Workers are rude, said the don’t have anymore sauce when what i ordered come with that specifically. refused refund when they knew their was no sauce and failed to mention before ordering. one of the worse places i’ve eaten in a while

My brother and best friend all went to put flowers on family members graves out of town and couldn't find anywhere to eat. When we got home ( Columbia, Ms ) we went to Fox's Pizza. He got a 6" hoagie and drink my friend got a small pizza and drink and I got 6" wedgie and water. Price was affordable and atmosphere was active!! Kids were there talking about Santa and it was old and familiar to us. We will be going back to eat again soon.

Love foxes! The one in McComb seems to have better pizza IMO. And that's saying a lot!

I've always found this place to be tops. I don't go very often, however it's awesome. The treatment is great. The food is good. I've been to a lot of places. I've eaten in every restaurant in Columbia. This one gets high honors from me. I will recommend it .

I ordered a big daddy meat eaters pizza and it had more cheese than anything. The cheese was covering up the fact that although it was a meat eaters there was hardly any meat on the pizza. Some slices were only cheese. Very disappointed in spending this amount of money for nothing.

Stopped here after hiking Red Bluff, got a table while husband and cousin ordered the pizza, they were busy with it being a Sunday. Got the breadsticks, which were hot and fresh. Pizza came a few minutes later, and we got sausage, pepperoni, hamburger, onion, and cheese. It came steaming hot, and so very good! There was only 2 girls working, and they did a great job of getting everyone their food. Would definitely eat here again!

service was awful for the pricey mediocre food

On Wednesday evening I had a slight issue with a pizza that was ordered. The following morning, I called Fox's and spoke with the General Manager, Jenny. She was very professional as well as compassionate about rectififying the issue immediately. Jenny and her staff not only made a bad situation better, but each of them exceeded my expectations!!!! My wife was very grateful with the outcome, and we all know what they say, "Happy wife, happy life." Jenny, you helped make my life happy again, 😆!

No Air Conditioning working. Ate the delicious pizza in the heat and rain away..

Food is always fresh and hot. Service is always friendly. They have the best salads.

I have been a customer to Fox’s Pizza in Columbia MS for years. I had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru for an order I placed online. So I go inside no one sees me waiting. So finally they bring my order. I asked for my drink the General Manager slams the cup on the table. I asked are you going to fixit.(I’ve never been inside so I didn’t know you can fix it yourself). The General then yells at me saying you can fix it yourself we are busy!!!!! The other associate said something to the General Manager she then begins to curse saying I ain’t fixing her a dam thing! Bye Fox’s you just lost a faithful customer.

This Pizza reminds me of the taste of pizza before it became fast food.

I was hoping for a better pizza, but I have to say it was average at best.

Order sandwiches (roast beef & steak ) and when we got home with the sandwiches, there was hardly no meat on them. It was just veggies & crumbles of bacon on them. So I called to let them know and I was told more or less that couldn’t of happened. We couldn’t even tell you which sandwich was what because of the lack of meat on them. The good thing was we got two other sandwiches that were cold cuts and we were able to eat them. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, I just wanted to let them know.

Bad service , bad food , salad made wrong, the person that was serving the salads told me that's the way they make a caesar salad,

We came to Columbia to see the Christmas lights/nativity downtown, and decided on Fox’s beforehand. We arrived and placed our order for ONE PIZZA at 5:15. Others came in after us and received their orders within 20-30 minutes. We were still waiting at 6:10 (they closed at 6 due to the holiday). During this time, no one checked on us or our food. Once I walked to the front counter and asked how much longer it’d be, the girl went to the back to check on our order. The lady in the back loudly laughed, stated she had misplaced it, said she didn’t see what the big deal was because it’d still be hot. The pizza was definitely not hot. We were very disappointed to arrive to town almost two hours early and then have to eat in our vehicle on the way downtown so we didn’t miss the show at 7.

Food was great, service was sloooow. They were not busy, waited too long for our food. One person ordered a salad as a meal, had to go ask them to make it after everyone else's food was served. Waitress was in the back eating when I went to ask for our missing food.

This place has been an absolute joke for the last year or more. They used to have the BEST young people working here. We walked in at 8:40pm (they close at 9) and one of the workers acted like it was the end of the world. She rolled her head back and rolled her eyes multiple times. She was loudly talking about how mad she was that we just walked in. We left and will not be back. If you want to close at 8 then close at 8. Don’t treat the customers who walk in during business hours like they are an inconvenience…

The pizza is delicious they have great salads ,and sandwiches, family oriented love it

Ordered pizza 10-10-22. Both hardly had any sauce on them making them very bland.

Ethan McNeil is the worst cook i have ever seen if he is working i refuse to eat there. Ethan has spit in my food and my wings were cold when i got them and he like to call me fat every time i go in there and i only weigh 600 pounds

The food is very good here. If you are in the area do yourself a favor and give it a try

Has good food and friendly service

They were out of kids drinks and wouldn't charge me for a kids drink and made me buy a small no restaurant does this if they're out they substitute. Employees say they will get in trouble so the owner needs to learn customer service

We called this restaurant three times, and no one would answer. We thought that they may have closed early, (it was 7pm), so we drove to the restaurant and parked in front of the building. There were literally no customers in the restaurant, or in the drive thru. We called again whilst looking into the restaurant from our car. They didn't answer. I went inside the restaurant, but asked my husband to call them whenever I got inside. They turned off the ringer. Whenever I confronted them about it, they tried to gaslighting me. I refuse to eat inside, because no one wears a mask and they leave the Tvs on Fox News. Why would a family restaurant leave the bloody news on all day?

Rude to me after they got my order wrong! Really need better Customer Service.

Very good food a lil pricy but worth it

Took awhile to get our food.. It was Sunday and the place was full though.. the steak Wedgie is the bomb..

Their pizza is delicious! The wait wasn't but 15 -20 minutes from us calling in the order, to walking out with several items. The cheese sticks we got for free for joining their text group, and they were great as well. We order them often, so getting them for free one time was awesome 😁 My Mother and spouse like the wedges and the Philly, my teenagers and I love the pizza. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Only complaint is that it takes them a pretty good while to answer the phone when trying to place your order. You have to call in several times, for up to 30 minutes or more sometimes to be able to order. Other than that, great place to eat pizza that doesn't taste like any of the others.

Great people and even greater food!!

They are very accommodating to their customers. When I found out that their meatball hoagie was made with pork, they switched it to a grilled chicken marinara hoagie at no additional cost.

Make sure you check your pizza before leaving the store. They have given me the wrong pizzas on several occasions. And I normally order 2 pizzas & they get both of them wrong. They get orders mixed up. The pizzas usually taste great.

Fox’s Pizza is one of a kind. You can’t find the options here anywhere else. I love the taco wedgie. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Their wings are great too. Stop by any day of the week and they will be happy you stopped in and treat you like family.

We had dinner here and the pizza was outstanding...thin crust, great toppings, and delicious. We also saw the largest pizza we had ever seen...30 inch diameter. The large group who ordered that pizza wolfed it down quickly. We will definitely return here on our next visit to Columbia.

We sat down and was one of first in lunch rush. Took about 25-30 minutes to receive food. It was as menu described. My guest probably could have more meat, becauss it looked on flat side.And mine was incredibly greasy. Over all it was average. Would have four stars if was a few bucks cheaper/ or faster service.

Sólo he tenido que llevar aquí, pero un gran servicio. Sólo he tenido también pizza, pero he ido tres veces. Lo considero como una de las mejores pizzas que he probado. Tenemos que probar otras cosas en el menú la próxima vez.

Surprising variety of food and it's all quite good.

Clean, friendly restaurant with fairly good food. The catch is the price. The wedgies, sandwiches, and salads are way over-priced for what it is and the amount of it you get. No sides and very small sandwich with maybe a tsp of meat. The majority of the sandwich is lettuce.
