Love the ross park crumbl! Everyone’s very nice and the cookies are always good!

Very unsatisfied with this store’s customer service. We have gotten several orders at this location without issue, but today I waited for nearly 15 minutes after clicking “I’m here” on the app. When I was handed the order, I politely expressed that the wait time was much longer than usual. The employee gave me a perfunctory answer and then said “cool beans“ as I walked away. I hoped to give feedback to the manager that this language from an employee was unexpected and impolite, but when I called the store and was connected with the regional manager Candace, it was like talking to a wall. There was no acknowledgment or sympathy whatsoever. I’d have trouble patronizing this location again.

You drive 30 min to arrive and hope to order all the flavors of the week. To then pay and then they tell you they’re out of half the options? You’re out of half your stock and you’re open for another 3 hours. Bad business in my opinion. You have one job, make more of what you’re selling!

The cookies are always good. And the service is amazing.

Cookies are so good but the store is just a little dirty

Overpriced dystopian chain bakery. Walking in felt like a nightmare with the complete lack of decor beside the stark white walls and splash of pink. The food is an absolute ripoff, with nearly $5 for a single sugar laden cookie that you can only eat a quarter of before you get sick. And god forbid you want more than SIX options to choose from. It's such a blatant cash grab at this place that it's hilarious. Spend your money somewhere local for a fraction of the price and feel better that you're putting your money into something that's worth it, not this minimalist hype-chain garbage.

My kids love the cookies here but I feel the place is overpriced and overrated. I feel that $16 for four cookies are a little bit much. The cookies are too sugary for me, but again my kids love it there.

Customer service was awful. Went to pick up catering order for a party. Cookies not ready at pick up time employees didnt believe I had a order even when I presented receipt and had multiple text messages from the previous day confirming cookies would be ready for pick up. Also did not have the correct variety ordered to make things even more frustrating.

Definitely was one the worst experience I have had picking up a catering order. I personally went in on 9/5 to place an order at the ross park location for 9/9. (The girl who took my order on 9/5 was really sweet) when we went to pick up on 9/9 the order was not done at all and they did not have the cookies for the order. This was very unfortunate because I have worked for a catering company and when you are out of something you touch base with the customer.We got no call, no apologies... nothing. The manager on duty seemed like she did not want to be bothered and honesty even after getting our cookies they were still wrong. I could have some compassion for the employee if they were really busy but they were not. Overall a bad experience and I am hoping Noone else has to go through the same thing, especially when it is for a child's birthday.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. We just moved from Michigan and we’ve had wonderful experience in our store in Northville and so we thought we should try this location as we were closer to it that day. Not only they made us wait 30 minutes for order, but the cookies were not fresh. They were hard over baked and not the same we have had before I called to talk to the manager, and she was very rude to me! Waste of $28! Honestly with so many of these around—-they shouldn’t shut this branch! In fact, just when I was there, there was another disappointed customer giving so many complaints about the app issues and the service in the store. I should have to cancel my order and left at that time. I didn’t realize I made the biggest mistake. 🙄

Contrary to popular belief, I have visited and ordered cookies here on the spot and gotten them in fast enough time. I haven't had one reason to complain about this location.

5 stars isn't enough for Ross Park Crumbl Cookies! Dating in Pittsburgh LLC had the pleasure of partnering with this amazing location for our singles event on July 13th in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. We were blown away by the owner's thoughtfulness and generosity. She personally delivered over 200 cookies to the event venue, making sure everyone in attendance had a sweet treat. The cookies themselves are, of course, incredible - soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. But it's the owner's exceptional customer service and kindness that truly sets this location apart. We can't recommend Ross Park Crumbl Cookies enough and wish them all the best in their future endeavors. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by - you won't be disappointed!

I have ordered delivery from this store twice - the first time they threw the order on the ground outside of my grandmother’s high rise after I gave specific instructions. The second time I ordered delivery half the order was missing and the other half that arrived looked nothing like the website - missing toppings and overall super sloppy. I love sending crumbl delivery as a treat for people on special occasions but I think I need to find a new idea.

honestly super disappointed they were out of 2 cookies,Then when i did get the cookies i ordered they were messed up and didn’t even look good…. cookies were halfway on each other and icing was melting off. Customer service also was horrible. also since when is it $20 for 4 cookies!?? Also every time i have been to this location the drive thru is closed, when there are multiple people working.

I ordered from here for delivery, and I only received 2 correct items out of 4. They also could make it more clear on if you are even receiving the correct order by writing the name on the box. The 1 correct cookie I received was kind of hard to bite into. If they ran out of cookies it would’ve been nice to call or something so i could change my order.

I wanted to love this place but time and time again I've had nothing but an awful experience here. No greeting, everything is self service, and when you do need help no one wants to assist or even talk to you. They are always out of the featured cookies. I'm told that it'll be available in a couple hours or even the following day. I'm already paying $$$ for an expensive arrangements of cookies, I'm not driving back and wasting more money on gas. My company always gets these cookies for employees as a weekly or monthly treat. Well we are no longer... last week we all got food poisoning from our box. It's almost as if the cookies were raw. Do better...

Crumbl is a chain bakery that sells large, thick cookies in flavors that follow a weekly menu. During my visit, I used a touchscreen to order and pay for a 4-pack box of cookies in my preferred flavors. After seconds of time, an employee called my name, gave the cookies to me, and thanked me. The four flavors of cookies tasted good, but each one contained several hundred calories.

I bought the milk chocolate cookie, it had 4 chocolate chips in it. All cookie dough. Maybe you have to pay extra for the chocolate?

I ordered and 1 cookie was out, and then I ordered other cookie and it was terrible looking. I asked for another one and it was still terrible. She said there is nothing she can do about it. She was rude. People pay good money for these cookies, and everyone should get what they pay for.

Crumble cookies was my favorite place of any other cookie place like it was so good and they change there flavors every week 🩷🩷

We arrived at 8:30 for an order that was supposed to be ready at 7:15. It was not ready, one cookie needed to be baked, another was not available, so I asked to sub in what the guy recommended. In hindsight, I believe he recommended their least popular and least liked cookie (this peach cobbler thing that had a tasteless oatmeal bready cookie). I love cookies and these just weren’t tasty. I asked my niece if they compared to the crumbl she goes to in another state and she said they were better elsewhere. I’m hesitant to leave a low review for any restaurant, but I’ve gone here several times now and the service is confusing, the atmosphere is chilly, and the cookies are not as remarkable as their high prices. This was disappointing, and not even yummy, and unhealthy all at the same time.

It was delicious and well worth it!

This location doesn’t care when they get your order completely wrong and they won’t call you back or make it right. Highly recommend choosing a different location or a different cookie altogether. Horrible customer service and recovery when it was their fault.

The PTO at my kid's school treated the staff to cookies over the holidays and they were a hit! It was easy and delicious and everyone loved them!

Update: our second experience was much better. Will give them another chance. ---- Our first ever experience at a Crumbl was a bust. We went specifically because my husband was really excited to try the Mallow Creme Lucky Charm cookie. The drive thru was closed. Having never been here before we were unsure what to do. When we walked in there were a few customers just standing waiting. We didn't know if they already ordered or not. There was no one at the front counter where it said order here and no one greeted us. The employees just ignored everyone and kept working in the baking area. Finally when some people moved we saw that there were two order screens, one of which was out of order, so we proceeded to order on the screen and then wait for our order. We were there for somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes before an employee came to the counter and announced to everyone that the Mallow Creme cookies had just gone in the oven and would not be ready for 20-30 minutes. At this time, many people who had been already waiting much longer than us seemed visibly upset. Some cancelled their orders, asked for refunds, and left. Others were given the option to switch their cookies or wait. I guess most people there had ordered this specific cookie. A man with his young son said he placed an online order for pick up over 20 minutes ago so he opted to switch the cookies instead of wait another 20-30 mins. His son was visibly sad about not getting the cookie he had been waiting for. We also opted to just switch our cookies as we felt we already wasted time and didn't want to leave empty handed. The coconut lime was very good but very sweet, it made for multiple snacks through the day. My husband did like the Buttermilk pancake cookie alright too. Hoping this was just an off day. The wait and the lack of service made us hesitant want to go back. Even the man who ordered online for pickup in advance didn't get his order. Maybe we'll give it one more chance if another flavor makes us excited to go try. Hopefully next time we will actually get what we came for without the confusion, wait, and hassel :/

I placed an order at this location at 8:32 am for pickup at 10:40 am because I was going to be in the area at this time. When I arrived to pick up my order, an employee told me that they had 0 of the 4 cookies that I had ordered and “in the future I should come after 12 when they will have all the different types of cookies made”. They only had chocolate chip and pink sugar available. Now, why would a place that opens at 8 am only have 2 types of cookies made over 2.5 hours after they open??? AND I PLACED MY ORDER 2 HOURS IN ADVANCE!!! No one could have perhaps contacted me to let me know not to come because they wouldn’t have my order ready?? I love the Monroeville location and have never had an issue there. This was my first and last visit to the Ross Park location. Extremely disappointment.

The environment is very sterile, nothing but a counter and then a massive kitchen. There is nowhere to sit and no one greets you when you walk in. You place an order on an iPad and then they hand you your cookie in a box. The cookie is refrigerated, it is chewy still but a singular cookie costs you $5.01 and you can get a larger cookie of the same quality from BJ'S for less than a dollar. I don't understand the hype for the shop. Your money is much better spent at a local bakery versus supporting this corporation.

Interesting little place. Definitely smelled amazing! The store staff appears to be working hard to prepare the sweet treats with very limited customer interaction. Pretty much, the customers were ignored and the bakers were robots. I don't believe that I was even greeted upon entry. The self-service kiosk for ordering was easy to navigate but it allowed me to order a strawberry shortcake cookie and the store was out of that item. I could receive a refund or select another option. The cookies were a nice size for the price you pay and they were uniquely decorated. The cookies on display kind of reminded me of children's playdough. The cookies were tasty. A bit overly moist for me but still very good. I was surprised that all the different flavors sort of just tasted the same. Not a bad experience but not exactly what I was expecting either. I don't know what all the hype is about regarding this store. Now, will I return....maybe, maybe NOT!
