They correct any issue I have ever had They are not the fastest but they try.

This place is just another example of incompetent, under educated, ignorant, Gen Z in the work place. The kids that work here have yet to get one of my orders correct, they move like snails, and they have no respect for the customers who provide the means for them to get paid. It’s messy, unorganized, and the staff is always in chaos. When confronted they are augmentative, nasty, and rude. There is no professionalism what so ever, they all look like they just crawled out of bed, and the female shift manager was the worst of them all. I frequent these places less and less these days as corporations today are no longer interested in hiring qualified help or customer service. (And you could train monkeys to do this job) It’s all about how little they can do and provide, to obtain your money. Even the doughnuts are smaller, yet more expensive. Do as you please, but I will no longer be a patron of Dunkin Doughnuts,… and as long as we continue to give these places our business, they won’t change.

A worker, I believe to be by the name of Sara seemed nice when my order was taken but when she walked away she said some nasty things about me. Most likely believing I wouldn't hear it, however I did. I have ordered here multiple times and have never experienced such disservice. Hope This reaches a manager and or someone of higher authority.

Love this Dunkin in Palm Coast!!! Seriously, everyone that walks in there is so friendly, and the staff is Great 😃!!

I asked for no sugar and they put 3 sugars in on top of the blueberry & donut syrup… way too sweet.

I consistently pick up mobile orders in store at this location. Orders are ready upon arrival and made as ordered online in the DD app. Staff are regularly friendly. Convenient location.

Today at 8:55am Ordered a Ham and Cheese croissant and an Apple crumble donut with a cup of ice water. My son and I get our order the Croissant was burnt , donut was stale and the water had bugs in it. When I let the team member know what was up she flipped out and said she couldn’t do anything about it and insisted I throw the order away . The strangest costumer service I have received no sorry or any solution was offered. I called the State of Florida Health department to report the sanitation issues . So if you go to this Bugkin Donuts and order a thing frozen more than likely you get your daily allowance of protein from bugs. Stay away from this Dirty Dunkin’ Donuts .

Just tried to get coffee. It says they close at 9pm. It is 8:23. The doors are locked and the employee I saw scooted to the back after seeing me. Wow.

Took almost 5 mins for anyone to even acknowledge me. Then when employees came from out of no where in the back the girls all just looked at me and started doing nothing had some nasty looks to thier faces too. But, a young boy came and apologized and hoped I wasn't waiting to long. I think they need new employees these girls think it's a high school function and have NO customer service skills at all.

Allows you to enjoy a good breakfast.

Just stepped in for a cup of coffee and had a great experience. Everything was great, including the piping hot coffee.

Your employees are so rude.. To have the window closed in my face because your employee decided to be rude to me because I asked for a refund. No manager on site to deal with my issue.

Slowest, worst DD I have ever been. to. Visiting from MA where such poor performance would not be tolerated at our DD franchises. Trainee on order counter with no help who was clueless. Bunch of other people scurrying around, but ignoring the line. They then ran out of coffee! We were expected to wait another eternity until they brewed new coffee. It was an absolute joke! Do yourself a huge favor aind another location.

I ordered 10 doughnut holes. I was charged $3.99. In MN at Dunkin' 10 doughnut holes are 10 cents a piece...$1.00. I questioned the charge and was told that they are 35 cents a piece. Isn't 35 × 10 = $3.50. It was definitely a rip off. When I first approached the counter...no one came to wait on me. I left the store & came back in later. I will not be bringing my business to this establishment. The staff was too busy in the back & the prices were too high for what you got. I spent a total of $7.46. I also bought two doughnuts.

What a joke. Go through the drive through to get ice cream. The take your payment and instead of caring about making your order their worried about their drive up time. Asked me to pull forward so their time would stop. No that's not a true reflection on your time. You want a better time then work harder or more efficiently. Rude employees. Had two same me to move up one was the girl taken the order the other must have been a manager. If they would have worked that hard on doing their jobs and filling my order then their order time would have been better. Wouldn't recommend going at night nothing but a joke.

***Update- This location is so frazzled with basic orders and for some reason they have the most watered down coffee. We had a few bad runs here now. Water coffee is no fun. Legit got a watered down coffee replaced with one that was EVEN MORE watered down. It was pretty disgusting. ***

they suck like all the other locations in Palm Coast. Employees are always young and don't really care about what they do for service and the managers ? Another joke.

Food and drinks are made well. 9 out of 10 staff are helpful and friendly. Just one or two seem to not care at all. Not the most comfortable DD atmosphere if you want to sit and eat but the drive thru is one of the quickest in the Palm Coast area!

I can't belive how much of a lock down Dunkin has on the donut market in the Eastern US. Their donuts are mediocre at best. I miss the independent donut shops in California run by Cambodian immigrants. The worst of them would blow Dunkin out of the water and the best are in another league altogether. People in Palm Coast don't know what the are missing.

I only go to this DD, which is close to home. If you need to be somewhere they get your order out in record time for a DD. The staff is always friendly, they mess up a few times but when we call, they always make it right when you go back. Everyone makes mistakes we're human! Keep up the good work! Update-12/102023 They still are messing up, I was there last night, and I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar on the side, and two doughnuts. They had an iced coffee and they realized it was a hot and gave me the iced coffee with the hot coffee. I went home and both coffees were French vanilla. My wife called and Katie said to come back and they would give us the whole order again. I couldn't go until the next morning. I went to the drive-thru and told them what I had and gave them Katie's name. I also ordered plain bagel bites, everything breakfast sandwich and 7 creamers and 3 sugars on the side. I get home and everything was right except the bagel bites were everything and not plain, no cream and sugar and they gave me a green frosted doughnut instead of vanilla cream frosted and they put the doughnuts in a bag together like they always do and the frosting always goes on the other doughnut which is ridiculous. To top it off they take the phone off the hook so it's continuously busy for hours. Totally unacceptable!

Ordered Chai tea latte and received some nasty tasting sludge. The donuts are tasteless. This is the worst Dunkin that I have ever visited they have no clue what they are doing.

Avoid this Dunkin at all cost. Inept employees who do not care at all about their job. This is supposed to be an untoasted bagel. Rest of order wasn't much better. Go somewhere else!

The better alternative to starbuck. Smooth coffee. Never bitter or stale.

I placed a mobile order and I came through the drive-through, and what I ordered was very simple. Three glazed munchkins, and three chocolate glaze munchkins, and they gave me a chocolate glaze doughnut and didn’t inform me that there were no chocolate munchkins. Poor planning on their part they should’ve checked the bag before giving it to me or they just didn’t want to tell me at all. I asked to speak to a manager, and all they had was a shift leader, and she really didn’t do anything at all. She just said OK and was very rude.

Dark cashier/order taker guy (no name tag) not friendly, rushing me through trying to choose an iced coffee. Crumbled my receipt and threw away. My drink tasted liked watered down Caramel Flavored, not a latte. Skip this location and go to the one near Walmart if you need a dunkin donut. Better yet, find a Starbucks for the same price with better service and quality

I ordered using their app and when i get there, the food isn’t ready for almost 20 MINUTES!!! Rude employees with attitude and telling me to wait and forgetting what I say.

This location is a joke. Nine out of 10 times they are out of something. Today, September 29, 2023, they have NO EGGS. So, there goes my breakfast. Previous times, they didn’t have napkins. A couple weeks ago, they didn’t have whipped cream, and failed to tell us before they put the drink down. I will never go back to this Dunkin’ Donuts. It should shut down.

Managers are always asking the drive thru to pull forward because of their timer. No one was behind me amd I only ordered a coffee. But it did take then 10 minutes for a coffee.

We do not come often, but I have a 12 hour shift today and my daughter wanted a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich before school. Well, you can see by the photos provided that they are burnt to hell. $5 for a breakfast sandwich and they feel good about serving these? Very disappointing. Also, I asked for oat milk, not “milk” smh.

The service was great, the food and coffees were all correct. As soon as we were done ordering the food was ready (5 sandwiches, 2 donuts, and 3 coffees. Definitely will be back the next time I am in the area!

Made two coffee orders we were asked to pull off to the side, where they make the frozen coffee. When the young black male walked out of the building he was holding the two drinks in his hand, and spit onto the ground while carrying our drinks, it was reported to the manager and she did replace our drinks and said she would discuss this behavior with the employee, it was very disappointing as we frequently visit this restaurant on a weekly basis almost daily we appreciated the managers input w employee

We’ve stopped here quite a few times while on our vacation- it’s been a great experience each time. Our iced coffee drinks have been spot on and perfectly tasty. ❤️

Great coffee if they get the order correct. They had to remake one coffee 4 times ($4 each time) and still didn't get it correct. Gave up on the 5th time. DD Please listen when the order is given to you and maybe repeat back the order if you're not sure if you heard it correctly.

Staff works really well together

I recently got a dozen Easter-themed donuts from Dunkin' Donuts, and they were delicious! The donuts had cute Easter decorations like rings, pops, and peeps on them. The hot chocolate was also really tasty. What I loved most about this Dunkin' Donuts location was how fast and efficient the service was. It wasn't as packed as other locations, so my order was ready in no time. Overall, I recommend this Dunkin' Donuts for its Easter-themed treats and speedy service.

Great iced coffee and new breakfast tacos, both good, coffee cold, food hot.

The inside isn't as bad as the drive thru (Line is never ending). The staff is moving all the time, which is great, I got my beverage and meal quickly. My only complaint is the trash piling up by the condiment stand, not sanitary.

My wife and I used to go every single day before work.. she needed her iced coffee, we recently stopped because they kept making it wrong for over 2 weeks straight.she wanted 2 creams in a large iced coffee and it would be super light and creamy.

I had 2 people in front of me they got every order wrong including mine good luck

Women at the counter had an attitude, after she served us she said someone please take the next customer before I loose it!! We asked for well toasted bagels and they were lightly toasted!! They weren’t even hot!! Also ordered 2 wraps with egg and cheese and they put bacon and they were cold! The pancake sandwich wasn’t even folded and the egg, bacon and cheese were like just thrown in the bag!! Lousy service!! 👎

Very busy! It was nice for a Saturday morning treat. But I'm glad I don't do that everyday.

What is not to love about donuts, especially free ones? Using the TMobile Tuesday $2 giftcards with my daughter at about 6:30 p.m., discovered buy 6 donuts, get 6 free! So instead of just purchasing the four, we bought 14! And, we weren't the only ones. Donuts were on the delivery cart, so it was time-consuming and difficult to ID and choose the different types available. Perhaps having someone load the display trays would have streamlined service for the 4 people behind us. Certainly would not have taken any more time than having another 1-2 employees bumping into each other and 2? others walk to the back and not open a 2nd register right away.

Cashier with Poor customer service skills. That’s ok, we let it slide, people have bad days. Ordered a beverage, asked if it was sweetened, cashier said no. Beverage arrived, it was pre-sweetened. Do we return it? Nope, fear of a molested yet accurate order. Scratch this location off the list.

Always and I'm mean Always busy there and we have 3 locations within a couple miles of each other and all 3 are busy. Update: I don't know if has always been this way but I found out this morning that the lobby doesn't open until 7am but the drive thru opens up at 5am, I'm usually a drive thru customer so this may have always been this way with the hours of operation

Dunkin's Cold Bold Brew is soooo much better than their bitter, burnt-tastimg Guatemalan. The seasonal Pumpkin 🎃 🍩 are tasty, too. I am waiting for the day I drive through & everything is just as I ordered, &/or there's not an issue getting money reloaded. The saving grace in this process are the managers, who take the time to listen & resolve issues r/t be denial-oriented or try to hurry the customer away. Proactive managers are one of the very few reasons I continue to go into Dunkin' vs their local 🍩 🥯 & coffee competitors.

The absolute worst, Stay away especially if you are in any kind of rush or expect to be out of there in less than 20 minutes. Not only are most of the workers there not friendly, but Sandra is the worst and I believe sadly she is the manager. First time they made a mistake I figured OK that happens. But not only were they not apologetic they were rude. Another time I waited 15 minutes for an avocado toast only to be told by Sandra oh sorry we are out of avocado which I then explained to her this has happened before with other products, what you should be doing is putting on the door sorry today we are out of such and such, this way you do not waste your customers time. She gave me some attitude as she refunded the money. Then again it happened today, placed the order with my daughter, waited a good 10 minutes, had to actually ask them if they forgot our order only to be told oh we’re out of what you ordered. Same exact mistake and the same item. Did she learn from my past suggestion (I’m sure others have suggested it too) please place on the door that we are out of such and such an item? No! She was rude once again and I reminded her that this was not the first time or the second time it happened and she was there all three times. It’s a shame because this is the closest Dunkin’ Donuts for me to bring my daughter in between her college class and her high school classes otherwise we would have never come back after the first two rude encounters. Told her once again because they made us wait like last time for 10mins plus before even telling us they couldn’t fill our PAID order that it gave us no time to go get her something to eat somewhere else. Her aloof look was classic! The worst part is that not only did she not offer an apology but she had an attitude and wasn’t even decent enough (nor business savvy enough) to at least offer a gift card especially since she knew and recognized us knowing that this has happened for the third time! Too bad there’s no option for zero stars!

Drive thru line is to long of a wait and they raised the prices....coffee tastes like its full of resin tastes burnt.... other wise works are great just need more help......

Personally, I'm impressed with the speed and accuracy of this drive thru. Every time I come here the line at the drive thru is so long I consider driving by. However, I've come to realize that it would be a mistake to do so. Don't make that mistake.

Please note, I am only talking about my LAST two experiences here...A couple weeks ago I received a buttered bagel when it was supposed to be a egg and cheese and waited outside until they re made it for about 10 minutes. They were completely rude, BUT I wasn’t going to leave a bad review because people have bad days.... but today, I just had to leave a review. Not only was the wait 20 minutes for a caramel iced Capp, I made sure she heard me say caramel flavor. When I got to the window, confirmed again. Drove away, it is French vanilla. Even says it on the sticker... between the wait, rude employees the last time and not ever getting my order correct... I will not be going back there. What a waste of a great location
