Half of the Hash Browns were burnt and hard as rocks like they had been reheated old ones a couple of times and thought I wouldn't care!

We stopped on a road trip for a quick stop before a long stretch of highway- the gentleman behind the counter was helpful, competent and kind. We used the mobile app to order; they were out of the donut we ordered (not a huge deal) and the wrap we ordered -again, not a deal breaker. Food was served as soon as it was done- restrooms are connected to the convenience store and they definitely needed servicing. Conveniently located off the highway. Lobby area was clean and tidy.

They forgot my orange juice. They no longer take American Express!

I don't have high hopes for any Dunkin Donuts when I enter but this one was a real piece of work. I ordered my drink after the app failed, twice, to put my order through and the cashier was nice enough but when it came to making my drink I watched drink after drink get made while the start of mine (espresso, flavoring) was left sitting off to the side for almost ten minutes and was only noticed when ANOTHER customer had their drink made. While I'm waiting, there's more people cleaning and restocking than doing any kind of prep which led to an incredibly disorganized and unnecessarily long interaction.

The kiosks are out so we had to do old school ways it was okay. This is a very busy spot it's too bad it doesn't have a drive thru. I didn't appreciate that the handicapped is located in a huge puddle. They definitely need to fix that! Nobody likes getting their feet wet well maybe ducks.🦆🦆🦆

The people in the front desk looks like they hate to work here or work in customer service. Bad manners and worst client service sense.

The restaurant is absolutely filthy. It looks like someone wiped down every surface with a dirty rag. All touch screens were grimy and covered with fingerprints. The person who took my order was tying a trash bag when I walked up and then bagged my order without putting on gloves or washing hands. I should have just left, but didn't want to be rude. I ended up throwing my order in the trash because I was worried the kitchen was unsanitary.

Very unpleasant staff working, all were very rude to each other and one even was discussing an issue with the boss that should have been discussed privately in the office. Not very friendly to the customers either which resulted in my partner and I deciding to leave and not buy anything. The whole atmosphere was stressful, overwhelming and bad. Do not go here!

Had the worst experience Ive ever had a Dunkin’ Donuts here. I ordered food that came out burnt. As I ate the burnt food I realized I didn’t like it… so I brought it back and asked them kindly to please remake it or refund me. (Note: I’m not just someone who returns food, it was actually burnt ((more even than just what’s actually shown in the video)) but I did eat it anyways until I started tasting the charcoal burnt flavors.) The managers response to me was that because I had already eaten half the sandwich, even though I ate burnt food, was that they would not remake it or refund me. They got extremely angry with me, for saying something, all the while I stayed calm. I politely asked for a receipt (because I hadn’t gotten one when I first ordered no one gave me a receipt) they started threatening to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave immediately that minute! I politely told them I would gladly leave I politely said I just wanted a receipt. They denied giving me the receipt, and started to call the cops on me within 2 minutes even as I was completely calm. The manager even went so far as to hang out the side window and yell out my license plate number and state on the phone to the cops! I literally did nothing wrong only asked for something to be remade because it was black, and feel extremely harassed by this overwhelming over reaction. I’m at a loss for words here. I leave many reviews for restaurants and have left many 5 star reviews. This is easy the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere when inside felt very uncomfortable even before the managers outburst and extreme overreaction over something simple. The quality of the food is also sub par. I’m very concerned for the well being of this establishment and quality of food and service found there. I won’t be back, but I will be disputing that charge and I will be reaching out to corporate about the situation and high level of harassment you displayed towards a long time loyal customer.

Trying to get the attention of the young man standing directly behind the pick up counter and he proceeds to ignore me to pull out his phone to read text messages.

My hashbrowns were cold but they got my coffee order correct

fast, clean and close to the airport. Located inside of an old house, this is not the kind of Dunkin' you would see in a big city but it was cute and the inside was the same as all the others. Free parking outside and close to the highways out of Burlington.

5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin' Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 ! Even during the late afternoon it's possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut 🍩 is my favourite absolutely! Coffee tastes good as usual! It has plenty of Dunkin' merchandise. People here are welcoming and helpful! You can both order directly to the cashier or using the machine which you have to pay using the card only. The menu is very easy to read and understand. The atmosphere is cozy. You can easily take your coffee chatting with friends, admiring the environment outside thanks to the large windows that frame this shop ... 🌳 🍃 🍂 🍁 This place has many tables and seats, low and high! Beautiful! Restrooms and free WiFi! Why this place shouldn't deserve 5 stars? 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Do not come here... place is infested with bugs and insects... don't believe me, come by in the evening ask for a donut near the top shelf... magically 30 bugs will start flying around as soon as the cashier grabs the donut. DISGUSTING

The store closes at 8pm. I got there at 7:55 and was told they had closed already and had dumped everything out. So if it’s close to closing don’t risk it. Just go to Starbucks down the street who actually stays open til 8pm.

Didn't stay, walked in and there was 3 ahead of me complaining about their orders. Asked associate if it was going to be awhile and was immediately told yes! I didn't stick around.

Go here almost every other day, they are all nice. However, they need more help. On the go orders, are swamping walk in customers. I talked to someone about South Burlingtons staffing issue at a different location/ different town and suggested the SB should be allowed to hire more people, they didn't believe that they need more help... Well they do... The SB location gets huge Uber orders in daily, like 20 coffee sometimes, which then backlogs the on the go single coffee orders. This puts in store customers last. Which creates a bunch of walk in customers getting antsy in the lobby that didn't know this would happen, as they confusidly watch patrons stroll in and pick up their coffee. I order here regularly most mornings!!! Busy fast past work environment. Friendly staff aside from the elderly woman working the front counter she had a really bad attitude. When i first arrived, she was standing toward the register with her back turned. When I politely asked if she could kindly take my order her whole demeanor was off. Not so friendly.... I also encountered her an another woman bickering amongst themselves on several occasions. I really do love this location aside from these couple incidents withy specific employees. This is a top notch Dunkin’ Donuts. We have been coming here for awhile and after being to almost every other Dunkin in Chittenden County, I can be sure to say this is by far the best. Coffee/Latte/whatever drink you order are always consistently proportioned with ice, flavoring, cream/milk, and the food is always hot and fresh tasting. With the proximity to UVM you’d think that the turnover of college age employees would slow or change things…not here. The management seems to do a great job of training their employees to an equal standard which is great for us consumers. If any Dunkin employees in the area deserve a raise, it’s the ones at this very busy Dunkin who never fail to get it right. I’d give 10/10 stars if I could :) thank you Dunkin for keeping me running!
