It's a good place for a delicious meal of wings with some tasty sauce. I would definitely go back when I get a chance. It's a good place to sit in and listen to some good tunes.

Korean fried chicken is the best in Chicago. The Seoul Sassy and Spicy BBQ wings were super crispy, huge, and flavorful. Visit this place as soon as possible!

Highly recommend the chicken sandwich - - days later, im still thinking about it! Portions were generous. The place is pretty small and gets super crowded quickly. It’s an open seating, first come, first serve type of deal. You order at the counter and then find a place to sit (or take-out). When we went it was super busy and we were surrounded by strangers (which we didn’t mind, but good to know for those that might:)) on each side and it was quite loud.

This place can get very crowded. You are better off ordering take-out. The fried chicken with the Korean BBQ was delicious. There’s a kick of heat, but it’s the good kind/the sweetness of the sauce works out. Do not get anything else from here, as the dishes weren’t that great. We got the strips and there was too much breading/it was very crispy. The baby Buddha bowl, Seoul steak bowl, and Chi-town chicken bowl was nothing special or notable/was a disappointment.

1000% our favorite place to get fried chicken in Chicago!! The jumbo wings are a must-try! You can now order for pick-up or delivery. Even before the pandemic, we would typically order carry out since the seating is fairly packed and limited. Bear in mind that your transportation time will impact any food from any restaurant, but I think Crisp Korean fried chicken wings are delicious immediately, after a 20 min drive, or even as leftovers the next day! Our go-to order is 10 jumbo wings split between the Seoul Sassy and Crisp BBQ sauces. I love the green onions that are sprinkled on the Seoul Sassy wings - they add the perfect balance of flavor. The Crisp BBQ can be a bit spicy for me, which is why we order two flavors, but the gojuchang flavor is worth the burn!

Visited with family ; Crisp is just that. It's also the best fried chicken in Boise, Idaho. Unfortunately it's located in Chicago, north side-about a mile from Wrigley Field. That's how lacking Boise is for good fried chicken. As for the food, it was well worth our detour off the beaten track. Whole fried wings with all the expected sauces. It's a Korean BBQ so you would be remiss if you didn't at least try the Sassy Korean. We did that and the BBQ. I'd call it a win/win. Enjoy.

We had the "BIG BOY BUDDHA" and "CRISP BBQ" chicken. I try to hit this place everytime I go to the city. The food is just wonderful and seasoned excellently.

I had the wings with the Seoul sassy sauce. A couple pieces of that plus the huge side of spicy kimchi I bought (for a great price) left me very full and ready for a night out. The place was packed, but I got my order in quickly and they got it back out to me pretty fast too.

I am addicted to Crisp - their Korean BBQ is out of this world! Although I enjoy their BBQ flavors, the Seoul Sassy sauce is to die for! My friends and I at the harbor order it constantly - it is finger-licking good to say the least! A super small little place with a few tables, and ALWAYS crowded and at times with a line of customers waiting to order. Way to go Crisp - Keep doing what you are doing!!!

The chicken was bomb af. Seoul sassy sauce got me living. Also that orange Alison's atomic sauce,. Mmmmm my girl Alison knows how to make a bomb sauce. Even bought a pint to take home. No regrets checking this place out. Not a traditional eatery, you order, you hopefully find a seat then you go. No nonsense, no frills.

I moved from Chicago 2 years ago and one of the places I really miss in my old neighborhood was Crisp. Fortunately for me I had a business trip back and I vowed that I would get back to Crisp either by myself or with my work colleagues. We decided to drive down because we were staying out near O’Hare. We were able to find pay parking on the street and were able to get seating right away. Just in case you have never been to Crisp they do not take reservations and seating is first come first serve. They have several large picnic tables to share with others as well as seating in the front window and along one wall. I ordered the usual and what I really wanted, the whole jumbo wings. I ordered the 5 piece since you get the whole wing it is like 10 wings. I had mine with the Crisp BBQ sauce. They did not disappoint. They were served hot and were flavorful and juicy. My colleagues had the exact same thing and they were all happy with their selection. We also has a side order of their onion rings which were some of the best I have ever had. Lightly battered and crispy and hot...not soggy at all. Since I had been thinking about those wings for so long I just devoured them. Crisp was just as good as I remembered. I hope to get another trip to Chicago in the near future because I will go back to Crisp.
