Probably the best buffet I’ve ever been too…got anything u could want from pizza, tamales, shrimp, salad it literally has a plethora of food. Great service and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely come back when I’m in the area. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and only $20 per adult it an awesome price. And the sweet tea was amazing

Lots of varieties on the buffet. From salad bar to soups, main dishes including ox tail and goat (my favorite dish there) along with the classic sides of rice and beans. Buffet price was just under $20 per person and included your drink. You will not leave there hungry. Would definitely recommend this place.

Love it. Great taste and all the family will have there food. Very familiar and with food for all tastes with its rich flavor.

A lot of the dishes are on point but there was a few that may have been off on that day. Like the sancocho was off on the day we went. But my sister went months prior and it was delicious. I enjoyed the mangue, mangue, pollo, yuca frita, chivo, bistec, ice cream & donuts. The waiters were very friendly and polite.

I didn't know about this buffet palace. I would recommend it. The truth is that it is very good. The food is very good. There is a lot of variety and very well cooked. The workers are very friendly. Everything is very clean and organized. In addition, you eat everything you want and you pay 20.00 dollars. There is a variety of sweets. and ice cream very good I recommend it gladys

The best soup ( sancocho ).. if I want a sancocho, this place deserves the 35 min trip.

The food here used to be good, but now it's a certified gut bomb for sure. The desserts are lousy, and they can't even make rice pudding correctly. The ice creams were not fresh and nearly empty, the last couple of times I was there. Needless to say I won't be going back to this place again because for the quality you get it's way too expensive. A few years back it was less money and quality food, now it is completely the opposite. For the grand finale my girlfriend and I got sick over their food which was not fresh at all. This place should be checked out by the department of health.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was ok, the staff were nice, but the food was disgusting. The meat is overdone and clearly stale like all the other items. The meat was not good. In terms of buffets I don’t recommend.

This is the worst food we have ever eaten. I don't know what country it is from. The Hispanic food and Chinese food that they supposedly claim to have but that doesn't even work, not even the drinks. I ordered ginger and it seemed like it had dirty water. I don't recommend it. Don't spend any money. your money for free...

Alot of the food was so cold I spend 80.00 cash yesterday and we didn't enjoy the food it was cold and hard and alot of the food taste like if it was from the day before. Will not go again. We went to. Burger king instead to eat.

Pretty good food. Wide range of food. Good for kids, tacos, pizza, chicken nuggets. To salad and desserts. Puerto Rico style fried rice. And chicken, pepper steak, goat, pigs feet, cows feet. There's a lot of interesting choices.

I've never been to a buffet that had oxtails before. They had goat, pig feet, crabs, shrimps and all kinds of rice. One more thing, it's sooooo delicious.

If you are Boricua or a lover of Puerto Rican food you have to visit this place! It's like heaven for Puerto Ricans! When you arrive at the buffet your jaw falls, your drool begins to come out on its own while your brain screams “I want to eat mofongo, also stewed goat, also pig's feet, also chicharrón, also cuerito, also alcapurrias, also pastelillos, also pudding, and rice , and ribs, and shrimp….I want it all.” This is what it's like to visit this place.

Don't search in google Chinese buffet. Cais this is not a Chinese buffet. It used to be. Now is latin food. But if you search for Chinese buffet it comes out. If you don't read carefully the description you will go to a lati. Buffet not a Chinese buffet. The food wasn't that good. The ice cream is a mess. The bowl of the ice cream scoop where dirty. With mold in the water. They refill the soda just once.

This place is for good eating. They have a nice variety of foods and pleasant desserts. It can get a little crowded but that because of what they have to offer, all you can eat. Better than fast food all day.

Food was cold and nothing was fresh not even the fruit they had 1 slice of pizza and it stayed there they never added more. Service was good though

I was greatly surprised by the variety of Dominican, Puerto Rican, practically Latin American and also delicious Asian dishes, the sorullos melt in your mouth filled with cheese, cheese and guava pastries and even the stewed liver or gandinga as my husband and I know it richly. We paid $39.00 with a soft drink, good food for a good price.

I'm from out of town took my entire family here n the older gentleman at the register was super rude rushing me when I was asking my parents wat they wanted he was just super entertained with a lady that was leaning over the counter when I walked away they made some faces at me n started laughing not professional at all the waitresses were very polite n food was good!! First impression anywhere is the most important n they shouldn't have rude ppl working at the register behind counter!!

The place is not for me, I understand that there are people who like this type of places. Because it is cheap and abundant, I repeat, it is not for me. It is up to you whether to enjoy the place or not...

If you are looking for traditional Mexican food, then this is your place. The food I ate was great, but there were many traditional dishes that I did not want to try, but based on everything else, I'm sure they were great. There were many choices of dishes, including some American, like spaghetti and meatballs and Asian dishes like broccoli and chicken. Reasonably priced.

Today I went for the first time as a family, I really loved the place, the girls served us very well and the hot and delicious meals I loved 💯💯 I would share everything again with my family at the buffet palace, congratulations, your meals are excellently good

Cold food, it seems like it is reheated food and very poor quality, the health department should go to check why it can cause bacteria in the stomach.

They had a great selection of food. The food season was well done. Very clean. Staff waitresses were very catering. Depending on the time of day it can get very packed and food goes very quickly. They do continue to bring out a lot of food throughout so that's a plus. I highly recommend this place. It doesn't look too much from the outside. I've lived in Kissimmee for over 12 years and this place has been through a few hands but the current owners are doing a great job keeping business up. The decor is not so great and you have to pay upfront before walking in. Overall experience was worth it.

Food not only was unpresentable but cold, dry, tasteless . Do not recommend Not one bit. Me and my family are huge restaurant fans and usually leave reviews for business exposure but this restaurant needs work especially in a tourist area. Food needs to be maintained for freshness, don’t understand how the owners/managers would think that dry yucas, empanadas, alcapurrias, etc. would be ok to present/serve to customers. Unhappy to know my craving for Latin food was mess up on this experience.

The food was not the best one today. The frituras, carnes was cold and the sancocho do not had meat or corn in the cob at all. Plus todo put the cherry con top, was a customer sick with cough on the food bar, and touching everywhere.

The food was cold and tasteless, it was damaged, it is not the same as before, I sent them to heat up my food and they told me that they had no way to heat it up, I told them that I wanted a refund and they quickly heated it up.

This place is reasonably priced and has a very wide selection of Spanish dishes available, buffet style. The food is tasty. The atmosphere and decor are bland but the food is decent. This is a great place for families.

You can find all the foods from various countries and super delicious, and everything is at a good price, for everything you can eat there are ice creams, donuts and everything good you can imagine.

My husband and I found El Palacio while on vacation in Kissimmee. It is the perfect fusion of Latin and Chinese food! We had never seen a place like this and we loved it.

The food was very good, but the attention for a few people was terrible, eating without drinks and they had to be called to put drinks on the table, they need to grill the meats like the one at OBT.
