This place fills the belly without sticking it to your wallet. Parking is strang but otherwise you seen one Dennys, you seen it all. Service was excellent & good bathroom about sum it up.

The waitress was quite rude for no reason. Hope she changes the attitude, it isn't cool to eat listening to all that moaning.

They are only for take away and they don't have the entire menu... only two dishes... they charge as if they gave full service

This place almost ALWAYS doesn't have their card readers working, only cash for the most part. I work nearby and have tried coming to this place to eat after work only to be denied service due to A. They only accept cash B. Their machines aren't working. Or C. They don't care that someone is waiting at the counter waiting to be seated or EVEN WORSE when ppl are leaving to the counter and WAITING TO PAY. You could quite literally just leave without paying and I guarantee they won't care because of how long they leave customers waiting idly at the counter just to take their money. In fact I would encourage people to do so because why wait to pay when you have to catch a bus or something? This Denny's is by far the worst establishment out of all the ones I've been too, sure the food is consistent AT LEAST but as for the service, you might as well expect the food service to be as equal as a homeless shelter food service. It's ridiculous, **3 Times I tired to eat at that place and was ignored or machines broken and or cash only and in this modern society who even carries cash? It's all apple pay or NFC pay. Why isn't corporate doing anything?

I love to visit this Dennys every Sunday morning for breakfast with my family. The staff is very welcoming and the food always taste delicious. It’s always a great experience for my little ones!

I went with mi wife last week the night of july 03 2024 really late around 2 am lady at front really mean first thing say there is waiting period of 45 min to 1 hours she started talking about lack of help i felt really unwelcome i saw others customers same way is not fair that one employe make look bad this american restaurant she does not deserve to work at here

The service at Dennys Doral is terrible, the woman who greeted us was quite rude. The food is good but the service makes you better go somewhere else

came here with my friend and waited for 20 minutes in the front for the host or someone to take us to a table (there were only 3 tables full, everything else was empty) and we noticed the worker see us right when we came in but we were not acknowledged at any point. after 20 minutes my friend decides to go up to them and kindly say “excuse me” like 5 times and she was IGNORED. then i proceed to go with her and the worker says “you’re going to have to wait i’m by myself here” with an attitude. We would have totally understood if you are understaffed if from the beginning she would’ve said NICELY for us to wait, that would not have been a problem at all. but the fact they had us wait for 20 minutes without saying anything and then give us attitudes once we ask is unnecessary and unacceptable. Do better with your customer service because it sucksss and Dennys should also have more staff working shifts.

I went on Sunday at 6:45 pm and they didn't serve me, look at the cameras, the waitress didn't want to serve me claiming to be alone and ignored me, lack of respect for customers, they should close if they don't want to serve the public.

The truth is that it's not the place, there are better places to have breakfast, the service is not very good and because they have a robot that brings you your food they think they have already done everything. The best service whenever we come from Yemina, with a good attitude and smiling 😁 that's why we always come to Denny's 11350 Nw 41 st Doral. Being served by her is like sharing with a good friend, she makes you feel belonging because she remembers your face, your name and even the food you usually order.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dennys and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal. One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding service provided by our server, Yemina.

Dennys is always a great option, with interesting alternatives on the menu, you can have a snack or full meal at any time of the day. The price is very affordable. And it saves the country, since many units operate 24/7. Every time I travel, I always stop by a unit.

Me and my 9 friends from MDC had a dinner here to celebrate graduation and we had an amazing time because of our server Jeannette A, she was very nice and super attentive to us.

My son and I come here twice a week the service that Yemina gives us is always outstanding, always pleasant and caring.

We are regular customers for 2 years, but today we had a very bad experience with the waitress MINERVA, she was completely rude, disrespectful and yielded at her manager in front of us and all customers. She also refused to speak in Spanish to us and we know she perfectly speaks Spanish. Sadly we will no go again if she is he only serving. Thankfully the manager took care of us.

I go when possible and I never regret it, I like it more and more each time and on this visit we had a sweatshop, a robot serving the dishes at the table. Very cool experience and the food is always amazing. It's always worth a visit.

I always love eating at Dennys, but the server/waiter was mean to me, his way of attending people is rude, he threw me a juice in my table and left without saying anything, he didn’t care about the service, I was about to give him 0 tip but I gave him less just because I always like to give tip, he is a male, I don’t know his name because it was never provided, I just hate his service and I hope to be back and have another waiter, excellent food, the eggs were awesome

Food & drinks were delicious, the prices were right, the atmosphere was cool and the service was okay. The gluten-free labeling on the menu is great.

While the food was indeed delicious, the service left much to be desired. Unfortunately, our server neglected to inquire about refills, and we experienced an extended delay in receiving the check.

Excellent place to have breakfast. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff very attentive, short waiting time, the food hot. Also, so far, it's the only Dennys I've seen use robotic technology for service.

Yesterday I went with my son after leaving work. They did not notify us that the point of sale was not serving and was only accepting cash, in the end the server told us that there was an ATM at the gas station next door and did not ask that I stay "as a guarantee" to be sure. that my son was going to pay the bill again. She had to tell us from the beginning that they were not accepting cards but supposedly there was a sign which neither my son nor I saw. It is logical that she tells us before ordering that they are only accepting cash. I thought it was in very bad taste to have to leave me “under warranty.” Very bad experience. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Today at exactly 12:45 on the way home I decided to stop at Denny's to eat a hamburger with my mom when we were coming home from work together. When I arrived I asked about the slamburger and if I could add a chocolate milk shake and it was my first surprise. They didn't have milk to make the chocolate shake. I ordered another option from the menu. The presentation and quantities were good but it was very tasteless. When I asked for the bill, it was my biggest surprise. The server (minerva), who never told me before entering or at the time of placing the order that the card terminal was not working, pointed out a handmade sign with very rudimentary calligraphy that said (cash only). I explained to him that I didn't have cash and he told me that at the nearest gas station I could withdraw money from Citibank (a bank where I don't have an account and they charged me a fee of 3 dollars) when we left to go get the cash he told me that both of us can't leave and that one of us has to stay “as a guarantee for us to come back” to stop the bill. Already in a stronger tone and saying that it was not his fault about the card. In conclusion, the experience was very bad. I do not recommend it nor will I ever recommend it.

When you want to eat pancakes at any time of the day, this is the place! I feel very bad for our waitress who did not seem particularly well and was struggling to move and had to hold on to things to stand. I hope she feels better soon. She tried so hard, and I respect her for it. We went for breakfast, so it's kinda hard to screw up breakfast. A little more butter on the toast would have been nice. What I am not a fan of is the stupid robot that delivers your food. Our delivery robot got stuck because some idiot customer walked in front of it, and the robot didn't know what to do. And if you're going to use a robot, for God's sake, send somebody to the table to ask if anything is missing.

Worst, dennys, I've been too. The waitress was rude and didn't take the order properly. Then, fought us on what we ordered. As if I'd have 2 kids and not feed my youngest. Crepes had cold strawberries, the boneless chicken looked like popcorn chicken, and my partners sandwich had the wrong bread, which he wasn't informed the menus bread wasn't available. The milkshakes were the best part. Very disappointed.

This was disappointing. I usually dont leave bad reviews but this place needs help. Food was okay. Forgot half the order, then argued that it wasn't ordered. Unfortunately the waitress want to argue with us and offered no help. Waitress also had our drink order messed up. We should have known when the drinks came out messed up, it was downhill from there.

My friends and I bought food to pick up on Dec 25th 2023. We spent 1hr waiting after getting to the place. The waiter was very disrespectful. She talked to us angrily and everyone who would come in she would tell them that it was an 1hr wait and to go to another Denny’s that was close by. The second waiter was also angry and mistreating people. She gave my friend ice cream instead of a shake and told my friend that the blender just broke down. My friend told them he wanted his money back and the first waiter told him to come the next day to speak with the manager. After complaining, the first waiter made the shakes with the (supposedly broken blender.) They have terrible customer service. The owner of that place is seriously loosing money because all the customers are sent to the other Denny’s that close by and the customers that stay are mistreated. I would rather drive to the Denny’s at 40th street that set foot here again. If I had the names of the waiters that attended my group I would seriously call the manager and whoever is ranked higher than the manager because no one deserves to be treated that badly. And the worst is that it wasn’t just us. Everyone who set foot in that place in that 1hr that we spent waiting was mistreated as well. I understand they were short staffed but that doesn’t justify mistreating people and sabotaging the business. If they don’t want to work there they should look for a different job.

I don’t remember our server’s name, but we called her grandma as a nickname and I honestly feel like she deserves so many blessings and recognition for being so kind and humble. Thank you grandma!

Great atmosphere. Menu options were very wide. The waitress was also helpful and courteous. They have one of the robots serving food as well - which is kinda cool.

It is always a good option. The food is average, nothing special, however the fast and convenient nature makes it practical if you are short on time. I go there more on Saturdays and Sundays for breakfast.

I envision a world where the best of humanity and robots work together for the betterment of mankind in the future... Wait. What the heck is this robot doing bringing my food? Lol Food was very good, and the waitress was great. I should have made an effort to remember her name. It's been a long time since I had a big American breakfast, and it was a holiday. A couple of syrup bottles need their nozzles rinsed because syrup was not coming out, and someone forgot to give us our silverware. Very minor things, as you can see, which is good for service considering it was a busy holiday morning.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly, however, the location is short staffed. We rather come to this Denny's than the other two on the way because the service is great and the waiting time is minimal.

Despite what people might think, Denny's is a great place to eat sober and at reasonable hours.
