Good burgers and other sandwiches like pork tenderloin and grilled reuben.

Me and my mother had lunch here today she had the cod dinner and a lemonade the fish fries and coleslaw was good but the dinner roll wasn’t fresh at all I had the cheeseburger fries and cheese curds which was delicious Also needed some attention the bathroom was decent overall the experience wasn’t okay

Not one to usually complain.....However. Young one can eat more then 2 chicken strips. Met with a blank stare when I asked if I may order extra strips. Okay. Well how about I order a four strip meal and if you could just throw it in a childrens bag like his sister's bag..............no squabbles with the kids!........Blank stare, numerous "uuhhhhmmmm, uuuhhhh", finally turns to ask the person bagging orders if they would place the 4 piece into a children's bag. "WHY???????" Back to blank stares. Nevermind. I shall order both a 4 piece adult meal and an additional children's meal(not needed) just to get the bag. "No thank you for a drink with that". Blank stare. "It does come with the milk though?" Was not looking for a free ice cream at all, at all. Simply a bag to lessen strife. Haven't been here in awhile and probably will not be back. Mad? Yes, a bit. Amazed? Definitely.

Maddie at the cashier had phenomenal customer service. Everyone else was just as friendly. I can only hope that she’s been paid for what she is deserved otherwise you might miss out on an amazing manager in the future. Food and other things were awesome and clean as well.

Never have really been a big fan of Culver’s until I went to this one! Food is always fresh and hot. Customer services is amazing, and food is ready fast even on busy days!

Busy day and stopped for a quick meal. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and capped it with a cup of carmel cashew ice cream. I don't normally do fast food because of the quality, safety, nutritional valve, and service, but this visit did not disappoint me in a moment of urgent need. The food was hot, fresh, delicious ice cream, and pleasant, efficient service.

This was my 1st time at this location and I'm glad that we stopped!

I am very happy to have visited this restaurant today, me and my family enjoyed it very much, above all the service was excellent, all the staff were attentive to our satisfaction at every moment from the moment we opened the door, an employee greeted us and made us feel Welcome and they also suggested a large table for our comfort. I hate the thought of jinxing us, but they have never messed up our order. Shrimp is a great addition for lent. My wife loves the shrimp, and I like the pork tenderloin sandwich. Like the flavor of the day sign, gets my attention, sometimes draws me in. Nice alternative to fast food!

If you like great burgers or outstanding sandwiches from walleye, then this is the place. This and custard milk shakes make the cloudiest day filled with 🌞.

the Ballwin location takes forever.. really slow

It was super busy the day we went but only because they were doing some kind of school fundraiser at the time. It took almost an hour to get out the food. But it was tasty as always and the kids were adorable.

Have never been to any Culver's that was unclean or has people that were unfriendly or knowledgeable.

I was served by Sahand today and received exceptional service. It was a very good first experience. WILL make a return visit.

There are 2 drive up lanes. One moves and the other does not. Good luck. (Condescending order taker is a bonus) Waited a good 15+ minutes for our 'made fresh' meals. We had a cheeseburger that had a bun so hard you would have broken a tooth if you tried to eat it. A butter burger?! Really? Disgusting. Ordered fish but received no tartar sauce, no ketchup for fries, no eating utensils.. for this overpriced (slow) fast food place, very disappointing. I hope they get it together or they won't be around very long.

Once again my order was screwed up... ordered triple, received double... not the first time... at this point I'm tired of calling, 6 of the last 7 orders placed were wrong... do not like publicly calling out businesses but I've privately talked to the Mgr and owner several times and they always made it right but it's tiring getting the wrong order nearly every time... well just try the Fenton location...

The best cod sandwich in the area. The staff is wonderful.

People are not doing the job right anymore maybe under stress or claiming the process of a new job still.

Richard was absolutely amazing. He was here; he was there; he was running around everywhere and still had a smile the whole time. Orders were prompt, correct, and delicious! Other places around take note!! Richard had got it going on up here🤘🏼 give that man a raise bc HE is the reason we will be back soon!

We took some of our grandkids there after a soccer game. Everyone enjoyed the food and had a good time.

Make sure you double check your order before leaving. They will not refund you for missing items unless you come back to the store with your card. I ordered online, picked up curbside and a large portion of my order was missing. When I called to ask for a refund I was told they could not unless I came back to the store. A huge and unnecessary hassle in my opinion.

This particular Culver’s didn’t smell good at all. I think they should take the carpet out ou have it shampoo throughly. Food was good, as expected at Culver’s. The selection of music pretty spectacular! 70’s!

People are always polite and friendly. The food is consistently good. The facility is always clean.

One of my main go-to burger chains in STL. Never had a bad experience at any Culver's. Food was fresh and prompt, good customer service, can't ask for much more.

Best double cheeseburger in town and I got a free sample of custard.

We are regulars at this location, and normally the food and service are outstanding. However just recently there was a problem with our order, which after it was brought to the managements attention, the issue was quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. This is a great location, they take care of their customers. Thank you, we'll be back.

Chicken tenders are expensive and dry as cardboard. TERRIBLE taste...and this is from me and my 2 kids

Culver's never has let me down after several visits and I think many others would say the same great food friendly staff. If you haven't been there before I urge you to give them a try.

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. The meal was good, prepared in an efficient manner, speedy delivery to the car upon arrival. The only hiccup was the condiments requested were not gathered & placed in the bag. I’ll be mindful of this for next time to double check before departure. An inconvenience? Yes. Nevertheless, I had lunch & all was well.

Customer returned because order of fries not correct exchanged fries and returned fries were put back to serve another customer...me..that was biggest mistake! After telling worker about error apology given and new fries were given. Questionable handling of food is now in place!

This is the faster and friendlier Culver's around. Getting in and out sucks sometimes, damn you Manchester.

10 piece shrimp dinner with 2 coleslaw plus an extra 6 piece and a 1 small drink almost 30 bucks now. It's a good dinner but can't go like we use to. Plus, you add on the flavor of the day 1 scoop for both of us. Looking at almost 40 bucks for 2 to eat.
