The atmosphere was terrific. It was a Sunday afternoon and the kids wanted to listen to some music and have lunch, so we tried Ednas on the Green. We got the Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos (I forgot to take a pic) but there were amazing! I typically do not like pulled pork from most places however these were juicy, flavorful and went really well with the nachos & cheese. Highly recommend the pulled pork nachos. They are sharable. There is a small building for cover if it rains. There is a large outdoor space with picnic tables and a few 4 top tables. Others brought their own popup chairs. Beautiful tree covered space to sit relax and enjoy some daytime music and food. They have lots of drink options from unlimited sodas, to beer and wine. I do t recall if they had liquor. I'll check it out again and edit. Lol. Don't miss out, great vibes, great food, great place. Enjoy!

Arrived at Edna’s on Tuesday evening around 6:45 for dinner only to be told the kitchen was closing early for the evening. WTH? Stuff like this should be prominently posted on this website or the Village’s radio so many people don’t spend 40-45 minutes driving to get there to find nothing available. Be a cold day in Hell before we make that treck again.

Really love visiting here. The atmosphere under the live oak trees is second to none.

One of the best kept secrets- this outdoor venue is just awe inspiring with its hundred plus year old Live Oaks covered in beautiful hanging Spanish moss- the collard greens are some of the best I’ve had and the smash burgers are outstanding! Check out the Hognose path behind here for some great views, we always get great gator shots back there as well!! DOG FRIENDLY- NO outside food or beverages are allowed in Edna’s dining area!!

So much fun with Scooter the DJ teaching line dancing. Can walk or ride 2.5 miles around Hogeye.

Not very friendly, manager told me I couldn’t bring in water with me on a very hot day. Expected me to buy their bottled water even though I was buying dinner.

What a beautiful scene to have a good meal and listen to live music. The oak trees provide great shade and we will definitely be going back.

Good food, but for the price I could have had a steak dinner on the square. I asked for crackers to go with my wife’s salad and the lady looked at me like I was from Mars.

This place has the potential to be a destination location- Lovely atmosphere and ambience! Food was imho overpriced for what we got. The blackened redfish po boy was way better than the salad, but alas still overpriced for what was on the tray.

Ednas is a fun place to go for a casual afternoon or evening. Entertainment is usually good. No happy hour, drink prices a little high but not ridiculous. You should be allowed to bring water as hot as it is now, though. Definitely will be going back. Did not eat, so there is no food review to give.

Nice place to go. You can get in a quick 9 or 18 holes at the pitch and putt while you are there.

The food is overpriced for what you get. The Smashburger was extremely dry. We also had the cheesesteak which was very good and the roll was exceptional with the exception that there was not very much meat on the sandwich. Overall I’m giving it a 3 because the service was prompt and friendly.

We went with our friends to the grand opening of the new eateries . Nice new building to serve the food from and new pavement at the entrance. We got there about 3pm and the place was kinda empty. I think the fact it was 96 degrees might have had something to do with it.

Just came for some beverages and great entertainment. The beer was wonderful and the entertainment was Singer, Songwriter, Storyteller, Dale Stumbo, so it was great!! (Did not eat this visit.) Highly recommend a visit to Edna's on the Green. If you make it on Thursdays 4-7, you'll get to meet Dale! Well behaved pets are welcomed.

Edna’s on the green is very relaxing when they get the buildings done it will be even better. The food is your typical food truck food.

Always a fabulous time sitting under the gorgeous Live Oak trees listening to great music and eating a burger or an assortment of flatbreads with a good cold beer . Plenty of room to spread out with your favorite yard chair . Just don't bring your own food or drink, the food truck takes care of your hunger needs and the beer counter has plenty.

Great atmosphere!!!! However - the man and woman who always work the beverage counter are RUDE. Try smiling.

Sitting out under the oaks listening to Dale Stumbo play is the most relaxing beautiful way to spend an afternoon. The food offered at Edna’s food trucks is amazing! I had the blackened redfish and both my friends enjoyed it as much as I did.

One of many great spots to grab a bite, a cool drink, and listen to some live entertainment. This place has an outdoor food truck, a bar serving beer, wi e, and some assorted canned beverages. All seating is outside, but mostly shaded. Right next to a chip and putt golf course. Nice setting, good food and service.

Couple of basic food trucks and kind of a long wait to get a drink, but ambiance of this outside setting and the music make for a very nice evening. Bring your own chair.

Great Flatbread. Had many times. Usually very nice live music going on. Nice variety of beverages. Everything very appropriately priced.

I wish the food was better. The band was excellent. People at the bar should be more pleasant. 2 of us $30 plus. And a bottle of vino was another $18 plus .

Edna's is a great place to go for a drink and food with good music and great service. The food is consistently good and reasonably priced. We love going before or after a round of golf at one of the nearby courses. Our favorites are the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and pulled pork nachos.

We didn’t eat there as they offer little or no gluten free items. Also, we do not drink alcohol, which is the main draw. The music that night was very good.

Great Concept but the villages isn't planning well. Tried again on this past Sunday, they removed a food truck and are building a restaurant onsite. Waiting in a long line, the food truck guy said they were behind and had to stop taking orders, I waited 10 more minutes and decided the overpriced food was not worth the wait. Glad I made that choice, the drink line was insane. To the Villages - why not have rolling food trucks and different ones each month. I feel you had a great concept but messed it up.

Great outdoor alternative. Live music, seating in the shade of large oak trees or walk the Hogeye trail, pitch & putt or swimming. Pavillion serving soda, beer, drinks, etc. EDNA'S food trucks.

Good food; great location and atmosphere. On the expensive side, but getting used to that here in The Villages.

Edna's on the Green is near the Water Lily Bridge in the Villages. It is right beside a pitch and putt. It is a nice place to eat. I highly recommend it!

It's different! Food trucks and liquid refreshments, sit under trees if you can find a shady spot. Bring your own chairs too. music can be quite loud considering the small area!

It was a nice time. The food and alcohol beverages are rather high. The entertainment was excellent. I believe his name was R.J. and he was wonderful.

Located off the Hogeye walking path and in the Cattail recreation center for easy parking, which is in south portion of The Villages, FL. Great smashburgers at the food truck. Bar has various types of drinks.

To the ladies in the bar working…thank you for helping me and my husband today with our health scare. To the handsome young man who then took over and gave us cold water and towels along with being on the phone with 911…you’re much appreciated. I’m so sorry I failed to thank you for your kindness! My husband is ok btw. Heat exhaustion and dehydration. Sorry for the inconvenience and we will be back to this lovely place. Gorgeous!!

Food is generally good. There really isn't a service. Food trucks and a spot to pick up your drinks. Basically selfservice. The atmosphere is nice and generally live music. Bugs can sometimes be problem.

Always a good time.. something to do for a few hours. The flatbread is fabulous.

What a wonderful place to enjoy music, get a bite. And have a drink. Great selection of local craft beers. All natural shade from the trees. Just a beautiful venue.

The Villages' hidden gem! Tucked away off the green of a beautiful golf course is Ednas' food truck garden. There's 3 trucks to choose from, but there were only 2 open when we went, and they offer different, delicious items. I chose the smashburger and it didn't disappoint. The major draw is the amazing view and vibe. There's a bar that serves only beer and wine and live music to watch the sun go down to. People of all ages were enjoying the night, so bring everyone! It can fill up quick so bring chairs.

Great spot to eat and drink! The Spanish moss and oak trees are amazing. Great view of the golf course. The food trucks have a great selection! The grouper sandwich was tasty! The greens are as southern as you can get. Lots of live music scheduled on the patio.

Edna's is always great fun, food and adult beverages and lots of excellent entertainment! Great environment to hang out in! The food trucks are incredible and don't forget the purple haze ice cream our favorite for dessert!

Updated 8-1-22 Horrible experience today, ordered the Smash burger and it was nothing like my original burger three weeks ago. So, disappointed! From the stale bun, to cold fries there was nothing good about it. Cheese wasn't melted and I think they just gave me a left over burger and fries from lunch. Beware the food truck guy had nothing to say when I complained to him so I'm just updating my review accordingly. Tossed out the burger and I will not be back! Visited Edna's on the Green today for the first time and we were not disappointed. Had the smash burger single with pamento cheese and it was outstanding! While my wife had the soft shell crab with salad! She absolutely raved about the salad while the crab was also tasty! If you're in the area for lunch make sure to check it out!

Great place to stop and grab a beer. There is plenty of parking /golf cart parking. You can get a drink, food, desserts! When I was here there was a musician playing a variety of music, 5 o'clock somewhere, the joker and more. We grabbed a picnic bench, caught up with friends and enjoyed the atmosphere. A wonderful hidden gem in the villages. --- update Always a great place to stop by. There is usually music, the food trucks are yummy, and lots of drink options. Today I grabbed a BBQ pulled pork pasta with fried okra. It is very good & tasteful. Not a complaint in the house
