Great spot for a casual meal! My son loves the pizza and milkshakes and I'm a big fan of the salads. The service is generally good, and the restaurant is clean.

Always a great burger. Other equally good food choices, but I go for the great burger.

I had french onion soup and Italian wedding soup. Didn’t care for Italian Wedding soup as was over done and mushy. Table-mates got burger, individual pizza, salmon sandwich and kids meal. Nothing appeared too greasy and portion size good. No leftovers. Not loud inside so can hear conversation.

This was the best burger I've ever had in the Jax area. I ordered the bacon cheddar cheeseburger with the patty cooked "medium," and it was delicious. The meat was very juicy, the bun soft, and the sauce wonderful. When I want a tasty burger, I don't think of any other place. Note: I've never eaten at the restaurant, only ordered delivery.

Overpriced for what it is and on top of that their 12 inch pizza came on a 12 inch pan but the actual pizza was much smaller more like 10 or 11 inches. Charging an overpriced pizza and majorly skimping on the actual size is not good business.

It's the only place that you can order a pizza and a fish sandwich and both will taste great. The Loop is a restaurant for families. Good food, good prices and very consistent. For a restaurant, consistent good food is the most important thing. We'll come back, again and again.

Absolutely top notch food at fantastic prices. Not sure why it took me so long to try it, but we'll be back often.

Love the food here, just needs a bit better organization. I got a salad wrap (yum!) and many people who placed their orders after me shouldn’t receive their burgers, first. If you’re on a lunch break, not sure if you’ll have 25 minutes to wait on your order. Food is good and people are nice here :)

I was sitting next door waiting for the bank to open and all I could smell was a wonderful aroma of food. Luckily the business I had to take care of at the bank took a while. When I come out I only had to wait twenty minutes for the loop to open. Once I was inside service was very fast and friendly. Had a delicious burger and fries. Thick cut bacon was delicious. The ranch is awesome.

Ordered two pizza’s for a total cost of $ 43.00. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Embarrassed to share this with company. Never going to order from this place again.

This has been our local favorite for years. What we love: consistency, service, selection, and convenience. We frequent our location is Nocatee at least once a week. I discovered you can order via Yelp then pickup within 15 mins! During the spring and summer month's it's great to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the wonderful weather... I will say, that over the years, the portions seem to be shrinking as we order our regular thing to share between my wife and i is the Asian chicken salad and mushroom swiss burger. the salads seem to be getting smaller and smaller. while the kid's normal orders of kids pizza seems to be getting more and more burnt on the underside and the chicken fingers seem to be getting more and more overcooked/hard. maybe it's the location...

Met our folks here for a quick bite. The pizza was great. The Salmon was just what my wife needed and the burger was tasty.

When I'm visiting relatives in FL, we almost always go to The Loop at least once. And when I go, I almost always order one of their awesome salads- great variety, super fresh, delicious dressings. Pretty good single-size pozzas too!

Food was small serving compared to price

The Loop quality and service has gone down a lot. This time for example the food took for ever to come out and on top of that was cold . Very unhappy with our visit .I will probably not go back .

The food is great, everyone that works here is amazing and kind. I just can’t believe that the building is in such ill repair. This building is so much newer than the other Loops, , yet it is the most rundown. The bathrooms have holes in the walls, and the kitchen door is messed up real bad at the bottom & the whole hallway baseboard is warped and dilapidated. Floors and benches can use a deep clean

The sandwiches and garden salad were great. My parents enjoyed it, as did I. They call it a pizza place, have great pizza, plus so much more. Can be crowded and a little loud, so come early.

Unbelievable. My new favorite place in Jacksonville. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Edit: It has been a year since I found out about the The Loop, and this is still the best restaurant in Jax. When the burgers are cooked medium rare, they are perfect.

Hey. Just giving a little feedback on what happened with my lunch here today. I got a chicken Caesar wrap and it was delicious but coke to find out while eating my 2nd wrap. I bite out a piece of hair that was stuck right in the middle where the lettuce is bunched together. I open it and find a long strand of hair in my wrap. Very nasty. Please just watch how close you have your hair to the food. It’s very nasty and that made me want to throw up. Just again please watch what you do and have your hair backed away from the food. Thanks.

Great atmosphere and who can say no to an Oreo Milkshake.

Service at the Nocatee location is always incredibly slow and no sense of hospitality from staff. Today they forgot to put the ticket in for my order and waited 15-20 mins for a salad (second time this has happened). Food is overpriced. Salad was tasteless and not fresh (**they also refrigerate their cherry tomatoes which makes them lose their flavor). Will not be back at least at this location.

This is just another fast food joint that doesn’t called themselves that. Nothing special whatsoever. Everything we ordered came wrong. Taste was average. Don’t get the hype about this place

Possibly the worst cheeseburger I've ever had, it was way overcooked to the point it wasn't edible, the pizza is not even pizza and for the price it is terrible. Would not recommend.

Excellent food. You order @ the counter then pickup your food. Self-serve beverages. Indoor & Outdoor seating on patio. Burgers are cooked to order & are big & juicy. Wraps are full. Nice assortment of food choices on the menu. Pizza too. Tomato Soup is De-lisc!

Visited here for pizza with family. Pizza had very good flavor... the toppings are lacking due to their not putting any on the outer inch or more all around ... Flatware is really cheap and tacky. Music was like someone screaming and crying for attention - not pleasant. Price was $50+ for 1 pizza, 2 sodas, 2 shakes... Friendly staff youth but... service is you stand in line to order, gather your own tools, pick up your own order back at counter when the buzzer goes off .......

Food takes a long time to prepare, but is made fresh. Food tastes good, solid classic American cuisine.

Great food options, milk shakes and onion rings are a must.

Terrible service, phoned in an order, they forgot one of the pizzas and did nothing to make amends for their errors. Also the pizza is lousy at best. Will never give this place a dime.

Reliable daily lunches, went nearly every weekday for over 2 years to pick up food for my office.

Mushroom beef burgers was very amazing, but grill salmon burgers is little a lot salt and French onions is bad! But I will still go there for only mushroom beef burgers.

The Loop in Orange Park is fantastic. Nocatee is nothing like it. Went today for the first and last time (actually went about a week ago and was told by the person at the register that they would be right back. Stood at the register for 10 minutes before walking out because nobody ever came back). Today I ordered a pizza to go. Sould have opened the box when I picked it up. Black onions does not equal carmelized. I think there may have been a single mushroom distributed on the entire 12" pizza and I couldn't even find the bacon. Threw the pizza out - not edible.

The Loop is only a mile or so from our home. We often get take out. Most of the time it’s Hamburgers they are always cooked to your specifications. I get the all American burger that comes with fries or you can switch or add onion rings. Prices are right in the the general area for burgers. We always do pickup. Less then 20 minutes to order and pick up. Need a quick meal at a decent price check them out pick up or eat in.

Ordered one of our favorite meals for takeout - fried fish sandwiches without the buns and side garden salads. The fish was fried perfectly with a nice crunchy edge. We used to order the Loop burger and the All American Cheeseburger (both really good with a grilled flavor) but the fried fish sandwich is our new favorite.

My wife had the Farmers Market Pizza. I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger. We were both pleased with what we chose. I look forward to a return visit.

They r not very covid safe ... I was there the other day and when I picked up my food some lady was standing there without a mask to pick up her food and was breathing over my food next to her ... sorry not very cool, watched lots of people pickup food with no mask and there are multilke meals standing there ... Not very safe ... They should enforce food pick up happened only with a mask ... Food was great though and I like the place overall ...

We have eaten at The Loop since back in the early 90"s in Mandarin. I live near the Nocatee location and love the outdoor seating. I feel like the overall quality of the brand has fallen over the years, but my kid,s and now grandkids, love the pizza and milkshakes. We enjoy the burgers and love their tomato bisque soup.

We have been going to various Loop locations for years, so we decided to try the Nocatee location since we were in the area. The interior reminds me of the one at the St Johns Town Center. However, this location has a really nice outdoor seating area which we really like. The Loop has some of our favorite burgers, but on this trip we tried some different menu items. I ordered the cajun salmon sandwich with a side of broccoli. The sandwich was good, the broccoli was just OK. M wife ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, which she enjoyed. Overall this is a good location, we will be back when the weather is cool so we can since it has the big outdoor seating area that I mentioned earlier. If you like the Loop, this location is worth visiting if you are in the area.

Loop burgers are consistently good, its hard to find a place with a good hamburger, but its even harder to keep a well made hamburger good for 10 years. I haven't had everything on the menu but the pizza is decent, not the best around, but the ingredients are fresh and the atmosphere is always comfortable. Definitely reccomended (especially the loop and cheddar with the thick cut fries.) The veggie ciabatta if you are looking for a non-meat option.

The Loop is one of my top favorite restaurants here in Nocatee. Everything has always been delicious -- the burgers and salads being my favorites. Staff is always nice and the place is clean.

I went to this restaurant to get take-out and while I was waiting I got to observe that most employees were wearing chin masks vice face masks as almost no one had their full mouth and nose covered but rather the mask was sitting down on their chin and this included the manager on duty. Out of approximately a dozen employees, only the cashier and one person in the kitchen was wearing their mask properly. I also noticed that one individual that was responsible for putting drinks straws and napkins out was not wearing gloves or a face mask until AFTER he was done touching all the straws the customers will handle. As for the food it was equally bad. Whomever packed the onion rings did not put the lid fully on the sauce and therefore the sauce was all over the onion rings and the container. The steak fries were absolutely tasteless no matter how much spice we added to them once we got home. Even though we have liked this restaurant in the past and given it high reviews I would highly recommend that you TOTALLY AVOID this location.

Absolutely love The Loop my favorite thing there is their Five Cheese Pizza!! They are almost always busy but the wait is totally worth it!! They have amazing cookies and brownies as well!! I used to go there before football games at pv high and it’s the perfect meal with friends before a game! They have a little bit of everything on their menu even milkshakes which are AMAZING!!

Disappointed had the special, wrap was cold, ingredients seemed tired & lacked flavor. Soup was OK but none of it seemed fresh. Restaurant was not real clean & had a bad odor. Table was very wobbly so we were not comfortable!

Great place to bring kids, they have such a cute aesthetic and the palm trees near the outside dining area are Florida to the core Superior quality food and drinks I personally love the milkshakes but my nephew would rather have soda🤷🏼‍♀️ Either way, you will not be disappointed eating here!

Ordered pizza for take out. On their menu it looks as if they only sell up to 12 inch pizzas but in the restaurant they sell 14 inch pizzas??? Over the pizza was average to slightly above average. The restaurant was clean and very nice. The staff was friendly and quick to greet us.
