I have never had anything bad from here. The people are nice and the service is fast! Chicken cracklins, deer burritos, and the smoked pork chops are highlights, as well as the awesome boudin!

I’ve never had any issues with Day’s and I would definitely recommend the boudin, deer burritos, and cracklings. Today was very disappointing. I ordered 5 pounds of crawfish and could not eat them. The majority of them were mush and fell apart. The corn was good but $3.00 for two small ears???

Love this place. I get lost looking at all the food in the frezzers. Steaks, stuffed pork chops. Sausage all kind regular spiced green onions. The people are the best workers and owners you can find. Go eat they have boudinunches served everyday.

I've had smoked chicken, St. Luis ribs, and meat pies so far. Each item has been exceptionally delicious and I plan to go back to try more. April 23, 2024: pulled pork sandwich was savory and sweet; very good portions; delish

Bought some smoked boudin from here and let me tell you what usually when I order some it's not all that good. This Boudin was hands down the best I have bought was delicious I highly recommend. The pork cracklin was tasty itself. Still have multiple items I bought to try cannot wait!

Amazing place to get different meats, I bought a duck breast and an entire rabbit. The deer burrito and the boudin were so good. The people here are super friendly.

We live in Alaska, but visit family in Denham Springs and Watson area. We never fail to stop by when in the area. Deer burritos, boudin balls and almost everything else is delicious. Don't forget about the cracklings. Fly into New Orleans on the fourth of next month and will be stopping in for good food.

Day’s food is delicious! The boudin king cakes are phenomenal. Deer burritos, boudin balls, pork chops, chicken, all amazing. We love stopping by and trying something new. We’ve also had deer processed. Great job! Can’t wait for the next batch!

I heard all the rant about their boudin balls and hog crackling so I decided to give them a try. The first plain boudin ball I took out of the bag must have broken open when they fried it because it was full of oil and tasted horrible. The other two were just ok. I could tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp quite some time. The pepper jack cheese boudin ball was good. The hog crackling were not very good but the chicken crackling was good. So that's my experience, just ok.

Cool store and quick stop food location. We tried the crawfish pie and the deer burrito. It was delicious. Bought some smoke goodies to take back home and share with family and friends. Smoked deer sausage, boudin with jalapeño, regular boudin balls, etc. There are so many unique products they make, but my wallet said enough. We surely will return.

The woman was being rude charged me 8 dollars for tax then didn't even give me the right fod I e never had this problem with days but today was not okay I won't be going back oh yeah and she wouldn't give me my receipt how was 5 boudin balls and 2 pepper jack balls over $22 dollars

The food is excellent. Great customer service, friendly staff. I ordered a hamburger and had to wait for it to be cooked fresh, I was happy to wait since it was the best hamburger around.

Great place to get good food and meats, in general.

We first stopped at Days to eat in January of 21 when we came back to La for a wedding. The food was so good we stopped in again in October of 23 when we were there for another family wedding. This time we brought an ice chest with us so we could take some boudin, sausage, ribeye burgers and stuffed chickens home with us. We also got jerky, peanuts, deer burritos and boudin balls to eat immediately The food here is GREAT! I really wish they shipped since we live 250 miles away. Needless to say we’ll visit Days again every time we’re in the area.

The selection is amazing and the quality is fantastic as well as the service we received! We will definitely return and will be seeing what options there are to ship the yummy goodness to us!

If you haven’t stopped here for some food you are missing out. They have hot food ready to eat and cold food for you to take home and make.

Can't really taste the meat (chicken) it is ground mush. Same for the deer meat, it is over ground

I had family in town recently and no time to cook so I swung into Days and bought lots of meat options. Their Stuffed tenderloin was amazing! I also grabbed some already smoked ribs, brisket slices, smoked chicken and lots of boudin balls. They also have a ton of frozen meats/food options! Definitely swing by if you're in the area I do wish their meat shop was bigger, but that's great they've grown so much!

The food is amazing. They have great daily specials. They even have great refrigerated items that you can pick up and cook at home. The items already prepared and ready to eat are hands down delicious!

Deer burritos are amazing. Went in to show my girlfriend the place when we were visiting out of town. We also needed a specialty ingredient for some Tasso we were making ourselves. They were able to help us out so we didn't have to search all over Baton Rouge. :)

Deer burritos and stuffed boudin thats all that needs to be said

It would have been better but something about finding hair in my food just doesn't sit quite right with me. In fact, it turned my stomach. I had ordered the smoked chicken bites and there was a string of hair cooked on my meat. Huge turn off. This is actually the second time having this happen. To the staff you guys may want to use hair nets moving forward.

The last two times I’ve been I’ve asked them specially what I wanted and payed what I asked for and I got to home to eat and there was one less boudin ball in my bag and that was gonna be split bc I don’t have much money now I have to make do with less off what I planned to split it

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Called an order for 10 lbs of crawfish at 3pm. On my way to pick them up at 5, they call saying there was no more crawfish. Really? You, Days Smokehouse, are a JOKE!!!!! I'll never do business with this place again. And I'll be sure to spread the word.

The service is fast, the crawfish are delicious, the boudin good! But the thing I love the most is the chicken cracklins omg like little pieces of seasoed chicken nuggets! ☺️🤗🥰

High quality meats at a reasonable price and excellent service.

So- I heard about the Boudin King Cakes and had to try them. We couldn't get through by phone to order, so we had to drive over. Ordered for the next day, but they were late by about an hour on pick up time. I'm told this isn't usual but our order was overlooked. Apparently, these things take hours to cook. We ordered two. One original and one with the cream cheese stuffed boudin and pepper jelly. I preferred the stuffed one with all the toppings, but they were both amazing. I'm attaching a photo of the (half eaten) stuffed one without the green onions on top. That was a modification we asked for. It is topped with bacon, maybe cracklins... I'm not even sure. They are amazing and huge. One size only and they are about 50 bucks a piece. Go try them. You won't be disappointed. PS- the place is a true smokehouse. Prepare to smell like smoked meat all day after you visit.

I make sure to stop at Day's every time I am in town visiting my kin. I used to go to Jerry Lee's but, Day's has my heart. And a closer to. I highly recommend them. The deer burrito is always on point. Along with their meat pies. And they have a wide variety of frozen meats and pre-made dishes. Oh and don't forget cracklin's and chicken cracklin's. Sooooooo good.

We love the food the food is that good. We love boudin balls and smoke chicken and cracklings and Sweet tea. We really love day's smoked house. Wonderful place to eat. The people work at day's smokehouse them are wonderful people. The place look beautiful.

Everything they make here is so good!! I absolutely adore their deer burritos, it's my favorite 😍 And the pepperjack cheese stuffed boudin balls are very creamy, and large to boot! Cracklins and crawfish are also great! I've had their boudin biscuits in the morning and was very pleased! I'd highly recommend 👌
