One of the best dinners I have had in years! The grouper was incredible, and the fried tomato appetizer was to die for. Tried my buddy's old fashioned and it was amazing as well. Highly recommend - prices very reasonable for the quality of food. Wish they had more beers on draft.

3rd Time at Cuvée 30A. CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT!! You will not be disappointed. The food is outstanding and the service is fantastic. Tyler, our Bartender and Server was amazing. She was accommodating, professional and friendly! We had the Caesar Salads of course, the Prime Rib Flatbread (mustard drizzle worked perfectly) and the Crab and Corn Bisque - great corn and crab flavor with the right amount of seasoning and heat. And the Chocolate Crepes (as good as ice cream, chocolate and berries can get). The drinks are wonderful - this is always a perfect restaurant experience (and Happy Hour proves make it a great value)! This is our 2nd time at this restaurant- it is our absolute favorite in Panama City Beach area. To start, Paige was a fantastic bartender! We decided to go to Happy Hour - so glad we did! She was attentive and personable! Started with the Pear Flower Martiniano the “New” Old Fashioned. Both were very good. The Pear was a little sweeter and less pear-ry than our first visit 2 years ago but still good. Don’t be afraid of the New Old Fashioned if you don’t know Rye- it tasted very much like Bourbon- ask for extra cherries! We both love the Caesar Salad because we like eggplant and the eggplant croutons are fantastic- soft and flavorful. Then the duck Flatbread! The Barbecue sauce is pretty sweet, and it could use more duck, but it was still very good. Finally, we ended with the dessert sampler because we couldn’t decide!! We didn’t love the white chocolate banana cream pie, but honestly we aren’t fans of white chocolate or banana cream, so it was predictable. The Corleone is wonderful, the Key Lime was as expected, the Flourless Chocolate Sin Cake was flawless, and the crepes were really good with the ice cream in a pastry cup. Well worth it if you like all or most of those items. This remains our favorite restaurant in PCB area! Thank you!

We usually love Cuvee 30a but this time our steaks were so highly seasoned. My grandson (8 yrs old) ordered sliders with cheese only and they were so spicy he couldn't eat them. Our waiter was kind enough to take them back and brought out more but no cheese. My my favorite chilled crab legs were on the dry side but still delicious.

The burger 🍔 And the grouper were amazing!!!!! but the pork chop came out raw, which is a health hazard, and the manager refused to take it off the check -he would only cook it more, but nobody had checked on us for 15 minutes by the time the manager offered to put it on the grill dinner was over.

Waiters were very kind but somehow took over 10 minutes to take drink orders, everyone knew what they wanted, just slow going. 20 minutes to receive the drinks and food menus. Handed menus upside down. 1 loaf of complimentary bread brought out at 1 hr for a table of 15. Meals brought at 1hr 20. The venison and escargot were good. The duck was dissapointingly bland. Looks like a good date spot but I won't be back unless invited by a friend.

The front of the house was great. Bar staff…great. Waiter…great. The food was marginal at best. Fried green tomato app was swimming in an over powering sauce that disguised any semblance of tomato. Wedge salad was sloppy and bland. Then after a ridiculous wait for our food…the pork chop was dry and tasteless, the tuna was over GINGERED, and the potato sides were the blandest thing I’ve ever tasted. This was the worst $300 meal I’ve ever had. I realize 30a doesn’t have an abundance of options, but I’d avoid Cuvée. It was so not good.

Grouper Vince was horrible; tuna portion was extremely small (barely an appetizer size served as a dinner) & razor thin! Chicken so salty couldn’t taste anything else served with 3 “very tiny” white bean bites! Wine online is $30 that they charged $77!!!! Dessert (assortment) & bread 4-star. We all came home hungry & very, very disappointed😔

Went on a bachelorette trip in this location, and we ate here one night. Table of 14 and they sat us outside. The shade was halfway down and in the way of half the girls at the table. It took way too long before the waiter took our order. He overcharged us for alcohol we didn't order. They honestly should have given our table another waiter to keep up with water and drinks because it just took way too long. The food wasn't good. Isn't worth the big price they put on it. The venison came out cold and some of the girls were sick in the bathroom afterwards. They have glass coke bottles for $5 and no fountain sodas. Don't waste your money or time here. Go find another place that has good food and service in this area because I'm sure there are lots of other options.

The place itself looks beautiful. My husband and I came with in laws a two kids (2 year old and 3mo old). Greeted and sat well. The waiter, Chris, was TERRIBLE. Clearly we have a toddler with us (in our eyes that’s the most important person at the table) he wasn’t asked what he wanted to drink or we were not asked what to get for him. Once we were able to order a Shirley Temple, our 2 year old thanked the waiter… no response. There was no suggestion for what to order for kiddo. Our steaks, ALL OF THEM, came out cold! The sides were steaming but we had to ask for steaks to be warmed up. Quality of the meat was either lost or not there because of that. Our kids ff never came and had to ask for them after our food came out and was reheated. The experience was terrible. Our kids acted very appropriately and we have taken them to wine bars/ upscale dinners before and we usually experience more friendliness and some interaction would have been appreciated. Or don’t say that the restaurant is kid friendly (I asked multiple times while booking). Won’t be back.

Our recent visit to Cuvee 30A was a memorable experience. The restaurant’s welcoming atmosphere was a great start to our evening. For appetizers, we chose Escargot, which set a high standard for the rest of our meal. My wife ordered the Filet and I had the Signature Tuna for our main courses. Both dishes were prepared well, highlighting the quality of the ingredients. The sides, Jalapeño Potato Au Gratin and Asparagus, complemented our meals nicely. The Jalapeño Potato Au Gratin added a unique flavor, while the Asparagus was fresh and well-cooked. Dessert was an assortment, with the Flourless Chocolate Cake standing out for its rich flavor. Our server, Jacob, deserves a special mention for his excellent service. He was knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing our dining experience. My wife enjoyed a glass of wine, which Jacob helped select, and I had a well-made dirty martini with blue cheese olives. In summary, Cuvee 30A provided us with a great dining experience. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for quality food and service.

Me and a few friends had dinner in the bar area last night. The food and drinks were amazing and worth the money but the ambiance was hands down the worse I have ever experienced. You would expect a restaurant as nice as this one to have a nice relaxing music overhead like every nice restaurant I have eaten at but no! They have the most obnoxious guitar player in the corner playing. Every song he played he played it 10 times faster than the original song. We all felt like we needed to be on medication just to try to get through our meal. My nerves were shot by the time we finished dinner. I hear locals say all the same things I am complaining about all the time. SO I just dont understand how the manager of this restaurant doesnt listen to customers complaints and change the music up to overhead music!!!!!

Hostess a tad judgy. My group looks young- so she kinda treated us with that mindset. The drinks took way too long. Tables who sat after us got their drinks before us. The fried green tomatoes appetizer is MAINLY that. I was under the impression there would be more crawfish tails. I also told the waitress I don’t like fried green tomatoes and if substituting could be an option. She did ask, but I said okay I’ll just pick them off. Um- the entirety of this plate is fried green tomatoes. I told her to just remove it. I’d think a higher end restaurant waitress would’ve told me that?… and she acted as if we might not be able to remove it off the bill- which that would’ve been a BIG problem for me. But they took care of it. The dessert flight is pretty tasty. The espresso martini is soooo good. Made very well. I was told the sautéed spinach was too salty…

The atmosphere is typical of better restaurants I thought. Nothing that said wow something different. The cocktails were a bit slow coming out we had to wait a while for them. I had the pear martini which taste like a herb no pear flavor it was not what I expected for a tasty cocktail. I had the daily special of scallops on a bed of fruit salad. The scallops were just scallops no flavor that raised the taste buds and with a little fruit salad I have to say it wasn’t that satisfying. Maybe I should have tried something off the menu instead. I had the ice cream desert rolled in chocolate and nuts the ice cream had no taste it was bland for a desert. I didn’t think that it was worth a $300 tab for two people.

We come here annually when we visit 30A, and it never disappoints. The food is perfect every time, and the atmosphere is casually sophisticated. But the service is what really shines. Our server has been Phillip for the past 3 years, and he is perfect. We had a dessert here 4 years ago, and when we described it last year, he went back and asked the chef about it. Chef Sean came out and offered to make it for us if we wanted to return in two nights, which we did. It is the best banana bread pudding you can imagine. This restaurant has a solid reputation in 30A, and it is well-deserved.

After a ridiculously over priced meal at the Old Florida Fishhouse - I was looking forward to this meal. After eating at his old place, I figured the food would be really great, the wine list spectacular and the prices - I checked - were not crazy. The atmosphere was weird. Some elements were really cool - like the wine wall - but the tables and chairs could have come from a Dennys or a PF Changs. Such a large place - so I sort of get it. You have to walk by the kitchen to go to the restroom - which is weird - I would think more so for the staff than the patrons. The waitstaff was great - Alex was new but very kind and excited to serve us. The wine list was very good - albeit a bit silly - $5k bottles. The food - it was just ok. The fried oyster app - small oysters - lots of batter. Cooked ok - could have been an app at PF Changs. I got the filet and my husband got the grouper. Filet had no seasoning at all. The Madeira sauce I was encouraged to get was silly sweet. The grouper was also drenched in a sweet sauce that made it feel like you were having a side of pancakes with your fish. The fish was cooked very well however. The cooks prepared the fish well - I just think it is an ill conceived dish. Nothing on this menu differs much from previous places. That was disappointing. I had hoped to see an evolution of the chefs talent, and instead it was just the same as it was 15 years ago. I think there must be better places in the area. There’s a taco joint in Seagrove - Mi Casita - on 30-a that is worth every (reasonably priced) penny. Go there.

Prices will end up being 5% +/- higher than on the menu if you pay with a credit card. Sadly, we will not be returning. The food was very good. Service was excellent. The restaurant is more interested in gauging customers for transactions than building a loyal clientele. A fine dining restaurant should operate like a fine dining restaurant, not charge credit card processing fees, among other unanticipated fees. This is not customary for a fine establishment such as this one. My hubby has been in the restaurant industry for 25+ years. All these extra fees will, unfortunately, hurt the servers and likely cost the restaurant dearly. I would’ve given a 4 or 5 star rating but cannot do that when you finish a delicious meal and feel like you’re being nickel and dimed on a bill that’s upwards of $100 a person (and I only had water). There were 3 of us in our party. The restaurant was rather empty for a Thursday evening and the rating is lesser than the food and service deserve. This restaurant is doing itself a tremendous disservice by operating more like a convenience store when it comes to the bill, instead of like a fine dining establishment. We would’ve returned had they billed like a normal restaurant, and it’s not that we can’t absorb the extra fees, it’s that we feel taken advantage of.

This was my second year in a row to dine at Cuvee 30A. My first year I felt the food was good but the other 7 members of my family disagreed and felt it was mediocre at best. I returned this year with friend and we both felt the food was mediocre and not worthy of a reported 4.5 stars. It was extremely loud, the portions were small, and the food was not worth the price. It felt more like an upscale Chili's versus a fine dining establishment. The scallops were rubbery and the tuna was "meh". Not bad but small and lacking flavor. I was shocked to see that there was a charge for "art and entertainment" on our bill. There was neither art or entertainment while we were dining. I saw a gentleman with a guitar standing in the corner but he never played while we were there. I would recommend Paradis at Rosemary Beach over this place any day. Night and day difference! They have great food that is worth every penny.

I digged a bit deeper only because a friend recommended Cuvee and realized the negative comments were absolutely silly; I don't know why people do that. I had the seafood tower and the fillet mignon. Others in my party had the daily fish selection, pan crusted red fish which was phenomenal. Four different deserts were also very good. Last but not least, our server Cristi (from Alabama) was on point with everything. Thanks for the awesome service Cristi. It is a casual fine dinning restaurant, I believe it's priced accordingly for the quality of the food and the service you receive (receipt for 4 people, we were a party of 6).

We came here for a birthday dinner while on vacation. Reservations are a must here but surprisingly they seated us and made room for us even though we didn’t have a reservation. The service was next level, waiters are professional and polite, and the atmosphere is great. Food was delicious, grouper was really good and the chef specials were amazing! We will definitely be back next year!

What a big disappointment here! We booked reservations for our annual family vacation in mid - June “23. When the bill came our dinner was $1, 000 for 9 persons. ( 4 adults & 5 teenage kids) On our bill, we realized that the restaurant charged us the credit card processing fee of $50 plus charged us $29 for the outside entertainment/ band. We spoke to the restaurant mgr who removed the 2 fees. He stated that 80% of the customers do not pay attention to the above 2 fees- therefore they pay. I would not eat here unless you want to waste your money. There are too many other places to go & eat in this area. If you want customers to come eat at your restaurant; pay the card processing fees like everyone else does! Don’t cheat your customers!!!!!! .

The server seemed very busy and not attentive to us at all. The ambience in the front section between a wall separating the main dining area and the windows was not good at all. In line with a much less expensive and more causal eatery. The food was good. But it was not good enough to justify the price. All in all it was a very average experience at a premium price. Sadly.

Shame on me for not checking reviews on this place before I went. The terrible reviews are accurate. Our waiter was horribly inattentive and whenever we asked for something he was rude. He said he would bring bread but didn’t. He told us we should order everything at once as though it was the only way we would receive timely food from the kitchen. However we waited 25 min for appetizers. Waited 30 min after completed appetizers for salad for no apparent reason. Worst of all we waited 45 min thereafter and no dinner. When I asked the waiter where our main course was, he said that he was waiting for my wife to eat the last few pieces of her salad before he would bring the main course. REALLY? We have to be in the clean plate club for this arrogant man to ask if we were finished with our salads or clear salad plates and bring the main course? When dinner arrived my halibut was horribly dry and my wife’s steak was not medium as requested but nearly raw. Clearly my fish was sitting under a light and cooking while our waiter never bothered to clear our salads. He never asked if we wanted a second glass of wine, nor refilled our water. Bottom line - The service was disgraceful and the food was mediocre. Prices are ridiculous. Don’t make the mistake I made. Stay away form Cuvée!

Not one single thing in this menu is bad. Everything was phenomenal! This chef knows exactly what he is doing. Which is also VERY FRIENDLY. Everytime I call to make reservations, he is so friendly. Lee, the server, was an EXCELLENT server! Everything that came across that I thought I was going to ask for next time he came by, when he came back by…. Instead of me getting a chance to ask… he would come back by with it in his hand. It is very clear that his servers are well appreciated by the chef and that they both have appreciation for each other by the way these servers present the food and speak of it. So professional and passionate about the food they are speaking of and the expectations that the server has for the food that will be coming out! And it is right in point with the servers description and also his personal opinion of the food. It was absolutely amazing. As always! In my opinion, this is hands down THE BEST RESTAURANT ON 30A. All the way from the phone call made to make reservations, to walking out the door with our belly’s full. Wines were AMAZING. SALADS, sides, sauces, dessert, lobster, hamburger! Oh my, my kids burgers were SO GOOD! Never have I ever had a burger so good! The best filet in my life! Amazing! Yum! Yum! Thankyou to Lee as well as our favorite Chef!

Wow! Had my first experience at Cuvee 30a and boy was I blown away. From the ambiance, to the service, to the 5 star food everything was incredible. The spirit and wine selection is top notch (it’s no secret why they have won so many awards from wine spectator). My wife and I love 30a and have eaten at all of the major places and this place is our favorite and will be in the rotation each and every time we visit! I highly recommend the crab and corn bisque as well as the Also, you must get the banana cream pie for dessert!

My Wife and I, on vacation, went there for their Happy Hour last night around 5:15pm. I must add that we have been to this restaurant numerous times over the last 3-4 year, so we are not a stranger and have both had dinner and frequented the Happy Hour specials in the past. We have sat at the tables in the bar for Happy Hour in the past with never a problem. But last night, a waiter came up to inform us that the “Happy Hour” prices were only for the seats at the bar. And that full menu priced appetizers and drinks were applied to the tables in the bar asking whether we wished to pay full price or move to a bar stool for the Happy Hour pricing. We moved to the bar stools. Here is the “rub”, the place was virtually empty except for the bar stools. And they keep 3 bar stools reserved for VIP guests? Really, I would think any customer would be considered a VIP. Especially if they are well behaved, polite and have $money to spend$. The tone the waiter used to explain the rules were more of an admonishment. Frankly for an empty restaurant, I would have not said anything rather than to successfully leaving a paying customer with a “cause to pause” before going back. But now I am informed. The rules are very rigid, even for a “ Happy Hour” ? Here are their strict and rigidly enforced “Happy Hour” rules for the unwary: Cuvee 30A Happy Hour • Happy Hour 4:30-6:30pm nightly in the Cuvee 30A Bar. • Reservations for Happy Hour menu pricing at bar tables are at 4:30pm only. • Reservations for Happy Hour menu pricing after 4:45pm will be seated at the bar. • Happy Hour food must be ordered by 6pm.

I will start by saying, kudos to the Chef for properly regulating a situation. Part 1: Do not order the chicken, it’s terrible. However the larger disappointment was the manage. (Especially the one who kept laughing We flew in from Texas. For a bachelorette party. I booked this reservation several months in advance! We sat down at 8:15 PM. After about 20 mins we were met by a young waitress who was polite but was a tad bit slow on portions of the service. Including but not limited to water. After about 30 mins in, we finally have water but still awaited a drink menu as well as appetizer service. Let’s start with the bread service, we were handed 2 small crostini pieces of bread. Calling that a service leaves very little to the imagination. At this point, we’ve fully decided on what we wanted based on what was presented to us. We place our orders accordingly, as we start to chit chat snap photos and attempt to enjoy our experience. A plate was delivered to a guest next to our table that we failed to recognize from the menu. This is where, mediocre turned into terrible. We request our waitress walk over to ask her about the item, “sliders” which we were advised are on the “bar menu”. The guest that was sitting next to us, was at a table; not necessarily the bar so why were they presented with a completely different menu? Then we were told “well it’s normally only offered during happy hour” which would be fine if it weren’t 9 pm and Happy Hour was over well before that. 3 guests in my party expressed their displeasure with the fact that they were not greeted with the same menu opportunities as our neighbors. Are these people regulars? Is there a secret menu we should indeed know about? Remember I said mediocre was gonna get worse; well buckle your seatbelt. All of the ladies who ordered chicken would have preferred the slider option, and felt it was unfair to not have received it. The waitress who MAY have been frustrated goes and gets her manager who basically explains well.. “sorry you ordered off the dinner menu and sorry you didn’t ask for the bar menu.. you get what you get” although those many not be her exact words her slight snicker and eye roll was enough to cause tension and more frustration. After she states “That’s just not how the food industry works, so you will have to get what you originally ordered it takes over 40 minutes to prepare our chicken dish”. At that time, the manager walks off, and the young waitress returns. We are about 1hr 15 mins in and she is hand delivering our alcoholic beverages at this time. As to which one of our guests refused her drink, and stated she would also refuse her food as she now isn’t getting what she wants from this experience. The waitress excuses herself and returns with an exception for ONE of THREE guests who would have preferred the sliders.

The food was very tasty, though this is definitely a $40+ per person restaurant. Our big frustration (and the reason I'm leaving only 4 stars) is that: We specifically arranged a reservation for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner after confirming that they could accommodate our special dietary needs. Multiple people in our family are vegan and vegetarian and we specifically picked this place because the owner (who was communicating directly with our wedding planner) said they would make a special menu to accommodate our party-- yet when we got there, not only did they not have the special menu (and the employees working didn't even know about our request)-- they also didn't have anything on the menu that was vegan (even the vegetarian pasta was made with eggs, making it not vegan and therefore not viable). So they had one viable vegetarian option, but no vegan options, and the entire reason we chose this restaurant was because they promised they would make special arrangements to accommodate us. We had all of this original correspondence in texts between our wedding planner and the restaurant, so it is extremely frustrating that they didn't do what they'd said they would do (if we'd known, we would have just picked a different restaurant, given the bride is vegan). That being said, they (after much back and forth) eventually came up with a vegan option for my brother's wife (riced cauliflower with veggies). It seemed to be a really ridiculous situation, but I appreciate that they at least came up with a way to accommodate. Their regular dishes were very good-- I enjoyed the grouper and my husband had the venison -- the tuna was really good (according to my other sister-in-law) and and my other brother enjoyed his pesto pasta ("pretty decent" are his exact words). In typical high end restaurant style, the portions were pretty small. We had midnight snacks to accommodate at home. Our beginning impressions were less than stellar, but at least they made an effort to make it better by coming up with a vegan option on the fly and not adding the gratuity automatically for our party of 12. If they hadn't made false promises about being able to accommodate us, and if we didn't have any special dietary needs, then this would have been a five-star restaurant, good for fancy expensive small plates. However if you are vegan, look elsewhere. This is not the place you want to visit, even if they tell you they will accommodate you before hand. I hope this experience leads to some better training for whoever dropped the ball and didn't communicate with the people working at the restaurant.
