Domino's Pizza in Columbia - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

So I have bought a lot of dominos through the years and it’s been hit or miss but mostly a hit. I have noticed when I redeemed rewards the pizza is subpar and again this pizza is uncooked and rushed! I hate raw veggies thrown on top after the fact and not cooked! This is all the time and unsatisfying from a seasoned pizza place like dominoes. I have had my fill and will go to other places that still take pride in the pizza they build and serve to customers. Rush it dominoes and make that dough!

Ordered online, and when we got there, the app said our food was ready. We were told that it wasn't and had to wait another 20 minutes for our order. When we finally got our food home, the dough was barely cooked and still mostly raw!

I ordered 2 New York style pizzas and received 2 undercooked, uncut, HAND TOSSED pizzas instead. I tried calling the store afterward to get credit, and the line just went dead after an automated message said it was “forwarding me to someone who can help”. Ordered May 4. Order # 781

Good food but the service is not great fat lazy people serving the food

Ordered online then called to make sure they received my order. It was Burned! My pizza was burned!Hubby didn’t check before coming home with pizza. I ordered and paid for 6 Dipping cups! There were no dipping cups… 0 dipping cups! I paid $5.94 plus tax FOR NO dipping cups And, let’s add the cost of the BURNED pizza…$23.99 plus tax! We will NEVER order anything from Dominoes again! Horrible experience!

Customers can not call in their orders at the Columbia MS location. It has been this way for a long time now. We have to drive to the location, place our order then wait 30 to 40 minutes for our food. It's not worth the hassle....

We placed an order around 10pm for delivery and we waited till 11 with no response. Then we went to the store and the person just said "we have no delivery drivers". It would be nice to have a text or courtesy call before hand. They tried to send a text when we were in the store to act like they sent something but they obviously didn't. Don't expect much from this little dirt town domino's.

Lobby closed before 830. Not able to get my order when it was ready. Had to wait in drive thru.

That particular day it was ok but on a normal day the food is good

Ordered online, I had it fixed like I wanted it with the extra toppings that I like for me as well as my families and it was good. A little pricey but good!

Had a slight issue but was quickly resolved by Michael who was very professional and respectful. He handled things right away and went above & beyond to resolve the situation. Definitely will order from here again soon 💯

I ordered pizza 1/28/23. It was terrible my app said the pizza was ready it was not ready . They lost one pizza had to remake it . We ordered hand tossed ham and got a thin . We was told our bread was in the oven. All of our food was cold it was not in the oven it had just been sitting there. We order pizza a lot. This was the worst experience I have had here it will be a while before I go back . I don’t order pizza for it to be cold when I get it I want it hot

My volunteers and cooperating organization we're working really hard in some hot weather and we wanted to have some good food. Really appreciate Danielle's friendliness and helpfulness so we can refuel up and get back to work! Will definitely visit again

Dislike their advertising program, pizza is ok, but just ok, nowhere close to great.

Would be better if they would allow online ordering at this location again. Can’t even use the rewards I’ve earned and now they are about to expire. Order does get mixed up a lot too.

My favorite carry out pizza! Love the crispy thin crust! My favorite toppings are chicken, onion, bacon with extra cheese!! OMG! Off the charts good!

I am so tired of the way people treat the customers. We ordered icing with the lava cake. The cake was good but no icing. We got chicken wings with blue cheese and got ranch. No one else was there. And you can’t get one order correct? The manager was too busy to talk to me. However she spoke through the worker I can come back in to get them. That’s 10 miles each way. So when you order from Domino’s in Columbia Ms just say I’d like a pizza, whatever you feel like giving me!!

They ran out of gluten free crust but they refunded that item and everything else ordered was great.

Prior to the storm their systems had issues but the 2 guys still took our order and made our pizzas with a smile.

Extremely slow service. Took me almost 12 minutes to order over the phone. Then went to pickup had to wait outside at least 10 minutes till someone acknowledged that I was there but still didn't open the door. When they finally let me in, my pizzas were getting cold waiting for me on the counter. At least the pizzas are still good. Someone needs to step up and provide better customer service. Didn't realize till later that they have a drive thro window. I'll give a extra star for that

We all make mistakes after all Jesus Christ was the only perfect human being to walk the earth , we ordered a couple of pizzas and they got the order wrong , Ms Haley a New Jersey transplant corrected the order and made a new one correctly and gave us the mistaken one as well 😌 that's customer service at it's finest , welcome to Columbia mam and God Bless You.

Sauce was extremely spicy, it burn our mouths.why is it soo spicy and it was suppose to tomato sauce. I can't eat this wasted my money.

I ordered my Pizza online but had problems with my Promo so I called Columbia MS Dominos and spoke with Brandy Johnson she was so professional and asked me if I could hold for a minute or so because she had customers inside so I said of course no problem, but then my office phone starting ringing and I had to put her on hold to answer needless to say we were disconnected and she called me back to see how she could help...Now That's What I Call Excellent Customer Service. Thank you Brandy for your Excellent Customer Service Skills and Your Thoughtfulness.

Excellent ....we were visiting from out of town and needed dinner decided on Dominos and it was well worth every bit of it .......pizza was made excellent perfect amount of everything on it and cooked to perfection ....highly recommend

Best pizza, pasta, subs and brownies in town! Staff is great and Sean runs a good store! I order everything through the app for carry out and it is always ready quickly and correctly. I eat there at least once a week. DO NOT PASS UP THE MARBLE BROWNIES!!!

The best pizza in columbia and the best service. While picking up my pizza a man came in dirty and looked homeless said he didnt have any money and was starving and the employee behind the counter gave him a pizza. Excellent staff and this is my only pizza spot from now on

Really nice team, Brian helped me on the phone was really sweet. Managers are always pleasant and polite all in all a great place to get a pizza.

they deliver beyond the Shell station at the crossroads of hwy 98 & hwy 13..Pizza Hut wont.
