I had lunch today at Longhorn in Homestead. The food was excellent and the steak cooked perfectly. I could not have asked for a better server than T. J. He was very courteous while all the time being professional, knowledgeable and keeping his smile. Thank you T.J. for making my lunch experience a happy one.

new review - came here because roadhouse was a madhouse. manager came over and set us up with drinks and such. guy was super attentive. waitress took our orders. party of 5 all good. one steak a little undercooked but that was quickly remedied. overall it was a good but overpriced experience. i say overpriced because if the other 2 places can swing better prices, why can't longhorn? covid is over but not covid prices. $7 for a beer? pass. old review - walked in on a friday night at 8pm. place was at like 75% capacity. this place used to be slammed on weekends. what changed? the prices. they have gone up considerably. guess what hasn't gone up? our wages. the food here is usually on point. best burger and churrasco in town IMO. with these new prices though, i'll be spending more time at Roadhouse.

Server was very pleasant and ensured that we were taken care of. Manager introduced himself and asked how servicen was going.

My son took me here during the week for lunch because he knows this is one of my favorite restaurants.we arrive in the building it was very few customers and the front desk person told us it’s a wait time of about 10mins. I looked and stated that there isn’t really any customers here. The building was nearly empty. He claimed that only one section was open for lunch and that we had to wait. We waited for about fifteen minutes before walking out along with other customers who came in and was waiting also. I will never come back to this location again. They have no customer service skills at all.

Well,, Had dinner with my wife here. Haven’t been at this location in a long time. As always found the Cesar Salad very good but the stake quality was horrible. I order a New York medium and it was tuff to chew.. I don’t know where they are getting their meat from but in comparison with Texas Roadhouse they have a lot to improve when it comes to their meat. The bathroom were a little neglected like most places here in Miami. I yet have to find a restaurant with nice and clean bathroom. I will try again maybe a few month from now see if they have made any changes and review this place again. Again.. for the price they charged me the quality of this meat was horrible..!!!!

Not your power lunch, dress to impress steak place. Come as you are. Just great food and drink with fast friendly service. Their porterhouse is by far the best value, best tasting steak in town. The Outback formerly held the family steak place honor in our family.

It turns out that on June 3 of this year we decided to go to the restaurant for the first time. It was my mom's birthday. We arrived and were immediately seated at our table. The waitress who served us was the only one who seemed to have a good attitude towards her customers compared to the others. We order the food. And it took us 1 hour. When the food arrived. It was cold. He ordered my dad's steak well cooked and it also arrived raw apart from being cold. It should be noted that I let the boy who sat us at the table know that it was my mother's birthday so, as is customary in all restaurants, they would sing congratulations to her and not even that. But we weren't the only ones who had a bad time. That day we saw people who left without having finished eating. In short, the fatal experience. Fix all those problems.

Ordered a meal to go from this restaurant and it had a fly in it when I got home. Spoke to the manager regarding returning the meal and getting a gift card, he agreed but when I brought the food back to the restaurant he refused to honor his word regarding refunding or providing a gift card for the meal. Glen is dishonest and I would never frequent this establishment ever again and advise others against it as well.

The steaks are always exceptional (perhaps too spicy for Italian habits). Excellent service with warm bread on the house. The air temperature perhaps too cold. Impeccable and accessible bathrooms. Long Horn never disappoints

Longhorn is on my top list of favorite steakhouse/restaurant, the New York strip🔥 and the service is always great at this location.

Very un-family like environment. Very RUDE AND RACIST “manager” named Patricia, asked my mother “how much longer till the rest of the party arrives” when my mom was only sitting there for 15 minutes until I showed up! Whatever stick this company has up their rear end , I suggest to take it out. I’ll be calling corporate and filing a complaint about the waiter and the “manager”. Very hostile environment with negative energies. People sit at those tables for HOURS ON END, without tipping, without ordering and without caring about if other people have to sit or not. So for one, why are you rushing a family ? I feel embarrassed and it’s very sad my family had to go through this on Mother’s Day.

Great place, sometimes I have to send my steak back for further grilling but it's always great after wards!

I can't complain about their food, they taste very good and they serve a good quantity so the price is worth it, and the service is very good, our waitress was very attentive and very friendly

I have been visiting Longhorn for years, and today I truly leave disgusted and indignant, due to the great injustice that was committed tonight, and it was my turn to witness it. It turns out that Glenny, an excellent waitress, with exceptional treatment, was affected by two people, with zero principles, who left after eating and did not pay the bill. My indignation is with the manager Tamelia (an unfair and rude person) who wants to implement policies whose restaurant does not even comply with the characteristics (the restaurant does not have security cameras), does not protect its employees to have such a strict policy that has been in place for years. of experience being exceptional people and by two people without principles, the excellent worker is affected by something that is not his fault. it's not fair.

My server was the worst. I asked him for hot soup and he said they serve it not hot nor gold. Because once before it was served gold. Instead of just saying we will make sure it's hot this time. I ask for medium well meat served raw... not a good experience again. Will not come back or recommend. Manager was nice. I didn't complain about the server. I should have. ASKED FOR SALAD. Didn't get it. He said I canceled it. Instead of saying I misunderstood. Just got off a hard days work to argue with a server. No thanks. This isn't burger King. Or are people just used yo getting treated like this.

I went on my anniversary and 2 servers were insulting me in front of my wife and child in a discrete manner supposedly. Then in front of me decided to flirt with her in front of my face. Very unprofessional.

The food is always delicious. The servers are courteous, and the wait is reasonable when it is busy. They also let us grab drinks at the bar while we wait.

We had a great time at Longhorn the food has its same great taste! It's my husband bday today and our last time visiting was in 2017 just before the birth of our twin daughters. So, he decided this will be the birthday outing so our girls can have their first experience here (Loved It!!!)! All was & when well. Our hostess Mariah was very kind & pleasant. Unfortunately, we thought we would see the previous manager Mrs Rochelle but we learned that she was no longer working here.

Sheree is by far one of the best servers I’ve came across. She asked all the right questions even before we can ask anything. The food was the best and me and my wife will always enjoy.

the food is always super good and well cooked, the servers are super nice, and we never have to wait to long for our food. deserts are super tasty. it’s definitely worth your time and money to stop by this longhorn.

Had churasco steak - not as big as it was 5 years ago but still a decent meal. Cooked perfectly medium as asked. I feel like it was inside skirt which is a little tougher than outside skirt from before. Rest of meal was good as well.

Worst service I have received in a very long time. We are traveling the world, and so far, the service here was the worst we have had to date. The food was great, however, and it's not too expensive. It's just sad how poor servers can be.

It is a very nice restaurant and you can spend a good time with your family. The service is very good and the waiters are very friendly. I recommend it. I liked it a lot.

I was honestly blown away by the cleanliness and quality of the food at this location. After a long day of traveling we sat at the bar and were pleasantly greeted by Art. His service was fast and efficient all while making sure we weren't rushed. Just what we needed. Brussel sprouts are the best I've ever had. The shrimp and sirloin combo was AMAZING! Also loved that I had the option of two sizes for my Blue Moon. We will make it a point to stop in at this location anytime we are traveling through.

I can't rate the food or service because I never got to experience either, despite waiting over 25min at my table. Not a single person took a drink order or asked me if I needed anything. The restaurant was semi slow, probably 8 to 10 groups total eating--including at the bar. I only saw a single waiter who looked like they knew what they was doing, kudos to that young person. I asked the host to move to a different section and waited an additional 5 to 10 minutes--nothing. I got up told the manager why I was leaving. He apologized, but did not offer to re-seat me or take my order himself, or even offer a beer or something for the hastle--nothing. Its sad, this location used to be great when it first opened. Total fail Longhorn, get your act together.

I love Longhorn. But today, they let me down. I ordered the Porterhouse and asked for it "medium." It was literally char-grilled. (See photo) The most expensive dish and they really failed me.

Use to be so good ! Bathroom doors are nasty ! Bathrooms dirty ! Some parts of the Steaks and shrimp appetizer were so salty had to spit it out ! Told waiter were celebrating a birthday forgot about it we even ordered dessert which was the best part of the whole dinner and them lost my credit card for about 5 minutes.

My family and I are regular customers of this restaurant and I have never had a bad experience but today the waiter was different (a middle-aged white man with a beard who serves the tables next to the bar) I describe him this way because I don't know his name He never showed up, he was our waiter today, to begin with they didn't even give us cutlery, the appetizers arrived and we had to ask for them shortly after because he didn't even notice. He didn't give us water. I raised my hand a couple of times to remind him of the extra sauce we had asked for and he ignored me. My meat, the famous ribye that has always been delicious, today was of very poor quality, my mashed potatoes did not have the butter they put on it. on. We had to call the waiter to serve us. In the end we told him it was my birthday and he told us that they didn't do anything special for birthdays when moments before we heard congratulations singing at another table and we have been there before and it has been different. I felt like he had some racism towards us because he was attentive and smiling with the other tables. If I go back to the restaurant again I don't want this person as my waiter.

After years of dining at Longhorn have I yet experienced such bad service. Non attentive, distracted and ignorant white aged man with a white beard and a bald head. Asking countless times for utensils, drinks, sauces and overall his attention!! Looking over at my family as we called him and he just ignored us… Pathetic. And on top of the service, I felt it had to do with him being racist.

I love Longhorn Steakhouse because Corey our waiter is the best and the foods delicious. He makes us feel like family and make sure our meals are delicious.

Waited for about 8 minutes, party of 4....no one came or said hi. It was a weekday and it was not busy at all. Step out and went to another restaurant. We used to go there but I don't know if administration changed..not a good experience.

I love eating at LongHorn, they have a great service almost never waiting time and the food is delicious. I really recommend this restaurant I always have my favorites like the baby back ribs, or this churrasco is super yummy.

Excelente food was great my steak delicious the ribeye steak was so tender you don’t need a knife the sirloin steak with grill shrimp delicious and love the Mac an cheese our serve Andres was great very atentive ask if we need anything every five minutes can’t wait to go back

This is a great steakhouse. Their food was great. Steak, salad and especially the Mac n cheese. Our server was also pretty good. This steakhouse is also very clean and isn’t like an oven lol.

If you've been to a Long Horn, you've seen them all. Conservative decor, always with some warm wood. This LH is exceptionally tidy & clean with excellent waitress to match. Good lunch options. They know their meets, cooked perfectly to order. Parking is excellent, normal sized spaces. You can leave your mopeds at home. Very nice & clean bathroom about sum it up.

I visited the Homestead location this afternoon between 4-5 pm. It smelled like dirty mop water and old dish rags. My server wasn’t courteous, or inviting he didn’t introduce himself, nor did he give his name. After ordering and waiting to quite a while to be served my food, I observed a random Caucasian or Hispanic short female dressed in a white tank top, joggers and her hair all over the place get up from the table behind me and enter the kitchen multiple times to get bread, water, and her own appetizers. It was very unusual and unsanitary. She was not dressed in any type of uniform, she was in lounge clothing and had family sitting with her. I was not pleased with what I saw, I also never got my food, only the Cesar side salad that came with it. I informed one of the employees about what I observed, since my server avoided my table like the pledge. I left shortly after, I was disappointed and disgusted. Whether this woman was a regular, employee, or whatever it wasn’t sanitary and the other employees there should not have let it happen.

I ordered ribeye steak medium and they gave it medium well, my son ordered sirloin steak medium well and they gave it medium. The potato soup was flavorless and had little potatoes. Slow service, customer services was ok, the service is not like before. Good luck!!! Peace out

Stopped by here after a long day at Homestead-Miami Speedway, hoping to have a good dinner.....should have went to Taco Bell, it would have been better. We ordered the Wild West Shrimp, the flavor was good....but usually cherry peppers are on the spicier side, these were very mild. I had the chop steak with rice pilaf and broccoli. How can ground beef that is covered in a gravy, onions and mushrooms have absolutely no taste to it? Gross. The rice pilaf was pretty decent and the broccoli tasted like it just came out of the microwaved bag...no seasoning and mushy. The petite renegade sirloin was OK, cooked like she wanted...but again, just lacking overall flavor.

A bit pricey but it's worth it, their steaks are always tender, they practically melt in your mouth. Their other dishes are also very good but they don't come close to the steaks. They also have a good selection of drinks, their strawberry margarita is good, I recommend it if you like a drink more on the sweet side.

Terrible. The manager Tamilia was extremely rude, told me I couldn’t be there with my newborn baby cause there wasn’t any space for him. She continued to treat the employees at the door terribly I was so shook.

Been ordering there over 20 years I ordered to go I got ribeyed steak and a loaded baked potato and salad I didn't get bread the butter and cream cheese and beacon was crushed into one small container the steak was tasteless I got very sick I couldn't eat anymore my stomach hurting nausea and heard gas pain all that night until morning we called the manager told her we didn't get bread or compliments with the potato 😢 and how I got diarrhea all she said sorry flu is going around never go to longhorn in homestead heartless.

The restaurant was pretty empty, I asked for a table for 3, the hostess days it's a 15-20 minute wait, I felt this was strange since nobody else was waiting and I can clearly see lots of empty tables, I asked her about the wait time and the empty tables I see and I was told they were trying to keep spaces between people, I understood and said no problem, after my wait time, I was told my table is ready, we were seated in an area where everyone was super close to each other, so what the hostess originally told me was obviously not correct. Anyways, we sat, and sat, it took maybe 10 minutes of sitting there before someone came to our table to say hello, not sure what's happening here, but all the servers were just standing and talking behind a small counter near the back, curious if there was no management on schedule, tables were being cleared by waitresss, no bussers around so I assume maybe working with limited staff, I don't mind waiting, I can understand being short staffed, but I feel communication to clients would be a big help so we are not sitting around clueless as to why things are the way they are. The food was good, it came out in a timely manner once the order was taken, so the kitchen is doing their part. This is just an experience of what I had tonight and I normally go out to eat for a good meal and an experience, my experience was not a great one, only the food. Please communicate with clients and simply let us know what's happening, we will understand, don't just let us sit there. Thanks for understanding. I will return at a later date. I returned tonight and had great service and great food. The management was on top of things and making sure the staff was doing their jobs.
