It's frustrating when a simple request isn't followed correctly.They didn't fully understand my request for a sandwich without bacon and simply removed the bacon from the existing sandwich. As a result, I ended up with two sandwiches that were not suitable for me and had to be discarded. This lack of attention to detail and failure to meet my dietary preferences are disappointing. It's important for fast-food establishments like McDonald's to ensure that customer requests are accurately fulfilled to provide a satisfactory dining experience.

Incredibly slow service, wrong orders multiple times after going back to get it corrected, apathetic staff, and a teaspoon of syrup in a large soda does not equate to a Doctor Pepper, don't throw your money away here. Corporate doesn't care because in their own words 'the franchise owner can handle the restaurant how they feel,' which is apparently "we don't care, give us your money."

5-19-24 these idiots some how forgot the god damn chicken in a mcChicken we asked to add pickles was the only addition and they were not even that busy one car ahead of us.

Will not be back.... don't ever argue with a customer.... ordered a #5 with a med fry and large coke and a cheeseburger.... get to the window paid for the food... didn't realize she rang it up wrong.... get my food question about where the nuggets were oh you didn't get charged for those ok.... so when I say I ordered this and you mess up the order.... fix it don't argue.... not going to sit in a line and argue with someone that is to ignorant to apologize and fix the problem.... not just push them away... so then I leave with what I paid for.... and take 2 fries out and they are ice cold... limp nasty cold fries..... I don't have time to go back and then have to fight because they are holding fries to long.

They work like they make $16 bucks an hour. Respectable with the work pace since it gets busy. Production is good but quality is below average.

You're lucky yo get hot food alone good service. I've told these guys to take the meat off my burger and add extra pickles... I got one pickle in the middle of the bun.... it's really not that hard to make the food. It's pretty self explanatory with pictures to help.

So in general I have pretty good exsperiance when I go threw the drive thru exspecially when Steph the manager or the other girl that’s there a lot also but I hate going inside to order between the kiosk machines they obviously depend on waaaaay to much and the drive thru orders stand in line forever before anyone even thinks about offering to help where is a young man who works there and he’s usually pretty good if he sees people but the girl with nose piercings all over her face is the one who seems like she hates her job. They should probably not depend on her taking care of customers that are paying cash at the counter, every time I go inside the order it seems I have to wait forever and they are looking at you like they don’t even want to help and make you wait forever with people behind you in line that prefer to pay with cash not their card like I said when I go through the drive-through, it’s never usually a bad experience, but whenever I go inside I almost dread doing so I drive truck for work and I can’t go through the drive-through but I don’t like using my credit card to pay for food. I really wish they would value their cash customers at the counter a little better I’m 50 years old and been going McDonald’s for a very long time and I have three grown children so and most weekends I have off from work when I go to the drive-through and spend anywhere from $30-$40 on Saturday and the same thing on Sunday at the drive-through. They’re pretty good but when I go inside during the week when I have my truck I dread it , sometimes I would rather have something from there than Dunkin’ Donuts I have spent a lot of money there throughout the years. I am not even the type of person to ever leave a review , especially a bad one but after you’ve done this multiple times for the same results I felt it was necessary but hopefully themselves correct the problem or other people maybe you should go down the road to the next one if you were planning on going inside I have worked in the community all my life and when a customer is standing in front of the register or needing help, they should be help really quickly instead of depending on your drive-through or a kiosk machine. The young man manager is really good at his job, but it seems like many of the other employees are allergic to going to the register and helping someone face-to-face that is paying with cash

Whoever chefed up a double qp with cheese on the night of 12/28/23 absolutely nailed it. Warm, cheesey, greasy. Best mcdonalds burger I have ever had and sure to keep that crown for a long time to come.

Went there with a friend I didn't eat there I just hear a lot of reports about that McDonald's specifically not being friendly to black people

I stopped by here once a week for a quick lunch. I go in and use the kiosk to order. I recommend checking the deals on the kiosk or app, this will save you money. Found out today that they removed the option of grabbing your own cup by counter and sweet tea by the drinks no longer available. Always quick service, food is good and hot. Plenty of tables and chairs for dining. Bathroom is clean. Drive-thru gets busy during lunch time. Double check your order when ordering thru drive thru.

Food was good, but the service sucked! Had to wait almost 20 mins just for someone to take our order... when we did get our food, there was items missing! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

I stopped by on a drive back to NY. The staff was friendly and the service quick. The food was as expected, warm and tasty.

Fries were meh, not awful, but a teensy bit cold. However, I did not receive my burger (despite paying for it.) Which is problematic to say the least.

This location used to be amazing and the food quality was better than what is to be expected at a McDonald's. However recently that has all gone downhill. The food was needs to be reassembled, the burgers are often cold, chicken sandwiches often have tomatoes the size of dimes, and the fries have been soggy. Also, one of the managers is rather rude. If you opt not to use the kiosk to purchase food. You are met with attitude, no greeting, and are rushed through your order. Upon picking up the same manager will be slightly hostile to you and is overall unpleasant. If I could give no stars I would. Ordered tonight at 615pm drive thru. When we received our food I checked the order and the hamburger happy meal was a cheeseburger and the regular plan hamburger was a cheeseburger as well although they were wrapped in the hamburger paper. I waited 2 full minutes before an employee noticed and I stated they were cheeseburgers and I had ordered hamburgers. An older heavy set lady with glasses told me they were hamburgers.
