Had a salmon and crab dinner, it was a nice appetizer. Now I need to find some where to get a meal. We will not be back.

Had an incredible experience at Prima! Sam provided exceptional service, attentive and friendly throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend Prima for both amazing service and outstanding cuisine!"

This was my second time at Prima and once again, everything was good. This time, it was for a 50th birthday celebration🥳The crab cakes were delicious!!! Hot and fresh!!!😃I ordered a Shirley Temple which was cool and refreshing! My entree was chicken fettuccine. It was ok. It didn’t WOW me, but it was good. Fresh hot bread is always a winner!! The main star of the show, besides the birthday girl, was our server SAM!!!! Talk about customer service!!! 👏🏼 Sam was attentive, friendly and sociable!!! 10 out of 10!!!! Give Sam a raise!!! He deserves it!!!😊Thanks Prima for always making my visit an experience♥️

We tried this place few times but unfortunately they don’t care about customer satisfaction!! Was hopping to have our special occasions celebrated there but I guess that’s not gonna happen any more I found a nasty hair in my food and the manager offered came & gave me a voucher to use later but it’s written very small which was very hard to read ! We went to cash that! Showed it to server from the first when we arrived and told them we want to use that! They never mentioned is only $25 worth of entree food not any food $25 total! That being said we end up paying almost $30 out of pocket to use that voucher which cost us more than usual !! They not notify u in advance but at the end when the bill comes! They explain that way!!!

Steak was fatty and wife's pasta was over cooked.

We were spending the night at Wildwood Hitel & Spa and stopped in for dinner. The food was phenomenal and the service was even better. We will be making this a frequent stop when traveling through in the future! The Parmesan risotto and the garlic potatoes are a MUST TRY!

Welcome to service with attitude but only from The day shift staff at the bar!! Very disappointing service to say the least! Both female bartenders were not welcoming at all. When we arrived today at 2 pm there was no one sitting at the bar inside. It was my first time here and my friend actually has their VIP membership but she said it has been a while since she has been here. I thought it was only us but when I saw the same attitude with the next party of 3 people who came after us I realized it is just a simple lack of hospitality workers. I was served an expression martini dripping all over without a napkin or a coaster and when I managed to ask for one it was literally thrown at me!! The Suleiman family should Know about this as it is not acceptable. We ordered the bruschetta appetizers and it was more of a pastry as they had applied I believe what tasted like jam to each slice of bread so what happens to People with diabetics?? Or anyone watching for their sugar intake!! So disappointing. We did not complain and the lady bartender from the night shift was much nicer and paid attention to our drinks.

Update: Recently went again and ordered a short rib roast and pasta for early dining and I took one bite and told the friendly server that I wasn't hungry anymore. I've had short rib so offer Florida, especial in Palm Beach county and it's completely different here. I'll go again for pizza but that's it unless I hear from them about a problem they had. Fabulous location that is authentic in every possible way. We're from Italy and will be moving to Brownwood area in the next month after close of home. This restaurant truly has everything to offer and includes an array of outstanding dishes from different parts of Italy. So whether you're a steak lover or enjoy pasta with white or red sauce you'll find it here and served fresh and full of Italian flavor. As a reviewer I'm 100 percent honest and understand all issues facing restaurants and commend this operation in many ways. The only downside was that our meals were not cooked as ordered, for example the prime cut of steak we ordered, as sharing enables us to present a more accurate review and for as many dishes as we can afford. The steaks looked great and were good but definitely medium well unfortunately and not medium rare as that's our preference. We mentioned it to the sweet server but I believe the server was very busy and didn't offer to replace the steaks. We sincerely wished to give this beautiful Italian restaurant a full five stars but can't because of that issue. However, if we visit the again in the next month we'll update accordingly and I'm certain that the only concerning issue won't happen again. We remain anonymous to be 100 percent authentic and fair and even rate Michelin level restaurants this way as it's the most accurate for you, the customer. We have a great meal and server.

We all ordered brunch dishes. Although you could tell the taste of the food was good, it was served cold. Benedict muffins hard to cut. French toast and hash cold. Our waiter was fabulous! We will give it another try, just wish we could have enjoyed the food more.

Always five star here. From the time we walk in the door until we leave. Our server Kyle is outstanding! We have had him on two separate occasions and will ask for him in the future. We are always greeted by someone in management during our visit. Thank you we will continue to patronize your restaurant!

Service was incredibly slow even though the place was mostly empty when we got there. Pizza was gas station quality at best, completely soaked in olive oil to the point the crust was soggy, salmon was dry and risotto over salted, the bathroom soap dispenser was empty which was next to the sign that said employees must wash hands so I guess that means they are not washing their hands…

Attended a cooking class, which was fun and a great experience.

The atmosphere is very classy but also relaxed. The cocktails were all perfect. The food was excellent with very generous portions.

We would rate it higher but google only allows 5 stars. Kyleah and Rafael were amazing!!! World class service and they made our anniversary extra special. Needless to say we highly recommend this place!

Wow!!! 8 of us ate there. Each dish was wonderful! My girlfriend and I split the lobster filled cannelloni. Friends had bolognese, chicken picatta, Salad with salmon and a short rib pasta. All were excellent! Hubby had a petit fillet, and it was perfectly cooked. Our server Kyle was excellent!!!

Their lobster cannelloni is superb. The lobster melt in your mouth and the cannelloni is so flavorful.This was the best dish I had from a restaurant in a long time and I definitely will eat here again.

We went for lunch with our golf group. We were seated promptly, had excellent service and everyone enjoyed their meals. I had Caesar salad with blackened chicken and it was delicious.

Food temps were lukewarm at best and steaks overcooked, not what you should expect when you are paying $38-42 per plate. The atmosphere is nice but not pleasant with tables so close you cannot enjoy table conversation without raising your voice above those seated nearby.

What an excellent place to enjoy an afternoon meal. The waiter and staff were awesome. I highly recommend Prima Steakhouse Yep, nothing has changed. What an awesome place to go for lunch, service, and food was excellent

I had the chicken primavera which was excellent. My husband had the lasagna. It was fabulous. A little loud in the restaurant however good company and great food. Excellent customer service by Kai they bring out bread with oil dip. Pricing for the food. $$-$$$

I went with 3 others. We ate on the patio, since it was sit right down. The food was great, and didn't take very long. I had lasagna. The price was ok; $25, including a beer.

First time back at Prima in about 2 years. Came in for the Prime Rib special. The table service from Soloman was excellent! Soloman was very friendly and attentive. It's always nice to get great service when you dine out. Food was good. The prime rib wasn't the best I've had. A little on the tough side. Sides were very good. Portion size was generous. Excellent ceasar salad and warm bread pre-entree. I'll likely be back to try a steak entree.

This place is the bomb. From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like royalty. The host's so friendly, always polite. The servers are polite and very attentive, very knowledgeable of the menu. I got the parmesan crusted grouper my husband had the prime rib dip everything was superb. Shout out to our server Katrina you are a rock star!!! We will be back ty..... Management also attentive every time we have been there....

Solid meal and service in a cute location in the Villages. Steaks cooked perfect. Lots of shops and entertainment within close proximity. Situated in a great location to walk off the excellent meal. 👌

I make a better steak at home, especially for that overinflated price. For you to get an idea, go to any steak house and you will get similar to better steaks for a heck of a lot less. Don't believe me & would like to regret something? Then give this place a try. Our server was really nice tho.

Nice place but food not so great. I ordered a special, so awful I actually got a complimentary card for another meal. I gave it another chance. Just as bad. I have heard pizza is good, and maybe the steak is good too. High prices and mediocre food didn't warrant ordering an expensive steak.

Fantastic pricing for a more upscale Italian restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. I wish it had been served a bit hotter and was the only issue. Service was great, which is so nice to have these days. Definitely a repeater for me!

My bestie and I had my 70th birthday lunch yesterday. We sat outside and everything was great.

Nice place, entertainment was very good BUT the food was not that good ☹️. We were a party of six, the chicken parmigiana was dry, barely any marinara & in an Italian restaurant, you would like a side of pasta not fries, but they don't have any on the lunch menu. The grouper sandwich had the smallest fish portion I ever saw anywhere, ever! & My 4 other friends didn't like their lunches either.

Updated ate at Prima last night on May 23rd and it was all horrible. My husband's Veal Parm was dry and I ordered the special shrimp lobster pasta and it was horrible sent it back and got Lobster Cannaolie and the lobster tail was good but the pasta for the cannolie was not it was chewy and undercooked and our friends salmon risoto was awful. Ugh so bummed. Plus the service was slow 2 hour dinner could not get checked out took too long. If we come back I am only ordering fettuccine and my husband will only order spaghetti and meatballs. Seriously the BEST restaurant in The Villages! OMG amazing Alfredo and THEIR Bread is AMAZING and eggplant parmesan! Wow! THE Red Barrel red blend is the best full bodied red dry wine I have ever had!

The food service and atmosphere were excellent

I had a chef special which was parrot fish and it was nothing more than a lukewarm piece of fish sitting next to a plate of microwave rice in general MEK restaurants do a very poor job in preparedness. My date had shrimp and grits, but it had their take which included andouille sausage, which is not anywhere near shrimp and grits. They need to look their menu items and how they prepare them, also Blue Fin. Subpar at best stick to the bar the bartenders are great.

Love this place. Sat. and Sun. Brunch is excellent. The fabulous bloody mary bar is the cherry on top. The manager, Damon, is one of the kindest and most friendly people we have met. All this keeps us coming back

Be careful when going to Prima Italian Steakhouse. We had a party of 6 yesterday for a Mother’s Day dinner. I had suggested it because it was so good last year when we went. Three of the people we were with are violently ill and got food poisoning and have been sick ever since.They are all from different households so it wasn’t a virus. They all ate the same thing. It was the Seafood Ravioli. Someone from our party called to tell the manager so they could check the food and he acted like she wasn’t telling the truth. The manager said that the dish was very popular. I don’t care if it’s popular or not. It made 3 people who ate the same dishes incredibly ill. There were also gnats everywhere and were getting in our drinks. They did replace the drink, but to pay that much for dinner for half of the guests to be ill at least be a little bit more compassionate to your guests and to make sure nothing is wrong for future guests who may get sick. I also didn’t appreciate the cursing from the bartenders as we were walking out and the poor service from our waiter who was mad that we told him about the gnats in the drinks. We will not be back. I hope no one else got sick yesterday 😞

This is a great Italian option in the Villages. Food is really good. I had a great lasagna and my husband loved the Margherita pizza. Mary was our server and she was great with her suggestions. We really enjoyed the live music they played.

I love Prima. The employees are always welcoming and do a good job. The food and drinks are delicious. The environment is nice too, whether you eat inside or out. I also enjoy the cooking classes they have. A wonderful restaurant.

Can't rate the food or atmosphere because we never got seated. Restaurant was busy but we had made a reservation days in advanced. When we arrived (20minutes early) they told us we would get a text when the table was ready. No text came. Multiple people walked in and were seated. I realize that some probably had reservations or were on the list for a while but to not have been acknowledged in any way was disheartening. After an hour of waiting, we left and still did not get text notification about our table being ready. Such a shame since we had a decent experience here 2 years ago.

My husband and I loved it here! We travel a lot and taste a variety from the best places and found all of it cooked to perfection right here! I tasted many beet salads from NY but this one’s flavor profile is another level…Holy sweetness, the roasted almonds perfect nuttiness, the cheese all together just a burst of flavor, all in the cranberries-you just have to try it!! The crab cakes are FRESH and just perfectly crispy with nice color, melts on your pallet. I truly fell in love with the lobster dinner. It’s cooked to perfection, the kind you’d get in Maine. It’s truly a work of art this dish. I ordered a chicken Alfreado, the sauce wasn’t a 10/10 but decent, still good. Everything else, just love on a plate. I saved this place as one of my favorites. Additionally, the plating is gorgeous, our waiter was wonderful beautiful atmosphere and a price point you cannot go wrong with. It’s close to fine dining quality in terms of taste. The managers also passed by and asked how were doing, very friendly and I appreciate that in any buisness. It says a lot about how the involved and passionate they are as well. Thank you for serving us. You have two returning customer, warmest appreciation to the lobster chef !!

Sam took care of us and he's fabulous. We had 2 birthday boys and a table of 4. The service and food was fabulous. We bought the VIP membership and I hope we use it.

My favorite place to go in the Brownwood Paddock area. The menu variety is great and the service is excellent. I wish they had a few more options on the Bloody Mary bar, but that's about all I wish were different. Sunday brunch on a patio is awesome.

Excellent sea bass and prime rib. Ravioli appetizer cooled off and was very tough. Wste of saffron sauce. My mom could not chew/bite it. Went with small group for Easter brunch, but no brunch items, limited very heavy menu, very disappointed.

My wife and I went to Prima on a very busy Friday night. We were promptly seated at our reservation time and very quickly greeted by the waiter, who was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout the night. We discussed the wine with our waiter, and his recommendation was perfect - and actually at a lower price point than the one I had originally mentioned. The food was excellent, and the portions were very good. We ended the evening with fantastic Limoncello Martinis and a decadent chocolate cake and gelato combination. The entire experience was everything you could hope for, and enjoyable the entire time we were there. Given that the place was packed (March is one of the busiest times of the year), both food and drink arrived promptly and at the expected temperature - which speaks volumes for the efficiency of the backend operations. Highly recommended.

My husband and I are a big fan of going to different restaurants. We came here for lunch on my husband’s birthday and it was amazing! I rarely leave a review but I had to this time. Our server Ky was AWESOME! The food was great and they had a good price. We are definitely coming back! The owner should be proud of this place!

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and we had already made a reservation and the music coming from the restaurant was just up our alley! We were seated promptly. It took our server about 10 minutes to acknowledge us for a drink order. When refills were needed that took more time than it should have. I waited about 22 minutes for a glass of wine that I wanted to enjoy with my dinner. Everyone at our table got steaks including me. Personally my filet was horrible. I have had many fillets in my life and never had one this tough, undercooked and flavorless. The other stakes were just as bad. The only saving grace was the side vegetables. As the music got louder and we could not get the attention of our waitress because she was up front singing. We just wanted to get our check and leave so we had to bother another waiter. Not sure if we can give this another chance?

Hands down the best restaurant in the villages Ive been to and the location in Brownwood is great. The service is notably better than anywhere else I’ve been and that speaks volumes to me. The food is quality and you know you’re in the right place for Italians when they tell you they fill the cannoli to order❣️ Nice job, Prima!

The Best-of-the-Best in The Villages (note the Capital T) total experience. Friendly as anywhere. Food Awards hanging everywhere. Indoor or Outdoor dining. Dancing and music across the street NIGHTLY. One glass of CA Cabernet with salad and pasta = $39. Reservations recommended.

They missed the boat here.. Service was outstanding(Maria) and manager did all he could, then made things right with a free dessert and 50 dollars in credit If we return.. Son and I ordered 2 different steaks $90 +. Both steaks were ordered MR. Took quite awhile which we were ok with since Maria and Manger let us know.. Well, one steak was cooked rare and other one was MW..neither one was close to MR.. If you are gonna have 'steak house' in the title you gotta get atleast one steak right. Sides were cold and sub par. That being said, because of service and manager, we will probably return and go with an Italian dish!!🤌🇮🇹

Excellent food! We loved the bread. Always pleased I can enjoy the 1000 Stories Bourbon-barrel cab while my 3 companions thought highly of their Manhattans with the house bourbon but still reasonably priced. Our server made up for the somewhat lengthy time it took to serve us by bringing 2 loaves. My pork ribeye was fabulously tasty. The rest of my co-diners were truly pleased with their dishes: veal Parmesan, chicken Marsala, and salmon Oscar. Prima is one of our favorite restaurants; we visit regularly.

Service was great - can't wait for our next visit there! Great Ribeye and the Pecan Encrusted Hailibut was the best I have ever had.

Prima Italian Steakhouse is a hustling and bustling spot. Packed with people every night, and I can see why! Great location in the square, makes for a great night out. The crab cakes were large and FULL of crab. Salmon Oscar was truest quite good. Nicely cooked salmon, creamy risotto and the crab meat mixed in stole the show. Lobster cannelloni seems to be very popular, and was great, steak was good and the staff were accommodating to switch out mash for a loaded potato! Good service, very talkative and friendly. Honestly the food was good but nothing really amazed me. They did, however, sit very heavy after the night was over. Nonetheless I’d love to return and try the lasagna! Looked amazing!

Our waitress Sandy deserves a 10 rating, she made sure all our needs were met. She noticed a wobble in the table and had someone fix it. I mentioned the fettuccine under the grouper lacked flavor but the grouper was cooked fantastic. The manager showed up to discuss the fettuccine and make things right. My wifes ribeye was seasoned perfectly and was prepared to a perfect medium as she requested. There was some sort of music playing, I think??, some nice dinner music playing softly would be nice. We will return for another meal.

Went for brunch and ordered eggs Benedict, first time eggs were hard boiled and sent it back and the second time still over cooked the egg 🤦‍♂️. I gave up after that. Sever was apologetic and it was taken off my bill. Will try this place again, but won’t try the eggs Benedict.

Took my bride to Prima for Valentine's Day Lunch. 2nd visit as we brought our Villages sales rep and wife there to thank them for our home buying experience. Sat outside and had Crab and Lobster Cakes, soup and salads. Everything was exceptional, the food, service and atmosphere. Becoming our go to for Italian.

The place needs bigger tables to stack all the dirty dishes. Food was marginal but not much of it for the high price tag.
