Crumbl seriously has the best semi sweet cookies in the world

I am only going to review the delivery unfortunately I was unable to try the cookies. My mom passed a way and a friend from work had 6 cookies delivered. I came in the house there was nothing on my porch. About an hour later I went out and saw the cookies sitting on the ground. ( who would put a box of cookies on the ground) I picked them up and brought them in the house. I saw a few ants on the box when I set it down. I opened it and the box was filled with ants. They got all over my counter. I hurried and took the box back outside. Now I was home I have door bell that was not used no one knocked. I have a few dogs that go nuts when someone knocks so I would have heard it. There was 2 rocking chairs sitting on both sides of the door that they could have put them on. Which I believe would have helped. So I called the store to tell them what had happen and I said they needed to refund my friends money. I was told they don’t do that they use door dash he would have call them. I was also told they are having trouble with drivers right now. Let’s just say are not understanding instructions. So I said what you’re saying don’t ask for delivery. They said yes. So I feel if they are having this problem they need to be more proactive in fixing the problem. I wish I could have tried them I’ve seen a lot of good reviews. So my advise don’t have them delivered

I’ve been in crumbl a time or two and have a cinnamon allergy I’ve never been told I couldn’t be served. But the lady on the phone was very rude about it and made a big deal when I’ve never had an issue in the past getting my cookie separate. I love the cookies love the place. Service not so much.

This is a special treat about twice a year for my kids and I. It definitely is a very good treat and we all get our fair share with quartering the cookies. The smell of the store itself is amazing lol. Price is a bit steep but again it's a special treat for my family now and again. Store was extremely clean and staff is welcoming. Will be back again in about 5 months!

I absolutely love this place. The cookies are amazing and the staff has always been great. The only thing that kinda annoyed me was arriving 10 minutes early to pick up an order I placed on the app and it would not let me check in until that time.

A friend of mine bought these cookies to serve for dessert. They were outstanding and I just had to get some. The first box I got had four of them and they were all over the top delicious.

I've been to this location a few times before and I've always enjoyed the staff and the quality of the cookies. I had stopped in today to take advantage of the limited time offer to get the Tres Leches cake before it would be discontinued after this week. The cake was so very good and the staff who had prepared my order today were extremely nice and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

I'll be straight forward about the cookies here... I'm not a big fan. My family seems to love the big, chunky, cakey, undercooked cookie dough that Crumbl uses as the basis for many of it's flavors. The flavor of their base doughs are really lacking to me, tasting more like playdough than a cookie. But people seem to love it, so I'm obviously in the minority. I prefer a cookie that is far flatter, with a bit of a crunch on the outer edge and a bit of soft chew towards the center. These aren't that. They're more like small, dense cakes lacking flavor in the batter. Some of the toppings are very well done and make up for the sub-par cookie underneath it all. I bumped the service down a couple notches because of my most recent pickup for Valentine's Day. First off, avoid the giftwrapping as it consists off a small round sticker. (See photo) Definitely not worth the cost. Secondly, the box they gave me was obviously ripped. (See photo) Not a huge deal, but kinda lame as this is a Valentine's gift. Also worth mentioning is when I used the app to order, it placed a minimum tip of $2 on my order of 4 cookies. There was no way to reduce the tip or remove it. You could only increase the tip. That's an automatic 15% markup on every 4 pack they sell.

To the friendly staff who typically always greet you with the iconic "welcome to Crumbl", to the clean store, to the delicious cookies, Crumbl knows what they are doing. Their weekly flavors keep you coming back for more and they deliver every week. I would recommend Crumbl in North Huntingdon to anyone who is looking for a solid specialty cookie.

When I first went I wasn’t sure what I was walking into all I know is I was told they have the best cookies and when I tried them omg let me tell you I was completely hooked. Best cookies ever and I love the fact that you order on a kiosk and then they call out your name and give you fresh warm cookies with a smile I will continue going back to cookie Crumbl and being a frequent customer. Their hype is true, Amazing extra large cookies.... If you can't afford a dozen at $45 then it's just not your thing. Weekly specials aren't always the best but that means you just get more chocolate chip cookies problem solved...

Delicious cookies and I love using the delivery service! However- one time the delivery driver basically asked us to tip him during our cookie exchange when we had already tipped online when ordering. That was so uncomfortable. If I were to have sent that order to a friend in gift form and he would’ve asked them for a tip that would have been mortifying. I am not a stingy tipper either so I’m not sure why he was sticking his hand out like that. Nonetheless, great cookies and I love checking out all the flavors of the week!
