Love this place! They have entertainment beautifully presented food and delicious to boot. The staff is welcoming and the drink menu is yum. This time we went for our anniversary and they set a beautiful table, very romantic setting. They brought us a champagne toast. It was perfect and we will go back again and again. We sat at the bar and got drinks before sitting at our table and they give bacon strips out to people that sit at the bar.

Such beautifully prepared food just to be destroyed by SALT ..... We did our best to enjoy our prime rib dinner and the added on side dish of brussel sprouts. However, we had to just leave it behind without expressing our dissatisfaction as the (owner/chef) host that evening told my counterpart not to make any complaints tonight because he wasn't in the kitchen and someone else was cooking. The whipped potatoes were more of a loose puree ... I was just happy they weren't over salty as well. The carrots 🥕 were yum!

CuiZine restaurant was a delightful surprise. It’s a rather large restaurant located on the bottom floor of a 2story strip center off A1A. Not much to look at from the outside but truly amazing inside in terms of the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. Owned by 2 Macedonian brothers, the menu is quite varied including meats such as duck, veal chop and bone-in filet mignon as well as seafood such as salmon, sea bass and a house specialty cioppino a lot of people rave about. My husband and I had the duck and the veal chop special the first night. I’m a big fan of veal Milanese and most restaurants tend to do it very light and thin, but this veal chop Milanese with the breading was out of this world. Large beautiful portion and so tasty! We also were lucky our waiter was Colin, who also happens to be the sommelier. Colin gave us such great advice on the wine and we tried a Macedonian Shiraz that paired exceptionally well with both our dishes. Needless to say, we had to come back here again. So the second night we came back for happy hour 5-7pm and had the Shiraz again with the salmon and sea bass. Sea bass was perfectly cooked. Ambience at the bar was really nice. Seems to cater to a respectful crowd. Elegant entertainment with singers and piano players. Thank you so much!

I went there for the first time last week and everything was flawless. The only detractor from the experience, were the customers who were dressed like they were going to gym class, wearing gym shorts, t-shirts, flip flops etc and looking overall rough around the edges. When I arrived I was optimistic because I noticed the dress code posted on the door, I guess that's just for display........

Melbourne doesn't have a lot of food like this. Definitely a treat. The menu is well crafted, the food is excellent, the staff is attentive, and chef is pretty liberal with the truffles. Expect to spend north of $100/person with drinks and/or apps. Was only slightly disappointed that there was no mention of my wife's birthday despite the occasion having been noted in my reservation. Pictured is the duck confit and bone marrow over risotto.

WOW just WOW…. This place was incredible from the moment we walked in without a reservation to see live jazz performance and we were seated quickly. The restaurant filled quickly and the manager and waitress were extremely polite. The pretzel breadsticks were brought out fresh from oven almost too hot to eat but the delicious butter cooled them down for a satisfying pre-dinner bite. We ordered the filet mignon egg rolls, mizo glaze sea bass, aged New York strip, lobster Mac-n-cheese, bread pudding for dessert, and dessert coffees. For drinks we had the huckleberry martini and a smoky old fashioned. Everything was perfect and I mean everything, from the food to the staff. Zero complaints or delays. If you’re in the area and you have to time, you must enjoy dinner here.

We’ve been here a few times, this time with a group of 8. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Service was fast and professional. Cocktails from the bar arrived quickly and the crab chowder was very good. The French wine suggested by the server was amazing. The steak was spot on medium rare and delicious. Chef Zoran and his staff ensure you have a culinary experience that is exceptional. We had our daughter's college graduation dinner at Cuizine's on May 15, 2024 and everything from the planning with Chef Zoran to the end of dinner was absolutely flawless. Our amazing servers, Doris and Syd were able to take care of all the guests easily and gave all the guests special attention as they served them to include taking care of dietary restrictions. The attention to detail Chef Zoran gave to the planning and execution of the celebration dinner was flawless. We had a private, beautifully set up room set up for a party of 18 guests. The delicious appetizers were set up prior to dinner so guests could mingle and have their drinks. Chef Zoran set the room early up so we could come in the afternoon prior to dinner to set up some special pictures, signs, mementos, & favors which made the dinner extra special for our daughter. Chef Zoran met with me prior to the dinner and set up a special menu and gave expert advice on what to select from his main menu. They printed a special menu with our comments on it for the dinner. Chef's brother Marjan was there to ensure the menu was checked with us prior to printing and he checked on everything during dinner to ensure all was going well. Chef Zoran also came into dinner and ensured all was going perfectly. Every meal was delicious and our guests raved about the entire experience. Without question the best fine dining restaurant in Brevard County.

The veal chop was incredible. The value and quality of the main dishes are superb. The complimentary cucumber water is extremely refreshing and lovely. The ambiance was perfect for our special dinner. However, the cocktails were really lacking in quality despite the high markup. My cherry martini was unbalanced, sloppy, and visually unappealing (it was cloudy and the only garnish was the random sugar rim). The sugar rim was half melted, and the cocktail just tastes like a sugary cherry flavored vodka. My partner didn’t like his old fashioned either. Wouldn’t recommend the cocktails but i would still highly recommend coming here for dinner, perhaps pair it with their wine selection instead.

This place is such a pleasure. Last night was my second time going and everything was as wonderful as the first. Relaxing and elegant ambiance, polite and communicative service. Our server Mandy was attentive and informative, we had a fun little banter back and forth. We enjoyed some cocktails, a bottle of wine, a meatball appetizer, a wedge salad, and I had the sea bass as my entree while my boyfriend had veal chop. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. The menu is thoughtfully laid out and there’s so many great things to choose from. There was a singer who was lovely and the music was kept at a nice volume. My only complaint is that it’s so far away, but worth the drive!

Took my wife here for a romantic dinner. What a fantastic experience. I ordered the A5 Wagyu steak special, and she ordered the caprese appetizer. Both were excellent. Today I have eaten the best steak of my life. My wife is not a big fan of steak, but she loved it and also kept remarking what an amazing flavor the steak has. We finished the meal with the creme brulee, which was very good. The service is excellent and so is the atmosphere. Just a fantastic experience.

We go to Cuizine for anniversaries and birthdays and our experience over the past several years has been consistently outstanding in all aspects. To our knowledge this is the only truly fine dining restaurant beachside. The special last night (our 39th anniversary) was an exquisitely prepared lamb shank…the best we’ve ever had and we’ve had lamb shank in many places including the Middle East. Everything we had was five stars! Our New Year resolution is to visit Cuizine much more often and continue to enjoy Chef Zoran’s mouth watering creations!

The food is generally very good ….the chef and the owner (who I’ve heard may be brothers) have been rumored to have displayed horrific attitudes and been outright rude to customers. Since we had never experienced this, we continued patronize this establishment. Unfortunately, we witnessed this first hand last night when the owner, who was working the door, was beyond asinine to a party of 8 in front of us as we waited to get in. We turned around and left. This has been our go to place for event dinners and out of town guests …..I guess not any more. It wasn’t our party you were rude to…it was the people ahead of us ….read the review before you respond Zoran……and you can see based on his response ….(which he has since changed) he doesn’t care if the customer is satisfied or not …or offended by his behavior ….or if you come back …..I guess he just wants your money ….apparently “everyone” doesn’t know your “hospitality”……since it seemed to be severely lacking, at least what we witnessed of it. It’s very disappointing to find the rumors were true.

Over priced for what it is. Some of the food is spot on, most is under seasoned. I've eaten here several times since it opened up. The service is some of the slowest and most unorganized I've seen. Our server was remarkable however and couldn't have been more knowledgeable. Overall not worth the money. There are much better places in town at this price point. Oh, and owner is extremely rude. Read some of the other less than 5 star reviews.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this restaurant. I went here on 9/23/2023 for my 13th wedding anniversary and to say it was perfect would be an accurate statement. We started off with some Craft Cocktails and they were fantastic. I got watermelon for Round 1 and Black Cherry for Round 2 and they did not disappoint. My wife got wine and of course who doesn't love wine?? Next were the appetizers. My wife got a gigantic sea scallop with Caviar on top and I got Escargot. 10 out of 10 on both appetizers and yes I do like Snails. The main course is where the magic happened. I got a beautiful 14oz veal chop that was cooked perfectly and cut like 'buttah' and my wife got Miso Glazed Sea Bass. I don't say this lightly, but the sea bass could have possibly been the best fish I've ever eaten in my life. The texture and the taste was unlike anything I've ever eaten. The fish flaked perfectly and the flakes were huge. Easily 10 out of 10 here. For Desert we had tiramisu and what can only be described as a creme brulee 3 pack... They were both fantastic and the coffee was excellent as well. Our server was Buddy and he never EVER had us waiting for anything. He gets a 10/10 as well. Lastly, they have the most delicious butter to go on the hot pretzel bread that they bring out. I asked my server about it and apparently chef makes it himself, infusing it with herbs and other deliciousness. I would wholeheartedly recommend this restuarant for your fine dining. I will be back for sure! Thank you for making our 13th perfect!! Update: I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the lady singing. I believe she started around 6 PM, and she truly had the voice of an angel. It was a wonderful touch.

Last night we went for our first time to celebrate our anniversary. The whole experience was perfect. They had our table ready with rose petals and a champagne toast. The craft cocktails were delicious. The food was out of this world. I had the veal chop and my husband had a rib eye. Both were cooked perfectly to order. The crab bisque is excellent. The violinist serenaded us with our request of our wedding song "How sweet it is" by James Taylor. The chef and owner, came out and introduced himself and asked us how everything was. We we will definitely be back. The best restaurant we have been to in a long time!!

Absolutely wonderful dinner for 6! From pre-dinner cocktails at the bar with bartender Chase, through appetizers, entrees and dessert with server Colin, everything was as absolutely perfect as it could be. We had the roasted artichoke heart appetizer which was delicious. Entrees included the boneless ribeye with bearnaise, NY strip with bordelaise, pork schnitzel, veal chop with buratta and arugula bruschetta, and a delicious burger. Not one complaint about the flavor or temperature of the entrees from any of us. For dessert we had the Nutella flourless chocolate cake and the peanut butter cheesecake and a Bailey's coffee, which were all delightful. My new favorite restaurant in Brevard County!

Excellent food and service. Purpose: company dinner. Next time I'll try different sides and be there earlier for prime rib Thursdays. Food was prepared exactly as ordered. My only drawback was the potatoes and carrots with my main entrée, but that is only a personal preference nothing against the taste or preparation. I still recommend it all. I had the NY strip and porcini mushroom crusted, chef's compound butter. We also had a perfect pan seared A+ foie Gras and delicious filet mignon egg roll. One of our colleagues told us it was his birthday so they brought out a large slice of chocolate cake. Great evening out.

The food was amazing!! That’s the best part, right? Well… it is until you hear the employees gripe and snap at one another during your entire experience there. We went to celebrate my 40th and our bartender told us she would have a dessert for me at the end which I never received and her and the other bartender just kept talking bad to one another and when the servers would come to the bar to pick up drinks they were snapping at them with attitude… it really was disappointing to hear all of this over one of the best meals I’ve ever had in my entire life! I will be back but next time at a table away from the attitude that was the bar last evening! I will say honestly the menu at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic and the decor of this very unexpected gem were superb!

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Went out to celebrate my wife's success with her business and what a disappointment. The Fois Gra was presented without anything to spread it on, the Chef came out and badgered us on the fact we were disappointed, and then asked how he could make it better???, he's the chef, he should know how to prepare/present a dish?? that's why you go to a restaurant. Then the main course bouilliabase, which is supposed to be a soup or stew was just a pile of seafood, which was cold and over salted, no sauce, it was terrible and yes the chef then came out with his attitude and began to badger my wife. I would never ever go back to that restaurant again, I would not be surprised that Cuizine will be out of business in the next 5 years. If they don't fire the chef, it maybe sooner. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided upon a very last minute stay on the beach. We needed a great meal to go with it and decided to give CuiZine a try. We went in with nearly zero exceptions and came out with a 2+ hour meal of impeccable service, outstanding food, beautiful music and just great vibes all around. We had a reservation, but showed up a little bit early. It was no issue and they quickly ushered us to a great table that gave us perfect view of the violinist/singer (more on her later)… and on top of that they had done up the table with rose pedals and had champagne glasses ready for us to start the night off with. Colin took care of us all night and what an absolute treasure he is. His knowledge of the menu was excellent and he helped guide us all night with great knowledge of the flavors and techniques used to create each dish. Let’s not forget the fact that he’s a sommelier and a cocktail guru, what a fun conversation he was throughout the evening (and I came away with some new projects to try at home with mixing flavors and liquor!) So let’s talk food, because that’s what you’re here for. We started the night with the Chef’s Special Burrata and French Onion Meatballs. Both were exceptional. The burrata was so flavorful and fresh, it was an excellent start to the meal. The French Onion Meatballs were exactly as you’d hope they would be and exploded with that French Onion flavor. There is also a bread course. I probably could have skipped the little breadsticks, but the bread itself was baked perfect and incredibly tasty. A little sea salt on the very good butter would have been chefs kiss perfect. Oh and those French Onion Meatballs I mentioned? They were so good we just HAD to try the French Onion soup that it was based on. The soup did not disappoint, my wife and I split the soup and devoured it quickly. Our two year old would have been in heaven with it. So while all of that delicious food was going on we were treated to the violin and vocal stylings from Charlotte Goodman (Char Good as we came to learn!). She added the perfect ambiance to the meal and was clearly having fun the entire time. The fact that she would roam the room and play to tables really took the performance to the next level. She came over and asked if we had a wedding song (we did, I Knew I Loved you by Savage Garden). She didn’t happen to know the song (or the few backups we picked, I swear my wife wanted to challenge her to the max)… but minutes later she started up I Knew I Loved You and nailed it. It was so much fun to watch her try to figure out how she wanted to handle the song and by mid-way through she had figured out her groove and was feeling it. It was so special and fun. Then the main courses came. I did the chef’s special Osso Buco and it was done up exactly as you would hope. It was so tender and spiced very well. The risotto paired with it was exceptionally flavorful and really made it a complete dish. My wife did the Parmesan Crusted Veal Chop. It was cooked to a perfect medium rare and exploded with flavor. It’s a must have on the menu for sure. Somehow, after all that we still had room for desserts. We were finishing up past closing time so my heart was broken with the lack of Creme Brulee, but the Flourless Hazelnut Chocolate Cake hit a spot I didn’t know I had. It sealed the meal perfectly while my wife did some ridiculously chocolatey chocolate cake that she loved. All in all it was an exceptional evening. The owner and chef came by and chatted with us a bit and was very friendly. They let us stay past closing to finish up our meal and we really appreciated that. You want the tl;dr? Excellent food, great ambiance, wonderful music and Colin is the best. Oh and the cocktails were on point too!!! Though I kind of want to try some of the magic Colin was talking about making at home. Haha!

We had an amazing experience there. David our waiter was just phenomenal he helped to make our experience unforgettable. The food was full of flavor, the atmosphere was great. My wife asked for a specific drink and it turned our perfect. This is now our new favorite restaurant and we will be sure to be back!

I’m 63 and have eaten coast to coast and I have just had my best swordfish here at Cuizine. I have never had a bad meal here but tonight’s special was fabulous . Finishing it off with a crepe Suzette . Once you have dined here you’ll be a regular !!!

Absolutely brilliant experience all around. We had a large group so I made a reservation, and we were seated right away upon our arrival. A few of us (including myself ☺️) started with the smoked old fashioned, which had the best presentation I’ve ever seen. (I won’t ruin the surprise, you just have to try it.) We ordered a few shareables for the table: escargot, filet mignon eggroll, and several bowls of French onion soup. For the main I tried the truffle pasta with a lobster tail, and let me tell you this may have been the best pasta dish I have ever eaten. Desert was a mixture of crème brûlée, bread pudding, and espresso martinis. Everything from service to food was phenomenal, we will absolutely be back. Thank you!!
