This restaurant is very fancy. Absolutely beautiful inside and food is delicious. Our waiter Roger was friendly and helpful. We’d highly recommend this place to all our friends.

The food was delicious as always, the bartender Gabriela was super friendly, she suggested good recommendations. delicious food, good prices good service. The only thing I have to say is that I find it weird and uncomfortable so many photos of the owner throughout the restaurant, in the previous design there were a lot but now it is an exaggeration.

If you are looking for a place with good food, good prices and excellent service, this is the place to go. The ceviches are incredible. I must say that the service is what surprised me the most and what I loved the most. My server Andres, was always attentive and gave me lots of suggestions about the menu. I must also highlight the manager Javier, who was always attentive to how the whole table was, not just mine but also everyone else who was outside. Highly recommended.

The food is good, although I only tried 2 dishes. When you arrive they give you a cone with canta and cassava chips, the presentation is bad, they put a sauce on top, it looks like food from the corner tbh. The 3 points is only for the service, I asked for spicy with the trio of ceviches and he didn't bring it to me, I had to ask another waiter. I do not recommend Chilcano, you cannot drink it, it only tastes like alcohol. It should be said that they also do not have Wi-Fi. The worst thing was when paying, the waiter complained about the tip, and then he complained to his colleagues and they looked at me badly. That situation was very unpleasant and therefore I will not return nor do I recommend it.

The attention was excellent from the moment it was announced until the moment one left. The food was all delicious. I recommend having some pisco sour. Abundant dishes. Good quality price. Irma was with us, she was a loving person, advising us and treating every step with love and ease. For sure a place we will return to.

You simply have to experience it for yourself—I'm at a loss for words! CVI.CHE 105, now freshly renovated and reopened, blew me away on my first visit. The food was nothing short of exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere just gave it the best vibe. This place truly has it all!

08/03/2024 When you enter this recently renovated place, you notice the incredible change and the investment made for a new look to this restaurant, which raises great expectations for both the food and the service. Food: Peruvian cuisine, known as one of the best in the world due to its variety and presentation style. The flavors and cooking points were magnificent, and the cocktails definitely make it unique. Service: Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The waiter overexposed the presentation of the dishes or the menu, but the worst part was when they handled the lobster at the table with their fingers, contaminating it with leftover sauces from other ceviches. This might have been intended as a show, but it was unpleasant and in poor taste. Ambiance: The new decor, the music at a perfect volume, and the people who visit this place make it very cozy. The only downside is the exterior view, which breaks the magic. Conclusion: The price-quality ratio is high for what was consumed, so be cautious about what you order.

Amazing place! The atmosphere is beautiful. Our server, Joanna, made our night memorable with her care, attention, patience, and kindness. She took the time to explain different dishes and their components to us & consistently made sure we were doing well throughout our whole dinner. Definitely coming back here again! Peruvian cuisine has never tasted better.

I would give them 6 stars if available. In my top 3 restaurants. Best ceviche ever, sofisticated and chilled at the same time and we were very well taken care by the staff. We were a family of 4 and all loved the experience - we could not have a better closure for our vacation.

Excellent food and service!!! Every single dish we had was amazing - from the ceviche to the chaufa. The seafood is very fresh with just the right touch of lime so you cannot go wrong with anything you choose. I also would like to highlight the service provided. Aleyda our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She was incredibly sweet, accommodating and personable. My husband, like always was very indecisive when it came time to order but Aleyda helped him narrow down his options with all of her great recomendations. This restaurant just really had a nice ambience and very pleasant staff. We will most definitely be returning!

I’ve been to this restaurant before, but this last Saturday I went for the first time since their renovation. The place looks amazing, and the food taste even better. Our waitress Aleyda was hands down one of the best we ever had to take care of us. She was very familiar with all the options and even helped pick out dishes for my kids. She recommended the diamond platter for my husband and I. Hands down it’s was so good, it had perricholi, tiraditi, some sashimi, ceviche and come oysters. Thanks to her, our experience was awesome and definitely will be coming back! Parking is in the street, they had a DJ and the bathrooms were so clean and fancy. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere here is so lovely , service was on point, our waitress Aleyda was excellent. I mean this is the reason you leave a tip (hard to find this kind of service anymore), the presentation of the food was beautiful, taste was fire! Definitely try this place, you won’t regret it! I came across this restaurant randomly on Google maps and when I clicked on it I was cashiers to see 20+K positive reviews and a high rating! Immediately I booked a dinner there. My first visit, and I had very little time to, which is a shame! Sampled (ok, devoured) one of their ceviche's (salmon, tuna & scallops), a sushi roll and a mocktail. All were excellent and the atmosphere had a great vibe.

I went to CVI.CHE 105 in Miami. The staff was nice. The place had a good vibe. I tried the ceviche. It was fresh and the seafood tasted good. I also had the Lobster Ceviche. It was well-cooked and the portion was big. They had a lot of other dishes too. The menu was diverse and even had options for different diets. I liked the food and the experience. If you’re in Miami, you might want to check it out. It’s a good place to taste Peruvian food.
