This place is amazing!! I went on a saturday around 5ish. First of all the customer service was amazing! Big smiles, and great attitude. The food was so flavorful and FILLING!! I had a great time. I definitely recommend!

I tried this place on a whim, and waited a little over 30 minutes for my sandwich. I ordered the El Cuban, And let me tell you it was worth every one of those minutes that I waited!! The pulled pork and the ham on the sandwich tasted scratch made, whether they were or not I do not know, but it melted in your mouth. The sandwich was huge and when I looked at it I thought, I’ll probably only be able to eat half of this. Hahahaha Who was I kidding? Whole thing gone no regrets…… maybe a few regrets ….but it was delicious. Go get one.

Tried this place on my way to work on Sunday because there’s nothing like PR Food but unfortunately this was disappointed. The food was bland and didn’t have that authentic Puertorican flavor, it’s giving me nock off PR food . I recommend trying the place across the street it’s more desirable.

We needed some coffee halfway home from Denton and stumbled on this food truck park and Eddie's place was here. All I saw was Puerto Rican and I was sold! I can't believe I found this little gem. So good and an authentic PR menu! I'll be back! 🇵🇷

This is my 4 th day in Texas moved from Wisconsin and One of the best Puerto Rican food I had in years. Highly recommend this place for good quality food. Owner is friendly and made the way like it spicy 😛😛

This place is so good! Ask for the garlic sauce. We have taken many friends and family here back to back. There can be a wait when it’s busy but is worth the wait!

I tried Eddie Knows Best when donating blood during the Fireworks that the city Princeton, Tx held! I was so blown away with the flavor bomb and juicy meat that Eddie makes! Nothing this man makes is BAD, you can taste the passion and love of cooking in his Food!! You will never have such Authentic Puerto Rican food unless your fortunate to visit this beautiful place or know a lovely family here in the US that will break bread with you ! Eddie Knows Best makes delicious authentic Puerto Rican cuisine. Their Carne Frita is bursting with flavors and their Arroz con Gandules was perfectly made. I’ve never had an empanadilla de pizza before so of course I had to try it and I’m so glad I did. What an interesting twist to a empanada. I will be recommending Eddie Knows Best to all my traveling friends and family that will be visiting the Dallas area. Can’t wait to stop by again!

I am not a fan of Mexican food but I have eaten Puerto Rican dishes and this is right up there. You cannot compare the two so I stopped by and tried it out so glad I did. Matter of fact this corner of food trucks is some of the best eats and treats, you are missing out if you don't stop. The traffic going east after work, it's not getting any better just stop and try something you will not be disappointed.

The location is in a food truck location. The food is excellent! Not many PRican food places north of Dallas. So this is a great surprise and for sure will be returning to taste their other items on the menu.

Today was the day I finally tried Eddie Knows Best! Im so glad i did!!! Fresh homemade empanadillas!!! I tried the New York sandwich today, trying to be cautious...but there was no need for that. Food is delicious...I will be trying everything on the menu!!

Food was delicious, I come from a family with very good cooks. I have high standards when it comes to our traditional Puerto Rican food and this place nailed it! Food was so good and I was very impressed nothing like a family meal but this was as close to the same taste and texture to home. I am very curious where from the Island they are related to because this was very similar, we are definitely coming back. Hopefully next time, I can resist and take a picture before eating it.

45 minutes for cold, bland food. Enough said.

Amazing fresh authentic Puerto Rican food. Reminds me of back home.

I have been craving Puertorican food for a while but everything is out of the area. I’m puertorican and I really enjoyed my mofongo con carne frita. The sauce for the mofongo is so good that I added it to the delicious relleno de papa too. The relleno de papa is lightly crisped on the outside and nice and soft in the inside. The beef empanadas were done perfectly too. My daughter had the beef empanadas and white rice and beans and she ate it all. I recommend Eddie Knows Best, go check them out!

Love their empanadas and my husband really liked the Cubano I ordered him. Definitely recommend giving them a try!
