I went yesterday through the drive through (8-22-2024 at 8:45AM) - they shoed me away so fast after they gave me my food I felt so rushed and confused that I didn’t realize they didn’t give me my card back. I then had multiple fraudulent charges on my card by the afternoon. Bank flagged it and I got my money back but they charged over $300 on it. Definitely will be going to Starbucks from here on out. Seems like they have higher standards on who they employ.

We live about ten minutes from this location. We went through the drive-thru, and needed to add one more thing on at the window but were told we could not do it at the window. We proceeded to go inside, where it took about ten to twenty minutes to get helped because there were only two people working this morning. It should not take twenty, almost thirty minutes to be helped. If this location had more people working and scheduled, it would help this location and it's service.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but there is one employee here who is very unpleasant and continues to get our order incorrect almost every time I come through. We waited on him for almost a full hour for one sandwich today. I don’t want to be a Karen at all, but this dunkin can be very frustrating.

Once again they dont know how to listen to the Orders from drive thru. Second Time that they get my Drink wrong, dame this location doesnt know How to read or Listen to the costumer Froze Coffee French vanilla swirl was delicious such a good place and really clean and there fast serving you..and so close to my job thats the best part ✌ the only bad thing is that they didnt have The Munchkin Donut Glazed *like really* 🙄🤨

This is one of the best DD's in Central Florida.

I’ve ordered ahead on the app and picked up in the drive thru numerous times and I have never had an issue. The coffee is always exactly how I ordered it and the donuts are great when I want a little treat. I’m in and out in less than a minute. The staff has always been friendly as well.

The worst... Drive thru intercom hard to hear...girl didn't say anything when taking money/giving change...young man prepping coffee orders near window wears pants w/o belt such that waist is below butt...three vehicles made to move up and wait for order...order was wrong(forgot coffee)...girl half-apologized as she shuffled off in dirty black jeans. Love Dunkin Donuts, usually...but, think I will not visit this one again.

One of the worst Dunkin’s I have been in. Every time the slowest service is always guaranteed. Their friend hung out and talked to the employee at drive-thru without ordering food. Then they said they don’t have an ingredient. When I asked for a discount because of it, they said no. This place always has an excuse and run out of something. This shows the manager is not planning right and put in orders to ensure they have the ingredients.

I made my order and paid. After waiting for my sandwich the guy behind the desk was really rude telling me that they were busy that my sandwich was coming in a second. Even the cashier asked about my sandwich. After i asked again about it, when all was going south the guy checked the receipt to see that the cashier forgot to put the sandwich in the order. I was also paying for 2 dozen of Donuts and coffee so that's why I didn't realize that the sandwich wasn't included. But if the guy behind the desk would bother to check and not just say that was coming in a second I would save the bad time

Live close so give this place a chance more than it deserves. Somehow with 7-8 people on shift, they have an extremely backed up drive-thru. Went in to the lobby today only to have no one acknowledge me for over 6 minutes. Coffee preparation is super inconsistent, but that's Dunkin for you

I hate writing bad reviews but it’s gotten bad. I cannot tell you how many times they have not had the type of donuts that my kids want in the morning! And they are not asking for crazy donuts, just basic flavors. Also, how many times the order has been wrong. Coffee wise (asking for decaf or certain number of creams or sugars) and donut wise. I also haven’t ordered a breakfast sandwich from there in a long time because multiple times I had gotten them and the center was cold, not just cool, cold. Double check your stuff.

This store consistently disappoints. If it wasn't so sad, it would be comedy. I live very close so I've visited periodically over several years. The staff is ever changing yet always inept. I know this isn't a high paying job but you'd think they could get coffee and donuts right, right?! They are out of product every visit, which is a pain if you order and pay ahead on the mobile app. The coffee is made differently/incorrectly every time. Is there not a Manager who can train the giggling loafing teens? I know they're not cleaning or taking any initiative to perfect their craft. If Starbucks can do it and Chick-fil-A can do it, why can't DD?

Again our order was wrong. This time we did not get one of the bagels we ordered and didn’t realize it until we got home

They consider a medium a large here just an fyi for anyone thinking of ordering an ice coffee. drink just tasted like cream and no coffee.

Don’t even waste your time. I walked inside and was completely ignored at the counter for approximately 8 mins. Employees walked passed me several times, looked at me, and yet still didn’t take my order. They focused solely on the mobile and window orders, yet ignored all walk in customers. Even when taking my order staff was rude and as I was standing there waiting, they tossed the bag in the counter. I rarely go to Dunkin, but I guarantee this will be my last time ever returning to this establishment.

Staff is very rude in the mornings, I always get food and drinks and then they refuse to give me a cup of ice unless I pay for it. I feel like if I’m purchasing milk or orange juice or any other drink that doesn’t come in a cup that the customer should be allowed to have a cup off ice for free.

This Dunkin’ location consistently disappoints. Since it is close to my house, I have tried to give it numerous chances. However, the staff is flat out not good. Whether it is taking too long, forgetting parts of your order, or making mistakes on ordered items, something is wrong the majority of the time. The staff is mostly polite, so there’s that.

Thanks for scamming me Ellie! Gave my order 3x repeated to me. Toasted with vegetable cream cheese. Yes this is cream cheese. Barely there and not vegetable, no straw for your iced coffee. Soggy hash browns. Should have looked at their 3 stars ratings before pulling in.

I have always relied on this place for my coffee. It's close, my son likes a donut on the way to school sometimes etc. I have consistently had issues w the same exact order I place every time. Latte w extra shot of Expresso. 9 times out of 10 there is zero chance they are adding the additional Expresso. It tastes like milk with a hint of coffee. I'm so tired and done at this point. I couldn't even get anyone's attention to ask for another Expresso shot. I also place mobile orders to try to have it done when I get there but it literally is never made when I get there. I place the order usually 10 min before I even walk in the door. They never seem to be able to keep staff. It is just ridiculous and sad because there are so many people that come here and I know they are losing business left and right because of this constant lack of service.

The secret to going to this DD is to expect slow service, messed up orders, dumb employees, and then sit back and enjoy the show! It's really hilarious how consistently awful a this place runs.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin twice in two weeks hoping they were just having a ruff day but that is not the case the workers are rude and are not attentive to customers upon arrival or even after ordering I arrived today around 11:40 and didnt leave until 12:10 I ordered 3 things

Don’t know how this place is still open. Long waits and every time you order something they never have it. It’s not one-off items either. Last time they didn’t have hazelnut syrup. Don’t know what’s going on with Dunkin in Seminole county because they’re all like this.

Today Aug 28th, ordered 6 munchkins, that was good. 1 med hot coffee, not hot, 3/4 full. 1 apple fritter, not 1 spec of apple init. 1 choc frosted was good.

absolutely horrible service. i waited 30 minutes to not even recieve my whole order. every time i come in here the floor and tables are littered with previous customers food and wrappers, also, they never are in stock of what people want to order past 8 o clock. i ordered the maple bacon sandwich and it was given to me with cheese unmelted. do NOT come here if u want a satisfactory experience at dunkin donuts.

The workers never acknowledged us when we walked in, they were joking around on their phones and took them at least 10 minutes to say we will be right with you. I ended up leaving and not even ordering because of it.

Hours posted says open at 5 am M-S. Arrived at 5:30 to drive-through no answer. Pulled through to check front of store, lights off. If you can not staff your store please change your hours. Dependability is necessary to keep clientele.

I’ve been ordering the same thing for years and every time I come to this location my ice coffee‘s a different color every time. I told the guy the window something don’t taste right, all he said was “ sorry”. The bagel minis were frozen still. Get it together!

Meh. Overall. The snackin bacon was soggy, it had no crunch at all, the hash browns weren’t cooked all the way through, the bacon on the black pepper sandwich was also soggy. Almost over greased as if they microwaved it for 30 seconds to warm it so it was loose and very chewy.

Bad experience the hash browns are burn and make a bad sandwich. Sorry but the guy on the back has a bad attitude the other personal are really nice.

Service slow, music so loud you had to talk over to order. I like loud music but this is over the top. Certainly loosing customers. I watched 5 customers walk out

Staff is really nice but Never had a fresh batch of hashbrowns, ALWAYS stale! Wake up bacon egg and cheese wraps sometimes still has a cold egg in it. I always preferred Dunkin’ Donuts over Starbucks and they’re closer to my home but finding myself eating there less and less because of those reasons. I don’t want to bite into a cold egg in the morning or eat stale hashbrowns for breakfast on my way to work. Wished they would take more initiative in how they cook.

I'm not understanding I come here once in a while and these people have the worst attitude I have ever experienced in a Dunkin donuts ever They never ever have stuff or they just don't want to get it or they don't want to make it or whatever but it's ridiculous they're nasty. Every one of them needs a class for customer service.

Food was delicious but they were out of the Texas toast I wanted, thankfully the excellent employees helped me out and just put what I wanted on an English muffin. The drink I ordered was excellent as well and very refreshing after I had s skated for a few miles, the temperature was also really nice, kept fairly cool, and the staff didn't mind my being on skatesc either. Overall a great experience!

This place only EVER has about 25_50% of what I order everytime I go. Ordered 2 chai tea lattes and the girl at the window asked the girl making the drinks aren’t you supposed to stir these and she says they can do it themselves. These are the people asking for higher minimum wage 🙄 I’m done!

18 bagels and 24 donuts for a work meeting. They told me they cannot sell me 18 bagels because they have to last throughout the whole day. What a joke terrible customer service manager didn’t even have the guts to come and speak to me I said can I buy just 12 and they told me I could just buy six. You guys stink

So this is the only dunking close to me and I used to come here pretty often. In the past few months I don't know if they have new management or staff idk but they are out of things frequently and they always have new people so the service is slow. They are also understaffed. I came here today and there was just two people. It seemed like the girl was new and the guy was doing everything with little help from her. 45 minutes for food especially fast food is really unacceptable

I used to go hear a lot and it was great but then they started hiring people who have no clue how to make coffee this is probably one of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to

This Dunkin NEVER disappoints. I bike up here alot during summer with $5 cash and I walk in there like I'm a donut millionaire. The prices aren't bad at all! One time I was 10 cents short and the lady at the counter deducted it and told me just to have a great day and to keep getting fresh air. Great addition to Winter Springs!

Best Dunkin Donuts in Seminole County with the friendliest service

You fail at making coffee, consistently. The iced coffee especially. With price increases there is an expectation of quality, talking about them 4 soggy hash browns

A lot of Dunkin locations have been pretty subpar the last few months. Slow service, incorrect drinks, stale donuts. This is not one of them. Driving by and stopped for a few coffees. Service was fast, everyone was really friendly, they made the drinks well and mixed them properly so you don't get a mouth full of sugar on your first sip. Great service. Thank you!

This Dunkin is the best. The staff is always so friendly and they never mess up my orders! Food is almost always readily available and they complete my mobile orders so quickly. I really appreciate how things are run here. Out of all the Dunkins I have been to, this one is the best, and the cleanest!

Service has gotten better. They are short staffed but who isn't? They do their best. I like going here.

The images and menus have been taken out of drive thru menu box. They were out of most everything. It took a while before anyone takes your order. There’s also a ton of wasps flying around both the menu, speaker box, and window where you would pay.

Love donutssss.. best to go in the morning if not you risk not getting what you want.

Food taste terrible. I assume they haven't cleaned their kitchen in years. You can taste the old grease and it just has a horrible after taste. Dubkin has went down hill. Staff was good unfortunately ill never go back to eat again.

Hit or miss service. Sometimes bagels need to be toasted longer. Sometimes too much cream or almond milk. Sometimes they said you ordered something and then didn’t put it on the order and make you come inside to fix. But. They are willing to fix. So thats good.

It's getting hard to buy the dark coffee, must DD are poorly stocked, can't find it anywhere now.

Average Dunkin Donuts. Sometimes the staff here is rude. I mean if you don't like your job find somewhere else to work. I asked for 3 dozen donuts and got told to "hoed up, that's a lot, I have to ask my manager." And don't give me the you need to call ahead for a big order. 3 dozen at a donut shop is not a big order.

Fast and fresh, great for a team meeting! Came in to get a couple dozen donuts for a meeting I had in the morning. The lobby was not very busy, but the drive thru was crazy busy! Got my donuts in less than five minutes, and the staff was very nice and hospitable during my visit.

Like most Dunkin' locations this one is rarely clean and usually has things out of stock. I've stopped ordering ahead because there have been several times that I order something and when I go to pick it up, they don't actually have it. The few times that I've sat in side, there's just a few seats and the tables are rarely clean. But this seems to be the standard with Dunkin's in the area and why I usually do go to other coffee shops if I'm going to work inside.

This is one place we love to stop by for a cup of coffee or for a quick snack wrap or donut for the kids. Great staff and nice little place to sit by yourself or with family. Onething I can't believe was that, DD doesn't have a "credit card order cancellation process"! Staff had to pay my cancellation money as cash and it really took a while leading up to a line behind me! It was inconvenient for the staff, me and customers waiting behind me. Would be better if they can have a simple process.

The customer service was great, I don’t know her name, she is a young short light skinned girl, she was very nice. But the coffee is a tad bit bitter for being a caramel macchiato.
