Damn pizza was terrible,,, pizza was so soggy look like it been in a washer machine,,,my kids had gotten stomach problems after eating it!!!! Tried to call back and request a refund guy named Jacob gave me a hard time and he had arrogant attitude and the other lady so called manager had one as well

We’ve lived in Gautier for about 3 years and have ordered so often that some of the employees started remembering our names. 😂 I’ve loved Dominos since I was a kid and love to see that the company and the restaurant's only get better over the years. We’ve had so many drivers I couldn’t tell you all of their names but Andrew has been a common one, he’s awesome, and Edmund, who on a recent order my spouse forgot to tip so he went to the store to drop it off directly to him and he was so kind and understanding! The fact that he didn’t think we were tipping and still provided us great service was so kind of him. We also had a delivery driver one time that our dog had ran outside when we opened the door, I can’t remember her name but she was so kind. She helped us get our dog back inside. All I’m saying is Domino’s always provides top notch food and their employees never fail to show how great the company is. 🫶🏼

I’ve had problems with the one in Pascagoula customer service there is HORRIBLE! They wouldn’t take my bank card or wouldn’t take our money because it was a $100 bill. So I decided to call the one in gauiter and when I tell you I had the best experience from a dominos ever. I’ve spoke with an employee named Jeff and he was VERY kind and he let us pay with our money ! And he got us our time wait to less because I had already placed and order and since it was over $50 I had to call back and finish my order because I wasn’t paying with card so that’s another reason why we called the one in gauiter moral of this is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOMINOS IN PASCAGOULA WHAT SO EVER ! call the one in gauiter and you’ll definitely get WAY BETTER SERVICE ! THANK YOU JEFF !

Ordered the NY pizza. Employee asked what size. Ordered large since that's how it's advertised on tv. Got a pizza that didn't fold like classic NY pizza. I guess I should have ordered the XL.

Picked up my pizza and employee was very nice. Pizza was prepared quickly. However, I asked for extra sauce and could barely tell it had sauce.

If I could put 0 stars I would, I’m not one to post reviews ever but I’ve been here multiple times and the service is still the same every time. Workers are always on their phones, they don’t bring your food to you like they say they will and force you to come inside and get it. Forget things when they deliver then take an hour to bring it back and have an attitude with you like it’s your fault. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but the last year nothing has changed and they don’t want to change. Sorry to sound whiney but if you don’t care enough to do your job right then you shouldn’t do it at all.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas light sauce and no stuff on the crust and a stuffed cheesy bread. I waited 20 minutes to head and pick it up. Then, I had to wait and additional 15 minutes. They gave me a free 2 liter for the wait, which I didn't care. My problem was, my order was simple, but they still messed it up. Then, they made another one and delivered it, and it was still wrong. Now, my husband is sick because he ate it. I didn't eat it because it wasn't what I ordered. Now that he is sick, I won't be giving my business to them again. I don't know what they're are doing, but it's not good.

Pizza was cold. Thet put the extra cheese on the wrong pizza

I go into this store to purchase the best Bear Claws around. I buy them for a friend who isn't able to go out and shop so I buy 4 at a time

Wings are not fried, like the picture, they are broiled. NOT FRIED! And so tiny, my wife was still hungry! No thanks

I ordered pizza Here and unfortunately when I got there the rain was extremely bad I had to keep letting my window up and down the whole inside of my car got wet up I strongly suggest you all put up some kind of over head Structure for situations like that so your customers will have that when trying to pay for food when it rains...

Learned my lesson today, never ask for extra sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza. I believe they used a whole bag of sauce for this one large pizza.

Standout friendly service. Never received a bad pizza from the restaurant. The arrangement of the drive thru lane is a bit narrow; larger vehicles, particularly trucks, may have to go in.

They fix the pizza the way I order it and also bring it to my vehicle great service

I loved this Domino's and am disappointed in the recent incompetence that I experienced. I placed and order online for a single M hand tossed pep with extra cheese and extra sauce. Was told it would be ready around 6:00. Had a friend go through around 6:11 asking for my order and was told to pull around. 6:37 still no pizza. Even the pizza that was received as a replacement was wrong and cold. Pay these people more or train better, suggest the latter. Attitude was terrible too when asking about what happened. Was told to have a blessed day, which is offensive to my religious sense.

I just received my online order and was missing a pizza when I called the store to report the missing pizza I was told it would be another 20 minutes & a free 2 liter until it arrived. I declined that offer and asked for my refund. I was told he would not refund my money but credit me a coupon to my account. That is completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for an item we expect to receive that item. If not I should not have to settle for a $20 coupon to use on my next visit. I expect to receive the money credited to my card. I did not pay in coupons therefore do not want that in place of my money! If he is not in the position to fix that issue he should have immediately said that and put me on the phone with the manager. After the way I was spoke to on the phone by the employee I will NEVER order pizza again. When I declined his offer and ask for his. name I was hung up on! I order pizza frequently from this location. Spending well over $50 This particular order just cost me $90 and I will not accept a coupon for the main dish(pizza) for our dinner that did not arrive. Train your employees better!!

This review is not directed to this store in general, but upon doing an online order I wanted to add to it as I have done in the past. When I called the local number it went to a what I would assume was a “call center” and was not able to speak to the store directly. The “call center” employee was very rude and hard to understand. It was very suspicious how it was being handled and I ended up hanging up. If this is the new process of doing business over the phone I personally do not like this and it hurts the location business “vibe” I was able to get in the past dealing directly with the store.

Love their pizzas and the Philly steak and cheese sandwich is to die for. I'd eat one everyday if my arteries would allow it.

It was a rainy evening and we didn’t want to go out. The delivery was relatively prompt and the pizza and salad surprisingly good.

I’ve spent hundreds of dollars with this location. Sure, we had our ups and downs. Yet when they called me tonight, to tell me they had no noodles for my pasta…then proceeded to tell me they could make it without the noodles…get a grip, Gautier Domino’s. Sheer ignorance.

I WENT TO THE GAUTIER DOMINO'S AFTER CALLING AND THEM SAYING MY ORDER WAS READY...WHEN I MADE IT THERE THE MAN TOLD ME I DIDN'T HAVE AN ORDER.....AFTER ASKING ME MY NAME AND NUMBER HE STILL STATED I DIDNT HAVE AN ORDER.....HIS ATTITUDE WAS HORRIBLE, HE WAS RUDE AND VERY INCONSIDERATE....MY HUSBAND WAS IN AWE....HE COULDN'T BELIEVE THE WAY THE GUY WAS ACTING SO I CALLED BACK UP THERE TO LET HIM KNOW AGAIN THEY SAY MY ORDER WAS READY AND HE STILL BRUSHED ME OFF...I DROVE 32 MINUTES TO PICK UP A PIZZA I COULDN'T EVEN GET..THIS WAS SO HUMILIATING NOW I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK HOME WITH NOTHING AND NOT TO MENTION I GOT A TEXT SAYING MY ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELED WHENI CALLED HIM ASKING Y DID I RECEIVE THAT MESSAGE HE STATED HE CANCELED IT BECAUSE I DIDN'T COME BACK ...NOT TO MENTIONED HE WAS THE ONE WHO TOLD. E I DIDN'T HAVE AN ORDER....

Update - Had a delivery order this evening and the experience was exceptional. Food was hot fresh and could not be delivered in any better way. The delivery person was fantastic. Very kind friendly and helpful. Great location with a newer building. Friendly staff. Have ordered a few times and had good quality food that was hot and fresh. Quick, easy, and consistent when you don't feel like making dinner. I'm sure I'll be back.

* Update in the past, I've given them 5 stars, and I won't change it now, but I've experienced inconsistency with product. I believe the oven is turned up too high, and they've been careless when cutting my pizza. One day, I barely had slices; it was a whole pie with faint lines, indicating they attempted to cut it in slices. My favorite pizza is veggie on thin crust. 🥰🥰🥰

The last pizza I had from Dominoes was EXACTLY how I ordered it. It was hot and FRESH. KUDOS TO THE MAKERS. THE DELIVERY LADY WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I WILL BE ORDERING DOMINOES INSTEAD OF PAPA JOHNS FROM HERE ON OUT. GOOD JOB

Love the garlic crust and the perfection of all toppings I move ever had added . Best pizza around . My husband loves the Manhattan crust most , because he’s not a fan of garlic !! My go to place always . Just hoping Gautier can hang onto you lol thankyou 🎉

I visit very often and every time the staff is super friendlyand the food is well made. Yesterday, as I was parked waiting for my pizza, a lady came out and asked if I was getting the sauce I always get, cause this time I didn't order it (I had forgotten) so we added it. If this isn't great customer service, I don't know what is.

I love my local dominoes. My order is always correct and always hot when it’s delivered. And delivery time is usually within a half hour of ordering. (unlike PIZZA HUT who never gets my order right)

I love this Domino's pizza. They are always friendly and very helpful and ready to assist you in any way. The pizza is always fresh and hot and has plenty of meat on it. And the Boneless chicken is really good also. I've never gotten a bad pizza or anything else from them it's always been extremely good.

The staff is always polite and cheerful. Most of the time, the food is about as good as any fast food can get. Every now and then, you might get some chewy nuggets or fries that are dry and have no salt on them. It's my go too fast food joint.

Out of all the Domino's I've frequented in 5 states over the years, the Gautier Domino's is by far the best! The food is always cooked perfectly, out of the hundreds of times I've ordered from here over the past 10 years, I've only had one order that was incorrect, plus they have very friendly staff and wonderful service. Can't go wrong with this place!

Best made pizza I’ve had on the coast. When you work 70 hours a week between two different jobs, you order out a lot. Well I love dominos and especially this one in Gautier Mississippi. They have occasionally messed up my order, but always fixed it with no issue (and only when they had someone new/ happened twice) but most of the time it’s simply perfect.

Ordered right before closing for delivery, service was great and pizza was fantastic. Number one in this town for sure. Thanks guys!

I order from here all the time, sometimes it’s better than others. But tonight it was awesome. The driver got to my house really quick with no issues (a lot of drivers get lost on the way lol) and the pizza was super hot and fresh. I got extra cheese and they did not disappoint.

Domino's Hwy 90 Gautier location is always on their game! I've never gotten an order that wasn't cooked to perfectio and delivered on time AND hot! They've hit the gold mine when finding exemplary employee's . Theirs are the nicest, friendlist, most polite, and just the best around! Keep up the fabulous job that each of you do!

Antes de irme pedí una segunda pizza a casa de mi esposa y no me molestaron diciendo que estaba preparado, así que juego en la estantería hasta que pedí. Estaban hablando tan fuerte de la otra y dando portazos que cosas me dio dolor de cabeza. Tengo que decir que la pizza era muy buena, pero el servicio y el ruido es un gran.

Their delivery speed is great! But their online tracker does not work. I called to add some marinara to my order, and he said it was already "Out for Delivery" which is the last section on the Tracker. But the Online Tracker was still sitting at the first section of "Order Placed."

Easy to access the restaurant from the Highway. The service is good in person and over the phone. The food is definitely classic Dominoes.
