We had an incredible experience working with Lisa of Delicious Desserts! From our first phone call I knew we had to work with her no matter how the cake tasted (turned out to be delicious!). She was so friendly and interested in our wedding planning. She was also very accommodating when at the last minute we were unable to attend our initial cake tasting appt. Her home kitchen is perfectly decorated and she spent time with us showing pictures of previous cakes she has made and gave great recommendations. When deciding on cake flavors and tiers, we loved Lisa’s idea of having each slice be both chocolate and yellow cake. The raspberry cream filling and buttercream frosting were so good and even one guest asked if Lisa made our cake because she recognized the taste of the raspberry cream. Lisa and our florist coordinated to add beautiful flowers for the finishing touch on the cake. On the day of our wedding, we got to see Lisa again while we were taking formal photos and she was sweet enough to show us a picture of our cake on her phone since we couldn’t yet go into the reception space. Lisa was an absolute delight from the moment we met her and the cupcake tower she made for our wedding truly was DELICIOUS! She was so thoughtful about everything from the flavors, to design, to drop-off timing -- all while respecting and managing our budget . We got so many compliments on the style and flavor of the cupcakes! HIRE HER!!

Lisa is absolutely amazing! She did our wedding cake for our wedding… the cake was delicious and we have guests still raving about it almost a month later!!! From our tasting, to delivery, she made everything absolutely seamless - she even let me panic add on some gluten free cupcakes a mere few days before our wedding as it totally slipped my mind. She made all of our cake dreams come true and worked with our florist to make the most beautiful wedding cake I had ever seen - and the yummiest one I had ever tasted! I knew from the very first email that we would hire Lisa at Delicious Desserts for our wedding cake vendor. She was absolutely our favorite of all our wedding vendors. She always responded to any emails/questions what felt like instantaneously. Her pricing was affordable. But most importantly, she was the friendliest and so helpful while we were making our decisions on types of flavors and quantities that we would need, etc. Come wedding day, we had a family member pick up our cake and cupcakes to deliver to the wedding venue. Lisa provided clear, easy to follow instructions for the pickup person and everything arrived to the venue in perfect condition. The cake and cupcakes looked exactly like our inspiration pictures and were DELICIOUS and we are so happy there was a little extra that we could stash in our freezer for when we want something sweet. We genuinely loved working with Lisa and would 100% work with her again should we ever have a need for a cake.

I can't say enough about Lisa!! I ordered a cake from somewhere else and the person placed the order wrong. I was devastated! I wanted an all white wedding cake and that is not what I got. I called Lisa in a panic and she graciously offered to fix it. It meant the world to me! Thank you so much for making my day special!!

Our experience working with Lisa Raffael at Delicious Desserts was exceptional. Lisa came highly recommended by a close friend/bridesmaid who used her for her wedding and all special occasions. It was a bonus that she was local in Falmouth, MA which is where our wedding reception was located. Lisa was easy to work with and extremely informative throughout the entire process especially when determining exactly how many tiers we wanted, cake flavor for each tier, options and pricing for additional treats for our guests, exterior design, and pricing for a pedestal. She shared her professional knowledge and experience with how many servings we would need for 130 guests and was honest about what she thought we needed. I appreciated her insight so we could make the best decision for our wedding. When my husband and I met with Lisa at her shop for our cake tasting, she made us feel very comfortable with her easy going and sincere demeanor. We tasted the two tone cake option and was blown away by the flavor and freshness. We talked about how this was a great option for our guests so they could enjoy both vanilla and chocolate without them having to take two pieces of cake in order to just try both. We loved the raspberry cream filling and buttercream frosting during our tasting and felt confident signing the contract and paying the deposit after our meeting/cake tasting. Every bite was better than the last. Being fully transparent and discussing all the logistics, Lisa was a dream to work with! I showed her pictures of what I liked - flowers cascading down the cake and the look of spatula lines. She proceeded to show me pictures of her past work and drew a sketch so we were both on the same page. She coordinated with my wedding florist the day of and I couldn’t be happier with my wedding cake. It was picture perfect! Lisa exceeded my expectations. Lisa did an AMAZING job on our cake. It was beautiful, but more importantly it tasted so good! That's really saying something too, because we had our top tier of cake be made gluten free. Normally there is not much to be said about gluten free cake, but I'm not even sure our guests knew it was gluten free! It was that good! LOVED IT. Thank you Lisa for doing a wonderful job! :)

Lisa is THE BEST!!! I will never have anyone make me a cake ever again. Lisa guided me through the process of creating a dessert table for my wedding and kept me laughing the entire time. The deserts were a huge hit – we had a small wedding cake, and medley of cupcakes, homemade chocolate chip cookies, and cheesecake tarts. They were all absolutely beautiful and I got a ton of compliments on both their beauty and taste. You are in amazing hands with Lisa, she is absolutely amazing!! Could not recommend more!

Lisa is amazing. We originally met Lisa when we booked her for our wedding in 2021 after losing our original bakery. We then also hired Lisa for desserts for our baby shower last summer and most recently for my best friends bridal shower. I don’t like cake but I will eat a cake Lisa makes because it’s so good! Her cake stacks are super cute and great favors or an add on for a dessert table. She also makes the best cookies! She really has something for everyone. Besides making the best baked goods she is such a sweetheart. We already have her booked to make our sons cake birthday cake in November 🙃

Lisa and her desserts are amazing! My wife and I worked with Lisa for our wedding. We had originally planned for a wedding in May 2020 and Lisa was great throughout the whole process of multiple postponements. Since the cake tasting, we have ordered cakes, cupcakes, whoopie pies and cake stacks multiple times over the last two years (just celebrated our one year anniversary with a cake from Lisa!). She is friendly, quick to respond, and very easy to work with!

We had a small wedding and wanted the cake and desserts to match and Lisa did a great job making that happen. We had an extremely tasty two tier carrot cake that was beautiful. I sent her a picture of a design, light blue marble with some gold speckled and she achieved this perfection. We had mini cupcakes and mini raspberry tarts for our dessert table, no leftovers were to be had at the end of the night! Highly recommend Lisa for your wedding cake/dessert needs. Lisa was great to work with! During our initial call, she helped guide us to which desserts our guests were most likely to love and how many pieces you order per person. Everyone loved her desserts!! We'd definitely recommend Delicious Desserts!

Five stars is not enough for Lisa and Delicious Desserts. Lisa is truly one of a kind. Not only does she make incredibly delicious desserts, but she is also genuinely one of the nicest people I have ever met. My wife and I found Lisa via WeddingWire and stopped by her amazing shop for a taste test. After spending 5 minutes with Lisa we both knew she was going to make the cake for our wedding. Lisa was very helpful with suggestions on what would look and taste good, and always went the extra mile to make us feel like family. Our wedding was postponed from 2020 to 2021, and Lisa mailed us a mini cake on our original wedding date as a sweet treat, how incredible is that? Lisa, Kristen and I can not thank you enough for everything you did for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding, your baking skills are incredible, and we are so happy that we met you!

So let me start off by saying that i am not a chocolate chip cookie fan but my husband wanted them for our dessert table at the wedding...so we contracted with Lisa and since our wedding on June 19, 2021 i have eaten every single one of the 24 leftover cookies that we brought home! Lisa's desserts were absolutely incredible. The mini cupcakes were adorable and looked so stinking cute on our dessert table! I had guests call me AFTER the wedding to tell me how much they liked the mini tarts! Our bridal party loved the cake stacks that we gave them in their gift boxes and the lable Lisa created for them was adorable. I LOVED working with Lisa. From the start it felt like i had known her for years! We gelled so well and she was super accommodating! I have officially found my cookie dealer!

I needed a cake for my sisters tea party themed bridal shower and after googling places around the Cape Cod area I found delicious desserts. When I called Lisa was professional and took the time to discuss with me what exactly I had in mind. When I went to pick the cake up it was more beautiful then expected and she even helped me arrange the flowers in the teacup. (She also fed me yummy oatmeal bars which was an added bonus) Not only did the cake look beautiful but it tasted even better! Thanks Lisa for your hard work, the cake was amazing!

Lisa was so amazing to work with! She has the warmest, sweetest personality and was always such a positive person to work with. She created my dream wedding cake - glam and celestial for NYE. COVID forced us to downsize and change plans a few times, but Lisa was always ready to support whatever changes we had to make. The cake itself was delicious and she gave us a separate box with detailed instructions to save our top tier for our one year anniversary.

Lisa’s cakes, cupcakes, cake truffles, cookies, and, well, everything she creates, are absolutely THE best! Her designs are amazing & she puts her creative expertise & heart into all of her desserts. She is easy to work with & always has an endless supply of ideas, (and energy!!) to make any type of cake you could possibly imagine! Her chocolate cake is so moist & rich. I met Lisa through my fiance who has raved about her cakes since the time she had it at her brother's wedding. Well, we picked up the exact cake for her brother's anniversary and this time I was able to experience it! I can understand why she's been raving about it for the past 7 years! Moist and delicious! Best cake I have ever had! She takes so much care, time and attention to detail on her cakes. Lisa also has many accolades: 3 time medalist on the food network cake challenge and she was also featured on TLC's fabulous cakes as one of the areas top cake designers. Lisa made the cake for our mini wedding this year and we are so so happy! The tasting process was so great, she was incredibly easy to work with and I don't know what she puts in her cakes but they are to die for. Even a week after the wedding we were still eating the cake as if it were made that day it was still so fresh! We can't wait for her to do our big wedding celebration and eat the cake on our one year anniversary, we know it's going to be delicious!!
