I swung by the stand for a quick cup of coffee and was blown away by the service and quality of the coffee. Mollie was the barista, she did an outstanding job. She was quick, kind, and helped me navigate the menu while offering suggestions. Couldn’t be more happy to give the human bean my business- I most definitely will be coming back!

UPDATE: This morning, my experience was marred by an overwhelming scent of patchouli oil. It is all over my coffee cup and really strong. Will not be returning to this location any time soon. Good service, great coffee. There is a good reason why this place is so popular. The drive up is always pretty busy, but the baristas hustle to fill the orders, and the coffee is always worth the little wait.

The Human Bean used to be the best place for coffee in Greeley. I used to buy a bag of their espresso every week to a week and a half along with a mocha breve. I would have rated them a 10 out of five stars about six months ago. Unfortunately they went from having a wonderfully smooth earthy cocoa flavored espresso to the bitter burnt bean taste of Starbucks. I am so beyond disappointed because it was my absolute favorite coffee. Now that they are roasting their beans for consistency, it’s no longer any good. The only way for coffee beans to be consistent in every batch is to burn them. The roasting process has gone from low and slow to super hot and fast. It’s taste just like Starbucks burnt and bitter yucky, gross coffee that is way overpriced. I didn’t mind paying way more than I should for a cup of amazing coffee, but this stuff isn’t even worth 1/4 the price! From now on, I will stick with Stillwaters coffee at 23 church in Greeley. They have wonderful arabica coffee that is smooth, but it does lack that earthy cocoa flavor that the Human Bean had. Also, I was talked into buying the French roast when they were out of their regular espresso beans. I was told that it was pretty much the same thing. It is absolutely not the same thing. The French roast is equivalent to Folgers. Maybe a strong Folgers, very bitter, very sharp not at all a good coffee bean for regular coffee let alone the strong flavor espresso. When I went back and talked to somebody there about the situation, I was told there wasn’t anything that they could do about it, so I might as well have just taken a $20 bill and flushed it down the toilet because it is not drinkable at all. Before they would have happily exchanged it for the regular espresso when it was back in stock. I am so very disappointed in the quality, prices and even the service that I’ve gotten at the human bean over the last few months. Unfortunately, this is what happens when a small chain becomes a big chain-people get greedy and quality no longer matters. As much as I hate posting negative reviews about a local franchise I feel they need to know why they have lost a loyal customer and to warn others who actually care about the poor quality of their coffee.

Oh I just love the human bean. The name is a funny play on words. It's funny! And the people that work here are just the nicest. I'd give ten stars if I could.

The Human Bean used to be a great place to stop for a coffee. They had great hours, and the baristas were awesome. However anymore their hours are all over the place. You never know when pulling up to any Greeley location drive up whether they're going to be opened or not. I use to always recommend them to family friends even customers at work. Unfortunately these crazy unknown hours has forced me to take my business elsewhere.

Well will not be going back to any Human Bean again because of the Greeley locations. None are open when I need them anymore because they can't pay their employees enough money to keep them. You call and it says check their Facebook for hours and their page is down. If there was a corporate I would call them. Don't waste your time trying if you don't go in the mornings get Ziggys or dutchbros instead.

I went to your location (west end of 10th street) today and there were 3 ladies working. The car in front of me was apparently there just to chat with 2 of the ladies there. Without any purchase, they proceeded to block me in for almost 7 minutes just chatting. The third girl came outside and took my order and I tipped her very generously. That is the kind of employee I hope you strive to employ. I love your coffee and I hope address this with your employees. Bravo to my Barista though! I only regret that I did not get her name.

Absolutely love The Human Bean!!! No matter which shop you stop at the staff is amazing and the coffee is hands down the best in Northern Colorado and Wyoming!!! The baristas make an effort to know your name, what you drink, & a little about your life! Every time my family travels we are sad to know we have to find a sub-par coffee shop until we return home.... to our surprise we found a Human Bean in Laramie Wyoming during a soccer tournament!

This may be the worst location in Greeley. Avery is very rude and consistently makes my drinks incorrectly.

Some of the baristas are great, others are not good at all. I have been overcharged, advised the barista that the amount didn’t seem right as I get the exact same drink every day. She said no this is the price. Was handed a drink that was totally wrong. No refund was offered but I did get my drink remade… that I over paid for. Hours have continually been shortened. Now they don’t even stay open past 7pm. Will not be back and most likely will never use the human bean again. I’ll go to the competition who’s open and charges me just for what I order.

Rude barista undermined my simple order for a coldbrew with a splash of cream, instead I got a cup of milk and had my rewards punch card denied.

This stand is absolutely amazing. The drinks are delicious and always made to order. Autumn runs a great stand, with the help of great staff such as Felicia, Ella, Keelin, Zoey, Carli, Chey as well as many others. The stand makes their customers feel like family. Keep up the great work.

I ordered a specific drink with a very sweet girl who was so nice about my diet needs (100% keto). As she began making my drink another girl who was beyond rude claimed she was the manager so I couldn't have straight cream in my drink. She proceeded to try to tell me that half and half was "acceptable" for the keto diet, which it most certainly is not. It can absolutely throw a body out of ketosis as the milk sugars are high in carbohydrates. I have never had a problem with this type of order at any other coffee house as they are happy to accommodate me. I asked if Since the other girl was already making my drink could I have it and she said "No." That they have been instructed to not use straight cream in drinks. Which is interesting since that instruction was not passed on to the sweet girl who was happy to make my drink for me. I'm also writing this in hopes that this can be educational for those employees who think that half and half is acceptable for the Keto diet. It. Is. Not. Unsweet almond milk, cashew milk and cream are just about the only things that are low carb enough to be. I'm glad I was able to drive a mile away and get stellar service at Ziggi's. I'll be going there from now on.

The only place I can get what I want when I want a good cappuccino. The baked goods are good plus they have gluten free. The dairy is local supporting Colorado.

The people who work here are so consistently kind and make my day a little brighter. Especially in times like these, where everywhere is experiencing staffing and supply shortages, the people who work here will never make you feel bad for just wanting to buy a coffee.

My favorite place in Greeley I'm here at least twice a day lol. The baristas know me by name. Only thing that I would suggest is a flavor and specialty menu for the granitas since there are so many.

Why I feel like I'm cheating on ziggis 😬🤷🏼‍♀️🤔but when Human Bean makes their seasonal fresh lemonade 🍋 and pair it with tea and some raspberry flavor 😋 I'm still not sure if it's a bay breeze or just a breeze but its worth it!! It comes with green tea but try black or hibiscus 🌺 both just as refreshing 👍🏻

This is my favorite place to get coffee. It's delicious and has a wide variety. I've tried multiple flavors and was never disappointed. Plus, the people are great and friendly so it makes it even better. They don't mind to offer suggestions based on your tastes.

They always have the most friendly staff! But aside from that, their drinks are GREAT and have a TON of variety, they offer FREE chocolate covered coffee beans, and they have a nice punch card rewards system that they're always generous with.

My first time trying the Human Bean and not only was their menu awesome the staff was AMAZING! Super sweet barista Ella, who we heard was new and still made the perfect recommendation for drinks and they were absolutely delicious!!! I can’t figure out how to upload the picture of the drinks but definitely would recommend this place to everyone!!

Great coffee and espresso items. I'm pretty impressed. 4 stars is for the reason that they sometimes close HOURS early at more than one Location. Not great business thinking. With more than one store, one should for sure be open if others are closed. Do not give customers a reason to go elsewhere. But they are great when open.
