Amanda was our Bartender today. We always enjoy our visit when she is there. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

Went to dine in.. set outside waiting 45 minutes. Never received my order I ordered 10 wings and fries the waitress told me it was chaos in the back with the chef. They told me it'll be an additional 15 minutes. Left came back I asked for a discount because of the time. My food was cold they took my wife for freeze and put them on top of my saucy teriyaki wings so the waitress went and asked the bartender would she be able to discount because of the time. And she looked at me with the evil face and told her no. So I left the food there. The bartender had a very bad attitude.. she wore glasses and had blonde hair. As soon as you come in she don't even greet you she has a really bad face on her.. not approachable..

To go orders are NEVER READY at pick up. Always a longer wait.

I normally wouldn’t do this for a place I used to love but my last experience was horrendous, We ordered our Cajun Ranch wings and took them home and once we received them and were seated we opened the box and they were pretty much completely plain, and what makes it worse to be honest is that there is a pathetic amount of sauce in there meaning, I didn’t just get the wrong order, there was just ZERO effort put into my order. After discovering the conundrum I figured we’d call up there and see what we can do to fix this mishap, the manager gets on the phone and to my surprise she quickly says there’s nothing she can do about it, so we leave it at that and I sit my self down and eat what I got, and about half an hour later I feel sick to my stomach and nauseous, and I doubt it was a coincidence. So what I’m saying is keep this in mind when ordering here. Thank you for your time .

We got a delivery order tonight. 10 boneless and one chicken wrap. When we got our order, the 10 piece was completely missing and MY WRAP DIDNT HAVE CHICKEN IN IT!!!!!!!!! What kind of place are you running here?

if you’re looking for some good wings this is definitely the place all the wings are cooked fresh they have daily special and live entertainment. Definitely should check it out.

Clean and good food and my bartender Sirilak’s at tmake good drink and very friendly and she is fun to talk to this is the place to go eat if you. Want good foods and drink and good Service.

Had 10 boneless wings, 1/2 Pirate Sauce & 1/2 Florida Girl. Both were delicious - also got a side salad and enjoyed that as well. Service was quick and attentive, and the food came out exceptionally fast. Elijah made the experience very enjoyable, and the service he gave ensured that I will be coming back!

I’ve only visited the Nocatee location once but it was absolutely the best of the bunch. Our bartender that day was Siri and she made the afternoon enjoyable. The place is cozy and friendly and it looked like it has a devoted group of regulars. . All I know is the food was great the service was great and I’d visit again the next Time I’m in the area or want to make the drive to go.

The server was very nice and polite but the restaurant management are crooks. The advertise .99 cents wing but the charge for the tiny container of ranch $1 each and if you order celery is also extra charge . Its ridiculous ! The wings aren’t that good and of course tiny too. Not somewhere i would come back . The really take advantage of people.

Wanted to make this my regular spot but service continues to disappoint. Edit: I see the response from the owner, Just wanted to share some details that may help improve this place. I walk into this resturant knowing exactly what i want to order. For some reason, after seeing a host, it takes almost 15 minutes to even get an order placed. The food comes out great, but the service has been CONSISTENTLY Horrendous. I literally dread to come here because i know i will get poor service. Would come in for the wings once or twice a week if it wasnt a two hour ordeal to eat here Beware the 99cent wing scam

Went for drinks, they were on bogo and cold. The appetizers were really hot and delicious, ordered traditional wings and cheese curds.Service was great, saw a lot of cleaning the tables, which is always good. Will be back soon

I've ordered from here a few times while visiting! The food is decent, but every time we place an order for pickup, there's always something missing from our order & it's usually 1 of the entrées of chicken wings that's missing! Just be sure to double-check your order before leaving! Also, the dipping sauce for the chicken wings is very small

I’m giving this place a 3 only because the sauce on my wings was good and the bartender was super friendly! I walked in and the bartender immediately looked up, smiled and said welcome to Dick’s! The host/server….He just stood there with this indifferent yet angry expression on his face. I asked if i could do a to-go order and he said sure. I ordered the 10 piece traditional wings extra crispy tossed in Cajun ranch sauce with Texas toast as the side. While I waited, I used the restroom facilities and it was super clean and smelled nice. I casually chatted with the bartender and a few patrons. My order did not take long at all. However, I was so disappointed that my wings were not crispy at all, matter of fact, they were barely done. The cajun ranch sauce was delicious but I couldn’t enjoy due to the wetness of the wings. The toast was a little burnt but i like it like that. I wanted to take it back and request they refry the wings but i was on a lunch break and did not have time.

Ate a great tasting burger. Looks like a fun place in an area that needs a little more life brought to it

WARNING: appearantly, the "specials" are a bait and switch. I ordered the $5 hamburger "special" they have on Tuesdays, and they charged me $2 for extra pickles and lettuce! I brought it up to the manager, and she verified (very politely and professionaly) that it's "what they do here" The service has always been good, and the food is fair. BUT, I probably will not be coming as often now that I realize this.

Delicious and great experience tonight! I came in with hangry kids. Service was fast, they brought kids food out first. Food was hot and fresh, I'm picky about fries and these were delicious. My wrap had excellent fresh chopped veggies, and the fried chicken in hot honey was amazing. The waitress even brought my kids oreos while my husband and I finished our meal, since their food had come out first. Absolutely will go back to try more things!

The music is way too loud. You can’t converse. It is very disturbing and the song selection is weird.

Have dined in and ordered Take Out numerous times. My husband was told today that Dick’s, per direction from Corporate, will no longer prepare boneless wings with Spicy Polynesian sauce. That sauce is for bone-in wings only. ??? Wow, ok….we will dine elsewhere.

We did take-out if 50 lemon-pepper wings extra crispy, hot sauce on side. The wings were a nice size and were delicious, but would have preferred them cooked a little more. Will definitely go back

Ordered bbq boneless wings with mild heat. Got buffalo wings. Lady said they add heat by mixing with buffalo sauce which I hate. Anyways wings were soggy and tasted like buffalo. Disappointed.

Tuesday $5 Hamburgers are a deal with 1/2 price happy hour drinks. Wings were good too. Service has improved and the # of TV has increased since we last visited last year. The only real negative was the combination chemical, sewer, bleach smell upon entering. Correct that, and it’s a vast improvement over the old Dick’s Wings.

We went last night. Was not full or busy at all. Waited 45 minutes for our food! Then they brought 2 of the 4 meals and we had to wait another 15 min for our other 2 meals! So we didn’t eat together. But that isn’t what made me upset. I paid 15 dollars for 10 bone in wings. I’m not joking when I say this the wings were all no larger than my small pinkie and the width was the also the same as my pinkie! All 10 that way. My son got bone in as well and his were much larger than mine. Will never go back. It’s to bad! Not worth 15 dollars or the wait for the food or eating separately!

They allow vaping inside the restaurant. Walked in and grabbed a seat at the bar this afternoon to watch football. The bartender immediately took my order. The front of the restaurant and bar were probably 90% full. I began to notice of group of 4-5 people across the bar vaping in the restaurant. I asked the bartender if vaping was allowed in the restaurant. She said that it's a Grey area and that the owners allow it. I asked again if the owners allowed and she said yes. I told her that I would close my tab and promptly left. I will not support any establishment that allows this inside their restaurant.

My sister and I dropped in the other day for a late lunch. We sat at the bar and was served by the bartender Amanda. She talked us through our choices and explained the flavors they have for the boneless wings. They were excellent! The drinks were cold and well made! The bartender was so sweet and attentive and even gave us suggestions for sightseeing on my next visit. I’ll definitely be stopping in when I’m back in town!

This place used to be a dump.. now owned locally and we can have fun there on any given day! Football is coming up and they kill it with that! We actually have a real sports bar in Nocatee! Great people an cheap drinks!

I’ve been with my 2 year old son and husband multiple times since the new owners took over. It’s been a great experience every time, attentive and timely service, great food and great for families! Highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is super dirty. Food came out cold and inconsistently to our group. Bathrooms were filthy and there seemed to be a general malaise among the staff who was there.

Only reason to go is for Shelby, she’s the absolute best.

This restaurant is very dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The food came out cold. It took an hour to get the food for a table of 5 adults and 5 kids. The overall experience was subpar. The serving was sweet but it's hard to look over all the other deficiencies.

We gave this place a second try. Last year the food and service was terrible. We have been by several times recently, the service was better and food was great. The bartender (Sarah) can keep the drinks flowing all night. If you’re looking for a night out close by - this is the place.

Me and my wife’s boyfriend went in for a couple wings couple brews, you know some cold ones. Didn’t expect something great to happen. And yet here we are. I was simply blown away. My bartender, I think her name was Shelley or Shebs or sherry or shim-shim; was the best! She/Her was so friendly and nice, always ready to pour me another cold brew another frosty brew and it was much appreciated, we engaged in nice conversation and she/her even helped answer some questions about Jacksonville. DUUUUVVVVALLLL lol. Ah! Shelby, that was her name! The wings were decent but Shelby was seriously the best! 🤪😜 -shawn
