it's so sad that a local restaurant will take advantage of your employees an employee work 10 days and cause he left the job they said he doesn't have to pay really? And it's not the first time with these same people .

Food and staff are amazing! Will definitely return. Unfortunately it’s pricey - It’s a special occasion restaurant not a “I don’t feel like cooking tonight, let’s go out” type of restaurant.

This is the real deal. We visited on Sunday afternoon. The caldo verde was authentic, fresh and delicious. The bbq chicken and ribs were amazing. We ended it with an espresso and delicious pastel de natas. The menu has so much to offer and the service was top notch. Only regret I have is not getting the waiter’s name to give him the credit he deserves. We will be back soon!

So great to see this place thriving again under new ownership. We drive an hour to eat here and the previous owners were ruining it. The food is great again and new servers with better attitudes are a great improvement. The new owners are also very nice people and very relatable. Chicken and Ribs are the best they’ve ever been and were so glad to continue to patron this great place.

Place has good food, however as we walked up we were worried if we were at the right place as there were about 10 rough looking folks outside smoking and drinking beer (which is fine but not if your bringing in an 8 and 10 yr old.) We were worried we were walking into a “bar” not a restaurant. Walked in and was greeted and the service ended up being phenomenal good. Food was very good priced and good. I would go back but my first reaction was not so good.

Horrible place, the food is expensive and not worth paying that price, plus they give you small portions, the owner is rude and disrespectful, they treat her employees badly. I would not go to this place again, I do not recommend it. Its excellent employees but the owner is a horrible person. These people treat some well for convenience and give others misery, definitely don't go, there is another Portuguese restaurant nearby with better SERVICE!

I went there and when the restaurant first opened the food was reasonable I just went and got a small piece of fish and a salad and the price was 26 dollars will never go back .

Just went for lunch with my wife today, delicious food, great drinks, friendly staff, just to add , the guy who came in with his so called service dog just gave a bogus review, we were sitting there listening to the whole interaction between him and the staff, he’s a liar and you totally embarrassed your daughters who were with you, lol… the staff was very cordial to him and tried to accommodate him and his situation but he had a hissy fit and stormed out like a woman… we enjoy it every time we go and are never disappointed with the food or service

Worst restaurant in Palm coast. Was treated horribly. I have a certified service dog and I was stopped and told no dogs allowed yet, my service dog had her harness and her credentials. I was told to sit in the back of the restaurant by the bathrooms(mind there was NO ONE else in this part of the restaurant). The customer service was totally disrespectful. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

Take out. Brazilian lady who takes orders is consistently rude. Food is great. I have stopped ordering take out. Not eating in as much either. Ever heard the saying that when you get bad service, you tell ten people about it, when you get good service, you tell five people? Bad reviews sell!!! You have to do better.

No place mats on table, desserts only cheesecake and strawberry mouse, shorts ribs all fats 3rd class meats. Price is equal to others. Waiters are awesome.

Those little cod fish thingys on the appetizer menu for 2.50 a piece, is well width it! I love this things with their hot sauce!! From the finger snack of olives along with bread is brought out to you after your drink order. I got a chilled red and it was perfect. All the food is great and such nice and knowledgeable servers.

If you have never had Portuguese food, go here immediately. This food tasted like nothing that I have ever had before and it was so delicious!!!! I had a dish made with cod, egg, and shredded potatoes. I would never even think of putting these things together, but it was amazing. The cod cake was one of the best things that I have ever eaten. The sauces that they use are on point! So delicious! The staff is so wonderful. This is definitely one of the best dining experiences that I have ever had. Don't think twice. Definitely eat here.

The food was delicious portion was good, a bit pricey but i was satisfied. Carry out service was poor. I almost walked out cuz the guy didn't have a menu and didn't want to get me one. I'll give it one more try. Have menus to see for carry out. This was my 1st time.

The Portuguese cuisine was delicious, and I can't wait to go back to try more dishes! We went on a Friday night and the place was packed. We were seated very quickly (there were only 2 of us), and we were given a basket of bread and a dish of olives very quickly. It took quite a while for a server to greet us and take our drink orders, but to be fair the place was extremely busy as it was the first night of Karaoke, and there were several large parties going on. Every staff member was very friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. The calamari was probably some of the best I've ever had (good texture; very tender and not too squishy or tough). We got the mixed meat platter, which is designed for 2 people but easily contains enough food for 3-4 people. Everything was delicious and the portions were huge. Be aware that if you order a water, you'll have to pay for bottled water. There is are also a few extra fees like a split plate charge, a service fee, upcharges for certain sides, and added gratuity for parties of 6 or more. Just a heads up.

I was so disappointed with the so called portuguese bife. The service was the worst ever on my person experience eating out. Maybe they will do better next time.

We had grilled octopus, codfish and Payella. Service was very nice, food arrived on time. The interior of restaurant was rather not appealing, chairs and tables looked like from the 80-ties, no ambiance.

This is a Portuguese restaurant. We stopped by for lunch on our way to Bonita Springs. Ordered chicken and ribs with salad and rice. Chicken was really good but the ribs was a bit hard. Sangria was delicious. Overall was good experience and definitely will go back.

Came in for lunch today during lunch hour as they were busy, I was very pleased with the service and the friendly staff. I was served bread butter along with olives right away and soda. The food was full of flavor and cooked to perfection I started with the soup of the day, which was beans & cabbage was very fresh. My entree was their famous pork ribs cooked in charcoal grill the flavor was amazing. Desert I had flan with a cappuccino all was very good. Will definitely be back again.

I don’t write negative reviews, but this time I believe I need to express my experience. This restaurant has terrible food and bad service. Everything they served us was cold and tasted bad. I felt sick to my stomach after I ate the appetizer and the rest of the food was really bad. I wasted $57, needles to say, I will not come back here.

Ordered take-out this time. Most everything was great! Some plates tend to be very pricey. The only complaint I have is that we got three chocolate mousse to go and was charged $7.00 for each and was given less than a quarter per container (so two spoonfuls). I will not order those again for that price and unfair quantity given. Otherwise, food here is amazing!

Food and staff are amazing. My family and I come here often and order a combo of portuguese bbq chicken and pork ribs with rice and fries 👌 Cristiano has been our waiter the last couple of times and he is fantastic!

We had a wonderful time with family and friends. The food was really good and our waiter Cristiano was a super nice and helpful guy. The only suggestion I should make is the music, it has nothing to do with the ambiance of the portugues' cuisine, I suggest portugues music that is so beautiful. We would come back for sure!

Best grilled chicken in town, commonly known as Piri piri chicken or Frango Churrasco. All of the food in general is great but, I highly recommend going with the classic grilled chicken, beans and fries, It’s a Portuguese staple and the most authentic you’ll find around.

First and Last time at this restaurant.. Food was just ok, waiter was not friendly. He never came back to the table one time to see if we needed anything except when we asked for ketchup and that took 5 minutes to bring it back, when he did he sat it down as he walked by and never said a word.. Very loud place as well.

Expensive! The food was not very good at all. It lacked flavor, and reminded me of something you find at high school cafeteria. They messed up each of our orders, and were very slow in getting us our drinks and the meal. Careful, they charge $1.50 for each water too.

We gave this place a try. My chicken Marsala dinner was very good. My husband ordered a New York strip steak. It had some type of sauce on top with shrimp. He said it tasted good but the steak was very fatty. It cost $28 but was definitely not worth it. More than half of it was all fat. Waiter was made aware but did not seem to care. Then I told the waiter it was my husbands birthday and he said he would bring out dessert but never did. We just wanted to get out of there after that so we didn’t say anything. I would say the food was good but wait staff could have been better and DO NOT get any steak!

First time here - fantastic! I got the fried chicken sausage and my wife got the vegetarian linguini and holy cow it was so much better than we were expecting (and we have high expectations to begin with!) Fantastic, and will absolutely be back.

You could almost be convinced you're in Portugal after you sit down here and take a look at the menu. Friendly, if not a bit terse, staff. Eclectic menu. The Cod Cakes look attractive on the menu, but were the size of your father's thumb, and almost exclusively "cake". The Portuguese Sausage was excellent, but pricey.

The Garlic Shrimp was delicious and Ricardo is an amazing Waiter. This place should be proud to have him. I happened upon this place accidentally and I'm so glad I did. I'll definitely be back

This restaurant was recommended to me for its great chicken. After visiting for the first time, I was disappointed. The service was bad. The waiter was clueless and careless. He picked up an olive that felt from the tray onto the table and placed it back in the little tray right in front of us. The food was not as good as I was told. The chicken was dried, the plate was simple and not appealing, and the environment was not friendly.

I was taking care of business in Palm coast & got take out a few times. The food is great and reasonably priced. The bbq chicken & ribs combo is awesome & is served with plenty of food. It is typical Portuguese BBQ. You need to check it out!!!! There’s an ice cream parlor next to the restaurant for dessert!!!!

BBQ Ribs and Chicken were amazing! I have been coming here for years as we vacation in Palm Coast annually, they have definitely improved and much better than other Portuguese bbqs that I have back home! Congratulations!

The food is amazing and the menu had only gotten better since the new owners came into play. We love this place. I don't know what they do to the chicken but it is incredible! You must try this place.

First the food was excellent. My complaint is when I got the bill the tip was automatically added to my bill. Not 15 not 18, but 20 percent. When I paid with my credit card, the bill now had a line item for a tip with suggested amounts. The unsuspecting customer could have paid twice for the tip. I've seen this before but usually for groups, it was just my wife and me for Father's day. This may be legal, but I find it very unethical. We won't be going back!

Today I went in with my whole family for Father's day visit per my request to eat the traditional Frango assado. The food was still very good. However, I was desapointed when we sat down and we weren't served a glass of water. I worked in restaurants in the US several years and the 1st thing I was taught is to serve a glass of water to welcome our guest. well, ok they were busy, so we asked for a glass of water. After asking for a glass of water, the waiter tells us, they are not allowed to serve tap water because the city has told them that the city told them it wasn't safe to serve. Interesting... if the tap water is not safe to drink then nothing else is safe... we ask for a sandwich for the kids; we are out sandwiches. however, they have the same bread and the steak to make the sandwich in other served plates with fries. Lastly, we go to pay and we we are charged a service fee of 3.5% on the top of a 20% tip. Desapointed is one single word experience. Governor DeSantis, please stop this junk fees that are being added to our bills without our knowledge.

Absolutely worst service I’ve ever had. Ignored after we sat down, rude waiter who said we couldn’t share 2 plates + appetizer for 3 people (my sister had stomach surgery and LITERALLY CAN’T eat a full plate) almost two hours to get our food.

Ricardo was a very out going and contentious server. Food was terrific. Authentic Portuguese food.

Overall it was great. We ordered Paella and 1/2 chicken ... both were really good. The chicken is grilled over charcoal or fire and was exceptional. Fresh olives and bread good as always. The staff is always friendly and charismatic. They speak Portuguese as do a lot of the patrons. Only issue is, you could be looking at slow service and long wait time. Sometimes you have to flag them down for a drink, etc. But if you're ok with that, give this place a try!

My husband and I got off of a 9 day cruise on Easter Sunday 2023. We were having such a hard time finding someplace to eat that wasn’t fast food. Even tho we were very under dressed these people took us in and fed us like it was no issue at all. The staff was amazingly friendly And The food was absolutely delicious!!! By the way this was also our first time having Portuguese food and it was sooo soo soo good. We both Highly recommend Palm Harbour And We will definitely be anxiously awaiting eating here again! Major bonus points because it’s right off of I95!

As I walked into Palm Harbor grill, I was greeted instantly, the vibes of the restaurant were immaculate, fast service, quality service, and wonderful food. I will definitely be back! It’s definitely amazing having such a cultural spot like this in town!

We were in town for the weekend and craving some dishes from the motherland, palm harbor didn't disappoint. Ricardo was an amazing host and super attentive. Highly recommend if your in the mood for some Portuguese cousine or just hungry I'm general.

We went to Palm Harbor Grill for the first time last night and we've truly found our favorite restaurant hands down! From the minute we walked in the door we were treated like family, the owners, Carlos and Christina are the most welcoming people you could ever imagine. We sat at the bar just planning to grab a quick bite to eat, but George who was bartending began to tell us about the specials for the night - which included grilled sea bass and snapper - and then he of course mentioned their outstanding grilled octopus appetizer and grilled half chicken dish. Needless to say, we not only were treated like family, we had the the very BEST meal ever and we are already planning our menu selections for next week. Thank you so much Carlos, Christina and George - we can't wait to come back!

If your looking for authentic Portuguese dining then look no further! This establishment is truly amazing, the food, drinks, atmosphere and service were all top notch! The owners truly make you feel like family when you enter the door. The Bitoque was cooked to perfection, best wings in town and the chorizo appetizer was superb! Try them out you will not be disappointed!

I gave this restaurant a C-. Never got more water after the first glass, sangria tasted like just wine and Oj, one person's grilled chicken was dryyyyy, pork and clams very salty. Linguini with veggies was swimming in oil. Bread was great. The insult to injury moment was being charged extra for using a charge card, $8.56 per check! Regardless of how much you spent. And note the tip has been added in, but it's in smaller print, so a few people overtipped by mistake after seeing the "suggested tip" amounts in the bottom. Bathroom was clean so there's that. 👍 We won't be back.

We were in town on vacation and wish we found this place sooner! Our last night in town we went here for dinner and it was absolutely amazing. The owners are very involved and such lovely people! We came in with a party of 6 on a Friday night with no reservation and they were extremely accommodating even when they were very busy. The food is so flavorful from the steak to the seafood, it tasted so fresh. I will be back when I’m in the area again!

I got a bitoque. Very good. The sauce with the rice is excellent. The steak was cooked how I like it. The table enjoyed the fried calamari. Drinks where excellent. Only complaint I have was the service was a little slow and the meals got a little mixed. In their defense the woman just bought the place and they are getting in the swing of things and the place was packed.

We decided to try Palm Harbor Grill because our wait at another nearby restaurant was going to be over an hour. Palm Harbor Grill staff was quick to seat us, take our order and bring us our lunch! The owner was so nice and took the time to really get to know our party. The waitstaff was top notch, very professional and attentive! The bun and breads are homemade and you can definitely taste the authenticity! This was the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had! Thank you Palm Harbor Grill for a wonderful first time experience! We will be back!

Steak was a bit greasy, like it was fried not grilled, same goes for the fish. Service was very slow even though it wasn't busy, something I've experienced often in other countries but not here in the US.

Delicious authentic cuisine! Open fire pit grilled everything to perfection. Plus their cookie crumble type of a dessert is a great way to end the meal! Excited to come back for the seafood! Thank you!

Ridiculously Overpriced, the quality of the food isn’t the same as it was about 2 years ago. The staff there is rude and not professional at all. I just went there today and noticed that they sell hot sauce claiming to be their “own” but in reality it’s Texas Pete mild chicken wing sauce. Don’t let this place fool you. I also saw a roach crawling up their wall

Well after convincing my son and husband to go to this restaurant again because I love one of their meals I won’t be back. My son didn’t want to go because their steak is a poor quality but my husband always enjoyed his pork alentajena that he got there but tonight the littlenecks were fishy and the management did nothing about it even after to talking to them. So I have no choice but to not patronize them anymore.

Great little Portuguese restaurant first time eating here the food was amazing and the people are extra friendly they do not skimp on the portions it was a great experience if you're in there you must try this they also have a full bar.

I’ve been coming to this place for the last 10 years and unfortunately it’s just been a downward slope. I recently went back for a visit and was completely taken back how much the prices went up. I ordered the signature sirloin steak with rice beans and fries and the steak was hard and very difficult to chew. Not to mention the plate was $29 which is incredibly expensive. The seafood has also gone up substantially. I ordered a traditional caipirinha, and unfortunately it was not well mixed and too overbearing with alcohol. Dinner for my wife and I was right around $90 for something that should’ve been around $50. I however have absolutely no complaints about the service, we have always been treated very well and service has always been exceptional. there needs to be a full package though at the current price point. We can’t charge $30 for a plate of food and be lackluster. I’ve been going to this restaurant on and off for the last 10 years but my last visit has convinced me to now look elsewhere.

Great food! I had the Paella and I would order it again. My GF had the steak and she loved the wine sauce. She also loved my paella and that's not usually her thing. For the price, the atmosphere leaves a little to be desired though. We will come back.

We come to this place every year for Daytona Bike Week. We're from GA and it's always an pleasure to to come here. Thanks to our friend Roger
