It is a very busy place, but there’s a reason. One of the best (if not THE best) places to eat around Cumberland. Very friendly staff, clean and cute environment, the backyard and patio is beautiful, and the food is always great. The best French onion soup you will ever find.

We were their on a Saturday night about five o'clock it was fairly busy. Service was good. Food was good. The French onion soup was very good. We will be back.

Always a hit - some of the best cheese curds in the state. I also highly recommend the Friday night fish fry (broiled) or the chicken platter! Cash only and there can be a bit of a wait given how popular this spot is but it is well worth the wait (the food always comes out fresh and piping hot.) Staff is always friendly, this is a must visit in the area!

Long wait to be seated than long wait to be served. Food was good. Plus it's a tavern..too many kids running around an adult establishment.

The Camp Weasel gang has been going to County Line for probably 30 years We have always been pleased with the quality of their food and service. Highly recommend it. If the weasels eat there it's got to be good.

The walleye dinner was wonderful, french onion soup was the best I've had. I will be back to try other Saturday night specials.

Food was fabulous! Rob had great suggestions for sides and was friendly and checked on us a few times. French onion soup was so good! Prime rib cooked perfectly and very tender and flavorful. We are definitely coming back!

There is plenty of parking. It is clean inside. The staff very helpful. Food is home made very tasty. They have an outside tiki bar with a TV and music. 10-21-23 drinks,service, Food were great. No complaints from any of us (7). Need to update your website menus! Not current. 3 15 24 Food & drinks were very good!

Awesome Friday night fish fry .

Our experience was exactly as anticipated! Staff was attentive and friendly, fish fry was very good and came with potato,roll and coleslaw, plentiful portions. The dining areas were full! They really did a nice job all around. It's a Win!

Awesome prime rib but need to update price on it. Click on the prime rib picture and it says it's $15.95 ya maybe in 1982. But in 2023 it is $31.00 partially due to the loser joe biden and his economic policies. Everything is more expensive with bidenomics !! But anyway the prime rib was great !!

This is a very busy place!! Sometimes, it takes a bit to get waited on due to it being so darn busy. The food is fantastic!

Bar lines are a bit long, seemed like they could use more help. Bartenders were friendly and pretty. Pizza was delicious. The back Pavillion area is spectacular for music events.

Just another WI bar but poor selection of beer, nothing on tap. We got there before 8 pm, still 4 tables in front of us, ordered a beer at the bar no problem. Got our table 10 minutes later, took a bit for the waiter to arrive ordered our food fish special, and a shrimp basket. It took about a half hour, food was OK at best. Prices online and menu are WAY different, I'm in no hurry to return.

This is our Friday night spot for the family. We don't live super close, but it is worth the 25 minutes drive because we always feel at home. The food is fantastic and quite affordable. It is quintessentially Wisconsin in that it is like a bar affixed to a family restaurant. You will have your bikers drinking beer next to the big family eating dinner. You get all types of folks and especially locals. The broasted chicken is particularly good, but really all of it is good. The only thing I would as is a soup and salad bar, but it really is 5/5 even without that.

Our visits to The County Line never disappoint. The only problem is all the food is SO good, it's hard to decide when ordering. Tonight's choice was one of our favorites, The Walleye dinner. For 20 bucks, you will not find a better walleye meal anywhere. But the chicken is delicious too, so we got an 8 piece to go order. But not only is the food fantastic, the owners and staff are equally wonderful and a big reason we love to stop there as often as we can.

Historical Wisconsin weekend Supper Club. Best Old Fashioned's in Polk County! Absolutely delicious Prime Rib Dinner on Saturday's.

We were told it would be a short wait and 45 minutes later finally seated. $4 for a bottle of spotted cow seemed bit high. We got burger, walleye special, and steak special. Definitely stick to the burgers as specials are nothing special… also super exited about French onion soup which turned out to be disappointing too. Long story short I’d eat in Cumberland or amery next time if getting anything other than water or burger. burgers are good and affordable tho.

Food here is beyond wonderful. We've eaten here alot and never had a bad meal.

What a beautiful venue for a wedding! The outside space for the reception was perfect and you have the option to have a bonfire and use the outside bar space as well. Food was great and the owners were all very nice and great to work with.

Food and staff are always very good and at good prices. The only negative thing would be their wait list. Not very organized. You have to go tell the bar staff to put you on the list if you can get to the bar. And I'm not sure if any one person is in charge of it. It's not made known that you have to do that, so people start grabbing tables.

Best broasted chicken out there!

We have had great food, good service. But this Friday we went for the fish dinner. But this time the fish was soggy, bitter and under cooked. They were very busy but that doesn't justify serving poor and under cooked food. Maybe a while before we go back.

This place holds a special place in the hearts of myself and my family and friends! Grew up coming here and love to go back every cabin weekend we can. Can never go wrong with the chicken (what they are known for), fish fry (my favorite is broiled with mashed potatoes + gravy and a roll of course), pizzas, "oriental chicken salad", and my newfound love is for the french onion soup in the winter! Can pass on the shrimp dinner though, does not compare to everything else. I have never had the pasta, lasagna, or burgers myself, but my family members love those too. Great specials throughout the week, but the fish fry keeps us coming back every Friday in true Wisconsin fashion. One of those local places where they know you and your family, and if you are like my parents - your drink order, and it is very family-friendly. Can't wait for summer to get back out on the patio!

For a place where you have to go out of your way to get there, they make it worth your time to visit. Out side dining was perfectly spaced, service and food great as always and keeps us coming back. Just don't enjoy the superb bar service too much because you need to find your way home 😉.

Space is nice and clean, we ordered the oriental chicken salad, walleye sandwich, chicken dinner, shrimp dinner, and the county line burger. Food tasted good, service was friendly, prices average for a bar and grill.
