I came here to double check my lottery and I did not see the self macchine. The manager there was arrogant giving me back my lottery and saying in a rude way he has no time for this. Creepy and disrespectful people.

Once again had to go to the Shell gas station to get gas because the managers car was parked by a gas pump!! Obviously upper management doesn't care very frustrating for the customer!!!

Too many times to count has this happened, The Manager needs to tell the employees to not be so hateful and rude, not to mention park there car in customer parking, not to mention the workers scooter that stays up in front with a tarp covering it up,. During the nite is worse ,there is always druggies selling dope .Along with the bald jerk employee, smoking and sitting out front , I walk in the store and it's empty then after he finishes his cigarette and playing on cell phone. Get with it !

I just bought 5 wings and a big gulp. Paid with a $20. I got $7.32 back. 12 bucks for 5 wings and a drink. Am I missing something 😕

Today I had the worst experience at 7 eleven with one of the employees who treated me badly, she was very angry, she yelled at me and took my purchases from me and kicked me out of the store. I live near this store I go for gas every morning I have a landscaping company, I will definitely not return until they fix the problem with the employee. This is the worst thing that has happened to me

Rude clerks, particularly the withered, dried out ladies who work the night shift. Store is always dirty. This is a corporate store, so there's no stakeholder owner to care. Pizza looks like it's been sitting for ten hours. Gas pumps have gang graffiti on them. The store steadily gets worse year over year. Nobody cares.

I was just in the store with my husband around 7am on 10/4/22 getting gas coffee and a soda, when my husband went to the counter an older gentleman with a beard was giving attitude to a customer because she didn't know what her pump number was. When it was my husband's turn to be checked out he told the employee that he was pre-paying for soda and my coffee that I was making and was immediately given an attitude my husband told him that there was no reason to be giving an attitude and the employee was very rude and acting like my husband was stupid for pre-paying (there is a sign on the soda machine saying to do so) the employee snatched the cup from my husband's hand and refused to let him pay and told him to leave the store and swore at him.I was still in the store and he continued to talk disrespectful about my husband and I left quietly and not happy at all.Not very good service and would not exspect this from from a working employee.We are very friendly people and this never happens to us!

Came in tonight to get late night pizza and was told that the pizza maker is down or out of order because the drip pans broken and it's "nasty" in there basically the cashier didn't feel like doing it and now I don't get any pepperoni. Not cool mustache boy...not cool at all

On June 8, 2022, I got gas at this store. On June 9, someone used my credit card number to fraudulently purchase a $770+ laptop computer from the HPStore.com. The pump I used had a skimmer. I spoke to several other people who have had there credit cards fraudulently used after purchasing gas from only 7-11 stores. Let the buyer beware!

I stop at this 7-Eleven a few times a week. The people are always nice and pleasant.

I think they got some of the best coffee there and I know the young lady that works on the morning shift through till I think 3:00 is very friendly and nice to everyone I think the manager and I wasn't so comfortable with
