I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Dairy Queen, where I was served a Blizzard that not only had poor service but also posed a serious health risk. After consuming the Blizzard, I experienced severe food poisoning symptoms that required an emergency room visit. This incident raises serious concerns about the food safety practices at this location, and I urge management to take immediate action to ensure the safety and well-being of their customers. Such negligence is unacceptable and must be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

It's Okay. I should have gotten the shake rather than the ice cream. Strawberry sundae was just okay.

Horrible location.Manager is always yelling at employees obviously giving them no respect seems like a horrible work enviorment for the staff.Very unsanitary employees don't when gloves when preparing food.They only was the blender at the end of the night which is incredibly dangerous to the people with allergies.The only thing that you can get out of this location is negative energy.I will not be returning back and that little bald dude should learn how to respect there employess more horrible experience just thinking about it makes me want to yack

Just overheard the man in charge telling a customer whose name was misspelled on the cake she ordered “well it’s frozen we can’t fix that” instead of trying to make the situation better. I hope Ilsa (not Lisa) has a great birthday #JusticeforIlsa!!!

This DQ is walk up, which takes me to childhood. You experience the joy of getting that favorite DQ and all as traffic and other people walk up to order

Always great ice cream and they are set up well for social distancing. ....as good in January as any time in the summer!

Don't go if you expect any kind of politeness or customer service. Also don't go if you want food. 🤣🤣🤣 They don't really offer anything DQ has at other locations in regards to food, so I'm not sure why they have a huge "Lunch" neon sign in the window. They have hot dogs & potato chips. No chicken, no fries, no sandwiches. So I got these pretzel bite stick things (at least something that's not a hot dog) with the weirdest, most disgusting cold gelatinous white queso... I don't think it was even from this planet. I get it, DQ isn't highbrow cuisine, but it should be edible. This sad location is so shameful compared to how it used to be. I guess now I know, unless you want a blizzard, stear clear.

I have to say the staff here was extremely friendly and very professional always looking to be of assistance. The management staff while understandably stressed out was able to keep her cool under many situations that would have definitely gotten under the skin of a lesser person. The food was spot on and I hope to go back very soon.

My husband and I went in on a Friday night, and Jeff (the manager) took our order. After he gave my husband the receipt, he shoved the glass tip jar across the counter, and walked away hastily. I’m unsure as to why he was so rude, but I’ve seen him many times here before and he’s never happy, always mean to the young employees there. It’s a shame because it’s such a busy DQ.

Awesome place to stop for dessert. Keep in mind it’s only for frozen treats and not actual meals like hot dogs or chicken tenders, but great treats here as always.

This place really speaks up. Talk about how it is established. The soft serve ice cream was amazing and really tasty. However, I'm a bit disappointed about the pricing as it costed me $5.28 for a med soft serve. Makes me wonder why the pricing is a bit high than expected considering the blizzards prices are acceptable due to toppings. Nonetheless, it was a great experience

Usually delightful. This time unfortunately had a hankerin for a hot dog and was told the dog and chili were both beef. Unfortunately that was not the case for the chili at the least. I was gonna include the photo of me blowing chunks but I didn't wanna harsh the mellow. Please tell your employees what ingredients are used, as I have been literally throwing up for hours

Stop by Dairy Queen for Free Vine Day, not busy very quiet actually it was nice. Haven't been to one in many years taste like I remember, very good!

Ive ordered twice in the past two weeks for delivery and both times they missed several items, mainly the chicken nuggets both times and one of the treats. I called the store and they couldn’t have cared less about the situation. So annoying, twice in 2 weeks with missing over half my order means there is something wrong there. They are also super light with the toppings in blizzards. Be warned!

Ice Cream solves everything. There's nothing that I can say other than you know your day is amazing when you've got Dairy Queen. Day day Dairy Queen, Good day Dairy Queen, Average day Dairy Queen. All I'm saying is I've never met a problem that couldn't be solved when you go to Dairy Queen.

Butterscotch is off of the menu. Extremely overpriced. Staff sucks.

As always, Dairy Queen has classic, delicious ice cream treats. I discovered that DQ still makes the Misty Freeze and enjoyed a cherry one taking me back to my childhood

What a treat to find a DQ while walking in the city. This location was very clean and the staff were friendly. Parfait was well made and the blizzard was perfect.

We live nearby this store and frequent it a ton - it’s clean, efficient, friendly and so well managed especially considering the high traffic it has. Definitely recommend!

I go to this one most frequently, usually busy and they keep the line moving. Although the prices are high they keep the place clean and the workers are pretty nice. Only wish they put a mirror in the washroom though!

Your classic DQ! Great ice cream and mainly options! The lines can be long but the employee typically get through it very fast.

I can't resist the blizzards, not even during Winter. Love to check out the seasonal flavors, from chocolate extreme to cotton candy they are all great. It's a bit more expensive than before quarantine so I don't go every week now :( The staff is always nice and welcoming. They also have great birthday ice-cream cakes.

Old school Dairy Queen no Grill except for a chili dog and something else it's just an ice cream shop, the ones in Florida have really amped their game up this is not one of them

I went here on Free Cone Day and after waiting in line for 20min there was a sign at the register saying "no more free cones" and when I got to the register I asked about it. The kid asked the manager and came back and his answer was "sorry no more free cones"... Insane! You can't blatantly bait and switch people like that and then give no explanation. There were plenty of cones left, you can see them from the counter...

I went to this location for frozen bliss on free cone day and was rudely waved off. As anticipated, there was a long line outside, but I was determined to get my free cone. After the long wait, I had finally made it to the cash register just to find a hand written piece of paper saying "no more free cones." I was instantly bummed and asked if they had sold out of cones (seeing that they still were fully stocked) and the cashier asked who I presume to be the manager who gruffly said "no more free cones" and walked away. No reason, he didn't even tell his employee why, just refused to give free cones out on free cone day. Had they sold out or put some sort of notice outside, I would have been less upset, but c'mon, it's free cone day and all these people came here for a cone and now are paying for icecream because they came all this way. It felt like a bait and switch and false advertising. Had I been given an actual reason, I probably wouldn't be posting this, but out of principal, I am frustrated and feel the need to speak out. Definitely won't be going to this location for awhile.

Lovley neighborhood ice cream joint!

Meh. We went to Dairy Queen because we they offered Butterscotch sundaes. Wrong! Only the candy coating for dipped cones comes in Butterscotch flavor. Ordered a turtle Blizzard and compromise Caramel sundae. Just my opinion, but a Culvers concrete is a better choice and cheaper. (Also, Margie's on Montrose has better Sundaes and more ice cream flavors.) BTW, the menu boards are on different walls!? Makes it difficult to see what's available. Poor design. Entry is difficult for handicapped guests to navigate. Lastly, $12 for two small containers, seems expensive. Bring your wallet. Pickup only no inside dining at time of review. Small outside seating area was available.

It's DQ, what's not to enjoy? They have soft serve, parking and are conveniently located. My sundae was just what I wanted.

Busy place on a cool Wednesday evening. Covid precautions meant no indoor seating but good masking and plexiglass shields for employees and customers. Standard DQ treats made properly. Small parking lot (4 spaces) but street parking available. Turnover in parking lot pretty quick so worked out fine for our visit. Prices normal for DQ.

This DQ still does french silk pie on request - super hard to find so this is my only DQ spot.

It’s your standard DQ haha. They are a major chain and look and sound like one bit of course still have tasty ice cream. You know what you’re getting when you go here. Check out Jeni’s down the street if you want a smaller chain.

$5+ for a hotdog with nothing on it seems a bit extreme. It wasn't even that good.

We had a small celebration today and stop by for a treat and what a treat it was. Everything tasted good.

It's a very good place to get good ice cream

This was my first time at a Dairy Queen. I liked how it felt like I was walking back into the 80s. The staff was friendly. There was a line but it moved quickly. Everything was socially distanced. The store was clean. They don't take American Express. I got a chocolate soft serve and a vanilla hot fudge sundae. The vanilla is good. The chocolate soft serve was meh. The staff was friendly. Not sure I will be back to DQ. I've had better soft serve elsewhere. Glad I tried it though.

I mean... come on who doesn't love a Blizzard? So this location doesn't have the "grill" side of the "chill and grill", but they're doing a great job with Covid social distancing. We grabbed a treat and then headed to the school across the street to sit on a park bench. Love the Southport corridor.

Nice to treat yourself to a cold something on a hot day. The only bad thing was not much of hot food selection. Would have been nice to try the burgers or fries. But service was great and staff was excellent.

My kids love coming here. Me & my wife not so much, but still it's a good place to rest on weekends with family. Very pleasant stuff, quick service and clean tables. 5 stars!

At this location they're always efficient and personable and best of all keep the line moving. Plus, it's one of the few businesses left that doesn't have an annoying tip jar by the cash register. So all you pay for is the ice cream... nothing else. Good enough for me!!!

the two gentleman working were great, and the one who made our order made the best peanut buster parfait ever and pumkin blizzards ever too!!!

The employees here were two of the friendliest souls. I wish I had gotten their names to give them proper credit (two tall, thin young men anyway). The Strawberry-Banana Smoothie and Peanut Butter/Caramel Milkshake were delicious.

The two blizzards I've ordered had their flavors mixed. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't what I asked for.
