The hotel is super clean and very nice! The room is spacious with a very pleasant smell. The front desk staff is very professional and friendly. The breakfast is excellent! The only thing that bothered me during my stay was the dismissive attitude of the woman who was at the bar/ restaurant . I never got her name.she is older with light eyes and short gray hair. At first she was very rude and she didn't want to help me, By at the end of breakfast she was calmer. I liked it a lot, I would come back without thinking twice!

I've stayed in this hotel a couple of times while visiting family and friends in the area. The hotel is clean and in a decent location near the turnpike. As with most hotels, the food is a bit expensive. I would definitely stay again.

Building smells good, looks good, and has a friendly staff. Called to confirm pool was open yesterday and was told it was heated and beautiful. Arrived today and the pool is closed due e to the city inspection! We were told to use the very cold pool at the property next door. Too cold! The pull out couches in both of our rooms have mold and “other stains”. I e we’re offered free breakfast for our stay but the appeal was the pool and we don’t have that option. Stay here if you’re not looking for a pool and don’t have kids with you.

Stayed here because my son had an appointment close by. The gentleman who greeted us at the front desk was welcoming and got us checked in quickly. The property is well kept, room was clean, and all the staff we interacted with were all smiles. It was my 2nd visit at this location and both were flawless. Cafe downstairs is great, the breakfast was solid!

Our room was clean and comfortable. They only gave us 3 towels (we had 4 people). The breakfast was super expensive- and not good at all. We ended up going to Starbucks next door for the remainder of our stay. The dryer in the laundry room was HORRIBLE- I had to spend $10.00 to dry my clothes because the $2.00 - 30 minute dry barely worked at all. Location was good for us- we went on a cruise out of Miami and spent a couple days driving down to the Keys. It was a nice half-way point.

Tried to cancel one night 72 hours in advance and they wanted to charge me more than the price of the room. Hotel policy, nobody is above the policy written on stone tablets. Marriott needs money.

Giving 1 start because 0 is not an option. Booked a reservation for a wedding, the reservation was non-refundable. In 3 email communications from Marriott, nowhere does it show non-refundable (need this to be reimbursed on travel insurance). We cancelled via the app, 24 hours before stay because my wife got really sick (exposed to COVID at work), and did not want to infect the people at the hotel or wedding. Marriott removed all communication and info regarding the reservation and cancellation from the app. They charged my card for the stay and never issued an invoice which is SOP for every hotel I have ever booked with. Spent 2 hours on the phone with "elite services" to get absolutely nothing done. Another request to have the hotel issue an invoice that they should have done at time of charge. I will be deleting the app, I have requested removal of my info from their system, and will never stay at a Marriott ever again. Very disappointed. Clay Bowden

Let's start off with the Front Desk Manager Willie Lee with his nasty energies and unexceptable horrible customer service skills... Marriot, Hilton is surpassing your customer services by far and knowing it's coming from managers is the worst part. The rooms have no bedding covers for the mattresses. Needs the carpet stripped, couches removed and updated. Clean room and that definitely made the difference of staying vs not. Mr.Willie Lee should take courses on attitude and customer service before being in charge of Customers and staff.... we all may jave bad days but that where you learn to leave thwm at the door before work... Now the front desk clerk that was checking me in with no name tag 👏🏼 thank you for your kindness and not following your managers lead. Can't use the pool due to them not being in compliance (neither is your customer support) smells like chemicals all in the lobby, broken elevator. Let's see what else goes right with this place 😬 Update: Eddie at the front desk was so super sweet when I stopped by to check on having the ability to check out a day early. Unfortunately, she did tell me I could and had me all set up to check out a day early. Come to find out the next day afyer she told me this, that wasn't done! Disappointed I was told one thing to be told the following day that wasn't possible. The older gentleman in maintenance was sent to fix the toilet and couldn't understand a word I said so their was no point in sending him. I just had to latch the chain back myself when I saw that's what was wrong bc he couldn't understand English neither could house service when I needed tissue paper took about 10 mins just to get tissue paper from her. Mr. Willie Lee's attitude changed during my stay which I truly appreciate. I've been in customer service for well over 20 years so I hold a high standard I can admit but I don't expect what I am not willing to give. Maybe he was having a bad day which we're all entitled to but you have to learn to leave that at the door when it's how you pay your bills and provide for your family. Thank you for the change of attitude. It's more than appreciated and definitely recognized.

Everything is spotless in this hotel and it looks brand new everywhere. I'm only knocking a star down so that management will look at this you need to have better options on the TV and heat the pool. When we finished with our days Adventure we'd like to sit down and watch a good movie or show and not have to watch 900 commercials. I believe it said that it had premium channels but all of them were filled with commercials and why not a smart TV so people could at least use their apps. The other thing is the pool was freezing cold, can you not heat it for the couple months in the winter time. I couldn't even go in it neither was anybody else but a couple of kids. Besides that this place is beautiful it has a bar area that's opened till 10:00 they serve a paid breakfast there in the morning and there's a couple options you can get in the evening for food. It was nice to be able to drop down for a drink and there are TVs playing there. Definitely recommend this place If this review helps you please give it a THUMBS UP.

Excellent food with good service from all the waitresses, especially Toña, I recommend the chicharrones special, spectacular!
