Always excellent customer service & fresh coffee when I go.

The amount of times I’ve came here and gotten a cold sandwich which was not cooked all the way through is insane. And the girl working the microphone who rushed us and pretended to not know what a “frozen iced coffee” is all because she wanted to correct the one wrong word I said because she was rushing us so badly.

The manager yells at her employees and is extremely demeaning to all of the staff. It is very unprofessional and she is extremely disrespectful to other human beings.

Horrible customer service! They don't greet you or even acknowledge your existence when in store. Very rude!

Just walked out of here almost in tears with how the manager was treating this poor young man. Sweet African American boy. She was yelling at him as all of us waited in line. Telling him she’s writing him up, how corporate would deal with him because he made a mistake. Everyone inside felt so uncomfortable. I would have ran out crying if I was him. You can tell she’s extremely racist as she was nice and giggly with the female white employees. Do better.

Great convenient location. Average DD food. Horrible customer service. Rude 'manager' and workers with attitude. Strongly recommend to avoid.

Ordered 2 decaf ice coffee(s) and ended up with regular coffee (not decaf) with the wrong flavor and cream. Terrible. Still sitting awake at 1am. Don't understand how all these dunkin's can't train their employees to make 2 drinks right in a row. Not a day goes by that some dunkin doesn't royally screw up my order. Thanks for nothing. $15+

Applied 2 weeks ago and the general manager said that you were hired and I will send onboarding she lied and never returned my calls when asked where the parerwork was.

It is a new location in Wellen Park, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered large hot latte and it was 3/4 filled up. Last month I ordered iced vanilla latte with light ice, see picture below of what I got. When I questioned it, their reply was that this what I get when I choose light ice. So disappointing!

Every time I order from here, it's a problem. When they first opened the coffee that I was served was cold, the second time I ordered 2 lattes and again they were cold and this last time I ordered a latte they gave me a plain black coffee. Employees seem not to care and make gaces if you say something. I'm not buying from this place again.

This location has the rudest help at drive thru window. My daughter and I have been there twice since moving here and they act like they're doing you a favor with attitude and all and when they got the order wrong they take it out on the customer. They seriously need some customer service skills and a smile to go along with it. Better yet it falls on management. Do better DD!!

The customer service provided by Neil was top notch he mentioned he was new but he got my order done in less than 2 minutes. I ordered 5 drinks and a donut and he made them all correctly.

Just when I have hope and come back to try it again, I leave disappointed.. again! The drinks are missing coffee, seriously they are always sugared up and barely any coffee in them. Unlike other Dunkin’s I stop at this one is the only horrible one I’ve had. The service is slow and there are flies all over the donuts! If you order a sandwich be prepared to wait a while while they park you. I have lost hope in this location and don’t recommend anyone to go there. It’s always looks empty there in the drive thru and parking lot for a reason. Management needs to pay attention or change.

Donuts served faster then the coffee had someone with me almost gave up.

Its brand new son its clean and service is quick. Much better than the Dunkin in Venice.

The donuts were typical Dunkin but the service was slow and not very friendly.

You would think by showing up early in the morning, the Donuts would be fresh. NOT! When I got home and tried them they were stale! All four of them. My neighbors 6 were also stale. The attendant was less than thrilled to wait on us. What ever happened to good workers or good managers.

Have not once had a correct order here, but I wanted to wait to post. Among other incorrect items in my order, this is the one that put me over. Everything bagel with cream cheese, instead given a normal bagel with whatever sad serving size of cheese that is. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time of ordering. Lady in the window was nice and witty, though, so that was nice. Unfortunately for her, I heard the staff tell her they didn’t feel like getting the hash browns out of the cooler so I was told they were unavailable after ordering and paying for them. Sheesh.

Let me start off by saying i have been coming here for a year now multiple times a week before school. i attend scf, and stop at dunkin on my way there almost everyday. For the last year now, 9/10 visits, there is something wrong. I am a fan of the bagel minis, but only from other dunkin’s. every time i get them at this location, they are completely frozen cream cheese in the middle, or super burnt like this. I don’t understand what is so hard about toasting a bagel mini, the other locations seem to have it down pretty good. if i had to guess, it’s most likely because they are busy and too lazy, and toss them in the microwave for 10 seconds. This is what i get when i ask them to be cooked in the middle, not frozen. i get a huge sigh, “we’re busy” remark, and burnt bagels. How come this is everytime? Also the lack of hospitality and kindness is horrible. i’ve always been kind, always tip, and they greet me with a frown face and attitude because i ask for my bagels to be cooked…. sorry i don’t wanna pay for FROZEN BAGELS.

Loved the cleanliness of the store and the lovely people on staff, but the worn and stained lounger out front is a germaphobe's nightmare! Get it new and 5 stars is a definite!

Sweet overall yet, please don't pack frosted donuts face down, or all the frosting comes off on the bag.Wonderful plain Old Fashioned cake donut look for the nutmeg !

We use the app to order to save time. 3 times now we have used it and the same kid at the window hands off our coffee and says have a good day. Problem 1. We order food to and have to then wait at least 5 min for it. 2. This kid is very hard to understand. 3. Unsure if he even worked for Dunkin because he was not in uniform! 4. We get no napkins or fork when both are needed. We call and they say they hate to say its staffing issues because its not fair to us.... its not staffing its bad management.... own your issues and make them better so everyone can enjoy this establishment.

I was at this location yesterday and ordered 7 donuts And the guy working there put them in two separate bags When he handed me the bags they are covered in chocolate Like where am I going to put this bag? My car is brand new and I looked at him puzzled and ask for another bag which he then hands me a box…CONFUSED I’m not sure why he didn’t use a box to begin with????? so now how am I supposed to take all the melted donuts and transfer them to a box when I’m driving?? Also why was there chocolate finger prints all over the bag? I’m assuming he grabbed them all with his non gloved hands that he’s also taking customers credit cards/ cash with and touching everything in the store 😩 I ended up pulling over at a gas station and throwing them away ☹️

This is the SECOND time I’ve gone through the drive through to order a Dunkacinno and BOTH times all I got was bland tasting plain coffee. I don’t know what I got exactly but it was most definitely not what I ordered. Waste of $3!!

Line was fast. Food is average. The girl in the drive thru window didn’t laugh at my jokes. “You donut know how good you have it” -Me “Oh okay” -drive thru lady

It was the end of the evening. Choices were limited. Glazed donut, cinnamon roll and apple fritter. All glazed. Fritter was dry and had one small splotch of apple pie filling in the middle. Donut was good, the cinnamon roll was dry with little flavor. Staff was pleasant.

Emily is awesome! I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin over the past month since moving into the area and there’s been a few times someone else has made a drink wrong and Emily steps up and fixes it. Emily always has a smile and a great attitude which is becoming harder to find in any business these days.

This is a brand new Dunkin with wild zombies who come in and clear out all the donuts so call ahead to make sure you can get what you want. There’s also a nice drive through. 🤣🤣🤩🥳

I ordered 10minutes ahead though their app to make sure it would be ready when I got there so my husband wouldn't have to sit and wait for me to get a coffee. But it was not ready when I walked in and the ticket hadn't even been looked at. Let's just say I waited in the shop 15mins. Not a happy customer. 😕

Reviews work! As a Google reviewer I should know this. But I also try to experience establishments for those who read our reviews. So despite the very poor reviews for this Dunkin I thought I’d give it a try. I’m sorry to say I have nothing to review other than the absolute horrendous service. Or rather should I say complete lack of service. I waited inside at the counter from 7:04 to 7:20 with out a simple greeting. The 3 employees walked around filling drive thru orders. Many times they would walk right up to where I was to grab something and never even acknowledged me. Now as a former restaurant GM, I can say this, there is absolutely no excuse for such terrible hospitality. Even when you are busy performing duties when a customer walks in you welcome them and let them know you’ll be with them shortly. It let’s the customer know they matter. It let’s the customer know your grateful that they chose to spend money in your establishment. I could go on. Needless to say, I just walked out. This is on the manager. Again, managers make the difference. Managers must lead by example! And if no managers are on duty then the lead person MUST reflect the same disposition and lead the team in a professional way. Whoever the owner is, do something, you have to care about your investment. Your in the food and beverage industry. Customers SHOULD matter. Wellen Park future residents, if this is the service you can expect, well, how disappointing for you. My advice, skip this Dunkin, Publix is literally in the same parking lot, and Publix has a wonderful bakery with exceptional baked goods, including soft fresh doughnuts!

Place rocks super fast service... but if you go around 8 8:15 order munchkins 25 and they were closing soon so they gave me the rest walk away with like 65 woooohhhhoooo

My third time here, exactly the same! Excellent. Justin served me every time and as I told him, I waited until the 3rd time before commenting, as it was so noteworthy I don't want to mislead.

Got the avo toast and it was tasty. But they were kinda rude and could have been nicer. Took way too long for two drinks and hash browns and a avo toast. And they didn’t even let me know it was gonna be a little bit of a wait.

I found my favorite Dunkin! We rolled up to the drive thru, on our way to the fair, and ordered two charlie cold foam cold brew coffees for the girls,no problem. Decided to press my luck, and ordered myself a hot Midnight blend, got the typical 'sorry we don't have any'...😥 was blown away when she kept going and said 'but we'll make some fresh for you',🤯 they made me a fresh and perfect extra, extra.. 😊 thanks for that, most locations will say they don't have it brewed, and leave it at that. The extra munchkin in the box made me smile,too. 😁, thanks!
