We've been ordering from Delizia for years because of their great pizza and customer service. Tonight, I was blown away at how they handled my mistake. I used to call our local Delizia to order but decided to use the Slice app for the reward points. I only realized that I placed my order at a different location when my husband went to pick up our order and it was not there. I called this store and told them what happened. The lady who answered was very nice. After patiently listening to my story, she told me that she'll talk to her boss. Even before talking to me, Z called our local Delizia, explained what happened and placed the order himself. He told me that it's no problem at all and it's all taken care of. When I called them, I was only planning to let them know that I made a mistake and won't be able to pick up the order because I'm 30 minutes away. What an excellent customer service! I'm so happy that I was still able to enjoy your delicious pizza. Thank you so much!

Im always so hungry all of the time. I always come to Delizia and i am never disappointed. The boss man is so sweet and always sits down and eats with me. One time we finished 3 pies together! Highly recommend!

We've had quite a bit from Deliza and always get a great meal. Best pizza in the area. Chicken Caesar pizza is the best we've ever had. Owner and employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Special dietary restriction and requests followed word for word!!

Ordered the vodka sauce with fresh mozzarella pizza (square). ONE OF THE BEST PIZZA'S I'VE EVER HAD! Perfect sauce, crust, cheese, everything! Chef's kiss. Wonderful staff as well. Run, don't walk to Delizia's. 🇮🇹 🇺🇲

SUCH GOOD PIZZAAAAAAA. I would spend all my life savings here if I could. Most scrumptious food to ever be known to man. Prices are so good that I'll never go broke. The staff are also the most helpful and pleasant people ever. I definitely recommend if you're ever near by.

This is some of the best pizza and Italian food in the area. Delizia has become my default option for takeout since they opened this location. The white pie is fantastic, the eggplant rolatine and the pasta fagioli are so good we get them every time. Sandwiches are great too.

Have not tried the pizza yet but i was door dashing and took an offer from delizia. I decided to try some stuffed shells. Very good!! Staff is friendly and prompt. Give them a try.

This is the hidden Gem of the entire west essex area! Food is great, employees are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Their pizza is seriously the best in the area. Try the chicken Caesar salad pizza! It’s amazing!!!!

Always love the Pizza..Tonight we tried the dinner special..Fabulous...The egg plant parm with linquini is to die for!!! Extra large portions..Enough for 2 people...After we ate dinner there was enough left over for lunch too...Also included delicious soup and delicious garlic bread..Try it...you will love it...

Randomly stopped in for a quick lunch. Glad I had did so, their pizza is excellent. I had their grilled chicken slice and old fashioned. 👌🏼👌🏼

Overall, this place feels like a spot where I can get a guilt-free, fresh, relatively healthy slice, and not feel awful afterwards. The server was really inviting and nice, there’s a beautiful interior, and the pizza looks gorgeous! I picked up a cheese pie, it was more dry than other pizza I’m used to, but not bad. Definitely not a oily greasy mess like some other pizza places. It’s just lacking a little bit more flavor oomph and I feel like the dough could be less dry.

We are big fans of Delizia in Boonton, but this one is alot more convenient to get to so we tried this Fairfield location - pizza is excellent! We have only had to go so not sure what its like eating in but I do know the woman who takes my order of the phone is sooooooo nice and sweet, and my pizza is always ready when it says, piping hot and perfect. :)

It works!.Just make sure to get those little extras..flakes and salt..if u take out or order for delivery. Could be a little bland if you are from the eastern side of the planet 😀

The pizza here is good they make all types I had a grandma, a vodka, and a pepperoni out of all 3 the grandma was the best probably because of the sauce the crust on all the pizzas were thick so needed the sauce. My wife had the Caesar pizza she liked the taste but said the same thing about the crust. The service and people are what make this place everyone was so courteous and nice and were all eager to help us. I would go back just for the service and if it was only about the service would have given 5 stars but I have to be honest and say the pizza was very good but not the best I've ever had. I would like to come back and try some other items besides pizza.

Drunken granma pie was Amazing!

I tried this place on a whim one day while on my lunch break and was very happy with it. The people are very kind, the food is great and there’s plenty of variety too. One of my favorite slices has chicken on it that is too good to not be freshly made. I have been back probably 4-5 times since my first visit and I will continue to go until I have tried all of their different slices. My current favorite is the ‘Brooklyn’. Easily one of my go-to pizza places now!

been here twice now and really enjoyed it each time. the kind of place where you want to grab a slice, BYO, and hang out for awhile. the pizza tastes like it came by a hole-in-the-wall joint uncle tony swears by, except it was produced from a clean, modern, and spacious italian oasis. and the friendly service rivals the high quality of the food. plus they put up with my crazy toddler, so good things all around.

If you’re looking for the best pizza shop in NJ, look no further. Owner is awesome, the staff are super friendly and hard working, and the store is extremely well run. Food is out of this world, it’s my favorite slice in New Jersey. Must try!

If you haven’t tried Delizia Pizza yet you are missing out! I have been to the Dover, Ledgewood and now Fairfield locations. They are all great, the Fairfield location is very spacious and clean. The pizza is amazing, try the Buffalo Chicken Pizza asap.

Delizia is top notch! Everything we got was great, especially the cheesesteak pizza! In an area where great pizza and italian is expected, Delizia absolutely delivers! Would recommend to anyone. 5 stars all around. And with super fast delivery.

This was my second visit since they opened. Terrific pizza and in my opinion under priced. Less than $3 a slice. The slices are large..one was more that enough. The owners and staff are very friendly and greet you when you come through the door. Highly recommend. Delicious!

Pizza is fantastic, I used to live in Dover and got pizza from their location there on the regular. Glad they decided to open up in Fairfield, just as good!

Nice modern, clean restaurant. I ordered the pasta dinner with eggplant parmigiana, salad, & garlic bread and ate in the restaurant. Service was very fast and food was fresh & delicious. Good food & reasonably priced. Great experience overall.
