Food takes a long time to get out when in curbside

Can't pay their bills for work done at the restaurant. We had to repo the gaskets. We have the signature for work completed.

If you go through the drive thru at this location, go through the outer lane as some of the jerks that order from the outer will cut off and direct block the inner lane cars from getting in the single lane at the windows. I counted 5 cars served in the outer order lane to 1 car from the order inner lane. That means 5 selfish jerks to 1 decent person who knows how to take turns and is not self-absorbed. I told the manager about this and he is clueless and also clueless about customer service. Consider the source - McDonald's. I don't come here very often, but if you are an occasional visitor, remember the outer lane at the drive thru, and you too can be a selfish jerk that cuts off and blocks the inner order lane customers.

Customer service not good they have to improve on this store or get a better manager I asked for mayonnaise and the lady a the window said we don’t have anymore and I asked the guys behind her and they have more in the back just pour customer service and the preparation of the meals not good either sorry but is the true.

Every time I go to this McDonald's I get terrible service and food that's clearly old. Yuck!

Loud Spanish speaking staff. Employee sat in the dining room while I ate with her phone on speaker in a loud conversation. Got my order wrong (always). There's always a problem at this location.

Foods been pretty low quality even for fast food standards. You're better off going to another location at least until they get their stuff together.

I have never met so many confused people all because I had a mobile order. And I didn't stop at the first window. The most clueless people I have ever met my life. You guys need to figure something out. Cause that was ridiculous.

July 3rd went there with all the kids after fireworks and waited 30 before someone answered the intercom by then I ordered by app. Then I had to wait another 45 mins for cold old food. By the Time we got home the kids and I was exhausted and starving and had hard cardboard food we had no other choice to eat! I have been complaining everyday since and I have still not heard from anyone at this store!

This is THE WORST excuse for a mcdonald's I have ever seen. I live next door and have gave this mcdonald's the benefit of the doubt several times but they continue to prove the management and owner have no desire to improve. AVOID !!!

the food isn’t the problem it’s the having to wait 15 minutes in a parking spot when you ordered 3 things and then for those three things to be incorrect. this isn’t even a one time problem it happens at this location more often then it should idk maybe it’s just when i go but damn id rather not go if i have to wait 15 minutes for a darn coffee and hash browns this is ludicrous

Food was good. Customer service was great. Got my birthday reward. Everything was great

The new manager is horrible she talks about the customers in Spanish and thinks you don't understand. They pushed out most of the good workers. 👎

They don't answer and keep you waiting for a long time

No help at the counter, it appears they only care about the drive thru. If you want faster service then go through the drive thru then park and bring your food inside to eat. That would be much faster.

Bad food, high prices, incompetent service

Good fries, and Big Mac usually. But, I ordered two hamburgers before closing exactly the same. I only received one like I ordered. By the time I got home, it was too late to change. Oh well. 3.75 is closer.

Worst experience ever. No one was in line. Ordered food & ended up getting parked for over 15 min. After being tired of waiting I went in & waited another 10 min our food was rudely handed to me by a manager. My son’s burgers were smashed with sauce all over the place & all over the burger inside of both. My daughter’s happy meal was super cold. I’m extremely frustrated.

If I could give this location ZERO stars I most definitely would!! My first experience was as a customer where I came in with a card for a free meal on my next visit that was given to me for a long wait and when I asked if I can use it one of the managers told me no. Second experience was me going in to pick up a DoorDash order to deliver to a customer and 3 of the employees including the main manager named Yvon all kept telling me the customers order was already picked up which was false information and even had proof showing it had not been picked up. Eventually I got extremely upset because I’m just trying to do my job and go but they kept saying they were not going to remake the order and because I told them I wasn’t leaving the store till the issue was resolved I heard yvon tell the other employees in the back that she wishes she could slap me and that she doesn’t understand why I’m still standing there. I do a ton of DoorDash orders and these mistakes do happen but never have I have I ever dealt with someone telling me they’re not going to remake it, I always experience an apology and kindly am asked to please give them a moment to re make my order which is what good customer service is. It’s so unfortunate that such a nice store in this nice location is being managed by two very rude women who come off as very uneducated. On top of everything when I asked for the owner or corporates number they did not want to provide it to me. Thankfully I realized that there was a small sign on the counter with the owners phone number and email. Idk if the owner reads these reviews but if you do, I really do hope that these employees are spoken to or replaced as I am reading through others comments about this and it seems that this is an ongoing issue where the managers are giving others attitude. Regardless of how the employees feel, the right thing to do in the food and customer service world is to do what you can to make the customer happy, not frustrated or upset.

Ordered a "crispy" chicken sandwich and was given a piece of fried chicken that was sitting in a cold pool of water. It's almost like it was dunked in batter then just put on a bun... Edit: wife went again today (4/13) to get chicken nuggets before our son's baseball game nearby, ordered a 4-piece along with a couple other things... Got to the game and opened it up to find 2 nuggets. This place is the worst.

So rude they had an attitude the entire time, threw stuff at us, had us wait eternity. Overall bad experience

Normally when I go to McDonald’s at night time the staff isn’t friendly, but three times now I’ve gone around 10 and I must say I was very impressed by the service and the food!! The fries are always a hit or miss at McDonald’s but each time they were warm and crispy! My favorite.

The female manger rolled her eyes if anyone asked questions. She never reported out when order was ready. Slammed de nk cups on counter and never told who's drink it was for. She yelled at me, when I asked to see the manager. She said I am and if you don't like my attitude you can leave. I just want respect not attitude.

Sorry, but not sorry, I made the fatal mistake of going to Wendy's first, and when I opened to taste test the fried, they were HORRIBLE. So I knew McDonalds was next door and decided to drive thru just because of the fries. Well, I'm not paying attention and drove right past the pay window while not paying attention, and the poor cashier hangs her head out the window, stating, "I can take you here." After chuckling and profusely apologizing to the girl working the window, I backed up and tried to make light of it, and she joked right back. We both had a good laugh. Thank you.

10PM Feb 25th: I ordered dine-in and got to the restaurant and there was a hand written sign saying "lobby is closed". Went to drive through... 2 cars in front of us and the wait was 13 minutes. This is anything but "fast" food . Food was very fresh and hot though! But the bag had no napkins.

For the first time in years it was so nice to bite into a McDonald's burger and not taste that seasoning they always dump on top of the burgers at all the other locations. Delicious! Reminded me of how they used to taste!

Doesn't matter what time you go here. The food and service is good all the time. If you ask for cook to order it gets done. The food comes out fresh all the time.

I’ve lived around here for 30+ years now, and honestly this is the best McDonald’s in the area. They alllllllllwaaaaaays hot and crispy. I will go out of my way to come to this one. Line usually sucks but that’s cause everyone knows what’s up lol

I normally order the Crispy chicken sandwich, it's delicious. Service it's pretty quick most of the time.

To me Old McDonald's are all the same and what makes them different and makes me go back is to people who manages it. The professionalism and that atmosphere. It was a very good experience

McDonald's should be removed from fast food because it's never fast. Also, the ice cream machine never works. Sucks

There's nothing worse than pulling up to a Drive in window and having to park.

The place is good but they have to train the staff more to pay attention to detail and make sure the customers food is all there. I've had to go back into the store and address them that items were missing 4 different times..but I'm loving it..lol the food 🙃

This McDonald's is very good with having doordash orders ready to pick up and they are kind.

Service with the drive thru was crowded and slow. Took almost 20 minutes for a simple order, nothing special for 2 McMuffins and 2 hash browns. Still had to pull in a parking slot and wait.

I try not to judge to hard but they mess up my food all the time. By mess up i mean they put cheese on and i ask for no cheese. Now if its a tomato or pickle you can take off i would. And have done. Vary easy problem they can't seem to fix. Just pay attention to what your doing.

One of the worst McDonalds. Filet o fish served with buns from idk what other type of burger, fries that are stale. Also you make an online order, it goes thru it’s paid for and at the window they tell you it “didn’t” go thru and that they will refund you. There’s always something going wrong here.

Went through the drive thru, used the app and everything went smoothly. The food is always good.

Just sat in my car waiting for my order and decided to go in since it was taking so long and seeing other people that came after me leaving. Waited a good amount of time before going in to find out what was going on with my order. Got home to find out the quarter pounder they gave me had been sitting for a period of time. Cold as ice and flat as pancake. You’d think after all that time of waiting and me having to get out my car and come inside they would have made sure the hamburger meat was fresh and hot. Look to me like it had been sitting since yesterday and who flattens a hamburger like a pancake. Unbelievable! Waist of time. Should have gone somewhere else.

People who work here doesn't have customer service training at all. So many times I've been here there's always an issue in my order all the time. Its always something is lacking and missing. Fork, spoon, apples and raisins for oatmeal. Always something. These teens who work here doesn't care and doesn't know the real meaning of customer service at all. Ridiculous.

Great! They brought our food out to us outside. We came on ebikes. This place has a perfect outdoor area with plenty of room. Food was hot and tasted good.

The kitchen does not know how to properly prepare food.

I have been going to this McDonalds almost my entire life, I have never had a problem here. The food is always amazing and the staff is polite.

Had to drive around the building twice to use the drive-thru. Then they jacked up my order took so long to get through the code that I had used disappeared off my phone. Then they're trying to overcharge me I had to get a manager. Then trying to get out of the parking lot I'm blocked by vehicles in the Drive-Thru. The size of the property for the amount of business that they want to do it's too small McDonald's spend some money

Just once can they not get the fish patty in the center of the bun. Sloppy prep? Fast food? Lack of love? Why

Good for fast meal. Quick but sometimes order is missing items or wrong. Guess that happens but they need to pay more attention.

This restaurant mut be under new management. The staff are dispondent, they act like they don't want to be there. Lots of errors on orders, timeliness is not their best quality. Update: Don't waste your time going to this place. Find another restaurant.

Das Bestellen über die App während der Mittagspause ist schwierig, aber der Service im Inneren ist schnell und das Essen ist immer sehr gut. Der Zugang von Fl 434 und Fl 417 ist nur eine kurze Fahrt nach Westen.
