Had a great breakfast this morning! The omelets were huge and tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. It’s such a cute vintage vibe with only counter service. This was such a great find this weekend!

This is the BEST breakfast lunch stop in all the surrounding towns. Tommy does an excellent job of cooking with his sidekick, and the girls have all been there a while. They’re friendly and they know their stuff. Not really convenient for a big party, but it’s perfect for 4 or less. This is my “Go To” place EVERY summer! I’m glad the faces stay the same.

Nice but very ,small inside, only seats about 25 people total. Not a fan of the Hash browns or hash, but everything else was great. Service was excellent.

cup and saucer is a true local experience! great daily specials that keep the menu exciting! the communal seating is a unique experience but ultimately very fun! quick service and well flavored food!

This place is a gem! Our waitress was a amazing! The menu was vast and everything was delicious. Some of the specials were big enough to feed a small family of four!! The seating is all at the counter, but it just adds to the charm of the place.

Love the homey small town atmosphere! Coffee cups are never empty. Pleasant waitresses and amazing cook. I got the "special" omelet of the day. Spinach, mushrooms, bacon, and cheese. It was fabulous! Came with fresh made home fries and rye toast. They have really good rye toast. On another day, I got a take out bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a fresh, warm croissant. Yum.

Meh food. You’re better off going elsewhere. Only counter seating. Not very welcoming. Immediately rushed out to accommodate new diners when meal wasn’t even finished.

It's authentic that's for sure. How in the world do they serve up the best eggs Benedict I've had in ages?? Better than all the fancy restaurants we go to. You gotta understand...Benny's are one of my favorite dishes of all! Nice work!

Limited seating is the only negative at "the cup". I have never had to wait, although often there are only 1-2 seats open. Prices are reasonable, and the food and service are AMAZING. They are only open until 2pm, but they do serve breakfast and lunch all "day".

I’ve been coming to CnS for 5 years now and I think it’s the finest restaurant in Deerfield valley. Must try the biscuit and gravy, the bacon egg and cheese on a biscuit, and the cinnamon roll French toast!!

Best homemade corn beef hash I've honestly ever had

There is a lady here by the name of Marianne and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Over the phone i’ve never had someone so disrespectful and rude in my life. Marianne is extremely racist and she said apple pay didn’t work becuase you can’t tip on it. I’m honestly so happy and secure with my self after coming here becuase seeing someone so miserable in their life makes me grateful. So thank you marianne for this realization. (also who tips on a takeout 😂). I asked for a large hot chocolate and she gave me a quarter filled large cup.

I LOVE this place. My husband's family owns a cabin in the area and I cannot believe I've only discovered this place recently. I love the seating - it's very old school. The waitstaff is helpful, knowledgeable, and make this place extra special. I love the menu. This is not the place to come if you're a large crowd on a busy morning as it's unlikely you'll find seats all together. It feels very local here and I like that. I love supporting small businesses - I hope they're around forever!

Do not park near their dumpster for privacy while changing your toddler or they'll try to steal money from you for dumping trash...that you didn't....

The food and people were great.. Will be going back.

Good breakfast and tasty toast. Popular in the are and interestng sitting around a horshoe table.

Where do I begin? This was a very disappointing experience! Diner is old and dingy, and it is filled with locals that don't seem to appreciate tourist dollars in their community. The waitress pointed out two seats for us, and the gentleman next to those seats had his arm on one of the chairs. I said nicely, excuse me, sir, and he ignored me. The waitress knew him by his first name and told him that we were sitting down next to him and he moved his arm. It was our anniversary, and we were wearing matching shirts and one of the locals across the counter, started laughing at our shirts and saying derogatory things about us to another patron. It winds up that this person was on his break and he is actually the dishwasher. I would not recommend this place, the only good things were the smiling waitress and the crispy bacon. We will not be back on our next trip to Vermont.

Service was leisurely an basically non existent. Our food took an inordinate amount of time. The food in a word was terrible. The biscuits were flat hard pieces of crunchy junk. The gravy was ok but lacked enough sausage to be considered " sausage ' gravy. I saw several other biscuits come out that actually looked like biscuits. Not mine. My companions omelettes were equally bad. Raw vegetables and flavorless eggs. None of us were impressed with our meals. We left disappointed and puzzled how this place received such high reviews. We picked this based on said high reviews which were not consistent with the actual experience. I normally do not leave " bad" reviews. I'm just being honest. I would suggest you find somewhere else.

This place is so unique and friendly. First time ever in a restaurant where the tables are oblong and horseshoe shaped. Really a delight ❤️

Everyone was very friendly. Amazing service . Best corned beef hash I've ever had. As you can see in the picture I didn't even have time to get a pic of it. Ha ha ha.

We have been traveling all over Vermont; North to South, East to West, and this place ticks every single box and has THE BEST COFFEE! Enjoyed the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, which you must come with an appetite because the portions are HUGE, and did I mention THE COFFEE was THE BEST! If you are traveling near Hogback Mountain you don't want to miss out on the Cup N Saucer Restaurant where they treat you like family... Honestly I would drive across the state just to eat here! Thank you so much for a great start to our day (and for the to go coffee) 😌

This place was awesome. At first we couldn't tell it was a diner from the road, but when we went in, it was a great experience. The food was really good. Service was awesome. We happened to get the owner as our waitress, and she was a cool lady. Would definitely return.

We walked in and right away just knew we were going to have a fantastic breakfast. The staff was very nice. I had the Biscuit Benny special - eggs benedict with sausage gravy and hollandaise on a biscuit served with breakfast potatoes. It was hands down one of the best eggs benedicts I've had. Don't let the low key exterior/interior fool you!

Cup and Saucer isn't fancy but the staff is accommodating and the food good. We ordered takeout due to Covid and a member of our party who was not comfortable eating indoors. We sat on the stone wall outside the restaurant and enjoyed a good lunch while admiring the fall colors.

Delicious! I rarely have time to make a full breakfast and this place is a treasure and throwback in time to huge blueberry pancakes or an omelet with about anything you want in it. The coffee is great, the atmosphere is awesome and it's a good place to stop and meet locals or just read the paper and have a cuppa!

Had breakfast for 2 and very simple 2 eggs scrambled and toast 2 orders. Eggs tasted Terrible and no salt or pepper on them, very greasy and had a burnt taste, both orders. Both orders of toast were saturated with butter which I could squeeze out in my plate before I ate them. No one came back to ask if I wanted another coffee and they forgot our bacon. Don’t recommend it to anyone until they improve considerably.

Been here a few times. Food is always on point and the folks are friendly. Easy to converse with fellow patrons, and good tunes coming from the kitchen shows there is soul to the joint. :) THIS CHEF APPROVES!

Great food. They were down one chef. One dishwasher and one waitress and they were so accommodating and so sweet. Very family and warm atmosphere. They knew so many guests by their first names and knew their orders. We were just visiting but when we are in the area again, we will come back.

The Irish Bennie is amazing. Poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce on top of potato pancakes! Plain, comfortable setting. You sit on chairs around a counter. Really friendly help. If you want a country breakfast, this is the place.

Charged $8.79 for my kids breakfast. I thought the egg came with the pancake, but to charge $4 for one egg is ridiculous. Absolutely absurd prices. Sonny’s prices have been ridiculous for a long time.

Ate here recently while on a work trip. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The service was very prompt. The food was delicious and they had a good variety of options. The restaurant has a good small-town atmosphere and made us feel comfortable right away. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stop if you're in the area.

Got to keep telling you folks out there to get to Cup n Saucer...it is where the locals go for a relaxing and often social climate. Food is good, service too with warmth and competence to add to the charm of dining at the same counter as everyone, promoting chats with friends and strangers alike. Head to Sonny's Cup n Saucer...tell 'em Robin sent you...time for breakfast folks.

It's probably the only breakfast available in town. Felt awkward due to their sitting arrangement. It's one oval table and everybody sits in a circle staring at each other. Food is okay. Service is below mediocre. But again, slim pickings in that area.

Anytime visiting MountSnow, I make sure to stop by and get this amazingly good food. Usually order an Italian Sub, but everything else is tasty

The food was great ant the customer service was awesome. My brother and I were just passing through and it was very nice to have such tasty breakfast cooked and served by awesome people after driving for 19 hours. I highly recommend this place.

Nice old feel restaurant taking you back to the 70s feel. It has one round counter smack in the middle that everyone sits around and if you choose the right seat you can watch the cook do his thing. Service okay.

This place is a one-of-a-kind kind of wonderful! I've been coming here since I was a little kid and it is just as good now as it was then! Such a unique table shape, everyone is sitting at the counter. The food is delicious! Amazing pancakes, yummy skillets. Really can't go wrong here. This trip we went two days in a row!

Seems that Sonnys Cup and Saucer has merged the two horse shoe counters into a single horse shoe. Is nothing on this Earth sacred 😩😩😩😩. Liked the old look wayyy much much better. Floors and wood ceiling have been restained too. 😩😩😩Hospitality was still at same level. Always a good option to come here when in the Valley especially when Dots has ridiculous long waits on weekend or holiday.

Great food, amazing atmosphere, best wait staff. This place has the hometown feel your looking for when your on vacation or just hungry for some great yet inexpensive food. Everyone who works there is always smiling and the bend over backwards to make sure you are well taken care of. I would reccomend this restaurant to anyone passing through Wilmingron. Amazing!!!

Typical diner food, but our waitress, Cindy, definitely made the experience. The prices were fair and our food was brought out exceptionally quick! Cindy, thank you SO much for everything. You are by far the best server we’ve ever had! The tables are shaped in a “U” and yes, they do take debit/credit cards!

The best breakfast in the Valley! I have been coming here for 25 years and it is always excellent. The atmosphere is fun, hectic and comfortable.
