No one is ever happy or smiling everyone is always congregated behind the bar. There are always fights on the property. Please do not give them your money.

This is the spot in town to be on Weds night. They have an RnB night that plays everything you think you’re going to wanna hear. Shoutout to the DJ! Gotta give a shoutout to the bartender Narji! She was super quick with the service and super attentive in keeping our cups full. See y'all next week!

Horrible experience. We found this spot in google and looked into it on instagram. Everything seemed like it was a cool vibe. When we walked in the tall bottle girl I’m thinking was very informative. We proceeded to the bar the Spanish girl with the ponytail was very rude her facial expression said it all. We decided let’s go to the bathroom first before we get our hookah and bottle. While we were in line for the bathroom same ponytail girl pushed her way through us. Not excuse me I’m behind you! Nothing. Ok let that pass. Then we were asking about the hookup to a different girl she’s rolling her eyes if we are a bothered. So we left went to ember and got 2 bottles and a hookah. There lost tipped our server very well. Customer service is a big deal to me. I will never go there again. Or recommend it.

Came here on my birthday and the GM Ray and Tasha took care of me and my all friends, really made us feel welcomed and took excellent care of us! Gave us free shots for my bday as well. We will definitely be back great vibes here all day!!

I don't believe they serve food but they sure do serve the fun and drinks! One of the BEST karaoke experiences I've ever had! We made so many new friends and I even took home one of their souvenir pilsners so I would never forget my time there. This is the place to go for a good time

Overpriced and understaffed is what this "lounge" is. The drinks are Overpriced and watered down. Didn't try the hookah. When my party and I arrived we were charged $20 for the cover and then we were told that to get a table a bottle had to be purchased which was $200 and up. Then after 5 minutes we were told that all the tables were sold out and the only option was to stand at the bar. There is no food at this location the dj was constantly advertising $1 wings for the food truck parked in the back. We won't be coming back.

Leaving this place right now after we paid $20 for valet $40 to get in (two of us) and $45 for the hookah we were told the seats were “prepaid” and we had to stand up at the bar LMAOOOO then was told we can sit until the people who “prepaid” came but that wasn’t the case not only was the other workers upset at the call the waiter made and the owner asked us to get up. We then asked for a refund on the hookah because WHO is going to STAND at a bar for hours? This isn’t a club get some bar stools if you want people to stay at the bar or let me know people “prepaid” and all the seats were gone BEFORE walking in LMAOO

Cover charge and hookahs were overpriced. Definitely not as advertised. 50 bucks for a hookah and can coke, never again

We visited this lounge for the first time and certainly for the last time. You can't hear each other over the music and they give you drinks in plastic cups. Vodnice very bad. Never more.

This place has great reviews but when we arrived with my friends it was a huge disappointment. The music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. The lounge was pretty empty so we asked if the music could be turned down a bit, the waiter said it wasn't a problem but nothing happened. The second thing was that you get drinks in PLASTIC cups (are we at the beach or what?). I can say that I know a lot about hookah (I have two myself and have them almost every day) so I can say that this was the worst one I have ever had. The tobacco was in the water, you will get a PLASTIC tube again. And overall it was tasteless. Never again

I’m late with my post but better late than never. Visited this spot when I came in town for my friend bday after going out to eat. Bottles came quick, service good, music rocking and hookah on point. Wasn’t busy but I enjoyed the vibes.

I went to cosmo on Wednesday, it was not full but the service was spectacular, Andres was our server, he was very attentive, very friendly and had great energy, the hookah was great, a place to return to

Came thru from DC trying to find a party spot for my birthday. We found this place. Music was good, but drinks were watered and had no food. How do you have a lounge with no food. The drink price was high for a small plastic cup. From what I heard from locals, they uncharge and water down the drinks to take advantage of tourist. The locals recommended a place called Cheers

Writing this review while in this lounge. I arrived at 10:30pm and immediately ordered wings and fries. It’s midnight, still no food in sight. The vibe is nice but 2hr wait for food, 1hr wait for hookah.. it’s not a full house, there are open tables. Good music but I won’t be back.

Of the hookah places I've been to, this one definitely stands out. It has very much a club vibe, with the lighting and the DJ playing banger after banger (2000s-2010s hip-hop and r&b). Cool place to chill. The hookah was spot on and the staff kept the charcoal going. The place was very clean and maintained. Only thing to note with regard to standing out, it was almost impossible to hear the person next to you. Again, great music, but just too loud. Also, the DJ was pretty fond of unnecessary cuts, scratches and talk overs. It was quite humorous really. Nevertheless, I would recommend if you feel you'd enjoy what I described.

This is an amazing spot to be on Sundays evening. Very chill, clean and they have security. The DJ is incredible and the bartenders are on point.

I went there, they only have one employee, seemed very unorganized, it looked to me that owners were around and still i did not get any attention, for so many people in charge today you would think id get better treatment, seemed a little bit crazy for a tuesday, i do the look of the place and have had great experiences before therefore giving them today a two star rating

This was my 3rd time there and the staff is always friends and attentive. Recently went on a Wednesday and it was a nice chill vibe hookah was good lasted a long time. They have good specials would definitely check out the package deals.

Came here on a random Thursday and Lauren was our server. She was cute, personable, and attentive! Our hookah never coals never burned out and our cups never went empty. The wings were just ok (needs just a little more seasoning), but other than that it was a great vibe
