Love this Dunkin love the employees !

Every time I’ve been there has been a great experience. Usually around 7-730am. I go inside. Very friendly staff, good service. I go there a few times a year.

Decent location staff is usually friendly and helpful, I have had issues with it being closed when hours on website show as open and also the phone number listed not being in working condition to call and check so it wouldn’t happen again that I make an order only to arrive and it be closed but they did honor the order without any issue the next morning, otherwise they are typically pretty fast when ordering from the app and can typically place an order when pulling into the parking lot let them know at the Oder speaker and pull up to window and have my order in hand within only minutes.

WHY DOES MANAGEMENT OR OWNERS OF THIS PLACE ALLOW ONE PERSON TO RUN THE STORE BY THEMSELVES?!! HORRIBLE MANAGING!! customers have to have extended wait times due to this. Also it’s not fair to the worker! GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY. NO ONE SAYS GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS STORE!

Great customer service no complaints I do my uber orders.

I get my coffee always a delite

This place should actually be closed. People hardly ever show up making the drive thru sloooow. I mean sometimes 30 mins or more. Or at night being told they can't take order cause she's on break.

There SERVICE SUCKS NO ONE was in line nor at the window they kept me sitting for 10 min they suck!!! Shouldn’t even been open, they can’t make sales because they force customers to leave

One of them dunkin' donuts inside a store that has a Subway and other things not so nice and don't accept coupons

I have given up on this Dunkin location. I have wasted many trips for iced coffee, only to find that they are closed due to taking a break. They also frequently close before the hours as posted. I just ordered a iced coffee maker online and will make it myself. It will pay for itself in a week.

Had to wait 10 minutes just to have my order taken as one employee was making food and the other sat there and did nothing. I then had to ask again for the donut and muffin I ordered because they supposedly forgot about the order of the only customer In the building

Every time I show up here the workers say “I’m on my break and can’t serve you wait 30 minutes.” What the heck is that? How about have more than one employee working in the afternoon. This is ridiculous. Imagine how many customers have been turned away.

Nice workers and they get the line moved up slowly but surely. The only problem is that they burn the sandwishes

Went there at 6:45 on 5/18 and was told “we closed at 6:30” but your hours say your open until 8pm… also why is someone even answering to the drive through if your closed. don’t waste your time going to this location. Trash

The best iced coffee makers are Nicole and Chris, They now how to make them. The other ones that work in the evening need more training. I got the turtle iced signature latte, she forgot the Carmel drizzle and the coco carmel sprinkles and did not taste any butter pecan flavor.

As usual, this location has friendly and polite workers. Stopped in for breakfast - ordered breakfast sandwiches on toasted English muffins. They were hot, fresh and delicious! The coffee at this location is always fresh got and delicious. Also picked up a few donuts which were fresh and tasty. We always look for a Dunkin' while we are out of town traveling because the coffee is consistently good wherever we might be.

1-Everytime we go here, they are out of what we ordered on the mobile app. 2-I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged and then another 15 while they figured out that what I ordered they do not carry. 3- Donuts are usually stale I have tried this location more than enough times with bad experiences that I now make my own coffee and donuts at home...

they dont even answer the speaker. drove by the window because i wasnt waiting any longer and they were all just standing around. useless

This location has its ups and downs. You used to wait in line for an hour while the cashier up front caught up with her friends, then they got a great crew and things changed for the better. Unfortunately they have changed crews again and we are back to waiting in line for an hour

I went to this location this morning and had a wonderful experience. I went through the drive through and the lady who took my order was so nice. She complemented my phone case and was super friendly it made my morning.

Went there before they were supposed to close to get some doughnuts. When I walked in the Dunkin donuts was fenced off and NOT one employee asked if I needed help. I typically leave good reviews however this establishment deserves less than 1star. Never will I ever frequent this establishment.

Employees have attitudes and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with bacon egg and cheese and they gave me only one slice of bacon and it was cold in the middle 🤦 will never get a breakfast sandwich from there again!

Nicole is absolutely wonderful. When they can keep help, this store is absolutely top. When is just her, which happens often, she still makes your day a little better than it was. And that makes it worth being their customer.

Variable. The drive through was closed for few days. There is one inside table, DD is ok but nothing special. Prices have increased. Ok for quick meal

Although they are experiencing staffing issues (just like everyone else) they try their hardest to adapt and move staff from other locations or switch other employees from different shifts to accommodate their customers. Very friendly cashier, the coffee was excellent.

Its Dunkin,the days of fresh donuts are over.These dry glazeless,donuts are trucked in overnight and they taste like it.

Today was probably the best experience I’ve had at this Dunkin. I went through the drive thru asking for a mocha cold brew… the lady on the mic was so friendly and said she would create a mocha cold brew for me. As I was going through the line, she said she made my mocha with love and I could tell. Best mocha cold brew ever! I felt special too! The drink was just beautiful haha! I call this my adult chocolate milk 😍! Yummmmm! Excellent customer service, exceptional coffee! This Dunkin just gets better and better!

Used the gas station and car wash. The car was is awesome here.

Update... Today is my 🎂 🎉 so I figured I should look to see if my local DD is accepting Perks again. The app offers users a free Birthday beverage, so giving this location another try won't cost me much. So happy to see that the issues referenced below are being addressed! I'm not holding my breath, but I will definitely return to see if the improved customer service is here to stay. Thank you to the young lady who helped me at the drive thru this morning, I appreciate your polite attitude and prompt service. Keep up the good work! 😊 ****** Used to be a regular, but due to the combined decline of food and beverage quality, intermittently closed lobby, shut down of the ability to order ahead via Dunkin Donuts Perks, and (the kicker IMHO) increased menu prices.... if i return it'll be a last opportunity for this place to impress me. I am actually a bit 💔. Worse thing that happened to this establishment was the huge management and staffing change that occurred a few months ago. I miss the passion that crew had for the customers. It was a welcome bit of joy to see their smiling faces briefly before heading off to work in the morning. 😢🤧

The young lady nicole is super sweet and a very productive worker very attentive to customers needs.

This place is much better than it was a few months back. Friendlier staff, a new manager, and she promised on her watch they will be no blocking the drive thru entrance off with milk crates! Went once and all the ovens were down, but overall a huge step in the right direction, as this place went from a place I refused to go to unless my kids begged for donuts, to a business gaining my trust again.!

They've been much better recently under the new management.

This is my go to almost every day. I love the staff and the attitude I get when I go. They always put a smile on my face. Ask them for their favorite! You wont be let down!

We have been to many Dunkin D's! Our Lakewood Park DD, is by far the best we've been to! What makes it stand out the most is the cheerful staff that always have a smile for us.

Love the coffee drinks but depending which one you go to the values and breakfast sandwiches are either over cooked or undercooked. Some of them get them just right. I believe it's the help they hire!

The service was awesome the pastor was very informative and he kept my attention I love the church it was very nice. I was invited by an elderly couple that was doing Street Ministry it was awesome

I go to this dunkin very often. I usually never have an issue and if i ever do, it is corrected in a timely manner. I bypass multiple dunkins some days to come here. Majority of the employees are excellent!

This is the place where I work. We love our customers, mostly regulars, but not always. Bill, Tanner, Gi Gi, Rick and Family, Jim, I don't even know where to begin. From the fellas that show up at 4:45 to our veggie egg white on flat bread at 5:30 sharp ( except on weekends when we add sweet black pepper bacon) to our 7,7,7 ice coffee French vanilla and so many more. From all of us who work to serve you. We love You! For ever and ever!
