We usually do Crumbl every so weeks or so but then we stopped. This week’s menu has taken us out of our hiatus thanks to my ALL TIME FAVE the waffle cookie bc it’s just entirely too delicious! 😩 The store is always usually pretty clean. I was shocked bc it was packed when we got there about twenty minutes before closing. We spent just under $35. Our order was done quite quickly. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. The employees are usually friendly as well.

Okay, myself and my daughter visited Crumbl for the 1st time yesterday, the store was too cute and gave such a trendy atmosphere. When we entered no one greeted us, and no one asked can we help you, even though we stood at the counter. The associates kept speaking with each other and never acknowledged us. We had a very hard time at the kiosk and finally figured it out after being in the store for a full 5 minutes. We loved 😍 the cookies and plan on revisiting.

Place is not very welcoming, it's all white and reminds you of a mental institution with touch screens for orders. Workers do not speak to you or offer assistance. They are just there making cookies.

Cookies are very good! They all have their own unique taste to them and they also looking very appetizing in looks !

All of my cookies are half raw still. They don't cook their cookies properly at this location. Very disappointed. Update: gave me a non existing email address to contact.🙃 🙄

I bought 2 boxes of cookies, and unfortunately, my coworkers and I got sick with food poisoning. Please never hand out cold cookies to anyone. This was the first and last time.

It's a rip - never again. Spent the money once to see if their cookies were really better than any I bake or buy. I gasped when he told me how much and almost said, "No, thank you," but I didn't. I should have. I don't like being cheated, ripped off, taken, but I was. Costco and Wegman's offer much better chocolate chip cookies for far less. Nestle's Tollhouse frozen bake-your-own are also better and you get to eat them warm, right out of the oven. Seems to me if you're going to buy a franchise, you'd you'd want something scrumptious - something like that grilled cheese franchise sandwich or Cousins Maine lobster. To quote P. T. Barnum, "There's a sucker born every minute." This is especially apt, describing those who bought this franchise and those who would spend nigh $10 for one tasteless cookie.

PLEASE READ!!! I came here with my friends to enjoy a sweet treat after the gym. Nothing was sweet about this visit, when I arrived to the cash register to place my order I was surprised when NONE of the workers were serving me. 3 workers stood doing NOTHING. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to take my order, I was forced to use the tablet to order. I decided to put a note under my order that said “Put someone on cash.” After 5 minutes a woman came out from the back and proceeded to say “Who put this smarta$$ comment” and then continued to verbally harass my friends and I. WILL NEVER BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY HERE, go to any other Crumbl location.

I love Crumbl but my latest experience was not great. Got raw cookies and the manager Dawn just stated their cookies are suppose to be gooey. Gooey & raw are 2 different things. Then she tells me she hasn’t gotten any complaints but im literally looking at the reviews and someone just complained last month about raw cookies from here. 🙄

I really love crumble cookies , I think personally my cookies I had gotten were hard but I let them sit a dau and it got softer !

There’s always a pleasant smile for the person who greets when you walk in the store. The store always looks clean from what I can see. The cookies are tasty and I like the variety. I just wish some of them would come back a little more often.

This place really grew on me when it first opened. Unfortunately I now think the cookies are over rated and very over priced. The " toffee cake" is not " soaked in caramel sauce" is tastes like a box chocolate cake with whipped cream on the top and the " toffee pieces" do not resemble toffee at all. Very disappointing.

I barely write a review. I bought two milk chocolate chip cookies today. And she gave me half baked cookies. She takes it out the oven while they are still baking? They taste under cooked and doughy. This was my first time here and my last time. Almost $10 for two doughy uncooked cookies.

Best cookie place. The varieties change every week. I got the chocolate peanut butter chip cookie this week. It was fresh from the oven, so it was still warm and soft.
