The best vegan burger in town, by far. Customizable options. Amazingly kind staff that are always friendly and fun even though they get super busy most days. Great seating options cuz it’s in the dining common of LCC. I’m not a student anymore but I still come back to get a burger sometimes :)

God bless the staff that work here, truly. I hope they see this review. They are such a ray of sunshine on campus. Very friendly and helpful. The one woman who works there is always just beaming, and she has a way of making you feel seen and heard, if only from a brief interaction. The food always tastes good and is fresh.

This place and their food is amazing. Been going there for years and I’m a city slicker and I have to tell you they have really good homegrown eats. The staff is always nice. The atmosphere is always is always nice, Love this this place

The best food option at LCC by far. The burgers are amazing and so are the chicken tenders. I always come here when I’m on campus to get my fix. Staff is awesome and I would recommend Doug’s place to anyone who is on campus.

I just wanted to say that Doug’s Burger moved to Lane community college and I have yet to find a consistently decent burger in the Eugene/Springfield area. I miss their food. I miss their people. I hope that things are going well at LCC, but would celebrate if they opened a place that was more accessible to those who were not at LCC.

Ahhhh you moved from what I call old mcvay highway. I don't know the actual location name but I used to order from you coming off hwy 58. Now you're gone 😭 gonna miss your food and great customer service. Now you're off my beaten path. I used to order for up to five people. Definitely must try this place out! No filter necessary for this burger! We stopped for lunch on our road trip down to California, and Doug’s did not disappoint. Yummy food, great friendly service, and a clean environment. We did think we got lost in trying to find Doug’s… I was reading old reviews mentioning gas stations, and instead they moved in at the food court inside Lane Community College. Positive outcome - we stretched our legs and walked the grounds and burned some calories 😊

Fantastic food at good prices! Delicious and crispy, their tenders one-up places that are more expensive, even at their college prices. They accept tap-to-pay using Square. Fast service using pagers and simple ordering makes Doug's a breeze to order and collect from. Abundant seating with a wide drink selection and a vending machine for even more options makes it good for bringing friends, too.

Wonderful hole in the wall. Unfortunately they are moving to the lcc campus so I'm not sure how often ill get to drop in. The property owners choose not to renew the lease. 😟

Decent timing on food gave me salt for my fry’s without asking that’s always mint 👌🏻

Some of the best burgers I’ve ever had!! Y’all have got to try the Cajun chicken sandwich. Edited to add: when I worked nearby a few years ago, Doug's was my lunch spot. I went at least once or twice a week, and I would have come in every day if I wasn't making so little money. The staff is extremely friendly, and their menu has a good variety of things. Now I have moved far, far away, and I still think about Doug's on a semi-regular basis. Sometimes I get hungry and I'd think, I wish Doug's was closer. Every time I pass by Eugene on the I-5 I still make sure to plan the trip so that I can grab a bite here. My children will be eating here, and their children too.

Great burgers and the best shake I have had in years.

I love this place!!! The food here is so good and the ranch is amazing!! They staff are so friendly and kind and they even do, raffle boxes every couple of months. It’s an awesome to place to eat. If you want a shake….you HAVE to go here. The best shakes I have ever had. The blackberry one is so refreshing and delicious. But the PB chocolate, chocolate and strawberry ones are great also. Just a great place to eat!

Random American food restaurant in a gas station. Good burgers and good specials of the day. Don't be fooled because it's a gas station. Clean restrooms and store is an actual burger joint.

This place is recommended highly by locals and I can see the draw. The burgers looked good but my teriyaki chicken tasted like it had been microwaved.

Eleven of us went there for dinner yesterday. What service and patience. The food was so good! Best hamburger in Eugene! Plus the grilled chicken stir fry had so much chicken, in big grilled slices. What a gem of a restaurant!

Google maps listed the gasoline here at $4.80 per gallon, which is why we stopped while traveling highway 5. Because I was using my credit card, I was told that mid-grade gasoline was actually $5.05 a gallon. Not nice.

Theses guys got everything. 5 Stars.

Good simple food good people nice lunch spot

The food and shakes are very good. They used to be open on Saturdays and that's when we would go. But between work hour and other responsibilities a one hour window in the evening on weeknights make it difficult to eat there.

Weird location but worth the trip...the ladies behind the counter were pleasant and full of joy and greeted each new customer like an old friend stopping by for lunch. My Mom had the chili and I had a teriyaki plate that was good and could have fed 3 people...with teriyaki there's not much difference from place to place it is what it is...so the excellence is in how much and who you encounter while you order it and on both of those levels Doug's exceeded my expectations...I'll be back to try a burger and fry basket next round which also smelled and looked great....well done Doug's...highly recommend...but bring an appetite and they make it all fresh and are popular so be patient :)
