By far the best Dunkin to go to. They are always super friendly and personable. Order is always made correctly and fast. Management is doing a great job with this location.

Worked here for 2 years just about. Staff is immature. Head boss left me on read about a message regarding people hiding during the shift and having hired a 14 year old pregnant girl. Majority of staff gossip and don’t expect a manager there past 12pm. During my shifts I never had a break because they never put enough people on shift to run a close effectively even during a 6 or more hour shift. Do not work here, you can do better.

Coffee was cold and no cream which I requested and sandwich was cold as well

Dunkin sucks and Delhi is one of the worst locations I've been to. It doesn't get any worse than this place.

The crew there is absolutely amazing! I come through every morning and never have an issue. They know my order by heart which shows me they definitely care about their customers! They are all super sweet and always keep a smile on their faces!

I have my two usual combos, Turkey Sasauge Egg & Cheese muffin, Apple Fritter, Bluberry Muffin, or Blueberry Cake donut, or the new Roasted Red Pepper Chicken Wrap, which is so delicious, 2% Milk or Orange Juice and one of the pastries mentioned before, only if they don't have the Apple Fritters, which are the best in the city.

I am disappointed about my visit at the Dunkin in Delhi, Ohio. I had a mobile order with a medium ice coffee, cream, some syrup, and cold foam in addition to a breakfast sandwich. When I picked up my order the drink had no cold foam. I went back and asked for cold foam on my drink. The lady in the speaker was very understanding and polite. I was given a cup of cold foam which I had to add onto my drink. I then had to ask for a different lid to be able to drink with the cold foam. I was given attitude when asking. Once I got nearly to work I tasted through the cold foam and my coffee was bitter and had no flavor. The drink had none of the flavors I requested. I could not go back the second time to get my drink fixed. I was very disappointed and safe to say I won’t be returning to that location. I ordered a coffee with cold foam and flavors yet was originally given a plain coffee with no foam OR flavor. I feel as if my money was wasted on a drink I could not enjoy. I usually have no issues at my usual location and was sad that I decided to go to a different location this morning. I have heard other stories about this location making orders incorrectly. I would rather wait a little longer than be give an incomplete order.

The service is generally quite fast and efficient, especially in the morning, but into the afternoon hours I notice the food quality in general has decreased. Most associates I interact with are amazing and helpful, but towards the evening they don't seem to have much of an inclination to assist you. I'm also sad to see the coconut refreshers are not available (yet.) I hope they come back soon!

Nicole made my coffee and was rude as heck to me the whole time because i told her she made it wrong. i was surprised to learn she was the district manager considering her customer service is so poor and she had the audacity to tell me “um, no” when i corrected her. everytime i come back she mean mugs me and looks over her shoulder until i leave. hashbrowns were pretty fire though.

The people working are rude especially the young girl with dark hair and glasses at the drive thru window. She doesn't speak or smile. Most of them don't. They just shove your order out of the window. I use to tip-not anymore. They are all rude. My drink was coming out of the top of the cup, spilling down the sides on the front of my shirt. They open at 5am I got there at 6am and still got cold food. Burned , cold hash browns. 15.00 for garbage !! And you crammed my food in the smallest bag possible. Delhi Dunkin Donuts is awful with non personality employees.

Ordered my food and it was straight from the fridge ice cold the ice coffee was ice milk I mean damn I spent 23.53 this don’t make sense

I am new to the area for work and I stop at this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. They always do a great job, the drive thru goes fast, and my coffee always tastes great!

Ryan, Sierra and Celia’s bubbly personality is one of the reasons I continue to come to this Dunkin’. They are fast and efficient. The drinks and food are great also!

Are the employees here always high? I've put multiple online orders through their app and each time the employees at this location have no clue what should be in the bag... It's on the receipt you have in front of you sweetie. Missing items, wrong items, slow lines. Easily the worst location in the city.

I came here to grab a pick-up order. I asked the lady at the register if I could have a drink holder for my drinks. She said she was too busy, like it doesn't take a second to grab one. They had 1 car in the drive-through and an empty dining room. I just find it super disrespectful. I work in probably the busiest fast food environment in Cincinnati, and even when the lines were wrapped around and out the door, I would never talk to a customer like that; it's literally what you get paid to do.

worst customer service every single time. they're all lazy and the management is extremely unprofessional. this is not the first time we have been given attitude at this location when the workers make our drinks incorrectly. i ordered a caramel latte, and was given an iced coffee. i told them it was meant to be a latte, they took it, removed the sticker and handed me back the same drink... they thought i was stupid and wouldn't be able to tell what drink i ordered. this is degrading and lazy. we then went inside to correct the drink for the THIRD TIME and the manager gave attitude to no shock. she had no idea what a latte was and wanted to argue about it. i just wanted my drink made right and not be served attitude. won't be returning until they get less lazy and attitude workers. glenway dunkin isn't that much further of a drive

I have always bragged on this location in Delhi until lately. And today they ran out of hot coffee. Really???

This place is okay. Drive thru is great, but the inside ordering is a night mare. I suggest if you have more than 5 people waiting at the end of the bar, you need to pause order taking and get them cleared. An older man and his kid were waiting for their food/drink longer than I was. They also did not call out my drink when it was ready… some people did but the person who handed out my drink did not. It would be great to put a name on inside orders so you can just call a name and m what they ordered. I know it gets busy, but this leaves everyone else less confused and your line moving.

This location has slow service. Drive thru or inside. it doesn't matter, it's slow. The restaurant is kept clean and the service is friendly. The food is always fresh when I visit. This will be a great location once they work on their speed of service.

Kevin is literally the best employee ever. We love him. I would give my life for this man, I’m not even joking. Kevin is always so happy and respectful and he makes the best coffees. I’m considering naming my first born child after him. Kevin is 100% the reason this Dunkin gets 5 stars all around.

Sean in drive through , is a God sent man ! He is polite he’s nice and he makes people days me and my girlfriend are having a rough day and he did a kind thing and it just made us realize that there are good people out there . So thank you !

they made my coffee all wrong 2 days in a row, never going there again!

Why do the donuts taste day old and dry? In addition, the breakfast sandwich was served cold. The servers were more focused on getting a tip rather than listening to the customer's order. Although I went inside, I noticed that the drive-thru had 11 cars in a waiting pattern. I only ate half of my donut before throwing it and the cold breakfast sandwich away.

I love this Dunkin location in Delhi. I’ve had to go to other locations on occasion and have been disappointed because they aren’t as great as the Delhi Dunkin. I order through the mobile app and my food is ALWAYS ready to go when I walk in 5 minutes later. No matter how busy they are. The employees are friendly and I love starting my day here at Dunkin Delhi. Good job guys! Thank you!

Always fresh coffee, fast service and great donuts.

Went inside and front desk clerk was extremely rude. I got a bag of donuts even though I iced donuts and more icing ended up on the bag than on my donuts. She also gave me broken donuts.

Can't beat the coffee and food. As always this place always hits the spot. The only downside to this location is that the parking lot is too small and poorly designed for the location it is in. Parking in a spot to go in is a bad idea. No matter where you park, the drive-through line stayed backed up, and people wouldn't let anyone in or out.

Stopped in for donuts and a gift card. The donuts were delicious, as always. Although it seemed that 2 out of 3 employees were very new, everyone was very helpful. The restaurant was well organized and clean.

Y’all…I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese. They only handed me 1 everything bagel with cream cheese. I say, “oh actually I ordered 2 everything bagels with cream cheese.” They look at me and then walk away for a moment, no biggie, they’re gonna go make it for sure. A couple more folks walk toward the window and ask what I’m missing, I say, “an everything bagel with cream cheese.” The original barista comes back and says, “what’s in that bag?” I hold up the bag and they say “no not that bag the other one.” I proceed to show her the one everything bagel with cream cheese. They leave. Then another barista hands me a bag with an everything bagel in it. Finally I have my two everything bagels with cream cheese. I get home and settle in, only to find 1 everything bagel with cream cheese and 1 everything bagel with eggs and cheese. I am not upset, in fact I giggled to myself. Working in food sucks, I understand, I also work in food. This stuff happens. However I must be honest, I wish I had my other everything bagel with cream cheese.

Let me start out by saying that your employees are very friendly when you walk in and order, but it seems as if your employees focused more on the mobile orders and forget that they had customers in the store waiting. While I was there this morning, there was a gentleman in the store before I came in and after 10mins of me being in there he walked out, because none of your workers asked him what he was waiting on and he ended up with nothing. Even with my own order, I received my coffee, but had to wait more than 10 mins before I received my croissant. Even your drive thru is moving slow.

Acted like I was inconviencing them by asking for a straw, stating, "there are already straws in your bag but here's another one." There were two straws for three drinks in the bag. As well, a frozen coffee and a frozen hot chocolate look nothing alike, so why does my clearly labeled "Frozen Coffee" taste like chocolate and have no pumpkin spice in it? I will never be returning here after this experience.

Kind of irritating how they have discontinued a LOT of donuts, including French Crullers. DD used to make EVERYTHING, and for some reason, they can’t seem to make one of the simplest donuts.

I picked up donuts, a small coffee and an ice water. The items were just plain nothing special except; I got custard filled doughnuts with a chocolate glaze topper, they put them in a bag upside down no wax paper with either donut (what a mess). Coffee was fine I guess and did you know they charge you for water, wow that blew my mind. I won't be stopping here anymore.

Give Tyler a million dollars and control of the company (but if that's not possible, he needs a management position and a multiple dollar raise). There is a more convenient Dunkin on my college campus, but Tyler is the reason I take a 5 minute detour, and actually the reason I even stop and get coffee most of the time. His presence immediately brightens my day, he is a ray of sunshine in the cloudy sky that is Delhi Pike. Cherish him like the absolute treasure he is.

Need coffee? Skip the McDonald's across the street and come here! The McDonald's had us wait for 20 minutes before telling me they couldn't fill the coffee order I had placed in the app, and then acted put out that I wanted a refund. Dunkin, on the other hand, took my order promptly when I walked in the door, and then handed me my coffee order 2 minutes later. (For real. I timed them.) During that 2 minutes they handed 2 other people their orders in addition to the busy drive through. It is interesting that the worst McDonald's I've ever seen is right across the street from the best Dunkin.

I have always had a great experience at this location. They are quick and the employees are really great! My personal favorite is French Vanilla Swirl Iced Coffee with extra cream and sugar. Plus I use my Dunkin’ App and able to get a free coffee quite often ( which is a HUGE plus when you are a coffee lover).

The Delhi location is great getting people through the line in the mornings, but after that they're like any other fast food restaurant. And the girl at the drive thru window just gives you your order and walks away, never says thank you.

I absolutely love this dunkin! All the workers in there are amazing and very fast paced. Whoever is managing this dunkin is doing an amazing job!

I go here often as it is the closest to my house. Staff is very friendly and 95% of time order is correct lol. It happens right? Only reason I give 4 stars is that sometimes drive thru is a bit slow. There's one employee that I've noticed several times having long chats with people in their cars even though they've received their order and are not waiting on anything. I understand customer service and appreciate the friendliness, but when there's a long line of folks waiting, some in a hurry, let's keep the line moving 😉

Since this is a newer location for Dunkin' & it is closer to my home I started going to it more. So, I started to explore Dunkin's drinks & foods choice. It does have great ones & It is closer than the other coffee places I was going!

its dunkin. sometimes ok but never great over priced pastries and breakfast sandwiches, the one in delhi is alright and the one in the b.p gas station on glenway is ok also, both are much better than the one in western hills
