One of the only places around with a salad bar. BBQ is okay. Prices aren't bad.

Family and I have been to Dustin's in Port Orange several times this summer. Food is outstanding, Brisket & Ribs are awesome. Wife loved the BBQ Chicken. Highly recommend.

Dustin's Has Some Really Really Good Food, The Staff Is Always Helpful And Friendly. The Price Is Good. I Like The BBQ Chicken Lunch On A Bun Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Pepper Jack Cheese, With Fries And Beans. I've Had The Sliced Pork on a Dun also very good. Everything Is Good. Oh And WOW I Ice Cream Is Awesome. The Best Soft Serve Around.

We all had a great time and food was great. The waitress was excellent.

This place is awesome. The food taste very, very good. The Cajun dry rub chicken wings and pork ribs, and fried okra, hamburger and fries, and fried chicken are sublime. All together with the garlic bread is so yummy! This is a must visit and the staff are so friendly and they close 10pm so perfect for that tiring day on the beach and when everyone wake a bit too late after their afternoon nap!

Food was really good and the service staff was really nice. But it was really hot, I don't think they had the AC running in heat of July.

Great salad bar with lots of options. Great variety of various sweet hot and mustardy sauces. Brisket was ok. Very tender butt not a whole lot of smoked flavor.

I have been here many times over the years. Today I stopped for lunch when they were very busy which was ok i had time. But I ordered the lunch shrimp and everything was good except shrimp which i ordered fried. Shrimp was so breaded but sooooo tough, like cheap poor shrimp or overcooked So I nicely told waitress and on a few minutes I had a complete new lunch but some tough shrimp. I could barely cut wit knife in paper in basket, but managed to get a few bites. This item was bad so took that off my list at Dustins. Next time if i have another problem I will just remove this place to dine. Waitress was SUPER. Think kitchen was St fault.

On my way home yesterday I decided to stop and get some barbecue and I saw dustin's which I always go to eat at in melbourne. I asked for baby back ribs with the chicken of the special. They had going on that day. I asked for no sauce on the ribs because I do do keto.. The ribs had no seasoning whatsoever, and they were very dry.. Also I bought a pound of the sliced pork, which did not even have any smoke flavor to it.. I definitely will never stop at this Dustin's again.. The service by the waitress was excellent.

This Dustins over all I have been to in North and South Florida is #1. The food is always cooked the way you want it.

Advantage of the Port Orange location is that it has Brunswick Stew offered daily. Prefer Dustin's to the other local BBQ establishments. Free soft vanilla ice cream

Hey its the standard bbq chain like Sonnys. You know what your going to get. This one has good service

The problem here is consistency. You would think they would have a standard in slicing the pork One time it is real thin (like it should be because of the amount of fat). Tonight it was sliced so thick I could hardly bite through it. Also ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium. Burger was well done and not a lick of cheese on it . Very disappointed. Usually, and I have frequented often, they are pretty good, but if tonight was the first time I had been there, I would not return.

This is a great place to eat.. Loved the service. The BBQ was good and he ribs were awesome falling off the bone.. finger licking good. Can't wait to go back in July.

4 outa 5 times when I order the 1/2 lb brisket, they give me a pile of fat with like 40% actual beef! Great way to waste $17 not to mention the sides taste like cardboard. Overpriced high slop

My husband and I went the other day. I got the salad bar and he got the wieners and baked beans and corn on the cob. He loved his. I always love the salad bar. I would just hope that they would have some. Maybe chopped ham or something as far as meat on the salad bar?

If you're looking for genuine BBQ in the Daytona area, stay out of the chain joints. Dustin's is the local joint doing it right. Family owned forever with delicious food, great service and a comfortable atmosphere. What more could you ask for?

Salad bar is always good and fresh. Chicken was somewhat dry. Husband says baked beans were tastless, made with ketchup. Service was good and the atmosphere is Dustins!

Lettuce was nice and crisp, nice salad bar and selection. Some side dishes were kind of bland. Vanilla ice cream only. Brisket was a little dry. Chicken breast with sweet sauce was great! They have a very nice craved wood sign that says they support our troops, but no military discount!??

The worst chicken ive have had EVER

By far the best BBQ joint me and my husband have ever had. We both had the pulled pork sandwich added sweet sauce and a little cole slaw, with bbq baked beans it was delicious this is our new favorite

The server was super sweet but way over worked. She was the only one serving and bussing the entire restaurant. To do that and still have a good attitude was impressive. Because she was so short staffed though it was slow going. The food was good with bread being the main portion. The chicken was very dry but tasted fine. Fries were all good well. I’ve had better bbq sauce and I’ve had worse. Similar to sonnys flavor wise.

We normally go to Sonny's, but they didn't have any pulled pork. So, we went down the street to Dustin's. Service was okay, but food quality was lacking. In our opinion, the Cole slaw had way too much sugar, and we were unable to eat it. The pulled pork was served Luke warm and was lacking flavor. We may try this place again someday, but we will definitely order something different.

Everytime we come to Daytona, our first night here for dinner is always at Dustin's. Delicious pulled pork, amazing baked beans and awesome salad bar! We also had great service!

I probably eat at Dustins 3 or 4 times a week. I like getting there before 5 pm take your Pick of the tables you want to.sit at. Not to busy after the lunch and just before the dining starts. Really like the soup.and said bar. 3 choices of soups. I personally like the Brunswick stew , the Gumbo, broccoli and cheese, chicken noodle are my favorite.the char- grilled .chicken breasts dinner is really good 2 char-grilled boneless breasts, 2 sides ,Texas toast. Yum. The other day I had the New York strip steak , one side and the soup & salad bar, plus I added a char-grilled boneless BBQ chicken breast. Extra charge for that . The service is always great and the servers are always nice. And work very hard.i appreciate them. Ate on 01/30/24, everything was great plus love the new parking lot lights, nice and bright easy to see in the night time .

We were looking forward to BBQ and Dustin's delivered. There were 4 of us... everyone had ribs, babyback, and St Louis style. I also had brisket. Our sides were baked beans, coleslaw, corn on cob, and potato salad. All was yummy. Our waitress was very informative and helpful. Thank you.

Father came to visit and he approved of the food. He is from T.N and always goes to Texas so if he says anything positive about your BBQ it’s valid.

Just picked up a carry-out order and the blonde with acne on her face is really rude said yep when I told her thank you and then I said have a good one and she rolled her eyes. Put her back washing dishes because she has a back of the house face and attitude as well.

It wasn't that bad. The server wasn't very attentive toward the end. We had to wait for the check, and it wasn't that busy. Prices are a little steep for what you get. I got the smoked sliced turkey because it was the cheapest. Chicken was almost $19!

Dustin’s barbecue is absolutely delicious! Their prices have definitely gone up, but the quality of the food is excellent and the service is always great. It’s not a fancy place, but if you’re looking for delicious barbecue, and a great, well-stocked salad bar, this is your place. I also love that they have free ice cream cones, which is definitely something that keeps coming back!

Theresa is wonderful 😊, Pete is fantastic and Emily is a joy. Food is always, always 100% perfect. Natural wood decor, healthy plants, country music and free vanilla ice cream cones. SMOKED TURKEY IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST.

Came to Dustin's last night for the first time.... And the last time... Never again... Our server Mary clearly was out of it and frazzle brained during the time we went and I observed her waiting other tables and checking on other guests double amount than how much she checked on our table... Got a very awkward profiling vibe from her and she made the experience just as bad as the food... I hate to call people out but it was just super uncomfortable and rude how she didn't care for me and my fiance but cared for other tables more( examples the table right behind us she checked on a dozen times where she barely checked us on three times I counted) as for the food the fries tasted not cooked all the way... The buns for sandwich was like cafeteria style buns or of cheap quality... The beans had so much sweet sauce in them that's all you tasted and was overpowering... My fiance did like the ribs so that's the only plus i would give Dustin's... Of course my review is just one of many and is only me and my finances opinion on our experience there at the time but it was enough for us not to ever go back.

Best southern BBQ in a 50 mile radius!!!!!!

Our favorite family BBQ has really gone downhill. The food is mediocre, expensive and the service is hit or miss. They never have any rare beef anymore or really any with any pink. It's all just this mindless gray color and tough. French fries are not cooked enough. Go figure. We will say the salad bar is still great though in all honesty. Just thoroughly disappointing.

We usually do “pick up” for our to go orders. The staff are always efficient and friendly unlike the other barbecue place down the street. The corn nuggets are to actually die for! Their fried chicken strips are phenomenal especially unexpected for a barbecue place and their ribs are awesome also. We are extremely happy using Dustins for many meals. Kudos!

This is definitely a family barbecue joint. Prices are very reasonable, portions are good size, and the food has good flavor and variety. We ordered the lunch specials and got to select our Mini side as well as our regular side. The Mac and cheese was creamy and steaming hot, the green beans were well cooked, but flavourful, the potato salad, had just the right amount of zip to it. Everyone was pleased with their meal, and with 5 people, the price came out around $80, can't go wrong with that, and we'll definitely try it again.

We have visited the Port Orange location for over 5 years to enjoy the delicious salad bar. The price for 2 lunch salad bars, one tiny side of pulled pork and 2 glasses of water is now up to $35.00. They have overpriced themselves and lost our business. Sad to say......won't be coming back.

We have been craving Dustin's bbq for quite a while and we are happy that we finally stopped in at the port orange location. We were seated promptly and our waitress gave us menus. We already knew what we wanted to order. Our food arrived in under ten minutes and it was fresh and hot. Our drinks were refilled and I was happy that our waitress always came by to check on us. The restaurant was clean and not crowded. We will definitely be coming back again.

Tried this restaurant and got the Baby Rack ribs and corn nuggets. The corn nuggets were over cooked, baby backs were ok but not like most other restaurants bc they were a little dryer than most. What really got me was my daughters hotdog came out overcooked. Bathrooms were grimy. Staff was friendly but need to focus on cooking area primarily.

I love barbecue and this has got to be one of the best places I've been to. For me, the best way to judge a barbecue joint is the brisket at this did not disappoint! It was moist and tasty and beautiful to look at, the ribs were awesome. . Do not miss this place.

One of the worst take out meals we have had. Food was luke warm after a 5 min car journey home. I guess they make it up early and it was sitting waiting for us, despite me being early for pick up. I had smoked half chicken which was tough and chewy. Baked potato was barely cooked, so that it would not mash up, and almost cold. Coleslaw was dry. My husband's babyback ribs were barely warm, as was his mac n cheese. French fries were almost cold and leathery. Definitely not fresh. We were hungry so we heated up in microwave and ate it. Honestly, the only item that was ok is the cornbread, but even that was dry, so we ate it with butter and it was enjoyable. 5 stars for the waitress who was exceptionally friendly at curbside delivery. I ate there during their lunch hours. I had the pulled pork plate lunch special, a great value meal at a great price. It was a lot of food! Staff was friendly, and the food came out fast and hot.

Safety protocols in place, my party was quickly seated before enjoying the self-serve soup & salad bar. Food and service were great, however, sitting behind an filthy table was unpleasant.

The food wasn't Well Cooked. It was a waste of Money. I ended up throwing it out. The Restaurant itself was Clean, but The Salad Bar was Unsanitary. The Wait Staff was Friendly.

Worlds smallest ribs. Think they came from a hamster. Decent brisket. Lighting is reminiscent of prison dining hall.

Ordered takeout on door dash. Got the baby back ribs, pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and corn on the cob. Their ribs are so tender and fall off the bone. Pork is juicy. BBQ sauce is absolutely delicious, as well as their sides! Highly recommend and will be ordering again!

Good tasting food at a good price 😋

The sign at the entrance read Please seat yourself so we did in the back against the wall. We had our family joining us so we needed a long table. The only table was dirty, with dishes and rags. My wife and I cleaned the table, stacked the dishes, and the rags to the side. The young lady who came about 10 minutes later was nice, and attentive during our time there.

Have always enjoyed the salad bar here, recently went and the prices were crazy high for the salad bar. Unfortunately I will not be returning, have enjoyed this place for many years prior to the last price increase. I think they will probably drive themselves out of business with their increases on menu items.
