Pizza was very dry, overcooked, and crunchy. Very disappointed.

The food was good. I got Hawaiian pizza, stuffed cheesy bread and mango habanaro wings. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the wings were. The pizza is usually good, but the stuffed cheesy bread is the real reason I come back to Dominos😋.

The sauce tasted like tomato paste not sauce.

So after the last delivery fiasco I left a not so good review. I can happily say they have more than made up for the situation and apologized. I will continue to order from this dominos in the future. The quality of the food is wonderful and their customers obviously come first. 6/6/24 Update on Domino's. The delivery driver Devan is phenomenal. He is always prompt and kind and very personable. The food looks amazing and tastes even better. Thank you for saving me from a terrible experience with Vocelli tonight. You saved the night. :)

It's Domino's... that's all I need to say. If you don't know yet and need a review, well here it goes: at first it sounds awesome because you're starving then you eat it, at which time you instantly regret doing it and think to yourself, "gross" as you push away the cardboard box of pungent garlic greasy bread in disgust. So there's your review. Bet you won't read it!!!

One of the better Domino's in the valley. Food is always great. Quick delivery times. My only complaint is that it costs about $20 for one person to eat ordering delivery, but I'll chalk that up to the inflation problem, not the store itself.

To much with this place every time it’s always missing food or they didn’t get it right

I give them a 4 just because I rarely taste the garlic butter on the crust. Literally that is it though. Even when they only have 1 driver and 1 cook/cashier/baker.. they are fantastic. You may have to wait a little longer but they have excellent staff who are usually polite and don't seem like they hate the job and/or life. They'll keep you updated. Food is consistent in cost, flavor, and temperature and made exactly as we ask for the most part. My order was incorrect one time and I order almost weekly. Not their mistake. It's was online so I am sure I was the one who screwed up. I want to say thank you South Wheeling crew!! You are great! From 1436 !!

Cold burnt pizza, had a long hair in one piece,

Pizza is all flat on one side and all crust on the other when I called about it they acted like I was an inconvenience I'm never eating here again

Sat in drive thru only person there and they looked out there window and blocked us for over 5 minutes. The delivery driver came back and help us.

It's my go to Domino's location the drive up window is the best part my favorite thing to get is the chicken carbonara pasta bread bowl it just hits the spot every time

They told me the inside of the store closed but then random people walking down the street, not workers, came in, and they gave both of them a bunch of pop and pizza (women with glasses and ponytails did They say they don’t deliver places they don’t want to go. I got Domino’s coupons in the mail for you at this location. The two male workers are cool, though, wasn’t today

horrible took and hour and a half to get here and when i called and hour later the lady on the phone had an attitude and told me the pizza was pulling in now and when it didnt and said completed i waited a minute and called again and she said i told u it was coming and hung up on me

Mediocre at best. I got a call from the district manager about an order I placed last week. They asked if order was okay. I told her it was outside of them forgetting 2 of my sauces; which is fine. I just went back and got them. She proceeded to ask if I got a refund issued. I thought this was weird but told her I did not nor did I want one. She asked if I paid cash. I informed her I did and she told me to have a good day. I may be jumping to conclusions but did their employee issue a fake refund and pocket the money? Either way if you have thieves as employees. I will just take my business elsewhere

Fantastic experience! In Wheeling for an event. Starving, I needed late night chow. Dominoes at home is good, but this Dominoes was great!! Super fast delivery, as the tracker stated. Friendly driver brought all the supplies we needed but didn't think of to ask for. Fresh ingredients & piping hot! The best prices!! 100% will order from them again when back in the area! A++ 🫶🍕

Tried to order multiple times, put it in 3x and now they are closing waited 20 minutes trying to order over the phone and was waiting on someone to pick up the phone and it hung up, called again got an actual person asked for delivery said they aren’t doing pickups anymore told them I tried ordering 20 minutes ago and then when I was still talking she hung up.

1 star only because you can't leave a half. I ordered by phone you get a call center! I listened to the menus and pushed the buttons to speak with someone in the store. I ordered and went to pick it up only to find they didn't make the pizza I said forget it. Decided to try again to give them a second chance, same thing didn't make it! I decided to come back picked it up and took it home only to find very little of the topping I ordered. Some slices didn't have any. I took it back and they offered to make another. I told them I'm not coming back a third time. I'm done refund for the pizza was issued. Not going back

worst customer service, ordered our food to only have come 1 hour 30 mins later, cold, not even what I ordered on the pizza, come on now the app does all the work and the employees haven't got a clue.

I'm starting this review with 2 stars, because the front employees were very nice. I just went in with some questions concerning a future order for a Christmas pizza party. The DM at this facility was rude ... not helpful at all ...and was very dismissive! I'll give my business to a different pizza company!

This dominos is a joke. I’ve had 2 orders that I’ve ordered not even show up. Don’t order here. Unless you want to throw away money. …..never mind I got my pizza And it was really good too…

Pizza never came. I had to get it was still charged for delivery. The pizza was not edible as it was cold and dry. They will not refund me.

It’s such a shame when I leave a large tip prior to them delivering my order just for them to miss the details of my order. I’ll just be ordering elsewhere from now on

WHICH IT ALWAYS BE TOO HOT AND FRESH...... THE BEST IN SOUTH WHEELING. COME & GET IT.......

Normally we love this place, but past 3 times we've ordered take out. The dough is very saturated in seasoning, in fact almost every dish is a little heavy handed on Italian and garlic seasoning. And even though there are different staff everytime I pick up dinner there. They are all great, attentive, and fast, along with great customer service. Corporate needs to ease up on seasoning for recipes though. Some of us just don't have the stomach for 2 bags of garlic, and a gallon of Italian seasoning in pasta, and dough dishes alike.

They are short staffed and inconsistent. The pizza can range from barely edible to fantastic. Take your chances.

Employees are hard working, friendly, and go above and beyond the regular call of customer service. I order delivery regularly and every time I order I can expect these 3 things 1. Freshly made food that is both prepared and cooked properly. 2. Delivered in a timely manner 3. A polite and courteous delivery driver

Fast service, guy at the window was super sweet to my son, he let him push the button to ring the bell even though he was already at the window. Made my sons night, wish I would of got the guys name!

I love my local dominos!! I'm a single mom of 2 daughters, 5 & 1yrs old. We have pizza wednesdays every week bc they have a deal for 3.99 med pizza's every wednesday..I've been going to the same dominos for approx 2 1/2 yrs and every employee I've had contact with have been so friendly to myself and esp to my 2 girls..I hope they never move!!

Love dominos....it's my one addiction

Normally I have no problems with this domino's however today I asked for banana peppers and the guy sounded like I was asking for a foreign food and said the only peppers we have are green peppers. I asked him if I could pay over the phone with my debit card...figuring during these times it would be safer...and he told me no they don't do that.....no 100% pleased tonight

Can't complain about boneless chicken on my doorstep at 1030 at night.

Food is always hot and made correctly! We have ordered delivery every time, and get it within 20 minutes! The only complaint is that I have ordered extra marinara sauces the past 3 times, and did not receive ANY sauce at all! I have paid for those sauces and feel bad to have the driver have to return due to someone else not checking the order for sauces.

I personally love this business. I have been a customer here for about 8 years and they have the best service and food. They always make my food exactly like it’s supposed to be and if there were ever any misunderstandings they are always quick to take care of any issues in a kind and timely manner. They have amazing customer service as well. I absolutely love there pizza! This is my favorite pizzeria and I will definitely be a life long customer. Keep up the great work.

Wensday is the best sale on pizza day .you really get a good deal on a Large pizza. There Philly stake and cheese don't buy because your going to get very little meat and all cheese. They need to fix that .

They have freshly remodeled the inside but not fully completed yet. They are expected to be finished with it by sometime in December. And so far it looks fantastic. Food is great and they deliver. Getting ready to go there now. I called and was going to order their special which is 2 med 1 topping pizzas and order of bread sticks for $21.99. I asked if they had any other specials and the gentleman told me you can get a large 3 topping pizza for 7.99 and I could actually get 2 large 3 topping pizzas and an order of bread sticks for only $22.44 so that's the route we went. Everyone (all 6) of us ate pretty good tonight.
