The first few times I ordered these cookies, they were undercooked to the point of being raw and made me sick. This last batch was dry and stale. The brownie batter cookie and maple square were rock hard. I think the change of menu every week is overworking the employees. I recommend a monthly change instead of a weekly change.

I tried the S'mores cookies, they are very good. There are no bathrooms or an area to eat inside. There must have been an employee waiting in the area to order, I had to wait for assistance.

The staff was nice and store was clean. My order was ready for pick up quickly.

I ordered 6 cookies and most of them were undercooked. I’ve never had any issues prior to today’s visit so I am a bit disappointed.

I got the Pumpkin Square and it was delicious even though I don’t typically like sugary cookies. It’s BIG so one cookie is enough to share 🤗

The shop always smells amazing upon going in . The staff is friendly and gets my order quickly ! The waffle and the monster cookies are my faves !

The cookies were so good but I did order ahead to make sure they had the cookie i wanted and when I arrived to pick it up they told me they were out and said there was nothing they could do.

The cookie is a good size for the price but I find it very sweet and I didn't like that it was cold from the refrigerator. You order on a screen, they call you and that's it, there weren't many people so it was quick

Got the mini and for the price it’s better getting the regular size one. They minis where tiny and looked nothing like the picture or regular sized one.

The service at Crumble Cookie was incredible! It felt like home and the warm, soft cookies made the experience their even better. I made sure to leave a generous tip for the server. Ok, I come from Miami and I can notice the difference in attention and service offered in this crumbl store than the one I receive there in Miami, specifically the store on 120 St, which is the one closest to me, the first difference I have noticed is I have been to this store in Davenport (Posner) twice and the flavors are always in stock, which does NOT happen in Miami, there are always one or two flavors out of stock no matter what day or time I go 🙄 but here In this one, the 2 times I've gone, they always have all the flavors in stock 👍 positive point for that. The other difference is that here in the posner store they do a detail that they DO NOT do in the store in Miami, which is that they show me the cookies before giving them to me, here in posner they open the box for me and show me the cookies before giving them to me , I love that because I can quickly check if it is my order and if it is good, and also the status of the cookies. In Miami they throw the box in your face and don't show you anything 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️. Here they serve the cookies exactly as they are seen on the display in front of them and how they are seen in the images on the screen they have in the store, I feel satisfied with what I see and with the product they give me. In the Miami store the product on display has nothing to do with the product they give you, which almost always does not match and is practically a misleading sale. I hope this Posner Park store can maintain its quality and service over time 👍 and feel just as satisfied every time I come here

my second time trying crumbl, the cookie was still raw in the center and undercooked, idk if it was just that there was so many orders and they were rushing but that was my experience

I can’t help but to continue to order these cookies, the fact that they are thick, moist and chewy is my GO TO cookie texture they can’t be beat

The cookies being described as delicious is an understatement. I had the chocolate chip cookie that is a staple not matter what new cookie is trending and they are amazing. They put every chocolate chip cookie to shame with the warm and chunky chips.

Service was nice although they were sold out of 3/5 cookies at 8pm. First time having crumbl and they are extremely sweet, rotating flavors are nice though. Strawberry milkshake was the best and more palatable because the icing was lightly sweetened.

I ordered cookies curbside and they ver not brought out to me. I waited 10 minutes for my cookies a to be brought out before I went in to pick them up. They were sitting on the counter and cold when I ate them, I didn’t get any of the chilled cookies so this was a let down

I tried the Olivia Rodrigo cookies, and the cookie look nothing like the picture also two of the cookies that I ordered barely had any frosting on it so instead of adding more, she just took another one out of the refrigerator and replaced it but that one also had very little frosting and she switched out one of the cookies for a regular chocolate chip cookie, which I never asked for, but I didn’t notice I was just all around disappointed

I took my daughter and we ordered the combo of 4, but was disappointed that 2 were practically raw. The concept is good but they should be more careful about baking the cookies correctly since children can get sick from the raw cookies, plus I felt like I wasted my money.

This location needs better management. Always running out. Maybe make more , that's a thought? So customers that are coming after 3pm can get the cookies they want , especially since there are only 6 each week. Look at your order before leaving because they have gotten wrong cookies in the boxes and are not doing their job with each one. Customers are paying alot for these , no excuses. Get it right !

Cookies were great as always- pretty standard for Crumbl no matter the location but staff was less than friendly. I mobile ordered- they couldn’t find my order even with me showing them my receipt. Eventually they found the cookies- but they made me feel like I was doing them a disservice because I mobile ordered my cookies.

Boooo…given a honeybun cookie instead of lemon as I ordered. I see another person had same issue. If you are then you are out - just say it instead of misinforming the customer! Also, peanut butter cookie swirl looked like two pieces of poo laying on top of it instead of a swirl as the advertised picture shows and as usually we receive. First visit to this store while on vacation.

So I ordered 6 cookies through their app and was getting them delivered. I ended up getting 4 cookies and two coupons for two I’m assuming they didn’t have but I’m taking these as a gift for someone? How do I sit here and pay $36 for 6 cookies to only receive 4 sloppy underwhelming cookies and two coupons. I’d rather have had my whole order cancelled then to receive this. The butter cake cookie was beyond sloppy and they didn’t even try with the peanut butter and jelly cookie

10/10 cookies are always amazing and the workers are always so sweet!
