This Domino's is a good place to grab a quick lunch. Don't forget , order ahead . That way you food will be ready when you arrive.

When we arrived the screen said that our pizza was done but the guy at the register said it wasn't ready yet. After waiting about 7 mins and people that had come in after us received their pizza. It took them more than 10 mins to tell us that the delivery man took our pizza and they had to remake our order. The staff was unprofessional by arguing several times in front of the customers. Pizza wasn't cut through so it was hard to get a proper slice. The cheese pizza that they gave us was sitting in the window for probably the 25 mins we waited as it was hot on the bottom but cheese on top was not. Chicken wings were soggy with little sauce. I would definitely not go to this Domino's again

The woman who helped me on Saturday, June 22, is rude, I arrived with my son at 12:30 am and she did not want to help me, she even kicked us out of the establishment, she was too rude, I will not return to that location.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the driver didn't it to me I had to go downstairs to get it however.... I did receive a free pie and now I want to claim it they want me to pay a delivery charge and I have no car

On top of their service being terrible I accidentally overpaid on one of my orders and when I called them back not even 2 minutes later to catch the driver they wanted to make up a lie saying that they didn't have my $100 bill which was the only $100 bill I had in my wallet I understand it's my fault but them not being honest makes them even more disgusting than their service than their food I hope they go out of business and yes I'm talking about the one in Lakeland Florida on Ariana Street the person who brought me my pizza her name was Gabrielle so everybody be careful because they're not just for terrible service they're also out to take your money with terrible dishonest employees will never order there again and I've deleted the app so they can go f themselves

Terrible service and customer service. Who ever worked at 12:30am Tuesday was the worst and deserves to lose their job. No proper greeting. And placed me on hold immediately for 20 minutes, checking in every 5 mins for .2 secs “pls hold” and won’t let you respond. She did that until she hung up without warning because now “they’re closed” I guess. My friends and family agree we’ll never order from this location again. Do better, considering you got paid to do nothing that night whatever your name is.

Had buddy on the phone asking me what kind of pizza I wanted and I could hear the girl at the counter telling him to hurry up nobody else on the line . It’s the second time having an incident.

Very rude Gen.Manager Melissa, after calling to make a complaint, she disconnected the call at least four times. I will complain with Corp Office.

They are regularly fast and friendly but don't add extra toppings and find out corporate has them counting jalapeños

Had to Cancel my order after almost a $90.00 Charge. I kept it simple Veggie Cheese and wings 2 Topings yall. I won't be surprised when places in that plaza Close Real Talk. As a Previous Bisuess Owner in my 20 now almost 40 Never seen this one Coming and I'm Very important to my Comunity this is the last time I try pizza Delivery.

Lady was friendly who delivered my food to the car. Parmesan bites were great. But that chicken alfredo is a 0/0 - jarred alfredo at best, chicken is just gross. Don’t recommend the pastas at all!

Check out this slicing job (Not the spinach pizza) UPDATE: After going to another dominos location I can safely say this is the worst dominos I've gotten pizza from. I have very low standards when it comes to dominos, and this location somehow actually made it worth it to drive a little further to another location. The spinach pepperoni pizza is from the Bartow rd location for comparison.

This by far is the worst Domino's pizza I've ever ordered. There was sauce and little to no cheese. I also went in to order and asked to tip when I'm picking up my own pizza. How is doing your job, no delivery worth tipping. So I believe they left off the cheese to send me a message. Lousy customer service by the young lady handing me my pizza. I worked as a banker for 30 + years and never once thought I deserved a tip, I was doing my job. Won't be ordering here again as a competitor did a great job, little further away but worth it. Avoid this place unless you tip I guess.

We recently started ordering from this Domino's probably in the past 3 months. We've been ordering delivery. Our food has been really good, the pizza is cooked a little more than I would like and the pasta could use a little more sauce in it, but overall it really tasted good. My steak sub was great! Our delivery driver is Adam and he has been wonderful! He is quick, efficient, polite, professional, and friendly. We had a girl deliver once as well and she was really good too! Keep up the good work!

We order from here quite a bit. We havent ever requested delivery so I can't speak on that, but the food was ready when they said it would be. However they did not follow my request online with my toppings. There were things I asked to be taken off, and they put something I wanted on half, on the whole thing. A delivery driver also parked right behind my husband & trapped him between two vehicles. So I'd definitely use a parking spot & not their little pickup area in front.

Pizza was a little on the burnt side to me but the lava cakes awesome

ordered from them two sandwiches and and a salad when they arrived both sandwiches were dried out and not much meat on them or veggies and they forgot the salad i paid almost thirty dollars for that . i called to complain and they could not careless . with that being said the lady sheila credited my account and made it right by me. i look forward to doing business with them in the near by future. there is no one that is above mistakes.

The pasta was phenomenal the pizza was good and lava cakes are great but the pasta the ingredients just tasted so fresh.

Hey i have to say GREAT JOB GUYS! I order very regularly and it is always fast delivery and tasty food. Today I understand there was a low staff issue and food was late, and thats understandable. It can happen to any business. But to my surprise in my email was an apology and 60 pts!! To me that was above and beyond! Keep up the good work!
