Stay away they have card skimmers. I went there one day then the next I know I'm seeing transactions at other subways in other cities!!!

Always clean, service with a smile. The prices are getting high hopefully they don't continue to rise.

Best subway I've ever been to. I've only left a handful of reviews and so impressed I'm leaving a review. Bread was so soft and fresh. The veggies were all so fresh and cut finely cut. This subway is superior to all other subways. I stopped going for year but my last two experiences here were a positive.

You guys are awkward and have a hard time listening. Worst customer service, the size of the sandwich is ridiculous might as well go to Kroger. If you want a nice size sandwich do NOT go here.!!!!

They don't honor corporate coupons.They give you the bare minimum on your sandwich .Not worth it. Better choices on Delhi Pike.

I have rewards. I got an email for a offer that you can only use by ordering online. The offer didn't apply correctly. When I went to pick up my order, she said in so many words "I don't know what happened to your machine (my phone) but too bad". I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Just stopped in an hour before closing place was clean and well stocked the staff were friendly and I ordered the # 20 double meat excellent

Subway is overpriced for what I paid for the Beast sandwich. $16?😡. I won't be back, especially since they stopped taking any corporate coupons . I will be going to Jersey Mike's or Zoupa better sandwich for the price, and they give points for free sandwiches.

My girls and I stopped in tonight right before they closed. We ordered 5 sandwiches, chips, drinks, & cookies. The service was great! They joked around with my daughter about her toppings lol she couldn't decide SMH but they were so nice and made sure all the sandwiches were made to our liking! Thank you!

I ordered the classic meatball sub, the employees were nice and pleasant, the eatery was clean, the food was fresh, it was average time, for the wait to order. I will be returning at some point, for more if my favorites.

This place is a total rip off. Rude and you add double meat they take meat off.

Every time I come to this Subway, the food never looks less than fresh. Also, the employees are so friendly and personable. I always leave with a smile on my face.

To start it is still Subway. The food is what you expect from a subway if it's what you want it hits the spot. The staff has been good for the nearly 10 years I've been patronizing this establishment. It isn't a place I would eat in, but if you're stopping on a road trip it's an option. They have updated the inside and it is typically clean.

Not a very good store if you ask me. Specially when you tell them what you want on your sandwich and they proceed to put the wrong items on your sandwich. Then when you try to tell them they can't understand you and just keep going on about what they are doing. I will not be going to this location anymore. Not sure if it's just the Sunday crew or what but I have never had this much difficulty getting a lunch meat sandwich.

So I love subway but… I try not to go to this one even though it’s close to my house. It’s more expensive than the subway on glenway and they skimp on toppings. How many times do I have to say extra banana peppers. Ugh.

The subway in Delhi is clean staff if nice and food is awesome

When you go to this location it's 50/50 what type of service you're going to get. Half the time things go great. But when something doesn't go exactly right and you have a problem with your order, expect a hassle. I've not only seen this for myself today but multiple times in the past with others. If you have any questions or concerns the employees cannot help you. They will not take their time to work out differences or correct mistakes. Instead they will try to force you out of the building as quickly as possible. Also they have a very unsettling character who sits in there establishment, wonders around the premise, stocks there shelf's, and has even been seen running their registers. When this man is asked directly if he is an employee he becomes defensive/aggressive denying employment. Truly unsure what's going on at this establishment but after today I will not be taking my family back for a very long time.

The my son misheard the employee and said yes which led to the employee putting lettuce on my son's sandwich. Miscommunication happens, no big deal. But when we let the employee know that he didn't want lettuce, he picked up the sandwich and just shook the lettuce of, back into the lettuce container. Now someone else will eat the lettuce that was already on my son's sandwich and touched the meat that was on it. Personally, I'm not a fan of cross contamination.

What happened to the "Fresh" bread.

My daughter loves to go to the subway on delhi. Every time we go in which is 1 to 2 times a week the gentleman always remembers my daughter's order. They are so kind and friendly.

I ended up getting sick from the sandwich I got. So it will be a bit before I go back.

Food is better at this location than some of the others around. Service can be slow at times. Restaurant is fairly clean. Parking lot can be a challenge.

I always take out so based on that; the customer service is good even with the various accents of the sandwich/salad artists working there. Im usually in and out with my food in 3-5 minutes.

I enjoy subway a lot. The subway on delhi is great! I have never had a bad experience eating here. The staff is always smiling and they make sure you are taken care of. They genuinely care for their customers and go out of their way to make your experience is a good one. Love places like this that take pride in what they do.

Online ordering was a joke. Neither sandwich made how we requested it! It was basic, lettuce instead of spinach. No banana peppers.. no mayo. Also they DONT HONOR REDEEMING ANYTHING FROM THE APP! You can’t place an order but using anything needing to be screened from your app… nope! I’ll continue to go to Glenway Ave instead

The service was nice. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. He has a great smile and and an attitude to match. My sandwich was made right and I totally enjoyed it.

This place is so clean and the people are really nice, I come here all the time love this place.

This subway is quick and the workers working, are very attentive and really have the "sub building" down to an art. Food also tasted very fresh and was good. All in all 5 stars easy.

Not the best nice people work there

Shouldn't have to call down an employee when I'm one of the only cars in the parking lot because I'm in a MAROON HATCHBACK and the closest thing your app has to that is a RED SEDAN, and when I do have to pointedly call them down, I surely expect more of a customer friendly response than "it says red sedan" while rudely waving the print off in my face. Doesn't help that my order was entirely wrong as well. Will not be coming back.

One of the better experiences I have had with subway

Was waiting outside for them to open at 8 when Store hours indicated that they would be open. No one was there it didn’t even look like they turned any of the lights inside on. Disappointing they should have been open when they said they would or update their hours.

We took our dad to this Subway for dinner last night and had a great experience. Dad is a disabled veteran and the manager at Subway helped us get him to the car and carried the food for us as well. Great people and fine food at this Subway. We will be returning for the great food and service, even though another Subway is much closer. Great service and better people!

This is the best Subway in Cincinnati. I have been all over the country and this Subway has the best service and the cleanest facility I have ever seen. The food was prepared just the way we wanted and very fast. The staff is very friendly and professional.

I have never had a bad experience here until today me and my girlfriend had placed a pick up order, and she ran in to pick up the food and she went to grab chips (that we ordered) and the guy working accused her of stealing. Then they messed up my sandwich and to top the cake there is a clump of hair in my cookie. I called to complain about the food and the guy was very rude and told me he could only refund me for the cookie even tho our food was messed up and told me in order to give me a refund at all I would have to bring it back to the store so he could take a picture of it and send it to his boss, well here's your picture DISGUSTING!!!

Not happy about the price hike on their subs but a I loved the new updates and added fresh ingredients and drinks. They just remodled and it looks very nice in there!

I had a very excellent 9" subway sandwich with Teriyaki chicken an covered through fresh tomatoes and lettuce, sweet onion . An had sauce on sandwich with sweet onion sauce. Fresh honey oats sub Bread. Thank you I enjoyed my sandwich.

We got there at 8pm two hrs before closing and they only had one 12in white one 12in wheat and one 6in wheat. And no soup. But the subs were tasty.

While the food is great, the location isn't the best. The parking lot has no lines and a ton of pot holes. The subway itself is super small and the drink fountain has only a few drinks. Usually good service.
