Came in here tonight to get the banana pudding cake cup. Walked in and wasn’t greeted with the normal warm and friendly welcome to crumbl, but overheard a female employee essentially being catty to another employee. Saw that they were out of the cookie I came in for and simply noticed said employee was assembling it and asked if they would be making more ( because I saw her making them) she harshly said nope with a annoyance . If you don’t like your job get another one. Crumble motto is literally “ bringing friends and family together over the worlds best box of cookies” so be happy to do that atleast. Being that I worked at a crumbl and was a manager honestly I’ll never come back to this location for this experience alone and I’ll continue to drive to gulf breeze and get my cookies. Lots of weird vibes and just plain unprofessional attitude was displayed. Again very unfriendly and that’s not how any crumbl I’ve ever been in is. Maybe it’s been a long day but lord bless them.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced from a Crumbl store! Last night we went in to get the new special banana pudding. The guy behind the counter said they were sold out and yet when he opened the fridge (the one to the left of the counter where I was standing) there was at least one in there. I said what about that one? That's the banana pudding right? He said yes, but I can't sell you that one unless we make a whole other batch? I can ask my manager but I don't think I can sell it. I said please ask your manager. He says ok, I think maybe it'll be ok but I'll ask. He asks the manager and comes back and says "no, I can't sell it and I can't explain why. I'm sorry." The computer system said the product was sold out and the manager wouldn't let the guy sell the product that was actually on the shelf. I'm in disbelief and he doesn't know what to say because he can't explain it in a way that would make sense. He then proceeds to tell my daughter to come back the next day (today) before 2 p.m. because that's when they usually sell out by. So I return today and walk in and the 4 people standing behind the counter never acknowledge that I've walked in to the store and immediately up to the counter UNTIL I ask another customer standing on the wall to my right if I'm invisible and can he see me? At that point one woman behind the counter says yes and quite frankly I'm not sure which question she's answering. Then the young guy walks up and says did you have an order? I had ordered the banana pudding though the app this time. He makes it, leaves a mess of cream on the outside of the container for me to clean up, and hands it over to me. Between the manager not selling product that is clearly not sold out and the lack of customer service, I will not be back and do NOT recommend this store to anyone! There are TOO many other places in Destin and Miramar beach to get great dessert besides this poorly ran store.

I had skepticism about Crumbl based on what I'd heard, seen, and then experienced. It was like walking into a lab of sorts where you see the specimen out on display and you can only pick what's still left for the day. Clean facility but some concern at lack of hair nets and such. Anyways, my order was super fast even if I had to double up on two flavors to get a good sampling style deal. All were consistently unique and delicious in mini forms. I'd visit again!

These are huge cookies! I went in there thinking the cookies were average size. I was wrong! They are huge, and so delicious. This place is different worth the stop!

10/10 I placed a pick up order soon as I got there in the parking lot. My fiancé walked in when I got done placing the order he was walking back out the door with the order within three minutes.

First time trying Crumbl was excellent! Cookies were good and they were prepared fast, looked good, and tasted even better.

The first place we went was Niceville. The Destin location is better. Cleanliness of staff is way better. Reason for a 4 star is prices only.

These cookies are delicious. You cannot eat the whole one because you would be having a sugar rush.

I purposely try to go to other locations because this one does not offer samples. I pick up for clients from here on a regular basis. However, I try to go to other locations because if they let us try, I would buy some personally too. The service is also painfully slow. When I order ahead, I still find myself waiting for an exorbitant amount of time.

This was a 10/10 experience! The staff was amazing to work with. I had a very specific request to surprise our friends and they made it happen! Not only were they helpful, but very patient with us as well. We also had an opportunity to meet the owners, they were very kind and great to work with! It’s nice to have a different option than Ice Cream. If you need a break from all the ice cream shops, definitely stop by and enjoy a huge cookie!

Crumble is amazing for anyone! The best thing is they have different flavors each week so it’s surprise all the time! They are so nice and the on in Destin is always clean and quick with orders.

First time ever getting to a crumble cookie because we don’t have one around where I live yet & loved the experience!! The gentlemen working the register was amazing in explaining it to me & made it so smooth & easy to choose which cookies we wanted!! I wish I was there to try the new flavors every week!! Each week on Sunday they change the flavors of the cookies, 6 in total, if you want the little cookies, those are mostly for catering & need to order ahead for that. The French toast one & the chips ahoy blue icing was the BOMB!!! Loved it here!! Wish they had somewhere to sit & hangout though, no seating. Just grab & go

Never been to Crumbl before and we tried this one and it was great! Our favorite was the cornbread cookie! It was different and a little scary to try but it was the best flavor!
