Busy for a reason. Delicious coffees and food. The lines go fairly quickly. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Worth a few minutes in the sun and breeze.

Little coffee shop tucked in with a gift shop. Kept it simple with an oat milk cafe con leche iced. Coffee was smooth and tested great. Nothing special to note but was exactly what I was looking for at the time. Would definitely go back and would also recommend for a quick grab and go.

I asked for an Espresso with no sugar and was quickly served an Espresso with EXTRA sugar. The woman working was rude and exclaimed "this is a Cuban place, that's how they come." with an attitude.

My favorite hole in the wall for the best Cuban sandwich in Key West. Never had a bad meal or coffee from the Cuban Queen. Always a must to stop and grab sandwiches for the road before leaving town to!

The coffee here is excellent. You can buy beans or ground bags of coffee too. Good sandwiches.

The service is excellent here and the Cuban coffee was excellent. I had the Cuban Queen sandwich and it was great. I heard several people in line and one person who drove up say this is the best of location for food of the Cuban Coffee Queens. One local told me it was the best Cuban sandwich in Key West, but I will leave that up to you to decide since it was the only one I had.

The coffee taste pretty good, not a huge fan of it but it's just my taste. Love the atmosphere and the service is friendly

Great sandwiches and better coffee!

We were super excited about visiting the Cuban Coffee Queen today. Ordered 5 sandwiches, 4 drinks and spent $93.50. It took over 30 minutes to get our food and drinks. When I got back to my room I was one sandwich short. Also, the paper they use to wrap their sandwiches in gets soggy and ripped on all of the sandwiches. My wife drove back to the Cuban Coffee Queen and thankfully they gave her another sandwich.

Wow the place is really amazing, the food is delicious 🤤, good service and fast !! I love it! The only thing is they need a Spanish speaker and some Latin music, since is a “Cuban” coffee shop!

Not personable with the customers and it's a lil tiki hut off to the side that make the coffees, smoothies and food. Smoothies are expensive. $10 to $12 for a smoothie. I got some berry banana one and it not very sweet ended up throwing half of it away. The coffee is like a Starbucks or dutch bros. It's the same taste to me. No hazelnut just vanilla and Carmel but strong. The coffee tasted better than the smoothie. I rate service and taste mediocre so so. Customer service goes a long way and it was not there no smiles no hello just take the order give me your money and call your name to pick up.

I only have bad words for the people near Caroline St. Perhaps if the young man had spoken English or even Spanish, I wouldn't have had a problem. I asked for ice coffee and cheese toast. The coffee was all ice and he insisted I ordered grilled cheese with tomatoes and plantains. How did he get all of that from cheese toast???? I complained and he argued back. Worst experience!! Never again!!

Sandwiches were good and good portion for the price. It's basically a walkup order and eat on the bench, but it was nice. Their smoothie was really nice with fresh fruits.

The coffee was great! I had a mocha on ice and i tasted my husband's hot vanilla. Now let's talk about the Cuban BLT! Bread was amazing...soft yet the perfect crunch. Bacon was prepared perfectly. Just the right amount of mayo. Serving size was generous considering the price. There can't be a better BLT! This will be breakfast everyday I'm in town.

Cuban Coffee Queen is my go to spot for my Cafe con Leche every morning when I am in Key West. They are always busy early in the morning because they are the best. They get you on your way quickly so the wait isn't long.

Not a bad little place to stop and get some cubam coffee

I get a Large cafe conleche hot with sugar and and extra shot daily , have for quiet some time . As of late my coffee is jacked daily. Never gets the sugar I asked for nor the extra shot I'm being charged for. That is starting to ad up to healthy sum I'm getting screwed out of . Now at six plus bucks per coffee I expect it done correctly. What happened y'all seriously 😳

Not one single cuban person works here. Ordered some “coladas” and they gave me expressos.

I got the iced cuban coffee and it was actually my first time having Cuban coffee on ice, but it was perfect! I kinda had low expectations because most coffee places disappoint me, but I was so pleased I came back the next day for another😂 too bad I don’t live close enough!

This place is a MUST visit in Key West. The coffee is beyond delicious, the sandwiches are hot, cheesy, & crunchy. The employees and kind and friendly. You sit on yellow benches and enjoy your breakfast to the sound of island music and baby chick's chirping.

Best traditional Cuban coffee outside of Havana (and yes, I’ve been to Havana). Can’t go wrong with a cafe con leche, but the iced coffee with coffee cubes is also a must-try. If you get food, watch out for the roosters; they can be savage if you leave your snack unattended!

This is a must when you visit key west! The line might look a bit long but I assure you they move fast! Delicious coffee, smoothies and food. And they had no problem answering questions about the menu and giving recommendations. Give it a go if you’re in key west. There’s 3 locations I believe, I personally went to two of them and it was consistent across both locations.

We ordered the chicken Jose Marti…The Cuban sandwich was really Good and refreshing!!! It’s a pretty Good portion so we shared and still was filling…MUST TRY SPOT!! They charge 3% for credit card so it’s better to pay in cash…

Cool spot to get a Cuban coffee!

Chai latte was great! We ordered for four and didn’t have to wait too long. There was plenty to keep us occupied nearby including baby chickens and their mother!

This was an impromptu stop on a hot day. I had the iced cafe con leche with mocha. Tasted great but the cup was not full, there was almost an inch of space between the top of the drink and the top of the cup. Other than this, I was happy with my order.

I ordered an iced coffee. She poured it straight from a jar, not freshly made, while I waited. It was so bitter, even my husband threw it away, and he'll drink coffee black. The person taking the orders was unpleasant and acted inconvenienced by us. It was a waste of money.

Awful experience, staff were very rude. Seems they really like question their customers, during the 15 minutes I was there I saw at least three groups of people being questioned about their requests, one of them got angry, asked their money back and left. Food was OK but with their horrible attitude, I'd rather stay away and to avoid being pissed.

Trash and awful experience first they forget to give me my burrito after my drink then they forget to give me the burrito in general and gave me just bread and butter wrapped liked one, after the fact i told them they forgot about it. They seemed so happy to help for no reason. Do not recommend 1/10

I had the cuban coffee con Leche 12oz, a bit sweet but delcious. Also had the breakfast burrito, it was delcious and savory. The atmosphere is laid back and chill. There are a couple benches out front to eat at but no specific eat in area. This is a small place but they are efficient.

Seriously the best coffee & espresso ever, and one of the best Cuban sandwiches you'll ever have. Don't hesitate, try them out.

Nadia was awesome and so was everyone else when accommodating our orders every morning for the past week!! The beans and rice were amazing along with the Cuban mix and Turkey club!! The dark roast coffee is my fav and we brought it home to enjoy!! We drink the cortado and fraps!!

Everything at Cuban Coffee Queen tastes amazing. An iced coffee in the middle of a hot Key West day is just the pick me up you need to keep seeing the sights. The ice cubes are made of coffee so it never gets watered down.

My husband and I were on a cruise and we stopped in Key West. Found this little jem. Amazing coffee!! We bought a bag to take home. I couldn't wait to get back and brew a pot!

The Cuban vanilla coffee was great, but I cannot say enough about the Colada. Had it a few times. Amazing! Brought fresh beans home to Illinois to enjoy the amazing flavors in our own percolator.

We stopped by for an early morning coffee and while there was a small lineup, it moved very quickly. Service was friendly and efficient, coffee was hot and delicious! We didn't grab any food but there were breakfast/lunch sandwiches and it looked good! Lineup of people that early in the morning tells you it's a great place!

Over priced watered down cheap espresso. There’s no way this will ever be Cuban coffee. This is for people with no taste buds sorry no one that left a good review of the coffee has ever had Cuban coffee.

Don't bother getting anything but coffee.. ordered a Cuban mix. But asked for it to be made classic. Pork, ham, mustard, pickles and cheese! HTF do you make a Cuban with NO MUSTARD??!! Worst customer service! 😔

We had the veggie hummus sandwich and the black bean burger. They were both phenomenal. Additionally the staff were very kind and helpful. Their latte was very authentic and tasty. Also their key lime pie was delicious. Never judge a place by its size. If you’re visiting Key West, this is a must.

Cute little walk up location downtown key west. Great coffee and a way to get all of your experiences local. Definitely pricey though at almost $9 for one coffee.

I’m just an average white fella who’d never had Cuban coffee before so I wanted the authentic experience. I am a normal coffee drinker so I’m not coffee ignorant. The Cuban coffee was phenomenal, it’s a light on the darker side when comparing to American but the Cuban has sugar and steamed milk added, it is delicious. There are 2 of these locations but this one has the postcard mural painting on the side wall and the other doesn’t.

Their coffee is great! There’s a nice little gift shop right next to it for souveniers, and it has easy parking! Almost like a food truck, so there is limited seating, but worth a visit!

One of the better Cuban sandwiches I've had in a long while. Their coffee was amazing and if you are there, do buy their bag of coffee. The Cuban Bagel they had was a big surprise.

Good service, great coffee and you have to take a photo of their mural. Busy place so expect a bit of a lineup.

My coffee tasted like watered-down nescafe instant coffee with an acidic and bitter aftertaste. The coffee shop reviews are like 2017 Justin Bieber, but the actual coffee is like 2024 Justin. Outdated, crusty, and stale. It tasted like if battery acid and urine got mixed together and ultimately got spit out by Timothy Chalamey. I don't get the hype for this spot. Maybe the server had a rough day, but please do not make me feel like a bad father abandoning his child when I am just trying to order a couple coffees. Cool decor, though.

How does this place get all the great reviews??? We stopped by 6:30pm, Feb 9th: ordered 3 coffee, got 2, all wrong!!! Both barristers didn't speak any English, couldn't understand what we were ordering! Coffee -- eh, nothing to write home about. Are you guys just riding the previous "fame?" The luck usually runs out at some point!

I’ve tried authentic cuban coffee before and this is nothing like it. It was watery and it tasted a lot like milk. The service was even worse, with a grumpy and careless teenager in the front.

Had to get a cuban coffee from the Cuban Coffee Queen. The Colada lacked the creamy froth. It seemed as if it was just poured into the cup with sugar. Very disappointing cup of Colada. The sandwich was amazing which saves this review from a 2 star rating.
