Always good burgers and customer service is good

I had ordered the onoon rings a cheeseburger and blizzard the rings were hard n not even a little warm they tasted like they had been co I ked over an hour ago n were waiting for someone to order them the cheeseburger also was terrible cold and there wasnt even enough lettuce to cover the patty . The NY cheesecake blizzard was excellent . With so many choices to eat right around there get your food somewhere else n your ice creamm at DQ

Horrible customer service, cashier named Bri was very standoffish and rude. When she brought us our ice cream last night she shoved them on the table and walked away, nuts and sauce got all over the table. She definitely shouldn’t be up front.

If you want soft serve with a touch of toppings, this is your spot. Even asking for extra strawberries there was a total of 4 in a medium blizzard. Yumm. I recommend getting your own toppings then stopping by here to get that famous soft serve. I would say go to mcd but you know their machine is broke

We just had ice cream cones with the kids.

Pretty average experience, but was disappointed when my wife and I both received our ultimate cookie blizzards without any nutter butter or oreo. It’s like they ran out and thought putting only chips ahoy into them would be acceptable. I just feel like they should have said something. Aside from that it seemed almost like they were irritated that each member of my family ordered a blizzard and weren’t necessarily rude, but not pleasant either.

I've always liked dairy Queen and they've never been inconsistent in my opinion no surprises is what I like my favorite on their menu would have to be the chicken strip basket with gravy as a dipping sauce always very tasty comes with fries and buttered bread.

Come on Dairy Queen! Ordered a Picnic Peach Blizzard, and all I ended up with was a vanilla blizzard! No peaches whatsoever! Does anyone make sure that ingredients end up in the Blizzards?

Always great to grab a ice cream after a baseball game, except they don't have corn dogs. 10/10

Hey.... it's DQ. Not gourmet or high end ice cream. But for what it is, it's delicious. And the crew in Greeley has been solid every time we went.

We have had a really good experience there. I am very particular about my order. Skyler and the crew did a really good job the other night . They went above and beyond and made sure.I got exactly what I wanted. I Definitely recommend this dairy queen and greeley.

Good place to stop for a flame thrower and banana split.

We went on a Friday night and although it was super busy, the staff was quick, very courteous and friendly, and our order came out perfect. Ella was very sweet and patient with my aunt and grandson. Kudos to the whole team 👏

I've never had a problem with dairy queen. The staff has always been helpful and considerate and the food has always been something I wish I had the money for more often then I do

Had the 7 dollar meal deal with strips fries green tea and Carmel sunday was great hot and fresh as ordered and I'm so liking the new cup choice to put the gravy in not the nasty Styrofoam cups u burn by reheating. I recommend going God lunch options

We took our daughter, granddaughter and great grand children for an early valentines dinner. Very kid oriented and not crowded. Service was outstanding. Due to Joaquin R.B.. He was very efficent, extremely polite and very kind. The staff cooking had everything ready in no time. No wait at all. Thank you.

The food is pretty good, little to no complaints. I overheard a young woman who was working in the back talking about very, very vulgar/nasty and inappropriate things (like talking about intercourse etc etc.). Genuinely shocked at how unbothered she was by it. Besides that, the rest of the customer service was great. I just wish to not hear things like that at a restaurant.

Horrible customer service, came here with still having 15 minutes left to order, whoever was working last night proceeced to rudely say “we close in 15 minutes.” and was very monotone and rude, didn’t even bother greeting us at the drive through window, employee rolled eyes and slammed the window after taking payment. Shoved our stuff to us and slammed the window again. When we recieved our products they were messy, covered in ife cream and grease they didn’t even bother wiping things down. When ordering they rushed us and replied “is that it.” Ew will not be returning to this horrendous establishment. You close at a certain time for a reason. This place has gone downhill, employees and managers definitely need training. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere ✌🏻.

I love DQ. Only down fall with this location is they don't have orange Julius. Other than that I will always love DQ.

It's not very often now a days to want fast food and you get it. Dairy Queen is one of few places. I never have to wait longer than it takes to go sit down to eat. Even when the line us long in drive through, they are fast and accurate, that's my experience.

Ice cream kinda lacked this visit

Food has been quite good and pretty tasty! I don't eat here that often but I've been partial to their chicken strip basket for a while. Plus they have really good cheese curds too. And of course, their ice cream beats out Baskin Robbins 100 times out! Even much more decent prices for their ice cream than Baskin Robbins. So tell your friends to ditch Baskin Robbins and go over to Dairy Queen for awesome ice cream/shakes/sundaes, plus some really great guilty-pleasure food!

Went to DQ drivethru for dinner and a Blizzard for dessert. The drivethru was busy but manageable. We placed our order and waited to get to the window. Once it was our turn we paid for the order and waited a little longer to receive the order. Once we received the order and had gotten back home to enjoy it ; it was clear that all of our food was freshly made, still very hot, and one of the Best take-out food orders we'd had in a long time! Fresh . Hot. Absolutely delicious. Moderately priced. The Blizzards Never disappoint either! Great experience 😁

I went inside. They were very busy, dine in, carry out, and drive thru. The crew working tonight were excellent. Professional, and prompt.

It is usually calm and peaceful in this place. The last time I was there recently. Some guy was playing his music on his phone very Loud with No respect for anyone! I can't believe it, wanted to say something! But I kept my mouth shut! 😊 very calm place other then that!

Ordered an ice cream birthday cake and although the design was discontinued the manager tried her best to duplicate the screen print that was discontinued with airbrushing. Looked great and tasted even better. My family and son were quite surprised.

Good service, quick turn around time, decent seating, and good product. This restaurant isn't very big, so there's not a lot of parking, not a lot of seating, and the drive-thru is kind of short. However, what they lack in space they make up for with everything else.

Microwaved burgers. Staff talking and playing around too loud. Got a headache waiting. I'll never go back So I guess a Blizzard sale will make me go back. So much for never. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience this time. Must have been a bad night last time. Service was wonderful, food was great, and I have no complaints or negative remarks.

Gave me the wrong order, melted blizzards, and they are so slow the line reaches out to the street so it’s not worth going back. Very upset with wasting money.

Went through drive thru at 5:30pm on a 67° day, we ordered 4 chicken strip baskets and 4 large blizzards. We get to the window, pay for our meal, and the young lady working says "It's s going to be about 7 min, we're waiting on the chicken strips can you pull around , park and we will bring it out" Then proceeds to hand us our 4 large blizzards.. So my husband kindly asked if they could please hold the blizzards and bring them when our food so they do not melt.. ..The response we got was not very nice. She asked someone if they can do that. Which obviously they could as she took them from my husband and waved us on.. May I suggest asking the customer if they want their ice cream now or when we bring your food.. common sense says we don't eat dessert before our dinner.. please don't make us wait with our ice cream melting all over ..

They're quick here. I'm never ready for it and they catch me not paying attention at all everytime I come by.

Quick service, nice and clean Good fresh food! Not a big fan of parking space and when it's busy it take a bit of time to get on to main road but it's to be expected at certain times of the day. Other that that great place to eat and grab a bite to eat with family and friends.

Absolutely amazing service I ordered food which I don't normally do a DQ and everything was fresh and hot for a place that's well know for ice cream there tender basket was amazing also I ate all the fries because they were hot and didn't want them to be cold so that's why there missing from the picture 🤭

I mean. It's dairy queen. It's classic and everyone loves it. However I do not like the drive they. There's no alternate way to get out. What if you have an emergency or something?

Ordered an oreo blizzard. Only had a little bit of oreo powder, no actual cookie pieces. Very disappointing especially for the high price.

Went to get a blizzard and found a finger nail at the bottom of the cup. All the manager can say oh no and ask if we wanted a refund. We will never go back there again. I wish I didn't have to even give 1 star but that's the only way i can post this.

A girl by the name of Mia was the one serving me. She wasn't very friendly and had a frown on her face the whole time. Very monotone voice too. I have also witnessed her being very rude to other coworkers and giving them dirty looks. I dont know who's hiring these people, but they need to do a better job. :) Other than that everything else was good

So Sad you go to a business and spend good money on food to get trash. Onion rings burnt and chili cheese dog with no cheese and the chili so dry you couldn't even eat it. Asked the girl at the window if they were sure to put cheese on them this time and she assured up they did. Nothing at all on it. Don't waste your money. These employees were more concerned about going out partying than helping the customers. Listened to them all while sitting at the drive through. I would post a pic if it allowed me to but can't get it to allow it.
