Jersey girl missing my bagels this place is ok

This is a meeting spot for a friend of mine and I. The location is great and we can talk some business over a coffee ☕️.

This nice young lady named China, who really helped me out today and was super sweet and nice. Made the best coffee I've ever had. Definitely recommend going to the Einstein's super good customer service. Really nice staff.

My wife and I are regular patrons of this Einstein's and could not be happier with the service and quality of whatever we order their. The workers are polite and attentive every time we go there.

We visit Clearwater twice a year. Whenever we are there we come for breakfast every morning. We love the bagels and the very good coffee. The service is always great, special thanks to Mandley and Zoe.

Pretty good. No consistency when ordering iced coffee with caramel, so i only get the food.

Be very careful. I was there this morning with my son to order breakfast. My total was $ 16. I put the card to get charged and I did not leave the tip. The girl in the cash register ask me if I want the receipt. In the beginning I said no receipt and I don’t know what she did in the touchscreen, and I thought she did something shady, so I asked for the receipt. In the receipt I was charged $19. So $3 tip. I DID NOT PUT IN THE TIP WHEN I SWIPED THE CARD. The other guy came up to me and said here is $3 from the basket tip. I said No, I don’t want the $3 back, but the way you doing that is called stealing.. You lost a regular customer for $3. If this is worth for you then be my guest. Never again to this store. My advice to the people: Ask for the receipt specifically in that store.

My bagel sandwich was sloppily made and had no flavor. He had an attitude on the phone. For the price charged the experience is not worth the cost.

My $10+ bagel sandwich sucked. Tomato was white, avocado very sparse & unflavored. The actual bagel was garbage too. Waste of money.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, friendly staff, quick service, dark roast coffee and of course delicious bagel toasted with whipped cream cheese. What more could you ask for!!!!

I go for 6 packs of their bagels, plus a schmeer of cream cheese. Their displays are less handy than before. Have to bend way down to read crm chz blends. Used to look down upon covers. But I like their bagels and get good service every visit.

Amazing experience! We got a brisket asiago bagel and a farmhouse bagel with a chocolate cream coffee. It was super yummy and fresh! We would put 10 stars, if possible.

Great place to get your morning started

I was going to get a breakfast sandwich on a Sunday around noon, The brisket one-egg sandwich sounded really good but there was a line going outside of the front door and wasn't moving much, so I left. Guess I'll try earlier. All the Church goers are out and about around noon or before noon. Many churches in this area.

Highly disappointed. Went there yesterday and a gentleman in a red shirt I'm guessing is a manager, put new bagels *sesame and Asiago* into there slots with NO gloves on. He touched every single bagel. Then I saw him dig in his ears and touch his glasses and face. I ended up not getting my Asiago. We go atleast once a week. Not sure about anymore. Told the cashier who was rude and clueless. Didn't say anything about it. Rang the order in wrong 3 times. Didn't listen. Typed my number in wrong but said it right. What a joke. Manager use GLOVES.

Employees are kind and go out of their way to help. Great atmosphere and great people.

Andrew is this stores head manager. He makes sure that the staff present themselves in a kind and polite manner to each customer. Bathrooms are clean and products served are taste. Check it out! Merry Christmas

To be perfectly honest I can't get 5 stars all I did was get a bagel to go but it was fresh and their bagels are bigger than they were a few months ago so they must have gotten feedback on how small their bagels would getting

Best location in the Tampa/Pinellas side of Florida. Super cute store. Looks like they had a fireplace at some point but tables are covering it since covid. André, Lisa and Allie took care of me today. All looked to be enjoying themselves at work which was a good sign. Food was delicious. André the manager was a hoot! So funny I loved his personality. Lisa and Allie were a joy. Will definitely come to this location again next time I’m in town.

These folks feature absolute ,fantastic bagels. There garlic are phenomenal and are water bagels not egg. Love their rewards program also. You can call ahead and order to pick up. Just excellent!!

I came here a few years ago and was disappointed in the service. Countryside as upper its game! The young people on the other side of the counter are courteous, funny, and fast. The bagless are exceptional.

I'm very happy with management today as they let me use my expired by a couple days birthday coupon for free egg bagel sandwich. I purchased 2 Bagel sandwiches. So great deal for me!😏

Visited Einstein's for the first time in a while. Turns out they have downsized their product to the point that it no longer meets Webster's definition of a bagel. Maybe they could change the name of the store to the Incredible Shrinking Non-Bagel.

Please, WIPE OFF THE DOOR HANDLE! I suggest placing your tip jar at the delivery counter instead of the register. This way, we will tip based on the Actual Experience... not the ability to Take The Order. It’s hit-or-miss at this location. Some days it’s a well-oiled machine... other days it’s a clunkfest -14 minutes for an untoasted bagel because the cook was finishing a string of orders, one-at-a-time :{ yeesh!! Either way, the door handles look untouchable every time... The entire menu is “finger food”!! Ummmmm...

Bagless good, coffee good, waitress goofed on cream cheese, and jelly, otherwise will go back again.
