The winery is beautiful and at first we loved the staff. They closed at 6pm and we had gotten 2 pitchers of sangria around 5. A staff member came up to us at around 6:08 asking for all of our glasses, and we all got the hint that they were closing so we started finishing up as fast as we could. We got up to take 1 group photo around 6:15 and while walking back to our table a server said “alright ladies it’s time to go now” while gesturing her hands for us to grab our stuff and leave. She hovered over us and WATCHED us grab our things and leave the whole time we walked out. I think it’s quite ridiculous that 20 minutes after closing we were FORCED to leave, and not in a kind way. We ended up leaving with half of a pitcher of our drink left because we JUST HAD TO GO. We all walked out with our drinks because we weren’t done, and they didn’t say a word (you cant leave an establishment with alcohol/open containers, but they watched us all walk out with our drinks). We did not take them in our vehicles, we had to then dump our drinks, causing us to waste those drinks as well. Also wanted to add that an employee walked out with a tall glass of beer while leaving for the night.

Guess standing at the bar to order a beer isn’t how it’s done here. Waited nearly 10 minutes at the bar and was never greeted. Decided to leave.

Great place to go with a group- something for everyone ( wines- sweet to dry, sangria and beer, food), able to accommodate large parties.

Best stop of the day had a bus full of 14ppl and we went to 5 wineries in the Geneva area and the consensus of the ppl on the bus Debonne was the best stop…Thank you for accommodating our group …we will be back

I had a ladies luncheon with you for my son’s wedding on Friday, August 23. I was unable to attend, but my daughter handled it and said everything was wonderful. If you want gfs prepackaged food this is the place to go. I seen gfs containers for everything they served on their menu. Atmosphere is nice and wine is good but the food is gross

I have held our family reunion at Debonne' for a number of years. Everyone was very pleased with food and wine. The staff everyone encountered were so helpful. We will be back next year.

Nice event, but I wish there would have been more vendors. The band was great & so was the food. All the employees were very nice too, which you don't always encounter.

The Tour and Tasting was fun, and I highly recommend it! Very informative, and the wine pours and cheese/snacks were delicious. We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide, Melissa, was knowledgeable and entertaining.

By far the best winery so far. Great selection of wine and craft beer. Beautiful grounds. Seems more upscale. The wine flights are nice but heads up the crackers and chocolate that come with it is just a pack of oyster crackers and two Hershey kisses. Was kind of amusing when we saw it. You get a nice glass to keep though. Street corn dip and cheese and meat tray was delicious. Would definitely stop here again.

One of my favorite winery's. Good food. Great outdoor seating. Music most weekends. Relaxed atmosphere. Just lovely!

Worst wine I’ve ever tried to open and I just bought it in Ohio last night!! The cork crumbled! Terrible! What a waste of money!

Justin gave us the VIP tour, spent a ton of time with us (only 5 on the tour), spoke with knowledge and experience, and was a first-class host. The tour was a highlight of our weekend and we bought some of his wine!

Great atmosphere, Sangria is very good and not too strong. Wines are decently priced. There is a food menu and snack foods as well. I love that they have popcorn here to snack on here as you don’t see that too often. They also sell the option of beer here if wine is not your thing, and a good selection. They have live bands playing on many weekends and when it’s nice out they are outside with a dance floor. This place is pet friendly so you can bring your dogs. Plenty of parking options as this place is very busy. Very pretty scenic winery as I’ve been here at different times of the year, and always nice to visit. Would come here more if it was closer to home. My favorite winery in Madison by far, and such a beautiful place to spend a Saturday.

We LOVE this place. It's beautiful. The staff is always friendly. They have a wide variety of wines. The food is good. They have a lot of flight options. Whenever I'm in town, this is where I suggest we go.

The Mother's Day Brunch is absolutely wonderful. We have been bringing our mom for several years now. Each year it is set up a little differently as to where the food line is. This year(2024) it was in a corner of the lower level. Our table was right along the center aisle and it was very uncomfortable to be sitting there trying to enjoy our brunch and conversation with Mom while there was a long line of guests waiting to be served standing right next to our table. The area is small and there are a lot of people served, so I'm not sure what the solution might be to make it less awkward while the guests wait for food. As far as the food itself... Superb!!! A very nice selection of items from savory breakfast to fruit to pastries. Both my mom and my sister wear hearing aids so the bustle of the people waiting in the food line was making it difficult to carry on a conversation. Maybe we can request a table away from that next year. But we enjoyed our time there and will be back again.

Debonne Vineyards was day one, stop #5, on our wine tour. My family and I lived the wines, and all of us walked out with bottles of wine! Lol, great atmosphere, service, and food. A fan favorite for sure! Definitely recommend you all stop by and give them a taste!

The prizes were better this year, but taking away the cheese and crackers was a mistake. We paid $40 for one glass of wine, popcorn, and pretzels. I’d rather pay a little more for heavier apps/snacks.

There should have been more for the money paid for the event such as maybe 2 glasses of wine, considering the glass was so small. Maybe some cheese and crackers considering most people are coming straight from work. Overall, the event was fun and I will come back again. Bur I had three people in my party and none of us won anything, so it felt like a waste of time, considering our drive was 45 minutes long.

Gorgeous property! We arrived at opening to the flight terminal and were greeted by staff right away. Our group of 14 enjoyed the wine flights and the food, the wine burger was amazing! Will be back again!

It was a fun evening. Would have been a lot more so if the weather wasn’t bad.

I've been twice now and enjoyed both visits. They have a wine tasting building, a restaurant style seating area, outdoor seating, as well as a beer tasting room. I was with a large group my first visit and this location seems to have one of the largest and most comfortable seating spaces in the area. Highly recommend the Mango Peach Sangria wine If you're a sweet wine person. It's very smooth and refreshing. Wine flights are a little spendy for what you get, in my opinion ($15+). Otherwise, my husband really likes the barrel aged red wine. There's a really great food menu as well. I really enjoyed their signature wine burger (although I wish I had more jam on my burger) my husband got the Hawaiian burger and it was also delicious. We will definitely be back to try

We went to eclipse dinner hosted by 3 wineries . Debonne had the best blackout theme . We enjoyed the event and will be back.

I really loved the ambiance, and more importantly, I really loved all the things they had on tap. Honestly, we came for the double wing beer. But quickly fell in love with the wine they had on offer as well. Honestly, it's worth visiting. They're gift shop just to see what bottles they still have the rarest ones that you can't find anywhere else they'll most likely have.

Friday Steak Nights at Debonne were AWESOME! We attended all three of them and each one was better than the last. The staff were amazing and so nice and accommodating and the local bands that played every week made it a perfect way to start the weekend! Can't wait til next year!

My family and I had a fantastic day for my birthday. The staff are great and of course, the wine is fabulous! We took a tour to see how the wine is made. There was also an artist playing acoustic guitar which really created a wonderful ambience. Whether for a girls day out, a birthday, or date night, Debonne is the place to be!

We love our time at the winery and craft beers they make. Our favorite is River Rouge wine that is semi sweet. Open after noon and snack meals. The grill opens on weekends in the Summer months and nice choice of food. Winter has a nice menu also but inside. Taco BBQ with Cole slaw is great. As is the pierogis with a side ok kielbasa. Yummy.

The wine tour was nice until they segregated tours from locals. The staff was pushy about why we were at the location. We had to go to a different bar to order additional food. Lost revenue...

The wine and sangria were the best part of the entire experience. However, we called a few days prior to make a registration for our party of 12. Upon arrival, the customer service we experienced from multiple staff members was extremely rude and unpleasant. I do not recommend this winery if you plan on attending with a larger group.

Worst steak I’ve ever had in my life, was basically a pork chop and there was ZERO pink when I ordered medium rare, server was very good but the cook should pay attention a little more since people are spending $30 on a single steak meal

I enjoyed myself, as it was my first visit but will not be my last! Ryan held a great tour and tasting with my group and we all really enjoyed everything!

We had a wonderful time as part of the Harvest Crush tour. It was informative and tasty. Seeing the cask room was special, and learning about the wine making process made us appreciate our tastings.

I enjoyed the comedy night except for the fact I wasn’t able to order dessert when I asked, II was told kitchen was already closed. Also, the temperature of the room was quite warm when we first arrived.

Largest winery we visited. As much an event space as a winery. Tried their sangria. 50% wine 50% Squirt. Was tasty and refreshing. Beautiful landscaped grounds.

We planned a Girls' Trip to your winery. It was 25 of us. We had a fantastic time. The wine tasting/tour was fascinating, it was a lovely day, food was delicious and the music was great. Will definitely do this again. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

We were visiting from Northern Virginia. The staff, comedy show, food and wine was outstanding. We will visit again.

Lovely atmosphere with nice mellow band in the background. Wednesdays are especially fun as it's Wolf Wednesday and people bring out their pups.

We went to Woof and Wine festival on July 31st and had a great time with our dog. What a great event. The people a Debonne are alway so nice and the winery is so beautiful. We love it here.

As always a great job. We really enjoyed our day and so did our puppies.

We came here after a day on the lake to relax with some wine flights. For $15, you get 6 samples, a mini bottled water, and some snacks. The wine is great but on the sweeter side as is typical for the region! Service is fast and friendly and they have an expansive patio with plenty of covered and uncovered seating.

We've visited this location multiple times on wine trails but this is the first time we visited during nice weather. We ordered our wine flight and food at the bar, our group was each able to find something on the menu they enjoyed. They also have a brewery on site. We were a large group but we made a reservation and arrived around lunch and had no issue finding a seat. There was plenty of space indoors and out. We choose some seats on the patio and loved the views of the Vineyard.
